You do not have to go overboard with minimally invasive treatments the same way that you don't have to go overboard by saying that they are the devil and you should avoid them. And obviously you can roll your eyes and take this with a grain of salt and tell yourself, yes, she's a cosmetic dermatologist. Of course she's going to promote filler. But what I am telling you, if you are listening, is that back in 2018 when people were shoving 8 to 10 surges of filler every few months in a 24 year old girl's face, I was quick to shout this is absolutely unethical and not necessary.
