Hey guys, Rise and Thrive. We are on a few hours of sleep today.
No, we're on zero hours.
The baby had it very rough last night, meaning we had it very rough last night. It's one-year sleep regressions, fun stuff. If you guys know, you know, like there's a, there's a quote from 2020.
We said, we said sometimes it's like it's for power hour, right? We can use whatever word we want. But sometimes Power Hour needs you and sometimes you need Power Hour, right? It's the same thing for us right now. Like, at least for me, I need Fire Hour today because I slept for less than an hour and I like my sleep. So you like, you like your sleep way better than me.
I need my sleep. Like, I need my sleep.
Today's gonna be about social media and we're gonna go heavy into marketing. Marketing. That's gonna include branding. It's gonna include scaling, getting results, conversions, increasing your conversions. It's gonna be a lot of different things when it comes to actually building your business. So we're gonna go over that today. When it comes to social media marketing, if you have any questions, now is the time to put in the chat and Be very intentional with your question. Make it very specific to your situation. Like, what do you need help with? What are you stuck on? Where are you seeing a chokehold for you? Where is your constraints? How can you get more reach, right? Why is my content not reaching more people? How come I'm only reaching followers instead of new, new people who don't follow me, right? How can I cross-promote my social media? How can I cross-promote to another channel? How can I get more results? From the same amount of effort that everyone else is putting in, right? There's so many different questions we can ask and we'll cover it today. I'm gonna make this, this is just my intention, uh, for this call for social media marketing specifically is to do a masterclass from my perspective on social media. Mm-hmm. Because there's two reasons for that. There's three reasons. One, it's gonna help because it's, I'm just gonna talk from proven results, proven strategies, proven experience. Number 2 is I'm literally like with 1 hour of sleep. So, so thinking with clarity is going to be very challenging for me today, especially, you know, throw in all the questions, just throw in the questions, just, just keep on flooding the chat.
That's, that's what he means in layman's terms.
Yeah.
Or in my terms.
Yeah. Questions like really help with creating solutions, specific solutions for your specific situation. That's why. So questions are super important. If you ever have the chance to ask a question, then just ask it. And then the last one, number 3, is that it's gonna get results, right? As long as you apply yourself, you apply the knowledge, you let your learning lead to action, it'll get results. So, and it's about consistency, right? It's about consistency, but we're gonna focus on the 20/80. I'm gonna talk about my philosophies that I, I really go after and I use and apply to everything that we do because that's just, that's per, that's what's worked for me. It is what something that I use for all clients and people I work with and for people that I consult with. So it's gonna be like that. I'm just gonna share with you what I do, the 20/80, my philosophies, the overall picture of, at least for me, in terms of my marketing perspective. And then from there, also mistakes that we should avoid and think, or at least mistakes that I've made in the past that didn't get the best results, right? Because I know better now. And also things that work. So, uh, any questions? If you have any questions, let's put in the chat.
Do you have your phone?
Um, yes. And also, when it comes to this, the Zoom call, when it comes to this session, we're going to look at our insights. So it's going to be good that if you, if you're able to get on a, on a laptop to watch this, then that's cool. But if not, then no worries. But you're gonna take your Instagram out and actually look at our insights. We're gonna review it because it's important to know. Yeah, this is what Crystal says, right? And this is a quote, uh, especially for all business owners, is that you cannot measure— we can't— you can't manage what you can't measure, right? So if you're not looking at the before and afters, if you're not looking at the data, if you're not looking at your analytics to see what is working, right? To ask yourself the question of Do I like this even? Do I even like doing this, right? Then those are the things that you got to do. Okay, good. Ready? Are you gonna— are you gonna stay on?
Maybe I'll think about it.
Okay, um, okay, when it comes to questions, if, if there's none, I'm just going to keep going. So social media marketing I'm gonna just break it down real quick. Social media and marketing— this I don't, I don't care about at all. I don't care about this label right here, social media. It doesn't matter to me because this right here is TV, it's ads, is networking, in-person networking. Anyone hear that? Yeah, in-person networking, it's referrals, it's, it's all these people, okay? It's, it's all these things. It's just a label. I'm gonna, I'm gonna share with you guys that this does not matter at all when you understand marketing in general. When you understand and learn and master marketing, you can go into any, any room, you can go anywhere, it doesn't matter, in the entire world, and you can apply the concepts of marketing to your life in real life first, in real life first, without the use of social media. And then from there, you use social media as an amplifier for your efforts. Okay, so if you don't get good at sales, in-person sales, using your voice, your mindset, working on your mindset— if I'm going to share with you this, okay, before, before media was there, there was you, right? I'm just going to put the word you. Because I'm gonna talk about personal branding today too. Oh, and then, uh, do you have any questions too or no?
Yeah, you owe me an outline.
Oh yeah, yeah.
You owe me an outline.
Yeah, I'll give you the outline too. I'll give you guys some outlines as well, like frameworks that you can apply in any scenario. So before social media, there was just you, right? There was only you. Jackie, I see you. So there was only you without all this stuff. I built business without the social media stuff, without the marketing efforts. I just was out there working on my sales, working on my mindset, doing all that stuff, connecting with people, feeling their energy, reading people, learning all that stuff. And then from there, there was something called social media that came out, Snapchat, Instagram, et cetera. And when that happened, because I was working on myself already, this is why I'm so big on mindset, on personal development, on self-mastery. Because I was working on myself already when I had this, then all my efforts were amplified simply because I now was able to double my workload. I was, I was, I was able to basically like focus on 20/80, which is the input and output. I'm gonna talk about the input and output. There's a lot of frameworks I wanna cover, but I'm just gonna give you the, the big picture goals. So that's what I'm saying. If you can master yourself first, if you can master the work, on yourself, then from there the marketing that you're going to implement is going to amplify all your efforts because now you can— there's infinite possibility of how you leverage marketing. Okay, and we're going to talk about, yeah, the social media channels, whatever short-form content, long-form content, whatever you want, it doesn't matter. The TV, like utilizing TV as well. Ads, like we're not gonna talk about ads because I'm going to share with you why. And then there's you, there's the network, the word-of-mouth marketing. Uh, I need some water, babe. Sorry.
Yes, sir.
All right, so yeah, let's, let's go faster because 6:10 AM, that's perfect. So my whole point is multiply all your efforts in play, okay? When it, when it comes to input versus output. This right here, I want— this is the 20/80. Everything that you are leveraging when it comes to using your social media, your tools, whatever that may be, the goal is always to increase the input no matter what. It is to decrease— is to decrease the input. Okay, decrease the input. And increase the output right here. Here's why. Thank you.
Sorry. Okay, so I would say that one thing that, um, that you're great at is making your life easier.
Yes.
Yeah, so if you guys want to make your life easier and you want to shortcut, like your learning curve, um, whatever he's going to teach you, like, these are things that he also teaches his clients in order for them to be able to grow a lot faster, right? Because if you do not give your clients results, right, like, just like you have customers, if you don't give them results and you don't teach them what you know and how to do it, then you're not going to get repeat business, right? So the things that he's going to teach you guys, these are actual things that he actually teaches his clients as well in order for them to help get results. And these are the things that keys implemented in some of our businesses just so that it drives results as well. Yeah, I just wanted to add that.
Yeah, because here's why, like, this is, this is where I should share with you guys, like, why this is so important for me personally and why I went down this path of focusing on the input versus output, the 20/80, right? A lot of people say 80/20, I just say 20/80. Um, and I really focused on doing my best to get more done in less time. Why? Here's why. It's because last year in 2022—
was it 2022? Yeah, last year was 2022. Yeah.
So during the time we had, we had Devin, right? Um, we, so we were pregnant. That was one thing, right? One new thing on our plate alongside the other kids. We had the acquisition of Star Motor Works, which is the auto repair shop. During the same time, and we had the nonprofit as well picking up. So there was 3 different things, 3 full-time things that were happening. And for me, that, that's on the side of, that's on the side of Thrive. That's on the side of everything else we got going on. So I had to focus on like thinking clearly, thinking with strategy, thinking like, how can I get all this stuff done and get the results we need to get in the less time in, in the amount of time that we had, right? And it was very challenging, but everything led to diff— like many different tools that I, I learned from before, which is like The Compound Effect, which is The One Thing by Gary Keller, which is The 12 Week Year. These are all books, right? Which is, uh, there, there's so many books that I leverage, like the 20/80 rule, right? The 80/20 rule. There was so many different, uh, tools I used in terms of, uh, time. That I compiled and compounded into one thing. And then I was able to create different frameworks for myself that allowed me to come to use the compound effect in my favor to get the results that I wanted. Right? So from that, from, let's say from, from like that one year ago, right? The nonprofit's taking off. A lot of people, a lot of behind the scenes is happening in regards to that nonprofit, in regards to connections. Like there's a lot of connections happening. For the nonprofit, and that's all on the backend, right? With Star Motor Works, like we're, we just finished our first year, like a month ago, and everything is like this moving forward, moving on up, like going good in the positive. With Devin, obviously she's over a year old now and life is amazing for me except for the sleep. So all that stuff, like it's, it's all happening. Right? It's everything is happening and it's because, and I was able to use all this and, and actually get the solutions and get results simply because of using all these different frameworks and philosophies and mindset shifts and foundations. So all that stuff. So that's what I'm just saying. Like that's why I was able to use this. That's why I'm, I'm being very intentional with these things in business endeavors, in our life endeavors, simply because it, it just, it works. So input, this right here, when it comes to decreasing your input, that's the goal. Because the goal really, especially in a business, if you have a business, how your, your goal— I always say this— your goal is to duplicate yourself as fast as possible and push your business as far away from you as possible to bring more business in. Because here's why: when you start to push your business away from you Now people— like, I'm telling you right now, people are going to forget that you're a part of the business because your business is booming. It's because your business is so successful. That's the goal. 20 years from now, do you still want to be working like your, your full-time job, right, your full-time business? Or do you want it to be— or do you want to have duplication already, right? Do you want to have a big organization that is helping you helping you achieve the output, helping you achieve the results, impacting more people's lives. Like, what do you want? Like, you have to ask yourself these questions, right? It's okay to have to work like for the rest of your life because if you want to, right? It's not okay to work for the rest of your life if you don't want to, right? It's really like up to you. But what I'm saying is when it comes to business, it's really important that you figure out what your goal is, right? The B, you figure out what your end result wants to be so that way you can actually achieve it and also set up and be intentional and strategic with your moves now. Because what you do today is gonna affect tomorrow and so on and so forth. And there's ways that you can decrease your input to increase the output to get you to the goal that you want to get, like to really get you to where you want to go, right? There's, um, there's like a little story about how a plane— literally, if a plane takes off, right, a plane wants to go to one place, but the plane takes off and there's literally just like 1 millimeter, 1 millimeter shift away from the goal. It literally is like, this is the, the goal that the plane was supposed to be at. Just because that 1 millimeter shift, the plane is now in a different trajectory, different path. You want to avoid that if you know what you— if you know what you want. If you want to go here And you have to, and you're working on the input right here and you literally like, there's better ways, but you just decide not to do the work or you decide not to be coachable or you decide not to just learn and then apply. Literally whatever you're doing right here in the input, your output will be like casted off into a different direction. Okay? And then you're gonna be like, oh wow, like I wanted to go here, but I'm here. And okay, now let me reflect. And let me learn the lessons and the mistakes I made, right? I think there was a quote by Einstein. Someone said it, okay? I don't know if Einstein said this, but someone said that you don't have to learn from, you don't have to learn from your own mistakes. You can learn from other people's mistakes because of simulation. You can simulate, you can think through, you can use your mind, think, thinking skill, and think about like, all right, if this person did it this way and they made that mistake, let me just learn those lessons real quick. I could download those lessons, those mistakes, and then from there apply the better way, the better path to my life. And then from there, go after my goals faster, hit my goals faster, achieve it sooner than later, get it now, right? So that's what like this is all about, you know, planning out where you want to go, knowing that, and then from there collecting all the evidence along the way and downloading what you need to do when it comes to the input, the proper inputs, okay? To get the output that you want so that way you can actually hit your goal properly. And then instead of missing it just by a little bit, right? And it's okay to miss, right? There's this quote by Les Brown, shoot for the moon, and if you— and even if you miss, you'll land amongst the stars. Like, that is a powerful quote that got me through rock bottom. That was something that helped me in 2014, 2015. When I was working on my business, working full-time on my job and part-time on my fortune, not getting anywhere, not being successful besides working on me, besides getting my mindset right, besides working on my philosophies, besides building my endurance, my confidence, my stamina, right? Getting all those nos. Literally every single day I got 100 nos because I was cold marketing, 'cause I was pitching strangers, I was pitching people that did not, didn't like, they were just not open. They just wasn't in alignment. But it was me though. I was not reflecting out what I wanted to attract. I was reflecting out desperation, being thirsty, being needy. I'm gonna— we're gonna talk about that on social media, right? We're gonna talk— this is all about you. Again, remember, it starts with you. That's why I'm saying that, right? When I start to shift my mindset, shift into abundance, things started to happen differently. Things started to come in faster. Things start to, you know, go the right way I want it to go. Things started to be easier. There was less friction when it came to pursuing my goals, being focused, being intentional. It was like that. It was like magic. It happened in an instant. So that's what I'm saying. Okay. This right here, again, Fire Hour is you right here. It's transformation for you. This is for leaders. This is for people who want something different in life, right? I know you're on here because you want more or you want more impact or you want to increase your life in general, life change, right? So this is gonna be the biggest version and biggest project you ever work on is you yourself. And even if you've made mistakes in the past, it's okay because that's part of your story. That's your journey, right? Just learn the lessons and then let it lead to action, right? Learn and then apply. And it's totally fine. And have, and I'm gonna tell you right now too, this is something I learned from Crystal. But you want to have love and grace for yourself. Like, give yourself that grace because it's just life, you know. It's not— you can, you can really decide and look from a different perspective, like if you want to take it super seriously or if you want to have fun still. And if you want to have fun with it, right? Today on this call, before, before I, I hopped on, like, I was— I really wanted to do a very intentional social media marketing training for everyone here simply because, you know, this is, this is going to be My goal is to help, okay? That's all I'm saying. And when Devin like didn't go to sleep the entire night, I was like, oh my gosh, like I've already been up for over 24 hours. Like I really need my sleep and I want to like deliver value. Like I want to be able to, to just deliver, like deliver solutions, results. And I'm like, for me, you know, when it comes to like doing all these trainings, you know, whether whether we sleep or whether we, we don't, you know, we're gonna show up anyways. Like that's part of like showing up and just rolling through it, right? She was partying. Yes. Yeah, she was partying. I literally went out and, and drove around. Yeah, I should have, I was just, was not conscious. Like I was just pretty in reaction mode and I was like, damn, like she needs some, she needs food. She's hungry. We ran out. And so I went out at like 3:00 AM in the morning to like try to find anything of milk. Yeah. And I couldn't find anything, which is, you know, and then I came back and I created a solution cuz I, I, I was thinking clearly. So it's ridiculous. But yeah, she didn't even go to sleep until like 4:30 or something. I don't remember. It's okay. It's all good. As long as like you guys are getting at least one golden nugget from today's fire hour session that it helps you, then I'm happy. All right. Used to put Mila in the stroller in her blanket.
Dang.
Yeah, you guys know how it is already. I know I'm still, I'm still learning. These are like the new things for me. I'm learning. So, okay, let's, let's move on. So we're gonna talk about the 20/80 input versus output. Everything that we're gonna talk about today is to decrease, decrease input, work smarter to increase output, to get bigger, better, faster results. Okay, that's what this is. 80/20, the 20/80 is all about— sorry, yeah, the 80/20 is all about, um, is that— what's that?
Where's the other one?
Um, I don't know. There's something— have you guys heard of, um, decision fatigue? There's something called decision fatigue. Every single time you make a decision, you are using brain power. You are using more energy than needed, than necessary, right? So every, like, this is like, for me, like, I, I have times where I just want to sit and think simply because it's called thinking time. Like, you want to, especially for me, like, in my role as a business strategist, as a marketing consultant, I need to think clearly. Because I'm thinking about 18-year— I'm thinking about 18-month plans all the way to 10-year plans for my clients. So I'm talking about, here is a master plan for you, and you're going to follow it to the T, and then we can pivot along the way whenever it's relevant because of the market. So that's what I do when I, when I'm thinking. When it came to like Thrive, I'm thinking not just like, not just 90 days, 18 months, I'm thinking like the, the rest of our life, right? How do we optimize for the rest of our life? For Thrive? Because I hope Thrive is going to be here for the rest of our life. It's such a great business, such great products, the best products. So guess what? Why not think in lifetimes? That's what we're thinking about. So how do you, how do you have a master— if you don't have a master game plan for Thrive just yet, then start thinking about that. Everyone's master plan is going to be different because it's optimized around your life, right? There's a mess, there's— we have a mess. This is what I actually need to refine is a master plan for— we already have a master plan for the nonprofit, but we need a master plan for the auto repair shop. We need a master plan for our personal brands, which we already have. Now we have— we need a master plan for Thrive. We need a master plan for this and that. Everything is going to be around you, okay? We're going to talk about personal branding real quick because it's, it's you, okay? Personal branding is your face. It's you. Wherever you go, you take your face with you. This is something I learned after doing business with Chinese people because their culture is, it's, it's really a lot is related to face. That's what I'm learning. A lot is related to integrity, to your character, to your word, to your face, to, uh, like your relationships, to all this stuff. So when it came to personal branding, right? Personal branding, because I have so much, so many years of experience with personal branding, I, I started doing personal branding.
I found it.
Oh, thank you. Um, I started learning about personal branding, about your, the, the importance of your reputation at the age of like 5, basically, simply because when I started to get into martial arts, I was competing at the age of 5 already. So I started to learn like, all right, why do the judges vote on this person versus this? How, how come people have fans and not, and not them? Like all I was questioning myself, asking, observing, always looking at that stuff. Guess what? When it comes to your personal brand, If you are building a business, right? If you're selling a product or service, whatever that may be, no matter what, you're gonna have to be building your personal brand whether you like it or not. And the reason for that is because wherever you go, you take what with you? You take your reputation, you take your character, your integrity. It screams and shouts for you. It speaks for you before you even in the room, right? And then once you get in the room, when you have recognition, I'm gonna talk about this local celebrity status, that framework. When you have recognition, now people are perceiving you completely differently, right? We're gonna talk about, I'm gonna talk about it right now actually. Do you like this one better?
Yeah.
Okay. The other one sucks.
Okay. All right.
So better, right? Yes. Thank you. Okay, so this is what I shared before and Yes. Yeah. So local celebrity status. Okay. Just, I'm gonna share with you why this is important, but if you guys remember from before the framework of neighborhood, you wanna build in your neighborhood first and you wanna build in your home first, then your neighborhood, and then your city, and then your expanding cities, and then the state, and then the country, and then other countries. It's like that with your personal brand. Okay. It's the same thing with your personal brand. You wanna start first and foremost in your home. You, if you have a significant other, you want your significant other to like appreciate you, to admire you, to respect you, to have your back, right? All that stuff, your family, your children, et cetera. It's the same thing. It starts with you first. And then from there, that, that activates word of mouth marketing. And from there it just, it, the echoes continue to go. That ripple effect that you create continues to go and expand over and over and over again. And that, it just starts with in the home first, starts with you inside internally first, and then it expands to your home, everyone around you, your associations, and then your business, and you know, your friends, your family, etc. It's a ripple effect. It's a reflecting out of you. Everything that you say, think, and do, it reflects out of you. And then from there, people feel those vibrations, and then it comes back, it reflects back in. Okay, so this right here, local celebrity status, is something that I have identified as a 20/80. It's the 20% that gets the 80% done. Why though? It's because if you think about it, when you look at a brand, right?
Let's—
man, I don't have any examples.
iPhone.
Okay, iPhone. Why? For me personally. All right, let me ask you guys a question. Uh, who has an iPhone? All right, if you have an iPhone, then you can just like wave your hand. Um, or who has an Android then?
I can't work Androids. I think I had it once and I just, I cannot.
iPhone. I remember one time, I remember before I switched to iPhone, I was, um, I was working, uh, in a sales job and then I got, I got hired, uh, by, I got, um, I landed a position with my former mentor, my multi-millionaire mentor. Everyone in the company had iPhones for the longest time, like a year, like 9 months, 9 months to like a year. I had an Android and my boss would be like, why do you have an Android? It's inefficient, it's ineffective. Every single person in the company uses iPhone. You're the only person to use Android. Why? That's what he said to me. I have nothing against Androids. I still have it inside the, the storage.
Yeah. Why?
Yeah, cuz I need to throw it away. But, um, when I switched to iPhone, like my life completely changed. My efficiency got better. Like, that's just for me personally. I like things simple, simple, and just fast and efficient and streamlined with everyone. And so I just remember, like, the reason why I switched to iPhone is because my boss, the person that knows more than me, like, he, like, he was just like, why use, why use an Android? Like, you should use iPhone. Multi-millionaires, billionaires use iPhone. Like, why not you? And so, yeah, so that's why, like, um, that was part of the, the reason why I started to use iPhone, but It's about brand. I'm gonna talk about brand. That was a side, that was a side story. Um, it's about branding, right? Why do you choose like what brand, right? Why do you choose Android? Why did you choose an iPhone? Now the next question is, why did you choose that brand and why were you, why were you willing to pay that price, right? Why were you willing to pay a premium for that brand, right? When it comes to, uh, My friend said he stopped dating someone because she flipped out on an Android. Oh, he flipped out an Android. That's funny. Oh my gosh. You know that, that's good. That's because they're committed to the brand, you know, like they, they're loyal followers of the brand. So, um, yeah, when it comes to your, your Thrive, right, when it comes to premium grade nutrition, Why are we willing to pay for premium grade nutrition, right, versus everything else over the counter, right? It's like 10x, like more, like more than over the counter. It's because of the results. It's because of what the brand stands for. It's because of what we— the quality. It's because of what we receive. Okay, I'll talk about the 3 Ps as well in this. Um, I'm just gonna move on. I just need to breathe.
Take a breath. Let me get an oxygen tank. Let me get your mask.
All right, so if you guys have never seen this before, this should be very helpful. Okay, local celebrity status. This is a— this is for your mindset, okay? Local celebrity status. If you look at in the room, celebrities, influencers, okay? This is, this is celebrities and influencers, people who have high status. Social status in life? This right here, this arrow, this arrow is attention. I'm gonna go in chronological order now. This arrow is attention. Why do celebrities and influencers and people of high social status have attention, right? Why? Or what, what do you guys think? You know, why do they have so many arrows, so much attention on them? It's because of their status. That's it. It's their social status. That's all it is. Okay, so because they have status, they have high status, they just have more arrows, they just have more attention. It's that simple. Okay, it's that simple. So here's the goal. Instead of the celebrity and the influencers Having all the status, having all the attention. The goal is this, this is what I've identified as the 20/80. The goal is for you to get as much attention on you as possible, on your personal brand, on your business, on your products and service, on the things that you are promoting, your message, right? Whatever that may be. If you get more arrows on you, You now are going to activate high status. You're going to activate high status. You do not want negative arrows on you. You only want positive arrows on you, okay? And like, there are some people that say that all— all— I mean, like, there is a quote that they say that, um, all news— like, all bad news is good press. That's what they say. Bad news—
they say all news is good news.
All news is good news, right?
Meaning good or bad.
Yeah. All news is good news. Well, like, let's just, let's be smarter about it, right? Let's be more intentional, right? Let's just get as much positive attention on us versus negative, just simply because of who we are, because of what you reflect out there, because of who you're in, your character, your integrity, your, like, what you stand for, what you represent, because that's your brand.
Okay?
We're gonna talk about that, your brand. So that's your image. Okay, so this right here, if you— this is just what I've identified, okay, after doing social media and marketing, all that stuff. If you can activate celebrity status, if you can activate celebrity status, unlock it, you're gonna start to unlock a lot more attention on you. And attention is traffic, it's, it's conversions, it's results, it's people buying your products and services, it's people getting impacted by your influence. It's people receiving the benefits of who you are, of what you stand for, right? Of you being able to do your best work, to be the best version of yourself, right? If you are the best version of yourself and more people hear about you, that's a good thing. That's a net positive for everyone. Okay, yeah, that's what it is. All publicity is good publicity. That's the quote. Yeah, we want to change that to You know, if you can, right? I mean, I guess it is true.
I have a quote. I have a quote though, because you're just— because you're talking about this. Like, you guys know the quote from that song? I don't pay attention, attention pays me. That just summarizes what he's talking about. I don't pay attention, attention pays me.
I never heard that before.
It's in a rap song.
I don't listen to rap music. I haven't listened to like a lot of music in a long time. Um, that's what I used to listen to all the time before.
Yeah, anyway, yeah, when you first came in, that changed real quick.
All publicity is good publicity with the TV. Yeah, no TV. Yeah, before, um, before I moved in with Crystal, I hadn't like— I haven't watched TV for like freaking 7 years. Um, So that's right here. This is the 80/20. This is the 20/80, the 20% that gets the 80 done. If you can activate celebrity status, right? Celebrity status, you now have an unfair advantage against every single other person in the market. And it's a good thing because if you're in business, business is, is competition. Bus— they say that business is the biggest sport, right? Because there's so much competition. Even in Thrive, okay? Even in Thrive, why are people— right, let me ask you guys a question. I don't know if you guys thought about this before, but there's reasons why other people, other promoters, have more success than other promoters. It's because first and foremost, the work, right?
You—
that's what I learned. It's about your personal development. That was the first thing I learned in network marketing specifically. The very first thing that I was taught by multimillionaires in network marketing was the difference between the person who's successful and the person who's failed is their personal development, is their self-mastery, is their commitment to doing the work on themselves. Then they said this, they said that your paycheck will be a direct— in, in direct proportion to your self-mastery, to your self-development, your personal development, right? Whether that's true or not, I don't know. Uh, for me personally, you know, why, why do people— this is something that you could probably relate to— why do people get successful? There's a lot of people in the world, they get successful, and but they get to a certain point, and then from there they, they doubt themselves, or they let like the, you know, the small little talk like get them down, tear them down. It's because of the self-work, right? It's the self-mastery, the self-discipline, the, the, you know, all that stuff, the self-improvement, everything. Right? So that's why they said that, you know, your personal development is so important because it's going to be a direct correlation to your, your income, your bank account. But again, you know, it's— you can take that however you want it, but I'm just saying that you should just continue to work on yourself. Commit to self-mastery, commit to working on you. And then from there, as you continue to work on the business, you continue to work on everything else, your success will match who you are. And that's why I said be, do, have, remember? If you be— if you— whatever you want to have, as long as you be it now, you can have it. Because now it's just a matter of time. It happens automatically though, because you start to do the things that you need to do in order to have what you want to have, just simply because of who you became, who you were, who you became. Okay, so Celebrity Status, this right here is the 20/80. If there's any questions, like, always ask, okay? Because I'm going to keep on going and I need to go faster, actually. So this right here, once you activate celebrity status, everything changes for you. And I'm going to share with you how and why. Okay. First, the how, right? When you have celebrity status. Okay. Because for me, when I was living in Alabama in 2018, I was moving from Alabama to Newport Beach. The last thing that happened to me as I was moving from Alabama to Newport Beach was I had a regret. I had a regret that I didn't do all that I could have done in Alabama for solidifying my— so my celebrity status, okay, my local celebrity status. I'm gonna put local here. So I had a regret of leaving Alabama without achieving local celebrity status because I could have done so much more. I could have got better results. I could have had a better social life. I could have had just a different lifestyle altogether if I activated local celebrity status, cuz I knew how. I just didn't do it there. So when I moved to Ala— when I moved to Newport Beach from Alabama, my one goal and intention I had was if I'm gonna go to Newport Beach, this is my opportunity to establish local celebrity status so that way my lifestyle can change. I can have what I want to have. I can be who I want to be. I can experience what I want to experience. I can elevate everything around me, my associations, my lifestyle experiences, a lot of things. Okay? And because I activated this, because I achieved local celebrity status in Newport Beach, that's when I started to get, you know, I started to have a different lifestyle. I started to hang out in mansions for whatever reason because of the friends I was, I was associating with. I started to get, you know, I was partying a lot, so I had bottle service for free wherever I went. It didn't matter, different states, I didn't care. It, it didn't matter because I activated local celebrity status. So I'd have bottle service like almost every night just simply because that was part of my, my business game plan back then, which was really— it was, it's, it was, it was what it was for me back then. And it, it, it showed me a lot, okay? Gave me a lot of different experiences, but it was all because of local celebrity status. I was able to network in different ways, network up the ladder, network with higher level people, with associations at different status levels, right? I was, I was associated with higher level people simply because of who I was, right? That's what I'm saying with you when it comes to local celebrity status, activating local celebrity status. That you're going to be perceived in different ways. There's 3 different, uh, status— there's 3 different perspectives, okay? Man, I should talk about this when I have like clarity, and because this is like gonna be some— anyways, next call. No, I want to talk about it now. But yeah, we can go over it again, refine it really. But here's the 3 Ps, okay? There, there's different Ps in marketing, okay? Uh, it's like the 4 Ps, the 4 Ps of, of, um, of marketing, the 10 Ps of marketing. The 7 P's of marketing. I have something called the 3 P's for high status networking for a local celebrity status. It's just, so I'm gonna just talk about it right now 'cause I don't, I don't have time to, to write it, but there's, so there's 3 P's position. There's position first. Okay. It's right now, but there's position. There is perspective. Or perception. I'm gonna put perception first, and then there's performance, okay? The 3 Ps. This is for local celebrity status. Position, perception, and performance. There's 3 different perceptions that people have on you at all times. Okay, I'm gonna put it right here. There's low status. This is for perception. Low status, no status, no status, and high status. At any given moment in your day-to-day life, wherever you go, even in your home, there is a perception of low status, no status, or high status on you at all times from everyone around you, everyone who knows you. The question is, how do the people that know you perceive you as? Do they perceive you as low status? They, they— do they perceive you as having no status, or they— do they perceive you as high status, right? If you're building a business and your business relies on your face, your personal brand, it's optimal for you to have high status. It's optimal for you to have a perception of high status from your peers, from everyone you do business with, from everyone around you. If you have low status, you have no business, okay? It's actually— it's not good. Low status— having low status is not good. If you have no status, I mean, like, it's whatever, but it's still not good. There's different strategies, okay? I'm not gonna talk about the strategies on today's call, and that's really like the 20/80 when it comes to this stuff. But there's different strategies that you can utilize when it comes to low status, no status, and high status, because everyone who has low status, they are indirectly and directly fighting for high status. Whether they like it or not. Especially people in business, they're fighting for high status. They just don't know how to do it, but it's a simple shift. Okay, so this is right here happening at all times on your personal brand, right? Right here, your personal brand, your face. You can always change your status. It might take time, but you can. Yes, it's true. It is true because you can change you. Right. You can also, you can also lose status. Why self-mastery is important. Exactly. Yes. That's why it's, you have to commit to self-mastery. This right here, low status, no status, high status. This is all about your position because once someone solidifies their perception of you, that becomes your position. Okay? That becomes your position in their mind. If someone says you are high status, your position in their head now is one of high status. That's your position. Now what's next is your performance right here, because here's why. Let's say, for example, Jackie. I see Jackie as a high status individual. She's a boss, a leader. She is working on herself always. She's committed to excellence, committed to being a servant leader, committed to helping and make an impact. So in my mind, Jackie is perceived to me as high status. So that solidifies her position in my mind now, right? So I know that Jackie is high status. So now what happens next is on her performance. Now it's like, all right, Jackie is the only person that's in charge of her efforts for her performance. Right? This right here is now where it goes back to perception. I should have made it a triangle, but, um, the performance, her performance will dictate everyone else's perception on her now based on her performance. Now, does she have low status, no status, high status, right? It's for everything that we do. Okay? Put yourself in those shoes for you when you ask yourself this question, what, what do people perceive me as? Do I have low status, no status, or high status? Based on what they perceive you as is your position in their mind. Now it's all about you, it's your performance. That's why when Jackie said you can always change your status, yes, it's true, because it's based on you. It's based on your performance right here. You control your performance, you control your efforts. If you want to change your status, your position in life, in the social status, in the hierarchy. You can do it through performance alone. And I did it because when I went out and set my intentions to achieve local celebrity status in Newport Beach, I had no money. I only had skill sets and I had my vision, my goal, and that was it. I did everything with no money. And I did that intentionally, for one, because it was my situation, but for two, because I start to see like, all right, if I really want to test my skills and my experience against the market, against life. And I wanna see what actually works to achieve it. I gotta do it with no money, just skillset, just my expert, my, my performance, my efforts, my skills. And from there, see how I can do it. And I did, I was able to achieve it. And then because I achieved it, my, I had a blueprint and then I taught other people. I call them my VIPs because I had an offer of high status networking, which I, it was a coaching program for bit, for business networking. And people paid, uh, for my coaching services and I would teach them how to achieve local celebrity status all through networking. And guess what they did. And so, and guess what, one of my, the most successful like client I had, um, in that, that program, um, he was a multimillionaire and he said he, that because he achieved local celebrity status and he, he applied these frameworks, he doubled his income. He doubled the amount of money he was making. From. So he said, I have an email, he said, I've doubled the amount of money I have, um, by the first time I met you. So the first time I met you, I doubled my income. From that time till then, I doubled my income. That right there is powerful because that changed his life, that changed his lifestyle, that changed his business, that changed everything in his life just simply because of adding local celebrity status and applying the, the philosophies. The frameworks, anyone can do it. You can do it too. It just, it's about learning and applying it. Okay? So this right here, like this, it's a triangle. I, I should have wrote in a triangle, but it's your perception. This happens at all times, whether you like it or not. I don't care if you don't like it. Okay? Because I don't like it either. But guess what? It's just reality. So we should just learn it right away and apply it. This perception is gonna dictate your position in people's mind because what grow, what makes the world go around? It's people based on the people's perception, right, of you dictates your position. And then from there, forget about anything of that. Forget all that stuff. The trick is this right here is the 20/80, your performance. What can you do to change the game for you? What can you do to change your lifestyle, to change the perception of other people? It doesn't matter about other people's opinions either, but I'm telling you right now, Like it does as well because you're in business and it does as well because you are living and building your personal brand, right? So like, just, just take this kind of like with a grain of salt, but just know that this is part of building local celebrity status. Okay? Um, and then right here, when it comes to this right here, okay, after you understand this concept, cuz this is really everything. This right here is just the triangle, like the trifecta of setting you your, your success up for local celebrity status. Then now it's about the performance. It's about the, the skill sets, which is, which is sales, marketing, networking, self-development, self-mastery, your integrity, your bond, your word. It's, it goes back to you, goes back on you. Okay, so let's talk about, um, social media real quick. With this in mind, okay? Um, when it comes to you yourself as a character, first and foremost, if you are not the best version of yourself, like, and you don't feel like you're the best version of yourself, then that's okay. Like, at least you're, you're open and willing to, to work on yourself, right? You're acknowledging, like, your weaknesses and your strengths, and you're deciding that I want to get better, I want to become the best version of myself. So you work on yourself. That's always in play, okay? Because you are doing that already. You are on step 1. You're on fire hour. You're doing step 1 already. Um, let me read what Angela said. I will say this works. Yes. Sean taught this framework in 2020 with a different delivery. Yes. I, I went, I went high status too with staying active and performing. Went from $500K sales first 16 months. The next 15 months I did this. We went $8 million plus. Damn, I remember that. Give credit where it's due. You guys are fire. Living proof this works. Apply yourself. Bet on yourself. It starts with you. 100%. I, I remember, I remember the shift that happened, Angela. I remember when that happened, and it was like, it's astonishing. It's astonishing in such an amazing and incredible way. So thank you for sharing that. It's so true though. Like, this Angela activated local celebrity status if you think about it, right? Jackie has local celebrity status as well if you think about it. And Thrive, right? Even Thrive, where does all the attention go? Look on stage when you go to Thrivepalooza. Look on stage, who is getting recognized, right? There's your peers. You have peers, you have the— you guys have the team getting recognized. That is achieving local celebrity status. That is helping all of us together as a whole, as a family, as a unit, get a local celebrity status together. And, and I'm gonna tell you guys what you guys are doing, okay? It's called status transfers, man. I didn't even talk about social media yet. Status transfers, okay? Um, this right here, status transfers, okay? When someone right here. Let's just say you, when you have high status and it's the— okay, right here. When you have high status and let's say this is your friend, this is your friend, and your friend wants to connect with this person right here, Person A. Can you guys see that? Okay. Put your people on the map. Yes, 100%. This is what you guys are doing when you're putting your people on the map. You're doing status transfers. Let's say Jackie or Angela, right? Let's say, for example, because you both have high status, all right, you both have high status right here. When you guys talk to someone, a third party, someone else, it doesn't matter who they are, because you both have high status You guys can edify each other to this person, and your energy— both of your guys' energy is already gonna speak for itself. So you guys are gonna already have this high status vibe, this high status energy around you that you guys are reflecting. Everyone that gets— that comes around you is automatically gonna have a perception, most likely a perception of high status on you, on both of you. This is what happens. Okay, when you guys see your Thrivers, like the Thrive Team, what's happening in everyone else's mind that's looking in is like they see people winning, okay? They see people, they see people living their life, they see people working on themselves, they are becoming the best version of themselves, they're fulfilled, they're happy, they're, they're content, they're working on themselves, they're working towards more, they're, they're working on themselves, okay? They're living their dreams. Guess what? Other people who are watching, they're already— their mind is already making their decision. Like, damn, like, I want to be a part of that, but I'm scared, right? I want to be a part of that, but like, how do I— how do I get started? I want to be a part of that group. I want to be like them. That's what people are saying. I'm not even kidding. I'm serious. And the people who are not, it's just simply because the ego is still too high. That's it. It's just not their time yet, or they need to work on themselves, or, you know, maybe it's not for them, right? Who knows? You just never know who it's for. It makes sense. That's why welcome calls are so important. Yes. Yes. Because when you do a welcome call, you are doing a status transfer. You're really doing a status transfer and you're also setting them up for success, right? You're setting them up for success. If someone didn't receive a welcome call and then the, all the perceptions and the, the positioning of the high status was not aligned, was not established. You're setting that person up for failure or for more failure than success simply because you're not giving, you're not doing the performance, you're not putting in the work, you're not giving all that you got to help that person out, right? That's why for me, like, you know, throughout this call I'm like, damn, like I, I wish I had more sleep. I wish I was able to like think clearly. It's because my performance right now, for me personally, I'm like, damn, like this is, this is whack to me, you know? Like I wanna deliver fire, I wanna deliver value. I know that this is value. I know that there, I'm getting good feedback as well, but like I wanna do better. I wanna do more. I'm committed to getting better. You see that? That's why for me, like this is not the level I wanna play at, but with the amount of sleep and all that stuff, like it, you know, I'll justify it. But at the same time, I already know I can get better, you know, still better than my 2020. Thank you. Yes, that's good. So this right here, again, you know, status transfers. When you do a welcome call, you are doing status transfers. You are, you're transferring your status to the other person in the person's eye. And now guess what? You're positioning them for success because you're establishing credibility. You're establishing like this is a real business. You're establishing that you can actually do it. You can, you can prove that there's results that you can get simply because of who you are and what you've already done. Right? There's all these things, right? So that's what's happening here. And this is everyone on the, on Thrive, everyone in our team. Like, this is what helps us make more. This is what helps us change more people's lives. This is what helps us get bigger, a bigger team, bigger results. All these things. This is one of the things, because guess why? It's you. It's you again, right? It's about the person. Okay. It's about you. Everything is moved by people. So when you have high status, you automatically are helping everyone else win. You automatically help everyone else win. Status to energy transfers. Yes, that's really what it is. Okay? When people go to lifestyle getaways, right? When people go on the vacations and then, or go even to a local, right? The, the OC local. No, Irvine local, right?
Orange County.
Orange County local is coming up. Every single person that goes there, status transfer is happening at all times, right? It's so important to bring new people. If you wanna build your business and expand, bring new people to locals, bring new people to your energy, right? Those, whoever's open for Thrive, it's because it's about time for them and they need it and it's in alignment with them. It's coming into the life for a reason, right? Give them the best opportunity and chance to win in their life. Give them the best chance and opportunity to succeed for themselves, for their goals and dreams, by bringing them into the energy, right? Bringing them into the positivity. It's all that stuff. I don't know if you want to say anything.
Uh, yeah, so for like the locals, it's so important because, you know, someone may know you, and whether it's someone that's known you for a long time or someone that hasn't known you for a long time, when they all of a sudden they see third party or they see more people doing the same thing you're doing. Everyone wants to be a part of something. People want to be a part of something, and people want to be a part of something that's bigger than themselves, right? So you guys actually inviting people to these events, it actually will help them see what the vision is. Like, wow, there's more people than just you doing it. Because at first they may know the old you and they don't understand how you could change so quickly, right? But it takes them being around the community, being around other people, seeing like, I see how you change so quickly. I see that the changes in you, it's real. Like, you have people around you, right? Which is why associations are also important. And then if people don't know you, they don't know you that well. They know you're just doing this thing. Well, when you bring them amongst other people doing this thing, it's no longer, oh, it's not just you. Like, there's so many other people doing it. Like, this must be a thing. So I think that's the importance. Of, you know, bringing people to events and inviting them personally and also just having no expectations and just being when you're there.
Yeah, exactly. Like, yeah, when you, when you're just there, you are being your, your, whatever you've already been working on, that's how you show up and you just project that energy out because that's you. And guess what? Now people are affected. You are the cause to the effect. So you just by showing up, And you bringing other people, inviting people in because they want to be there. Guess what? The cause happens and then the effect takes place. First thing you wanna get good at in what we do is learn how to invite. Yes. Consistency. Also, when you are still, oops, when you are still showing up with your day ones, it's huge credibility. Yes. So yeah, it's okay. Um, yeah, there's, there's so many things, right? Um, dang, like this activates cognitive biases, right? This, I know that I've trained on cognitive biases before, you know, in 2020 or 2021.
I feel like cognitive biases are so good. Like that's something that I never put frameworks or words to until you taught it. And then I was like, oh, that makes sense. You know what I mean? So I feel like that should be like, yes, a completely different training. Happy birthday, Trish!
Happy birthday!
Oh, this is sweet, Rod. Happy birthday to my baby's mama, wifey, the love of my life. Oh, how sweet!
I love you guys. Happy birthday!
Happy birthday!
You guys deserve all that is coming for you, 100%. Happy birthday! I still remember when we met the very first time. You guys came through to the lifestyle getaway on your own, just simply because you wanted to be there, want to see it. Tell your men and boyfriends or significant others to tune in today at noon. Um, Ozzy, yeah, the Oz Wellness Wednesday. Wellness Wednesday, you guys are gonna crush it.
Yeah, so Promoting to the next event. That's what he just did, and that's what you do at locals. Yeah, go to the next event.
Yeah, you want to promote event to event. So happy birthday again. Yeah, there's, there's a lot that we can cover. Dang, like 1 hour is not—
Cognitive biases are really good. You should, you should have that for like a whole nother call too.
Yeah, I know. Yeah, we're gonna have to like Man, you know, you know what I really, um, I really missed before was when we did the 90-day run. Oh, so we did the 90 days of like 5 hours every single day, and then I like, I was able to go like 1 to 2 hours or even 3 hours sometimes. That was very rare, 3 hours, but 1 to 2 hours is like really like good because we can get so much done in an hour and 30 minutes. It's 90 minutes, 9-0. That's a powerful number right there. Like, that is like— 60 minutes is, is good, but 90 minutes is way better.
That was intense. So things were intense. If you know, you know.
Yeah, but man, I didn't get to cover like anything really. But okay, this is just the concept, this is the setup.
Okay, I covered a lot.
I did cover a lot. This is— these are the 20/80s. I make it very simple so that way you can apply right away. Try to apply these things immediately, or at least start to understand and learn deepen the mastery level for yourself. Because once you understand, then you can apply and you can teach. When you can teach this stuff to your team, to other people, it's game over. Because now you're activating so much more. Your input— again, this right here, this right here. Now that I've shared this right now, there are some people here who fully understand all this. Guess what? Automatically, automatically The output has now increased, right? I'm duplicating my knowledge. I'm duplicating and sharing whatever I have so that way everyone here duplicates the same thing. Whatever you guys wanna apply, whatever you guys wanna share, whatever you guys wanna like, whatever you guys learn, download, receive, then from there, or, and perceive, then from there you take action on, you share it with your team, share it with the people that you, you are networking with, that you're connecting with, share with your family. Share it with your children, right? I'm gonna teach, you know, Fire Hour, you know, Caitlin. Yeah, they're gonna be learning this stuff, okay? They're gonna be watching this stuff. It's just so important. Learn as if you're to teach. Yes. Yeah, like take notes as if you're teaching, if you're going to teach it to someone else, and then teach it if you can. Yeah, right, like teach it.
Yeah, this is called knowledge transfer. So if you guys are in chat, which most of you guys are, don't be shy. Communicate, over-communicate, Maybe there's something that you learn from these FIRE hours that you're like, I never knew that, or that's so important, or I forgot that, or hey, so-and-so mentioned something the other day and this golden nugget would have helped them. So communicate it, overcommunicate it, knowledge transfer it. What was your takeaways, right? Because your takeaway may be the same or different as someone else's, but when you're in a community together learning and growing, Communicate, over-communicate, share. Don't be shy, just put it out there. You know, if you want to be growing and you want to be a part of growth, you have to grow yourself first, and you have to do things that maybe you never thought to do before or not— are not the most comfortable for you. But here you guys are sharing, you guys are learning, you guys are growing together. And when a group of people come together as a community to— oh yeah, grow together, and they put all of their energy in there, and there's a lot of feedback, there's a lot of like back and forth, we've seen things just take off. Like, things just take off.
I'm gonna share with you this, like, like the— because this is a team effort, right? You're only as strong as your weakest link, right? You're only as strong as your weakest link. So there's no weak links though. That's the thing, there's no weak links. So here's what I'm saying.
When—
this is what Crystal's saying, just to add on. When you have a community. There is so much more abundance and opportunity to, to be created by communication. When you start to knowledge transfer, people are naturally gonna get fired up, right? You are gonna ignite people in inspiration. You're gonna ignite people and light them on fire to go after their goals and dreams. When you communicate, when you have a team talking to each other because it's accountability, you guys are now activating accountability. A group, a mastermind discussion. There's so much that— there's so much energy that happens when you do knowledge transfer. Because I'm telling you right now, if you keep your mouth shut, if you don't talk about what you learn from not just Fire Hour but from everything in, in life, yeah, you are not going to activate the community. You're not going to activate team. You're not going to activate teamwork. You're not going to activate mastermind. It's gonna happen when you start to discuss more. When you have energy altogether balled up in one place, that explodes and ignites fire. It, I don't, it ignites like some crazy stuff. All right. It ignites results. Okay. It just, it ignites passion. It fuels the fire, the motivation, the inspiration. It fuels everything. And it actually, because the energy's all aligned, it actually helps you manifest faster. It helps you achieve your goals and dreams faster. It makes it a lot easier too because now you're not in negative, it's all positive, it's all good energy for you. So it's important to like start to activate knowledge transfers, discuss what you guys learn, like have— and, and don't like— make sure to be intentional obviously, but don't like— don't waste time. Like, like, let's get after it, let's go. At locals, like, you can talk about it, you know, at the events you can talk about it. People will feel your energy naturally, right? There's so many things that can happen on social media. Like you can talk about it if you want. There, there's different ways to talk about it. Obviously there's, yeah, I mean, go over social media.
Uh, sorry, I feel like you touched on it a little bit.
I touched about the, I talked about the intangibles, part of the intangible side of social media. Okay. Because everything that we do social, again, social media is the tool, it's the amplifier, it's the multiplication. It's like I, I said this before, remember I put this right here. It's you first, then marketing is next, and then everything else, like all the platforms, whatever that may be— social media, TV, whatever, all that stuff— that's, that's third. Okay, I put it in this order. It's you first. You have to work on you first. And then, and this is the intangibles, the knowledge transfers, the status transfers, your positioning, high status, achieving local celebrity status, all these things. That's you. It's all you. Whether there's marketing, or their social media, right? What if, if you had none of that, you still have you. That's why I'm saying activate you, work on the intangibles, right? That's even another training, intangible training, tangibles versus intangibles. But once you have that, then from there, because you're working on you, it's already in motion, it's already at play, it's working in for you, it's working in your favor. That's the input right here. Then you're all automatically getting the output. You now maximize with the, with the marketing efforts. All your marketing efforts maximize you. Your marketing efforts maximize you. And then from there, you can channel it into all these different avenues, okay? You can channel all that stuff into different avenues. You're literally just duplicating you on all these mediums. That's it. That's why this is so important right here. This is the number one thing. If out of these things, the 20/80, This is right here is a 20/80, is working on you, the best project you'll ever work on, you. Then from there, this right here is the amplifier. You maximize, you maximize everything, man. You maximize everything that you're doing. And then from there, you multiply all efforts in play with different platforms, right? That's what's happening right here. And this, I'm gonna tell you right now, long form content, right? Why, why, um, so this is something that I know we gotta go, but this is something that like Crystal and I were deciding on in 2020. We're like, do we want to share Fire Hour publicly in 2020? The reason why we said no is because we're thinking with scarcity. We're thinking not in abundance. I really wanted to do public, but I was like, damn, like, you know, I'm gonna be talking about all this, these gold Like this, you know, secrets, like fire, 1%. Yeah, the 1%ers.
Like, you teach people to hire you.
Yeah, I'm gonna give you guys everything in 2020. I'm gonna give you everything. I'm gonna give you all that I've got. And I did. And guess what happened? Boom, results. Life changed. Lifestyle changed. Lifestyle changed for us too, you know. Change happened for all of us because of 2020. That fire hour run, I just laid out everything I got on the table, and there's still more. But that, like, the 2020, Shungunna 2020 was like freaking— that was like the last ends of the ego that was there, okay? That was like me going from the darkness to the light, but it was there being able to channel. Anyways, um, so with that being said, right, that was the intangibles. That was like a lot of different things. It was the ego death. Yeah, you guys experienced Ego Death on Fire Hour.
Live.
Live.
I beat it out of him.
I loved it. So, um, but that was what happened, right? In 2020, the Fire Hour that I laid everything out, but I really wanted to like share it publicly. And the only reason why I didn't is cuz I was thinking it was scarcity. I was scared that, you know, if every, like, I, I didn't want to like work, I didn't wanna like hurt anyone else's business, you know, on like the sidelines and everything. But I also didn't want to, I just, I just was scared, I guess, you know, I don't know. I was scared to like share the truth out there, like give all I got, like in the public, in the public eye. I still have all the recordings and I do wanna post it, but it's not that relevant unless people know who we are. Right? So all that stuff though is there. And I was telling Crystal, like the next time we do Fire Hour, if we ever do it again, we have to do it publicly. And that's why we're sharing it live in public. We're not holding back anymore. We're not holding our truths back. We're not, we're not gonna reserve this, this information like against anyone else. Like we're gonna give it away.
No, we're playing small, basically.
Yeah, that's what it is.
No, we're playing small.
Yeah, we're not playing small anymore. Like why? Like why not share this stuff? Like I don't care about gatekeeping it. Yeah, like I'm not gonna gatekeep. No gatekeeping. Like there's no paywall for Fire Hour, right? I'm not gonna— this is not for sale. This is for free for who— those who want it, right? That's why we're posting it on YouTube. We wanna share it with the world. And you know, even the, the first time in 2020, there was a lot of people like I was doing Fire Hour. There was a lot of hate that I got. I'm just giving free value, but I still got a lot of hate. I got a lot of negative energy pushed at me. Why? It's because I was triggering a lot of people. You know why? It's because I'm working on myself and they don't wanna work on themselves. That's it. Just because they were getting triggered. They didn't want to work on themselves, so they would hate on me. Why, why did I like, why did I like hide it? Why did I hide all that stuff when I knew better already, right? When I knew better, I'm just doing the world a disservice by hiding everything. That's why it's all public now.
And that's okay. That's what's gonna happen to you. Like, as you mentioned, like, the more you work on yourself, like, the different levels there are, right? So Well, as you start to put yourself out there and you start to get louder and louder and louder and really express your truth and just be extremely authentic and just put everything out there, you are going to get both a lot of positive and possibly a lot of negative, which is why you have to continue to do the work on yourself because you're gonna get it, right? Like the bigger things you want in life, the more you want to do, the more impact you want to create, the more you have to be you. The more you have to speak your truth, put everything out there, and people, they're gonna come in both ways, good, bad, ugly, whatever, it doesn't matter. Do the work on yourself, know your intentions, know your intentions is to help other people to truly create an impact and let people be negative, you know, like that's just where they're at, they're projecting what's on the inside. It's not personal, it has nothing to do with you. Own your voice. You know what you want. You know the impact you want to create. And in order to do that, you have to work on yourself internally to be okay with the negativity that may come in.
Yeah, you know, I was like, at like midnight, I was watching like the very, uh, Fire Hour Season 2, which was 2021. The very first episode, it was about the Four Agreements.
Yes, that was so good. We gotta go over that again.
I was like reviewing that footage and I was like, oh my God, like, who is this guy? Who's this guy? Because he's spitting gold right now. I was like, damn, where is that fire? No, but it was The Four Agreements. Like, it's something— yeah, we got to go over it again.
It was so impactful.
Yeah. Welcome Cynthia, brand new promoter.
Welcome Cynthia, welcome to Fire Hour.
Hello.
Oh man, exciting times ahead if you stick and stay.
Stick and stay and you get your pay. 100%.
But we gotta go soon.
Welcome to the Thrive Life. Yes. Yeah, you're in for a treat.
Life ever.
You're in for a treat. Uh, Thrive. Thrive is amazing. Thrive is amazing. But it's, it's the people here. This Thrive community, this, the people here is amazing. Okay, they're gonna be some of your closest friends. I'm telling you right now.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful souls.
But yeah, there's— okay, there's gonna be a lot more that we'll go over on the next call. Um, next fire hour session, I'm gonna outline it so that way we can go faster. But there's just so much, there's just so much that I, I wanna share.
Yeah.
And I, I know that I've shared this before, you know, in the first fire hours, but now that you've, you've lived through it, like you've received it before, or now you're open to receiving it because now you're in alignment, or now you've been working on yourself, so now you're open to receiving something different to download new information. Guess what? It's gonna be a different perspective cuz now it's gonna take your game to the next level. Okay, it will take your game to the next level as long as you do the work, you're willing to be coachable, and you play full out and you take all out massive action. Okay, so there's going to be a lot that we're going to go over, and I didn't even think that I was going to talk about local celebrity status, but now, like, now it's out there and now it's going to be public, so that's fine.
Season 3.
All right. Yeah, next call I'll finish this out, and then from there we'll go into social media. Okay, yeah, we gotta keep on going, we gotta keep on moving, keep on making moves. All right, love you all, crush it, dominate your path. Pretty Ricky, we're even talking about social media. Yeah, I know, it's intangible stuff, intangibles, the foundation, the foundation. Sorry, the foundations. All right, let's get it next week, guys.
See you Sunday too.
The preheater, the preheater. Oh, Sunday.
Yeah, it's a Sunday. All right, see you guys Sunday.
I'll see you all Sunday.
Love you all.
Take care.
You did good.
Thank you.
My alarm's gonna go off again.
