When it comes to retinols, it's not just about the type of vitamin A derivative that you're using but the name of the game is repeat after me consistency over intensity. I would much rather you guys use something less intense every single day while keeping your skin and face happy. Meaning it's not inflamed, it's not red, it's not flaky, you don't have a broken skin barrier versus using something stronger that blows your face up in the process and you try to do that once a week for the rest of your life because inflammation is going to kill your skin and make you appear appear older and faster than anything a retinol could ever do to kind of reverse that. That is a fact. So consistency over intensity something less intense every single day over something way more intense that you cannot tolerate. And in the next picture or a story I will share with you guys the order of least aggressive to most aggressive in terms of strength.
