Do we really need to wear sunscreen in the winter? Honestly no. Not if the UV index is less than 3. But most of you guys are never going to check the UV index so a good habit is hard to break so you might as well use the sunscreen every day regardless rain or shine. Do what you do. Instead of having to use a moisturizer and a sunscreen and a foundation, find yourself a sunscreen that can double up as a foundation. Know what you trolls are going to say? Wait a second. Foundation alone is not going to protect my skin. Of course it's not because you're not using enough. If you're using two full fingers of a tinted sunscreen on your face you're going to get the adequate protection. Plus the tint is usually made up of iron oxide which is going to help protect from blue light not from your phone but from the sun which can worsen pigmentation in people who are more melanated or if you have melasma so some of my favorite sunscreens. You ready.
