Community Is Trending (#FIREHOUR S4, E25)

Sean and Crystal discuss how community and mastermind groups drive momentum, using Napoleon Hill's principle of definiteness of purpose. They cover habit formation over willpower, Sean's path from customer support to marketing, and the emerging trend that relationships are the new currency for leaders building authentic connections.

I really wanted to dive deep into how powerful community is. And when I look back at all the momentum runs, like all the 90-day runs, all of the just things that like happen, like in life, like it's always because of people. It's always because of a group of people coming together with one vision and one direction, one mission, and everyone's taking all that massive action and going for it. And so And it, you know, like when people come together, like what, what, like the mastermind, right? Like when two, when three people or more come together and they define with clear crystal clarity the goal that they want to accomplish, what happens is magical. What happens is, you know, the impossible really. And so, um, I was actually like reviewing, uh, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. And he was saying how one of the principles of success is about that. It's about clarity. It's about having that clarity where you're going. And if you have definiteness of purpose, right? Meaning that you set your sights on whatever goal, you make a decision on whatever that goal is, and you just take relentless action without ever quitting. There's no means to quit whatsoever. And you just have that, that stake in the ground and you're going there. That's where you're going no matter what. That definiteness of purpose, right? It's inevitable. Like whatever that goal is, it's inevitable. That's it. Right? And so now imagine taking a group of people that has a goal, a vision, a mission, something that they, and they're not gonna stop, right? They're not gonna stop until they actually achieve it. Like, that's the power of community. That's the power of a mastermind. That's the power of people from different backgrounds coming together for one goal and taking relentless action, putting that vision out there and staying with it, right? And so that's kind of like what, um, Crystal and I were discussing yesterday, and we wanted to dive deep into that, uh, because I think that when it comes to today's world, and if you're, um, aware of what's happening in the world, right? Which is not new, you know, this is not new stuff. But if you take a group of people who are, you know, like, there's one side of them who don't just— who don't agree, and then there's another side who do agree, right? And then you put these two groups together, and then now they're, they're going after this decision, they're going after this goal, they're going in two different directions. Like, what happens, right? And so there's, you know, there's, there's a bunch of stuff happening, but the beauty of it is your focus and attention can go to whatever you want. Right. And when it comes to this community, like Thrive specifically, right, everyone here has, you know, their own personal goals and they have the grand vision of, you know, in one case, Thrivepalooza. Okay, so it just depends on what the community aspect is, what the goal of the community is and what the vision is. But when it comes to creating momentum and when it comes to actually like going after it together, right? Having that, that discussion with a leader, having that discussion with an upline, having that discussion with your support team, whoever it may be, even like on the Sunday night Zoom calls and whatever mastermind group calls you have, All of it has to be like, in my opinion, surrounded by one decision, one driving decision, because without knowing where you're going, how do you get there? You can't. So you have to have that decision. You have to have that discussion, get that clarity, and then from there, get the direction and then go after it. Right. And so when it comes to Thrivepalooza, when it comes to Thrive, when it comes to this community, when it comes to whatever it is that you're going after,, right? If you don't know where you're going, if you don't have that end in mind, then that's the first step. It's really getting clarity with that. Uh, but when it comes to like this community, again, it, it's about like, you know, what, like who's your accountability partner? Like where are you guys going together? How are you guys gonna get there? Right? And how, how do you max, again, like I'm harping on this from last episode and the episodes before, but if you already know where you're going, how do you multiply your efforts? And how do you, like, how do you cut the distance from point A to point B, right? Without making mistakes, like as many mistakes as you can, and without being able, like without having to like do it with stress. Like how do you remove the stress? How do you go with the flow? And how do you not quit when there's obstacles in the way, right? And one of the biggest breakthroughs I had recently, um, is, and this is something that I never played with before. But I know that it's, it's one of the pillars that, especially in marketing and especially in today's world, um, with the rise of social media, with organic content creation kind of like in status quo now, uh, but not only that, but it's literally every single day someone's trying to pick it up. Every single day someone's trying to do content creation and organic marketing for their, their businesses, right? Their brands. Everyone's trying to be a personal brand now. Right? People are actually starting to understand that personal branding is a thing and people are trying to, to make it a reality. So like all these like innovations and all this new data, which is not new, all these skills and where the, the world is going, especially when it comes to like business and social media. All right. Like, how do you compete with them? How do you stay adaptable? How do you continue to, to be ahead of the trends, like catch the trends and then be ahead of them? And then not only that, but how do you like also take action, right? And then what do you do when there's obstacles, right? What do you do when there's obstacles? Do you quit? Do you stress out and then figure it out? Or do you just like take a step back, understand that it's part of the process, and then take action because of your vision, because of the decision that you made. And then from there you keep on going, right? So for me, like, I understood marketing from a long time ago. I learned it throughout my entire life, especially when it came to personal branding because of breaking. When it comes to breaking, especially like with now, like Breaking is going to be aired 2026 or on July 26th, which is in 2 days, right? 2024. That's huge because when I was breaking, that was never a platform. There was no platform that big to host breaking. So what I learned about breaking for personal branding, and I have over 12 years of it now, right, is you had to have reputation, you had to have product, which is your, your, your moves, your signatures, your, your brand reputation, what you stand for, how you're going to educate and entertain, and also like win over the judges. Right. How do you like network? How do you connect? What does your personal brand really mean when you go out there onto the battlefield? Right. And you go out and you showcase your expressions, your lifestyle, etc., how you live your life. Like all that mattered when it came to breaking. And there's so much more. But that is also like marketing. It's about like how well can you market yourself? So for me, when I learned about personal branding, I was learning it because I was living it, right? And then when it came to like mixing business with personal branding, now I got to like learn a different structure and different perspective, different strategies, uh, because I worked with one of the best, uh, in, in marketing, right? And so when it comes to adapting and using social media to your advantage in today's world, uh, it's about like really like again, your vision, what you're okay with, what you're not okay with, what you want to do, the boundaries that you're operating within. And then from there, taking relentless action towards that goal. And then when the obstacle happens, because it will happen, right? You'll face uncertainty and challenges, right? You may get stressed if you're not doing the work. And there's going to be a lot of pressure because what I've noticed is when I have a plan, and I have a destination to go to, there's always an obstacle in the way, right? So for me, when it came to personal branding, marketing, you know, my goals and, and skills, okay, a skill acquisition, one of the skills I never acquired, um, which I'm like literally learning right now as we speak, is paid advertisement. Okay, for me, like, I did everything organic. I really, if you guys don't know, if you've never done paid advertisement, this is like a point to take notes in, but I'm going to give you guys a clue on what to focus on when I'm sharing this. It's, it's about the mindset and about the insights and just the speed of acquisition. Okay. The speed of skillset acquisition. All right. So for me, like Given that I've done over like 20 years basically of personal branding, of marketing insights, of study, right? And living it. That's, that's 20 years that I can cut your learning curve, right? By sharing my insights, by sharing the knowledge. You're just downloading this information, downloading the insights, downloading the knowledge, and then seeing where you can apply it to your real life and to your business. With that said, that's all from an organic perspective, all from a free advertisement perspective, right? If you, for example, Instagram, you, you take Instagram, which is a social media platform, take any platform for that matter, create a content campaign based off of your marketing strategy, post it, see the results, get the data, reiterate, repeat, right? Super simple. And it's about just taking action, testing those actions, testing those experiments, and then from there, getting the data, reviewing it and making sure that, all right, how can I improve the next one? Right. Until you find something that's winning. Right. And if you, and especially when it comes to business, you have to create, this is just my opinion and just how my philosophy and methodology works for my marketing strategies. It's, it's always about evergreen content. Right. And it's about, because if it's, if it's a small business that you're running, you, you can't like, you don't want to, um, exceed your, your cost, your expenses. You actually want to decrease them, especially when you want to scale. And then the whole goal of scale is to increase revenue, right? While expanding overall market share. So how do you create a sustainable evergreen marketing campaign that a local business or that small business can run or an individual entrepreneur like yourself can run, right? At all times. And then multiply the efforts and continue to stack those content campaigns over and over again. Okay. I really hope that people are, I hope that you are noticing like these little stacks, these framework stacks of strategies and content campaigns, because this is what I use for all the businesses. All right. So with that being said, when I learned about paid advertisement, okay, in 2020, uh, 2015, when I started to work with my former mentor, my former boss, who is, you know, he's done 9 figures. Okay. Um, his whole, the way that he achieved his success. At least in one aspect of it, was heavily reliant on paid advertisement, paid ads. And when I was working with them in 2015, I remember I had a chance to actually learn paid advertisement from him. At the time I was in customer support and what I was doing was just phone calls, emails, chat, and, you know, that kind of stuff, right? Just an office type job. But all remote and all online. Um, I was working inside the office in Hollywood Hills on Sunset Boulevard at the, um, forget what it's called, the building. It's a famous building out there. But, uh, basically I was working there in customer support. And my whole, like, for me, my background, again, it was breaking, right? It was martial arts breaking. And then all I knew after that was like, cause like just regular customer, uh, customer support, which was like food, like a food cashier. And then I went to sales, right? Selling TV, internet, and phones, right? In Walmart. That's, that's like where I came from. So my skillset, and I also did network marketing, direct sales, right? With a different company than Thrive previously. Okay. So I had all this experience and this background and up until that point till 2015, all I knew was, you know, personal branding, right? Organic marketing strategies, uh, networking, sales. And, um, and a little bit of mindset because I was working on myself already. I was doing personal development. I already went through Jim Rohn stuff already at that point. Okay. I did all that stuff. And so for me, when it came to 2015, like I, I made a, this is how I actually got this job, but, um, there, there was a lot. I'm gonna skip, um, all the other elements, but I made a decision. Okay. It started with clarity and making a decision. Going back to what I opened this call with, I made a decision with a vision in mind. And my mission was to make sure that I get employment with this mentor, right? I didn't know who this mentor was until one of my best friends told me about him, right? And it took a year before I learned about him. But when I learned about him in 20— yeah, in 2014 or 2015, the whole goal in those 6 months was if there's an opportunity to get a job with him, then I take it. And the opportunity arose, but I wasn't, I wasn't keen to it until it was in my awareness. And then until I made a decision, until I made a decision to get a job there. Okay. That was like, like, it's funny how, like, if you like, whatever you ask for in the world, it will almost be given to you. If, as long as you do the work and you stick with it, right? So that's what I've noticed. That's what I've noticed. And with this particular pattern and this particular experience in my life, like, that's what happened. I had the clarity, I made a decision, and I had definiteness of purpose, right? I, I made a decision and I never said I'm gonna quit. I never said that I'm not going back on this decision. I just said this is where I'm going and no matter what happens and how it happens, it's gonna happen. Okay? And it did. All right? So with that being said, Um, I got the job and now like I'm in customer support there because at that company, I don't know if it's changed now, but at that company everyone starts in customer support. And it says stand firmly on your purpose. Yes. Yeah. And, and don't give up, right? Don't give up. Never quit. So, uh, I made a decision. I'm there. Customer support. Everyone starts in customer support there. And then Um, I forgot like how many months it was in, but I got, because in that company you like, you're very flexible. It's really like your job title is really just adaptability because, um, we, we operated off of Peter Drucker's, uh, book Managing Oneself, right? That was one of the philosophies, one of the pillars, uh, in terms of the commandments. And, uh, when it came to it, it's about operating off of your strengths, not your weaknesses. If you take the community like this community right now., and we all went into a mastermind group and all of us had one goal, which was the vision to achieve, right? But we're all working together. Do you think that it would be better for the entire group and the mission and the vision for everyone to work in their strengths or their weaknesses? Which one, right? And the ideal, the ideal, like, you know, solution and choice would be to, for everyone to work on their strengths.. But what happens, cuz this is life, what happens when the person that has that strength can't work on it because of life, because of stress, because of other obligations, because of whatever, right? Now you are forced to work on your weaknesses based off of everyone else's, everyone else in the team, everyone else in the community, right? So then how do you face that challenge? How do you face that problem? So for me, this was like a problem that I faced early on in that career. It's because in customer support, I got moved to something called copywriting, something called, um, it was the email marketing department. And I had no idea about email marketing. I even remember like reflecting on this experience. And, um, it was, I was there for like 3 months. Okay. It was like the worst, like it was the worst 3 months of that experience in that career because I felt like I was going to get fired any day. Okay. I was going to, I felt like I was going to lose my dream job any day of that week, simply because like when I was, when I was in customer support, I was doing my job. I understood the assignment. I understood like, you know, how to do customer support, sales, you know, customer service, client service, et cetera. I knew how to do all that. Like, that's what I've been doing. Right. And that's part of personal branding. That's part of networking. That's part of building relationships., right? And so I was really good at that stuff. But when it came to email marketing, right, at that time, 2015, um, I had no, I had no experience. I had no, um, I had, I didn't even have any relatable examples to relate that to. So I couldn't cut my learning curve with that. Um, I didn't understand like the real purpose of it. And at that time, like we're sending out 300,000+ emails. Okay. Like, think of that, like 300,000, like I, I hit one button and for the next 8 hours it's sending out all these emails to hundreds of thousands of people. And for me in that position, I didn't even know, I didn't even understand really like what that meant. I didn't understand that that meant, uh, heavily like a, a massive increase in, in revenue or a massive decrease in brand reputation. Based on the email. If there's like incorrect grammar, if there is words that are misspelled, if the messaging doesn't make sense, like whatever it can be, it can be helpful or hurtful to the brand, right? At that time, I didn't really know that. I just knew like, all right, if this word is misspelled, like spell it properly. Okay, read it, make sure it makes a little bit of sense, right? And then like make sure you go through the process, etc., etc. So throughout the entire thing, just to summarize it. Every single day, I, you know, I had my definiteness of purpose. I had my, my mission to be employed at this company, my dream job, right? And then I get, and then in, when I'm there, I finally make it like that, that's not the end of my goal. Now my goal is to learn as much as I can. My goal is to get to the top of the company, right? However that fashion may be. My goal is to learn. My goal is really to like soak in the knowledge, right? Be a sponge, a student. And to really learn and hone my whatever learn skills I'm learning. Okay. Right. It's client acquisition and it's, it's about like mentorship and it's about like advancing my life, right? Being able to pay my bills, being able to make more than I need, being able to save, being able to learn like the wealth generating skill sets that I learned there, being able to understand entrepreneurship and business and, and experience lifestyle. So all that stuff, right? So, you know, I'm in there, I get, I get moved because we're, we're, you know, we're seeing like whose strengths and weaknesses are in what positions, right? And I get moved to copywriting, email marketing. And I'm like, all right, like, you know, maybe like this is going to be good for me. Maybe it's not. But again, like right as soon as I moved and I started to do the work and I started to see what really like the work entails. I found myself like in a place where it was kind of like scary because that was, that was my obstacle. That was one, that was an obstacle in my way, right? That was one big obstacle actually. And in that moment, like I could have decided to quit or I could have decided to persist or because, you know, like the beauty of life is that you can always, you can always use your voice. You can always communicate. You can always ask questions. And help other people understand where you're coming from, your position, right? So for 3 months, I'm like, I'm basically like struggling and like I'm falling asleep at the desk and my coworkers are like, hey, what's going on with this guy? Like, what's happening? You know? Um, and so I just, I just like ask, you know, I'm like, yo, like I can't be in this position. Like I literally just shared with them, like if I'm going to be here, uh, I can't be in this department. Otherwise nothing's going to happen. And, you know, I don't, I don't remember exactly how I shared it or how I said it, but I do remember like really confiding in one of my coworkers, letting him know that, you know, like, it's not going to work out. And so when it came time, when the opportunity, okay, because knowing that in mind and communicating that like to the people that are, that have my back, my coworkers, and they actually did have my back, okay. So that's what I'm grateful for. But because of all these elements that, that happened, and because I made another decision with clarity, I said like, I can't be in this position. I need to go back to customer support or something else. Um, the, uh, the opportunity, that door, because I asked, okay, I, I asked, right? So the door opened and when it opened, I, I moved immediately. Okay. I took relentless action and fast action at that. Okay. Immediate action. That's what I took. All right, this— here's the clue, okay? This is for everyone here. If you know exactly where you're going, all right, you have clarity, and then you know where you're going, where you want to go, right, from point A to point B, and the door opens for you, go walk through it, okay? That's the clue. Take immediate action. Speed. This is like the— what's the difference between people out there who make a billion dollars versus a million dollars versus No money at all. What's the biggest difference? I mean, what's— I'm sorry, what's the same thing that everyone has? It's 24 hours. We all share the same 24 hours, right? So speed, especially— this is just what I've noticed and what I've picked up when it comes to working with people like in different, uh, like, uh, financial brackets and the people who just have big corporations and big teams. And, you know, like their mindset is just completely different. Right? Because their, their relationship to time, like at least like self-management and time management and then the financial management, et cetera, it's completely different from when I was broke to where I am today. My, my relationship with time was completely different. Okay? I saw time differently. When I was an employee, I saw my time as hour per day. Like, you know, it's, it was just by hours. Like I was like, okay, like this is my hour. Hourly. This is what I have. This is my 24 hours. Okay. But then when I start to learn about business and I start to learn about leverage and mindset training and just like strategies and all these things, right, my, my relationship to time completely changed. I don't view time the same anymore. Right. And it's just, it's, it's something that's super important, especially if you're on this journey and you're an entrepreneur. Okay. Anna says, my mentor once told me people are broke in their People are broke in their pocketbooks because they are broke in their minds. Mm, yeah, I think, I think that's true, right? There, uh, there's a quote, they say, if you empty your wallet into your mind, okay, if you empty your wallet into your mind, your mind will fill up with your wallet, right? And that's one of the quotes that I can relate that to. It's because it all starts in the mind, right? Angela says, I can relate to this. Time. Yes. Yeah, especially like at those levels when you play the game at different levels, like time, like what is time, right? What does time mean to you? Like, how do you define it? Like, what is that true relationship with you in your life? Right. How do you want to leverage your time, leverage time so that way it's helpful to you and not hurtful to you? Right. Because that's the only, that's the thing that you can decide for yourself. Right. So that's okay. So with all this being said, all right. Um, I remember like having that door open. Okay. And then now I'm back into customer support and now because I'm back in customer support, it's for me, like in that feeling, I had like a second chance. I'm like, all right, like I'm going to crush it. Like I'm not going to, I'm not going to move anymore. I'm not, I'm going to stay in this place. Like if I really want to have job security in this position, I want to go after my goals. I want to learn as much from this mentor. I want to be able to experience all this. And, and, you know, just like really be an asset that is indispensable to the market, to the community, right? To this company, to this market. Then I can't move from my strengths. I have to, I have to stay in my strengths and not go to a weakness such as email marketing at that time. Okay. I know how to do email marketing now, but at that time I didn't. I had no idea what it was. All right. So I'm now back in a position of strength. I'm back in a position of confidence. I'm back in a position where I know I am an asset and not a liability to the company. Company, okay? And I expressed it. I expressed it to them. I'm like, this is not going to work for me. I need to be here in this, in this customer support place. Well, guess what, okay? What happens between that point in time where I'm like, all right, this is going to be great, you know, I'm gonna crush it now, I'm gonna go to the top in this, right? I made a decision and I'm not moving from it, okay? I made a decision to be the best of the best I can be there in that position, customer support, be the top of the top. Whatever that happens, like, I'm there, I'm good. Um, prior to me getting a bump and raise, okay, uh, and, uh, pay increase and also a promotion, all right, in customer support, prior to that happening, my mentor comes to me and he says, he literally, this is like me at the desk. I'm right. I'm sitting right here at the desk, right? This is the computer sitting at the desk. Um, like to my right is the view of sunset of, um, of LA. You can see all of LA. Okay. To my right. To the back of me, there's more desks and office, right? There's, there's like a bathroom back there, stairs over there. On the left, there's the door to the entrance. Uh, there's more offices in front of me. Uh, my mentor, my boss, he comes around, uh, around me into the desk and he, and he's talking to me right here and he's, he says, hey Sean, you know, do you think you want to try marketing? Like I'll move you to the marketing department if you want to try it. And to me, in my head, and with all this experience of marketing, email marketing, like, so the term marketing, I didn't even know really what marketing meant at that time. Okay. I understood the, the intangible, like principles of it, the intangible, like the ideas of, all right, this is how you influence people, the impact that you can make, the connections, how to talk to people, all these things. Like I understood the psychology, but I didn't know the label. I just didn't know the label of marketing. I had no idea what that meant. Okay. And so, but from my experience of email marketing, right? The 3 months of hell basically. And for me, like in fear of losing my job, the dream job I had, my mentor asked, or my former boss and mentor, he asked me, hey Sean, do you want to try marketing? And like for me, I'm still working. I'm like working like, and I'm like, oh hell no. Like I'm not going to move from this position. This is like, this is the position I need to be in, right? This is my strength. I need to stay here. I'm going to, if I'm going to move anywhere else, I'm probably going to get fired. I need to stay here. He asked me, like literally one of the best marketers in our, like in, I would argue in our generation today, okay? He asked me if I want to learn marketing and I had no idea that he was one of the GOATs of marketing basically, okay? I had no idea. So I say, no, I'm good. I think I like customer support. Like I'm going to stay here. And then what he says next, I never forgot, okay? What he said next, I always remembered. He said, when I said no, he said, oh, okay. It's just because most people, like, they usually come to me for marketing questions. They usually come to me for marketing help. That's what he said. He just said one sentence really, is most people just usually come to me for marketing. So when he said that, I didn't know what that meant at the time, but I always remembered it. Right. And I, I, you know, after that, I, he just moved on. I stuck in my path. Um, I, I got, I climbed the success ladder in that company all the way to the top of the customer support department. I became head of support and that led to a whole bunch of other opportunities and other management skills and et cetera. Like it was, it was a really, uh, strong pillar in that company. That I was leading. Okay. But after I left that company, you know, I, and I started to go on my own entrepreneurial journey and I started to, to, you know, do marketing. Like I had to market myself. I had to like post on social media. I had to go out there and do networking. I had to do all these things right to, to get attention on my business, which was a consulting business. I, I realized soon after the mistake that I'm— that, or the missed opportunity that I had. Okay. I, the missed opportunity was I got to, I could have learned exactly how to do paid advertisement from one of the people who has spent the most money in the world when it came to, to paid advertisement. Okay. Like that was the missed opportunity that I realized after I left. Because of one sentence that he said. Okay, do you guys— are you guys, um, are you guys noticing like these, these little patterns, these little elements? So, um, there's a lot of— there's a lot of like lessons I learned, but one of the things I learned was it comes back to awareness. Okay, it's about awareness. It's a— it's a self-awareness for yourself It's awareness of who's in the room. And this is huge. Who's in the room is about like networking with bigger, with bigger communities, with people at different levels, people playing different games. Okay. Hey, babe. Okay, never mind. And so with that being said, for me, like when I started to go into my entrepreneurial journey and I started, I had to market myself to learn about marketing. I had to study marketing books. I had to start, I have to study like, you know, whatever I was studying. Okay. I studied my, like, I studied his videos after I understood marketing. I went back and reviewed everything. I was like, oh my gosh, like I could have learned. But what I did learn while I was there, because it was proximity, right? I was learning with proximity. I was learning because I was in the room. I was learning behind the scenes. I was learning what the company was doing. I was in all the chats. I was, I'm seeing everything. I'm absorbing all that, this information. I'm still acquiring skill sets, still acquiring knowledge. Still acquiring data, right? So I'm downloading all this information. Like the one thing that I realized, just to like make it super simple and summarize it, is I amplified what I knew. I amplified my personal branding, my marketing strategy, my, my marketing skillset, my marketing knowledge. I amplified all of that on the intangible side, on the intangible side, but not the tangible side because I never did it. Does that make sense? The tangible side is the hard skills. It's like if I asked you to, to run a paid ad right now, can you do it? If you say no, that means you probably don't know how to run the ad. You don't know how to set up the ad, right? How to set up the ad on the, on the computer or on your phone. But if you know the soft side of the skills, which is the intangible, which is like, you know, the cognitive biases, the marketing strategies, the content campaigns to run, how to structure out the script, how to do all these things, how, who to target, et cetera. If you know all that stuff, right? The one, if you know the soft side of it, which I learned and I knew and I understood, and that's something I'm really good at. Like the one thing that I was missing on the other side was the hard side, was the hard set, right? The hard skills was the how to actually set up the ad, how to actually like click these buttons, how to like do all that stuff. So like, I wanted to share that story because what I'm learning now is that. I'm learning the hard set, the hard skills now. I'm learning the how to set up the Facebook ad, the Meta ad, how to run the Instagram ads, how to click these buttons, what buttons to click. That's what I'm literally learning right now. And the challenge I have for myself, right, which I want to share with everyone, because this is inevitable, right? Obstacles and challenges are inevitable, especially with what I said before. When you have clarity. And then you have purpose, you have your vision, your mission, your goal, your destination. When you have that, what's going to happen in between? Okay, from point A to point B, what's happening in between is the obstacle, is the challenges, is the stress, is the trials and tribulations, is the things that are going to slow you down from actually achieving your goal, right? So for me, Given that I've taken all this information, this experience, this knowledge, my, you know, these truly unique experiences that I got to like witness and experience, and now bridging the gap to actually doing the work and facing these challenges with constraints, with, with urgency, with goals that we need to hit, with timelines that we need to achieve, uh, with, with actions that we need to take within certain times, like all these things. And there's inevitable challenges in all. Like how, for me, this is something I'm wrestling with right now. How do I continue, you know, towards my goal with all of these challenges, with urgency, with real urgency and timelines and deadlines, and while having to cut my learning curve with these hard skill sets, right? And being stressed out, you know, being like having to do everything else in life. Just like how everyone else is, right? How do I not stress myself out to a point where it's deteriorating my health, to the point where it's hurting any other of our businesses, um, and, and everything else in between, without having to sacrifice any time away from loved ones, without having to sacrifice lifestyle, without having to worry about, you know, anything and everything, emergencies, etc.? Like, how do I continue to face these challenges without all that pressure, without all that stress, without all of the pain that goes with it? How do I face it? Look, there's fireworks on the Zoom call. How do I face it? And so I'm going to ask you guys a question just to sit with for 30 seconds. But in times of stress, When you're going from point A to point B and you have a goal, okay, whatever that goal is for you, how are you facing it? Like, what is going through your mind? What are you wrestling with? Like, how are you overcoming it for yourself? When, when you have this big goal that you're going after and these challenges come in, because it's inevitable, whatever the challenge may be, it may look different, but it's challenge nonetheless. How do you face it? How do you overcome it? Have you noticed any patterns for yourself? Any habits? Any triggers? Remember, like, when it comes to, um, an action, it's all about just the trigger, the pattern, uh, the trigger, the action, the pattern, right? It's about your patterns, your habits, okay? Your habits is what's gonna really dictate where you go in life. That's why I've learned in the, the book Atomic Habits. There's a really good quote, but I'm going to butcher it. And the quote, it talks about how no matter what you— let me just look it up, actually, because I don't want to butcher it. But do you know which quote I'm talking about?
Okay.
Can you say it? Okay. The level. It's a quote. I got to look it up. Okay. I got it. Okay, are you ready? I just Googled it. Anna says she has that book, have not read it yet. Oh, I'm gonna check the camera real quick because I didn't get it set up.
Where's that?
Sorry. Anyways, okay, here, I'm gonna read the quote. Okay. You do not rise to the levels of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems. You should be far more concerned with your current trajectory than with your current results. Huh, that sounds a little different than the quote. It was, um, it's about habits.
It was something about habits, like you will rise or you will fall.
Yeah.
To like the level of your habits.
Yeah, something like that. That's not the quote. I don't know why people like don't quote the entire thing.
That was like the best one. I know.
I gotta find, I need some time to find it, but okay. Anyways, I need to find it. Like that's such a, I need to memorize it, internalize it. But that quote, it's about like falling. You'll fall down to the habits. Okay. You'll fall to your habits. There's another thing that I learned. I forget who it's by, but they said that, you know, willpower, your willpower is finite. Okay. Your willpower is finite. Your habits are not. Okay. Because, because when you're using your willpower, you only have a certain amount of energy to, you know,, disperse, right? And for a limited amount of time until like you need to recover, right? When it comes to your habits, habits are very easy. It's kind of like almost automatic, right? And so, um, when it comes to like your habits, right? Like that's what I want, I wanted to ask you. It's like, what, what habits do you have? Like what habits are you, you falling back to? What habits are you falling back to when it comes time for you to make decisions and take action and then you hit obstacles? What habits do you have instilled within that are serving you and not, right? They're helping you or not. Like, this is something to ask yourself because this is about self-awareness. This is about understanding yourself. This is about improving yourself. And if you don't know the habits that you have because you've never tested it, you never met challenge and really took a look at yourself, your self-awareness. Then how can you improve if you don't know what to improve on? Right. So that's that question. Let me, um, are you looking it up? Okay. Let me just check one last.
I believe it's in our program.
Yeah. Okay. Love Accelerator.
Yeah. Nice. I just have to go onto Google just to look up like the best, um.
It's okay. So, okay. With that being said, okay. Um, When it comes to your, your, your goals, all right, your, the challenges, identify your habits. For me, one of my habits that I noticed, okay, one of the habits that I noticed when I'm learning these, the hard skill set now of doing paid ads, like I understand it a lot more now, like I'm doing it, I'm running paid ads now, like I'm doing all that stuff. Um, but one of the challenges I had was I, because I know I'm self-aware, because I know my strengths and weaknesses, like, because I know, like, what I'm good at, what I'm not. When it came to running the paid ads, right, like, I met— the challenge that I met was I can't get access to the advanced paid advertisement, like, tools because of certain things. And so what I did was like for 2 weeks, basically, like freaking 2 weeks. Like every day I'm spending like hours just trying to figure this out, like trying to like cut my learning curve as fast as possible while getting other things done. But, you know, meeting with resistance at all, all the time, meeting with resistance, meeting with resistance. No matter what I do, I exhaust all solutions. I exhaust all options because I know how, right? Because I know what I'm doing. I'm good at what I do. So I exhaust everything. I do all the research. I watch hours, like tens and hundreds of hours of video tutorials and every other stuff. Okay. Everything. I exhaust everything. What I didn't exhaust, which was the one thing that I encourage everyone to do, is to go to an expert right away. Because why? What was I working on? This is a hard skill, a hard skill set that's new to me. So is that a strength of mine? Not yet. Right. What was it? It was a weakness. So why am I wasting days, weeks, hours a day? Why am I wasting my energy, my time, my, my, my— the energy really was like because of stress. Like when you're stressed out, you decrease your energy, right? Why am I wasting my energy with this weakness I have instead of Leaning on my strengths. What, what is a strength? A strength? Just because you don't, because just because you don't have the strength doesn't mean that you have the access to that strength, right? Who do you know? That's the question you ask. Who do, who do I know that has this strength and that I can lean on, that I can access, that I can ask? Guess what? Who, who's the person that I have like in my network? My brother. Why? Because going back to the job that I had, the dream job, not only did, not only did I work in that job, but my brother did. And what we ended up in summary was I was the front end. I was working with the customers, getting the ideas out, talking to everyone, getting the data. I'm in the front. My brother is the one that was doing the hard marketing in the back. Okay. He was part of the marketing team. The one that my former mentor asked me if I wanted to join. My brother was there. So that's my brother's skill set. My brother is a master at that, that stuff, and paid advertisement. So when it came to, when it came time to ask for help, because Crystal literally was like, can't you just ask someone?
I always do this. Sometimes he struggles through things. And I see that he wants to learn it himself and be able to be the person that figures it out. And by all means, there's nothing wrong with wanting to figure things out yourself. Um, everyone is completely capable of it, but if someone else already knows and you, they're just a phone call away and they're more than willing to just answer your question, you're able to move on a lot quicker, right? So like, I was like, he was telling me his issue and I'm like, Why don't you call your brother? And I feel like I've told him this so many times before because he has experts around him, you know, like sometimes when it comes to like payroll, HR issues, he's like struggling through the thing. And I'm just like, why don't you just call your mom? Like she literally does that for a living and has done like startups and like exits and huge companies. Right. And so I'm just like, just call her. Like, she's more than happy to help. She always tells us, like, if you have issues or you need help, let me know. And she'll literally solve a problem that we've had for days or hours in, like, minutes. And so, um, and then the other day, I think he was on a website and he was trying to do something and he was, like, trying to put up, like, I don't know, what was it, like, ticketing or changing something in the backend for, like, vendor applications. And he was, like, struggling, learning, doing all these tutorials. And I was like, Why don't you just ask our friend? Like, she's the one that knows how to set it up. And so we saw her and we're like, hey, I was like, hey, can you walk him through this? Right? And she's like, yeah. And she just like walked him through it really quick and then he was done. And I was like, start to ask. Like if there's someone around you and they're really good at something and they don't mind answering your question, or maybe you don't even know if they'll mind answering your question, just ask. Right? Um, ask the questions and then put it into action because there are people out there more than willing to help you that they are experts in whatever they're doing. And instead of spending like hours or days or weeks or months struggling on something, you just ask the expert, you get the answer, and then you just move on with your life and then you're not so frustrated, right?
Yeah. Um, so let me—
so yeah, yeah.
So for me, like, Well, I'm going to, I'm going to make another point though. Um, sorry, got the baby here. So like, here's like what I learned, right? Obviously, like I asked for help, right? I asked my brother. So yesterday we were actually on a 40-minute, 46-minute call trying to figure this problem I had out, the challenge I had. Well, guess what happened? Like, so there's two things I learned. Number one. Is that because I'm, because I don't know if you guys do this too, but for me, um, just because like I love to learn, I want to know like that I exhausted all my resources. I wanted to know that I exhausted all my options before asking for help. And then because I know what I did, I know what I did. Like I know how to, I know how I exhausted all my options. And then I asked my brother who's an expert and we're on the call for 46 minutes. And he's struggling with like trying to solve this problem. And so for me, like, um, like I, I deemed this problem like not solvable because it's not in our control because it's not something we can control because it's, it's on the platform itself. And that's, we don't have access to the backend of the platform. And so for me, that's, that's what I, that's what I came to realization. That's when I was like, all right, I got to ask for help. So I did that. That was my solution. Or that was my resolution base, basically from everything I did. Now, my brother, we're on the call for 46 minutes. He's, he's like doing everything, like all this stuff. Guess what? After 46 minutes, he comes to the same resolution. Okay. So here's what I learned. The first thing is that I learned how to do all the research and how to, to test everything, how to do all the options, how to do everything. And I exhausted all that. So I learned, I learned that that was great. The second solution though, the second lesson I learned is that, you know, I could have saved, I mean, that's something that I learned like already, but I could have saved like weeks, hours, and days, right? Weeks, days, and hours of energy, right? Which is the number one thing, time. And then also like the fact that, you know, like it's just not a problem that we can solve. Because it's not on our end. It's on the backend of, of the platform itself. Okay. And so like the whole point I'm trying to make and just to like oversimplify and just echo what Crystal was saying is that, um, if you have access to someone who has a strength, an expert, and you can access them though, okay, you can access them, then just ask for the help because of why? Because of opportunity cost. Okay. It's opportunity cost. And like, I guess maybe that's something that I need to lean more into, like connect with people who have more strengths. And that's the whole point. It's like about the mastermind. It's about the community. That's, that's where networking really comes into play. And one thing I'm going to share with you, you guys today. So it's July 24th, 2024, right? In 2018 to 2020, the, the thing that I monetized in my personal brand was networking. Business networking. And at the time, because timing is everything in the market, especially when making money, at the time, the idea was it just was, there was not enough awareness on the importance of networking and relationships and building those connections. And, you know, come 2024, right? This is just a trend now. Okay. I'm going to share with you guys something that I'm seeing. Like the trend is that people are going to start talking more about that. They're going to start talking more about relationships, business networking, connections. Relationships are the new currency. Relationships are the gold. Relationships is what you got to build now. Community is everything. And, and I'm going to share with you, like, if you just notice in the marketplace, like, there's a lot of money being put into different things that all revolve around community, okay? All revolve around people coming together. This is, these are the patterns, okay? These are the patterns in, from a, a marketing perspective. These are patterns from just catching trends. These are patterns that if you understand this data and this knowledge that I'm sharing with you, you're going to ask yourself, because I ideally, as especially as leaders, you got to ask these questions for yourself. How is it going to affect your business? How is it going to help or hurt your business? How do you pivot and adapt to these changes in the market? Does it help you? Let me ask you a question for Thrive. If people in the world and the trends, they're going more towards relationship building, community connection, all these things, does it help your business and Thrive? The answer is yes. Okay. And it will only help if you actually do the work to build those connections. It will only help if you actually do the work to build community. It will only help if you actually build the work to actually align with the trend, with what's happening in the world, with what's trending. It's connection, it's relationship building, new currency. That's what you're going to start to see. New currency is relationship. That's what's happening in the world. Okay? That's where, in my opinion, this is just my opinion. That's what's happening. That's why I just see that's what's happening. So now my question to you is this, right? As leaders, as community leaders here, as people who are all for connection, as people who are like you, your job in Thrive really is just to help people, right? It's to help people get better. Is to help people feel better, instill confidence with a product, to help them build their business on the side of everything that they have going on, to help people get back to themselves, right? Some people say in Thrive, in the community, like, Thrive found me when I needed it the most. Guess what? I can relate to that. That was true for me. That was true for me when I met Crystal. Thrive found me when I needed it the most. Right? Who can relate to that? People out there, when you're posting on social media, you're sharing about your Thrive Experience, you're sharing about what these products have done for you, and someone sees it, right? And they're like, wow, like, what, what about me? Like, will it work for myself? Will it work for me? Well, they don't know until they, they actually try it. They don't know until they actually do the work, right? They don't know. For you, Like as a marketer, as a business owner, as, you know, as an entrepreneur, like how are you getting your message across? How are you sharing like what Thrive has done for you? If that's your focus, like what is your focus and how are you making a deeper impact in the community and in the world? Right. One Thriver at a time, one new person at a time. Right. And it says, yes, you're consistent followers. People who watch your stories and content are your community. You built that. Keep showing your authentic selves. And me, I can relate. Yes. And guess what? That's so true. Why? You make a really great point, Anna, is every single person here, right? Because Fire Hour is for leaders. Every single person here who has a social media following, you actually are a leader. You, you are an influencer. Your voice, one post can change lives. One post, one share of your message can impact the masses. Your voice of you just sharing your story, like what Thrive has done for you, what this community has done for you, it can change people's lives 100%. Just look at it. Just look at who's here, who's in the room. What, 7 years ago, Twin, right? Is it 7 years ago now? Okay, so Twin, for example, okay, 7 years ago, right? And correct me if I'm wrong, Twin, but 7 years ago Thrive found you, right? And you got started. Okay, she said yes. So I found you and you started and you didn't stop 7 years ago, and now look at the community. Because of Twin saying yes, right? Because of Twin having a goal and a door opened, opportunity, and she took it and she walked through it. She took action, immediate action. She took it. How many lives has Twin impacted now?
Thousands.
Thousands. Thousands.
Okay, maybe over 10,000 by now.
Good job. It's like no other words, like thank you, right? Thank you. Almost 100,000 accounts.
That's huge. That's huge.
100,000 accounts in the back office. What's that? What does that data mean? 100,000 people's lives impacted from one person. Okay, one person.
The ripple effect.
It's the ripple effect. And so guess what? Like, how can, how can this community help other people? If Twin can reach and impact 100,000 people's lives, what can a community of people do together? What can a community of people sharing a message of positivity, of connection, of unity, of people making a contribution to the world, what can that do? Right? What can that do? Anna says, Thrive helped me become more confident making content and speaking on camera. Ang was the one who empowered me to show myself and be unapologetic. Follow your leaders.
Yes.
It's because it just takes one person, right? It takes one person and that's it. But—
So I found that quote, but I think that one of our friends had changed it up a little bit. So it was, um, from the book Atomic Habits. You do not rise, you do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems. But I think one of our friends, instead of saying systems, they said habits, right? So you do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your habits.
There it is. Yeah, that's, that's, I think that's a great one word switch.
It made all the difference.
It's a great quote. Love rising. Wait, great quote. So yeah, for us, like, what we're doing— yeah, that's, that's fire. What we're doing is, you know, obviously I don't know if you guys seen this yet or not, but when it comes to like the Love Tower at Asha, which is our nonprofit, right? It's what Angela just said. It's our culture and community. It's our culture and community for me. Yes. Like 100%. Like everyone out here, they have they, they are attracted to a different culture and community based on the people around it, right? And so for us, like when it comes to the Love Tower, our nonprofit, right? What we are building is a center, right? We're, we're literally building a community for communities where we're attracting all communities from all over the world to come together and unite for one purpose, which is to spread more love in the world. Which is tonight, unite people who are heart-centered and who want to actually make a change for the generations to come. And that's what we're building. And so when it comes to Love Rising Festival, which is a music festival that we're actually hosting, like, that's what we're actually doing. Like, when it comes to building community and bringing communities together and to also, like, assist other people in the world by spreading more love, more kindness, more compassion, more unity for the, the next, for our children, you know, our children's children as well. Like, that right there is only one aspect of what we're doing with the Love Tower. With Love Rising Festival, what we're going to start to actually do and initiate is we're going to be attracting communities from all over, right? We're going to be attracting communities from all over to help them raise funds with, for the music festival. Which is a donation to a nonprofit, right? But also like for their, for their communities, right? And what we're setting up in the backend, cuz I don't know if it's ready or not yet, but we're, what we're setting up in the backend is we're gonna be presenting options and opportunities for each individual community to help raise funds for the music festival, but also at the same time raise funds for their community. Okay? And that's gonna be through an affiliate.
We have that.
That's actually, yeah.
That's the— I think it's a community link. So all you do is you just find which community. But we do have a discount code for you guys if you want to go. Sorry, so I lost my voice, so I'm really pushing through. So we have a discount code for you guys if you guys want to come. It's October 19th through the 20th at a California Citrus State Historic Park. And, um, can you type in the link? The, the discount code? I, I asked them in the back end to do this, but I asked them to make the discount code THRIVE, um, just so you know. Yeah, for Thrivers. So can you type it in? Yeah, so we will post the link inside the chat And there's a 10% discount code for Thrivers and it's called Thrive. And we're also inviting like a lot of different communities and community leaders out there. So there will be a lot of networking opportunities with other people that are aligned with, you know, just making the world a better place and really just being a catalyst for some type of change. Right.
Yeah, this is, yeah, this is huge. Okay, sorry. Yeah, we're gonna be, I'm gonna work on the backend because like I haven't, I have another idea for activating communities, but really giving back not just to the nonprofit, but to make an impact, but also to give back to the communities. So this is, yeah, if you guys, I didn't know about this one, but if you, if you want to attend Love Rising, then there is a 10% discount for anyone who wants to participate with the early bird tickets right now as well. But I also want to activate community. Okay? That's the one thing that I want to really go more into because that's what I see. Okay? This is not just going to be a benefit to this community, but to communities all over the world. All right? And that's like what we're doing. That's what we are creating. That's what we are building. And Like once the backend is done for that, then I'm going to share more about that because this is, this again, when it comes to summarizing this call, this episode, right? The definiteness of purpose that you have, right? When you have clarity with what you want to do and you have a goal and the obstacles come in the way, right? How do you overcome those obstacles? How do you overcome those obstacles and also unite? Also, you know, also come together and connect. And when a mastermind comes together, the impossible is possible, right? Anna says, thanks for the reminder. Ariel and I will register. Nice. Thank you. We're going to, we're going to, I want to really work on the community activation though.
So it's here. So we already done it once. So basically a community could get like a discount and it's like under the affiliate side. I'm looking at it.
Don't worry. I'm going to, I'm going to. I'm going to make it super simple so that way it's super easy to do. So it'll be okay. Everything— this is part of the process. This is like, um, just for another perspective, but this is like happening in real time, right? So this is like part of the urgency, this is part of activations, this is part of build— like, like basically like building a bridge to help other people impact the world, help other people impact themselves, have good times, experiences, all all these things happening in real time. So this is what's on our plate. But, you know, I hope that you took a lot of lessons and insights and data and just knowledge and just even 1%ers from this call because when it comes to, you know, just your, your decision, okay, whatever it is for you, right? Your decision, your mission, your vision, your goals, right? Like noticing your habits. Noticing like your self-awareness, noticing your strengths, your weaknesses, operating from your strengths. If you're going into a weakness, what experts, who do you know, asking that, right? Asking who do you know and actually reaching out and getting the information, right? And not only that, but doing it immediately, really, especially like with, if you have urgency and deadlines and due dates to meet, Like, you know, time in that instance may be working against you. So how do you flip the script and how do you get the time to work with you, right? How do you help? How do you, how do you leverage time to help you? Because you can literally today in this moment, right? In this moment today, I'm deciding that, all right, what's the 20% that gets the 80% done? How can I leverage my time today? I have the same 24 hours as everyone here. How can I multiply those 24 hours? One of them is community, right? One of them is just getting this link established, sharing it, and then from there, creating the onboarding process and then, you know, reaching out to more communities. That's it, right? Running a paid ad to communities, being able to connect with people who are community leaders, which everyone is a community leader. If you have a social media following, you're a leader, right? Everyone has the opportunity, the same opportunity, the same chance. To make an impact, then why not? If you align, obviously, right? So that right there, you know, and then not only that, but also like networking, okay? The trend that I'm seeing, networking, it, it's just, it's again, it's, it's never gone away, but now more people, more light, more attention, more knowledge. People are understanding that relationships really are the thing that matters, right? It's the relationships at the end of the day. And at the end of your life that matter the most, in my opinion, uh, just simply because, like, it's your loved ones, you know. These, these are the— like, if there was no people in this world, it just not would— it wouldn't be the same world, okay? It just wouldn't be the same world. And I know that, and especially after becoming a family man and having loved ones surrounded with me every day, and me making the choice to either hang out with them, play with them, live life with them versus doing everything else, you know? And if I were to simulate that across my entire lifetime, you know, obviously I have my missions and my goals and my dreams I gotta go after. But if it, if it came down to, you know, picking which one, like I would always pick my loved ones. Just, that's just because like, you know, part of my, I guess my building, or however you want to call it. It's— I'm like, I love people, you know what I mean? I just love people. So like, yeah, I don't know, I just wanted to share that. I just know that like everyone's special here. Everyone's special. And I just want to see more people like win. I want to see more people be happy. I want to see more people succeed in their endeavors. I want to see more people spend time with loved ones. I want to see more people just do what they want to do because that's what they want to do, right? So like, it just, people are close to my heart. Obviously I wouldn't do Fire Hour if I didn't love people, if I didn't love transformation, life change, if I didn't love you guys. Like, why would we show up if we know all this? We know time, energy, sacrifice, goals and dreams. Why would we show up, right? So I just love people. And if I am sharing this like, you know, out loud, like maybe someone out there who hears this can share that too. Like, just be that ripple effect, be that change that you wish to see in the world, you know. Goody, we love people. I know you, I know you guys do. All right, uh, D, thank you for the love. Dennis, yeah, I know. Mahal kita, Crystal and Sean. Thank you, brother. Thank you. So I just want to, you know, again, um, whatever you took from this, this call, this episode, I, I really hope it encouraged you or inspired you in some way, shape, or form. It could be anything. It could be that one little thing that opens that door for you, that opens that, that new awareness, that expands that, that awareness, that vision that you have for yourself, you know. Um, uh, whatever that may be. And we have an open invite for you guys, you know. We have an open invite, uh, to support the cause that we are pushing and that mission that we have for that, uh, you know. And not only that, but to also raise funds for the Love Tower and for Love Rising Festival and for the Thrive community. I'm going to make sure I get that set up so that way, in case you do want to participate, it's an open invite to everyone here. Then, uh, we would love your support. We would love your help, your support to get the message out and also to potentially raise some funds for the community, right, for our Thrive community here. So Yeah, thank you so much for listening. And, uh, again, like the goal is for value for you. Okay. The goal is value for everyone here. Um, community is just one thing that I truly see happening more and more. And when it comes to networking, I think we'll talk about that on the next episode about business networking and activating community, being able to connect. Because like, again, like there's, when you have different levels and different, like the game that you're playing at different levels, it's about activating the connections, right? Connecting authentically, building those real relationships, and also connecting communities together, right? Imagine having a mastermind with people who are aligned in the same vision, same mission, same goal, same, same direction, but more empowered, right? More impact being generated, being able to contribute and also increase revenue in the business, in your business. And building authentic relationships that may become lifetime relationships. Like, I want to talk about that on the next episode. Then I'll share about high status networking principles and methodologies. And also, like, the— there's, there's a lot about networking, okay, business networking and personal branding mixed in with it. All right. So I'll talk about that on the next episode. I'm actually going to structure it out so that way we can go with the— like, we can go more scripted, but in a, in a flow direction so you guys can take notes. And then if you have questions about business networking, about building relationships, about influence, about personal branding, like make sure to have those questions ahead of time so that way we can like literally go down a list if you have any. Okay. So Anna says, so grateful for you. You guys are my inspiration, my favorite power couple. Thank you. You guys are our inspiration. Okay. Telling you, like when you guys give to us, we give back and vice versa. It's— this is iron sharpens iron, okay? Like a friend sharpening a friend. Like we all sharpen each other. By you showing up, you, you help sharpen me. You help sharpen Crystal by you sharing. You, you like— we sharpen each other, okay? So it's just— this is what's happening right here. This is the energy, the balance of the energy combining together. And then now what's next? What's next? It's 7-Eleven, okay? So 7-Eleven, we're gonna end the call right now, but Go out there, use this energy for yourself. Use this energy for your family. Use this energy for your business. Use this energy to create an impact in the world by just sharing whatever it is for yourself and continue this ripple, okay? Continue this energy, this positive energy that we're putting out into the world. All right, we love you all. Sending you much love, gratitude. This was amazing. Angela says auto ships run tonight. Take note, twin. Shout out to you. 7 years ago you started this, okay? You are a leader. You started this. So thank you. Um, Anna says, can I leave the sound on my story for your content? Yes. Yeah, whatever content that you get from here, you, you are all more than welcome to use. If you want to take it from the YouTube channel, like, you're all, you're more than welcome to use, okay? It's, if it's out there in the public, use it. This is Zoom call, use it, use it, all right? Use it. I'm— there's no lack of abundance, you know. If, if one message can share and impact someone, impact you, impact a friend, a family member, like, why not? Like, use it, okay? Use it. It's out there. Everything is available for you, okay? So yeah, use it. But thank you for, for asking. And thank you all again. Thank you all. Continue to do what you do best, which is be yourself, okay? The best project you'll ever work on is you. Is this project right here, yourself. And I encourage everyone to never quit, right? You already know, never quit. You, you are all here to be a leader. You're all here to be the change. I truly believe that. And you wouldn't be here if your life didn't matter. You wouldn't be here if you weren't an influencer, which you are. You wouldn't be here if you aren't that leader. And I know for a fact, 100%, that if you never quit, you go after your goals and dreams, you can make it a reality. You can have— it can happen. It's happening. All right. So, well, I'll, I'll get the community stuff, um, on the backend systemized, finalized, simpli— simplified, and then shipped. Okay. Uh, but with that being said, uh, thank you again for being here. Crush it. Dominate your path. Make it happen. And we are sending you love. We'll see you on the next episode. All right. Peace out.
