So today's topic is going to be 111, new beginnings, a fresh start, a new you. And the reason why this is important is because every single day, you know, every single day you have an opportunity to create the next you. You have the opportunity to create a new change in your life. A new, uh, path that you want to walk on. There's so many different changes that you can make. And the thing is, like, this is what I've learned, is all the change will start with you. It will start with you. And so when it comes to you deciding and being aware of how you actually want to change, it's about creating a new future for yourself. There's going to be your current situation, which is who you were yesterday, and then your future, your future situation, which is where you want to go, right? Tomorrow. And that, that tomorrow is today. The reason why I'm saying that is because change happens in a moment. It happens instantly. And what I learned over this past week is environmental exposure is at your whim, right? Is at your whim. So who here grew up in a place where they wouldn't want to live in now? Who here came from a place where you would not want to go back? And, and if you have kids, you wouldn't want your kids to live there? Who here has a past that, you know, no longer serves them? What was your past situation? Your roots, the things that, you know, made you who you are today, all those things in the past, the only reason why you're not there anymore is because you decided to change, right? You had a different future for yourself. You had a different path, a different outlook, uh, a different plan for yourself. And so all that stuff that changed, it was because of you. It was because of your decisions. It was because of your you know, your, your journey. It was because of everything that you decided to do, all the actions you took, etc. So, um, when it comes to, when it comes to you creating your new future, it's about being very intentional and being aware of who you want to be, what you want to do, and where you want to go, right? What you want to experience. And it all starts right here in the mind. It starts right here in the mind and in the heart. And then from there it goes through your words, through your actions, through your decisions. It goes to every single thing, right, that you say, think, and do, that you touch, every single thing that you decide to say yes and no to, all these different things. So yes.
Yeah.
New beginnings. When it comes to every single day, what I've learned is that there is an energy. That you can hold on to and that you can let go of. And you're able to channel that and, and really take and give whatever you want, right, to yourself and to the world, to the people that are in your family, to people that are closest to you. It just depends on, you know, what your intention is, right? Uh, there's a quote that I just recently learned: where your attention goes is where your intention your intentions, they flow. And so what are you focusing on, right? Especially when there's people, you know, if you're going through a situation in your life, in your current situation, in your now, if you are going through something that is challenging, it's, it's pretty tough to go through, right? Or you feel like you're in a lot of pain. Well, that's just the current situation. Right? But you just need to have—
you—
all you have to do is you have to have a future result. You have to have a future destination. You have to have a future vision for yourself in order for you to build a big enough gap where action, your action thresholds, your pain threshold gets so high that you have to take action. And then once you take that action, the current situation that you're living in, all the pain, the challenges, the trials, the tribulations, they start to go away from you, and then you get, you get closer towards your vision, right? Angela says, we are so aligned. I was thinking about my younger self today. I grew up wearing hand-me-downs and what my parents can afford. If they had extra money, it would go to the less fortunate. That's how I learned to be grateful and appreciative. That's what my dad did. That's amazing. My energy stays in gratitude, and that's where we prosper.
100%.
My every single day, uh, that I was growing up, whenever I got a chance to like hang out with my dad, uh, and even in the Philippines, like in 2020, all throughout my life, I would always see my dad basically giving money to the less fortunate. And I don't know why he did it. All I knew is that, you know, he always was giving, right? That was his character. He always put himself last when it came to serving others. And so, you know, I remember when we're in the Philippines, you know, my dad grew up picking up trash like on the floor, like to sell, like to recycle. And that was one of the ways that he made income when he was a child in the Philippines. And, um, you know, like that, like those, you know, those characteristics like that people grow up with, like sometimes you take that throughout your entire life, right? So he was always giving. He was always like, you know, he understood his roots and he remembered them. And, you know, now he's back in the Philippines. Um, you know, he wants to do great things out there, but he's just living his life, right? He's worked hard and he said that he's going to go back one day and he did. You know, but when I was over there with him, I remember we were like just on a tour and there was like a bunch of like, like children that are just roaming in the streets. But what they're doing is they're begging for money. And, uh, I remember when they just came up to him, like he just gave them money. Um, but he didn't even think twice, you know, it, it's like, what, what do you go through? And like, how do you give back? I was, this is what Angela says. I was confused when I was a child. I didn't understand the bigger purpose, but it instilled empathy and compassion, and that's how I found success in direct sales. This opportunity in vitamins is a gift, and I see myself in my parents just gifting people. 100%. Yeah, Thrive really is a gift. There's a good question to ask yourself, especially like for those of you who have a business aside from Thrive, right? What business are you really in? And what I mean by that is it's not just about your product or service, right? Like, so for, let's just talk about Thrive, for example, with Thrive, like Thrive is vitamins, right? So the thing is that like the business that you're actually in is exactly what Angela is saying, is that you're gifting people an opportunity, right? You are giving a gift to people and it's not just vitamins. Because let me ask you guys a question, like ask yourself this, for those of you who Thrive, right? What has Thrive done for you? Has it changed your life? Has it made you a different person? Has it helped you become someone different? It's not vitamins that you guys are like, this business is in. You guys are in the business of life change, right? There are some people who went through like hell, but because of their vitamins, they're able to change their life, right? They're able to change their financial situation. They're able to change their, uh, their health. They're able to change their mindset. They're able to change their associations. They're able to buy their dream car, whatever that may be, right? So, uh, it just, you know, you have to think about like, what, what business are you in? Okay. So when you understand that you are in a you are in a different vehicle, right? You're not just selling products. You're not just selling vitamins. Now you start to understand how you can actually make an impact in other people's life, right? So with Thrive, this, like, there's 3 steps to Thrive basically. Is first, you take it, because then, then you feel good, right? The second thing is you just share about how you feel, how good you feel. And then the third thing, the third thing is that you, you start to make money. You start to make an income from that. And then you just rinse and repeat. Right? But the deeper layers of it is what business are you in? Right? What does feeling good do for you? Right? What does feeling good help you do? Right? So it's about life change, right? How much more could you do if you have more energy? How much more could you do if you had more time? How much more could you do if you're able to change your entire family's life because of feeling good? Right? It's the same thing with energy. When you give energy, you're gonna get it back. So current situation, all right, let's go back to 111. Current situation is where you are today. If you're able to work on this right now, you can start to change the end of today. Like you can see, you can change your, your day by the end of today. This is your future you right here. I don't, I don't know exactly what you wanna do. I don't know exactly like where you wanna go, but whatever you're going through right now, whatever your situation is, First and foremost, like what Angela said, be grateful for it. Be grateful for everything. Because without all those lessons, without all the patience, without all the pain, without all the challenges, without all the experiences, you wouldn't be where you are today. Okay? But I want to focus on going here, on your future self. I want to focus in on going to where you want to go because Here's what I learned this past week is that you can change your future immediately. Anyone can change with active work. If you actively work on yourself through meditation, through, uh, mind and heart coherence, through being able to create a new future, okay? Create your new future. Because what he was saying is that in order for you to attain this new future, It's about what I said before. It's be, do, and have. Okay? It's be, do, have. When it comes to you, right, as an entrepreneur, as a business owner, as someone that is able to, you know, you have control. You have control of your life. In order for you to get to your future self, it's about you changing who you are, right? Jim Rohn says, In order for things to change, you have to change. So who do you need to change into, right? Who do you need to, need to become? It's about the be first. That's the first step, right? Fire Hour episode 1, season 3, episode 1. It was the same exact thing. Be, do, have. It's just so funny because I never learned about this stuff. I didn't learn about the be, do, have framework. And then it talks about it in The Secret. It talks about it in all these. Other teachings, it talks about it. All these people who are very in tune, like they are aligned, they understand, they have a higher understanding of how the world really works. Be, do, have. Once there's this quote, act as if, right? Act as if, act as if you are your future self. Act as if you are the future version of yourself. Act as if who you are, who you want to be is who you are now. Right, so be, be first. Once you become who you want to be in the future, you automatically start to do what your future self would do, and then you'll automatically have what your future self has. Does that make sense? Like, I can't make it any more simple than that, but what I can do is go more specific, right? Because this is who you are today, and then this is who you want to be in the future. This is what you want to have in the future. This is who you are in the future. How do you bring this future self to the now? How do you bridge the gap, right? Is this making sense? And so when it comes to the 111, when it comes to new beginnings, the reason why this is so important to understand, this is basically like, this is activating awareness for yourself. If you really truly want something different, if you truly want a different future starting today, it's about activating awareness. It's about activating self-awareness for yourself. And then from there, it's about doing the work. It's creating distance from your current situation, which is right here, to your desired situation, your future self, your future vision, your future life. And then from there, it's about actually doing the work, right? So there's this other video that I just watched, uh, yesterday, and it's talking about how, like, patience— patience gives you fertile ground for growing. So for example, like, with patience, you know, they say that one of the most life-challenging things is patience, okay? Who here has a friend that they have, they have, they like 100% believe in, right? They know that they have potential. They know that they're able to do more. They're able to get more. They're able to receive more. They're able to give more. They just got so much potential, yet like they're waiting for something. They're waiting for something. I don't know what that is. You don't know what that is, but they're just waiting. They're waiting to, you know, They're waiting for something to happen where they're able to take massive action, where it's time for them to like just step into that, that role of who they want to be, right? If you have a friend like that and you're impatient, you find yourself impatient, from there, you know, they say this, this is like one of the life teachings that they said. They said that patience is part of that process. Like you have to be patient and allow them space. And this is where the work comes into play. How are you— how are you specifically acting during that patient period? Are you doing it in a position of grace? Are you waiting patiently with grace, or are you waiting patiently stressed out? Like, what is that? How are you in every situation where you have to have and practice patience with your children, right? How am I— this is what I'm going to ask myself all the time now, right? If I'm becoming impatient, if I feel like I'm becoming impatient, if I feel like I'm out of alignment with myself, how am I acting during times of, you know, patience, of when I need to activate patience? Because here's what happens, and I'm pretty sure everyone here who grew up, and also if you just reflect back on your life, you know, when your parents were being impatient with you, or if you're being impatient with your children, right? Well, guess what? At one point in time, you or your child started to develop and start to understand and just start to just do it, start to just act on whatever it was. Right? What was that process? You know, for me, like, let's say for example with Bella, like Bella would always, always just say eat, the word eat when she was hungry, no matter what. And so for me, I'm like, you know, I understand you're hungry, but like the food takes a long time. You know, it might take like 30 minutes, it might take 30 seconds, who knows? But in that process of waiting, You know, she's so hungry that she's in pain, right? She didn't understand how to describe if she's really hungry, like her stomach is hurting. All she could say is eat. So during that time, I had to just understand that, all right, you know, she's hungry, she's in pain. How— I need to have compassion, and I need to understand that I need to make sure that I get her fed, right? But it's the same thing with Devin now. It's like when Devin is crying, like she's hungry. And guess what? You know, I don't know if, you know, she used the restroom. I don't know if her stomach is hurting. I don't know. Well, I don't know. I have no idea what it is. But I just have to know that I have to raise my compassion and I have to raise my patience. I have to actively practice patience. It's the same thing with money. When it comes to money, I'm just going to give you guys a few situations. When it comes to closing a deal, right, the client says they're going to pay. They're going to pay today. And then the client, for whatever reason, doesn't pay until tomorrow, right? In that moment of that gap where I'm waiting for payment, I have no idea what's happening behind closed doors. I have no idea what's happening. All I know is that that's in play, right? All that's in that motion is happening. And so I'm able to just, you know, I have to practice patience. I have to focus on, I have to put my attention on something else. I'm able— I have to be able to, to put my focus and energy towards what I want to attract, what I want to get back, right? So it just depends, you know, it depends on all your situations. When is the time that you were impatient, right? When was the time where you had to activate patience? And then during that process, that's the whole point, during that process, how are you acting? During that waiting period? Are you doing it in a stressed-out way, or are you just letting it play out in motion? Are you going with the flow, or are you doing it with grace, right? The video talks about how if you do it properly, you wait a time in, in patience, you wait with patience, you activate just the grace you, you allow life to, to flow. Whatever you're waiting on and whoever you're waiting on, you will allow them to grow properly and develop the way that they're meant to develop. And then the result will happen. And the difference is it's not about the speed of the result, it's about the development of the result. That means that, let's say for example, If I'm mentoring someone, okay, I'm mentoring, I'm mentoring someone who wants to be an entrepreneur. They want to go from $0 to $1 million, okay? And I have mentored people who have done that, from $0 to $1 million. So in that period, okay, in that period, in the very beginning of the student, they're in the very beginning phases. They don't have a mindset developed. They don't have emotional mastery developed. They don't have leadership skills developed. They don't have sales skills developed. They don't have marketing skills developed. They don't have personal development activated. They don't have all these characteristics, attributes, skill sets, mindsets, et cetera. Okay. And in one of my cases, they didn't even speak English, but I taught them over time. So literally, you know, you're going from a student, you're bringing them from beginner to expert throughout the entire process. Throughout that entire process, do you think that there would be growing pains? The answer is yes. Throughout that entire process, as you're mentoring them, do you as the mentor, as the guide, say, oh my gosh, like, why don't they get it? How come they're not getting it? It's so simple. What? Why can't they go faster? How come they just won't do what I say? Simply, and I know better, right? You're the guide, you're the expert, you're the coach, you're the mentor, and they will, the student still won't do it, right? It's because that's where patience gets activated throughout the entire process, right? From step 1 to step 2, from stage 1 to stage 2, literally like they're growing. Let's talk about like marketing, for example. Like your marketing skills, social media marketing, et cetera. Step 1 of someone who's never done social media marketing before, right? They need to understand what social media is. So it's like Instagram, the platforms, et cetera. And then from there, why it's important. It's just the, it's the what and the why that they need to understand. Once they understand the why, after they understand the what, then from there they can attach their own meaning to it. And then that gives— that meaning gives them motivation and purpose and intentions to act on it. So from there, once they understand step 1, they know what it is, they know why it's important, they themselves, the student, will attach a purpose to why that's meaningful to them. And then they step into stage 2 because they took action on it. Does that make sense? So it's the same thing with every single person, right? During that process, if you're ever in a position of mentoring someone, if you're leading a team, if you are guiding or coaching someone that wants to be mentored by you, there's 3 things that you have to do as a leader, as a guide, as a coach, as a mentor. You have to, you have to one, One, have grace and patience, right, throughout the entire process. The second thing is you have to select wisely who you decide to mentor. Who do you decide to guide, coach, lead, right? Because, because here's why for that. It's because you don't want to waste your time or energy on people who are not serious. I've done that. For years. I've done that with many people. I'll help guide, coach, etc. The one thing that they wouldn't do though is take action. The one thing that they wouldn't do— there's many factors— is be coachable. The one thing that they wouldn't do is, you know, follow the lead, right? Walk the same path. But here's why. It's just simply because there just wasn't enough time for them yet to develop. It wasn't time yet for them to grow. There's someone that I know that I've known for 7 years and I helped them in the very beginning. And then throughout the entire process, I said, I'm not gonna waste my time anymore. And the reason why is because they fulfilled all those things that would fulfill a not good student, right? Not coachable, not serious, not willing to take action. Not being able, like, not being a student, right? Not willing to be doing this, doing the work, right? Doing just future pacing yourself, working on your vision. They wouldn't do that. So for me as a guide or as a teacher or as a mentor or whatever you want to say, right, for that person, I just decided as a, as for myself, because I need to value my time as well, right? This person was not worthy in that moment. And then 7 years later, they're finally ready. They're hitting me up and they're ready and willing and they're working on themselves. They have the mindset, they have the skill set, they're making a good income, they're ready to take action, right? So how long did that person need in order for them to be ready? To be a good student. 7 years, right? So there's going to be people in your life who don't, who never join you in your business until like 30 years later. It's like that. My mentors from 2013, my mentors would give me a story about how there was one person in their network and they literally would always root for them for 20 years. They would root for them and they would be by their side and, but they would never ever try the product. They would never try the product. They would always say they would and they would never do it. They would always say that they would start to build and promote. They never would do it. And then finally, after years, they said yes and they actually took action. And then right, right when they took action, they quit the next day. So you're gonna have people like that. You're gonna have a lot of different examples like that, you know, but it's, it's just about like, who's like, who's willing, right? If you are in the teacher role, the, the guide role, the, the leadership role, and which everyone is, you know, at some point in your time, some point in your life, you're going to, you know, have to decide like, and be intentional with your time. Be like selective with who you actually mentor, who you spend your time and energy with. Right? If you're doing Zoom calls, it's the same exact thing, right? If you are providing a platform where people are able to absorb information and ask questions and have a mastermind, like, how well are you using it? How effective are you using your time, right? How effective are you maximizing your energy? Like, what is it? Right? Time essentially is limited, you know, when it comes to like the tangible stuff. So how are you wisely using it? What's the 20% that gets the 80% done? What are you activating? What are you not activating? In this mastermind, I have a question for everyone who would participate, right? What is the one thing that you need to do that'll move the needle forward in your business? What's the one thing that you need to do that'll move the needle forward in your health? What's the one thing that you need to do that will increase your fulfillment in your family? What's the one thing that you need to do, right? There's this book called The One Thing by Gary Keller. He talks about the domino effect. He talks about how you have to decide on what domino you are going to push down. Because one domino is going to only push another domino over versus the other domino pushing 1,000 dominoes over. And it doesn't say that verbatim, but he's just talking about how you have to be selective with the one thing that you choose to push down. And if you don't, if you choose wrong, you know, you don't choose correctly, then it— you're gonna get this result when it comes to your life, when it comes to your future self. What is that one thing that you need to do? So when it comes to your future, the future version of yourself, right? What, what is that for you? What does that look like? Nico, making sense. That's good. Carla, making sense. That's good. So this right here, your future self, again, it just depends on your goal, right? It depends on your goal. I'm going to tell you guys right now. Like, this is what I told Nico on a private coaching call. I said, you know, there's a quote: give a man a fish, feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime. As a guide, as a mentor, as a coach, as a leader, there's times when you have to just give people fishes, and there are times when you have to teach people how to fish. With Nico, he's been learning how to fish. He's been learning how to fish. But on our coaching call, I said, bro, I'm just gonna, I'm gonna give you the fishes right now. I'm just gonna give you the fishes. And Nico, as a good student, he took action right away. This was for his social media, for Instagram. And guess what? You know, in that process, there's gonna be patience, right? Nico's been here for 3 years now. That's freaking fire. So that's amazing, right? We met in 2018 at a seminar. The guy that I was working with, like, he wanted to grow his business. He wanted to grow his influence. He's a multimillionaire. And Nico showed up at his conference. Oh yeah, 2 years, 2 years. So going on 3. And so he, I was helping that guy, right? I was helping him scale his business, scale his social media, scale. All this, these, his stuff, right? And I met Nico at the conference that he, that the, my former person was, uh, you know, leading. And ever since then, we just stay connected. But for that long, right? That, those many years, Nico has been learning how to fish, right? And now act as he, he's actively taking action. He's actively taking action. He's teaching himself over and over the skills. Here's the difference, okay? This, Nico, this is what I told you before. It's about activating the cycles. You have to cycle 1,000 times. What I mean by that is you have to develop and just continue to take action 1,000 times over so that way you can get the result faster. It's about growing. It's about being able to change who you are as fast as humanly possible. That's it. Once you do that, you're able to activate your future you. You're able to activate who you need to be in the future, and you bring that towards yourself. You bring that towards the now. And here's something that I learned about environmental exposure, right? Because they say that who you associate with is who you become, and who you are surrounding yourself with, like where you're surrounding yourself with, the environment that you're around, that affects you, right? Well, guess what? This is what I learned this past week, this past 2 weeks, is the memories, the memories that are in your brain, the things that you continue to remember, the stories that you play inside your head over and over again from the people that you remember, the people that are in your life, the people that you know, you continuously play an old story of them until you see change in them consistently, until you see a different being. But here's the thing, you're— this is what they were saying— your, your mind is going to continue to play tricks on you because you yourself is not changing. Because who you are seeing and who you are remembering are two different people, and your mind will play tricks on you to say it's not the new person, this is the old person, this is the, the old memory that you remember. This is what's happening with every single one of us here. This is what's happening with you as a leader. This is what's happening with the person— if you're trying to work on yourself, you're trying to get to your future, your, your future self, right? You're trying to bring your future self to the now. You're looking to be someone different. You yourself, in your mind and in your heart, you are fighting against your old narratives, against your old stories. If you cling on, you hold on to your old stories, you will be your old version. You will be your old self. Every single person around you, if they hold on to the old version of you, if they hold on to the old memory of you, if they hold on and continue to talk about the past and bring it to the now, they are contributing towards you being your old version. Does that make sense? So in order for you to bring your future self to you today, to, to be your future self today, you have to work on yourself and understand that everyone else around you, if they're not working on this if they are not working on their future self, bringing their future self to the now, and they are telling you all these old stories, you have to actively work on blocking out those nar— those narratives, okay? Those negative narratives, you have to block those out because you know who you are, you know who you want to be, you know who you need to be. Every single one of us here is If you're working on yourself, you are actively working on becoming the best version of yourself. Like what I said before, the best version of you, right? The best project you'll ever work on is you. And I'm gonna share with you another thing to make this even deeper. Who you are, who you are, especially when you work on yourself, you will influence the world. You will influence the world in a way that you might not even ever experience. Yet you are, you are giving back to the collective. You are giving back to the world. You are giving back to everyone around you, to your family, to your friends, to your loved ones, to those who are in pain, to those who need help, to those who are looking to get to the next future, their next future self. He said it. You are being a net positive for the world. 100%. One of my guides, my mentors, they told me this. They said, lean into the soft. They said, don't worry about being scared of feeling soft. They said, don't worry about, you know, bringing that 2020 energy to today. Like, let me just lean into who I am, right? I was thinking about that because I've been having a very like challenging time with this, actually. And I was talking, I was thinking about it to myself, the future you, okay, in 2020, because I'm pretty in tune with the energy around. So in 2020, the energy that I brought in 2020 for Fire Hour was, you know, I was really aligned with what was happening, and I was really aligned with like what needed like what energy I needed to bring through and just transmute, right? And that's why Fire Hour like existed. That's why Fire Hour like was created. It was like, we need the fire. Like there was so much chaos going around the world. And not only that, this is the first time in history where everyone is basically like, you just, you can't, you can't go anywhere. You gotta just be at home and you like work from home. You gotta transition, you gotta do all this, this and that, right? So like the only place that I could think of is in communities. Like there was, there was changes and positivity fostering and getting cultivated in communities. One of the communities that was fostering, was cultivating, was Fire Hour, right? Was the Thrive Zooms, all that stuff in 2020. So literally every single day, Crystal and I, we literally hop on a, on a Zoom call and we just go. That's it. It was just every single day. Right? That was that energy that we needed. And that energy and that momentum that was created was because of everyone here, right? And you know who you are, right? Life change happened during that time. A lot of change happened for me during that time. But now, 2023, because remember, this is about new beginnings, this is about 111, right? Fresh start, new path, new trajectory for you, new future you, new you, the new you now. Okay, who are you? That— who are— who do you want to be, right? That's the question. Who do you want to be now? What is that future version of yourself? So for me, I was talking about this with my guide and I was— and my mentor, and I was telling, like, they were telling me, like, If you really, because this is about like, this is about leadership. Okay. Like when I'm talking to my mentors, it's about, it's not about business stuff. It's about leadership. It's about self-development. It's about personal development. All my wealthy, all my wealthy friends and everyone that I know from the past who are like millionaires. Again, the one thing that always comes up, the pattern recognition, the The one thing that always comes up is who are they inside? What leader have they developed within? Like the leader within, right? There's a book by John C. Maxwell, The Leadership, The Leader Within. That right there, it's about like leadership. Every single person who's making an impact in the world, it's because of the leadership. It's because of who they are, the be, who they are. So when it came to like me, right, because I have to work on myself every single day, right? I have accountability. Like, I don't— I'm not just doing like certain tasks. Like, I gotta step my game up. I gotta always work on myself. One, because I want to, but the two, because I need to, okay? I encourage everyone to like raise the standards, right? And don't compare yourself to anybody. Only compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Actually do this. Compare yourself to your future version of you. Like, who's that future version? Who's like the version of yourself? Again, so I'm going back to this cuz I'm trying to build this, this big distance. Okay. Who is the version of you that you need to be? That person that you know you can aspire to be, the person that will change the world. The person that will change your income, your family tree, that'll change your children's life. They will change your life. The future version of you, right? Best shape ever, clear mind, no stress whatsoever, getting pressured for sure, but just creating diamonds along the way. Like, who is that future version of you? Jackie says, I work on myself a lot too, every day. High-level performers and high-responsibility people have to. Yes. And that's the truth. Like the keywords is have to, right? Have to, like it's a must, it's a need, it's a necessity, it's non-negotiable, right? It's literally non-negotiable. It's, it's just a must. Like you have to, whoever that future version of yourself is, Let me share with you something, okay? Because there's going to be deep within your mind, there might be this 1% doubt deep within your mind. They're like, this is too much work. Deep within your mind, whatever that is, people around you, your family, your friends, all these other people, your environment, everything. There's something saying in your ear, no, like this is too much work. Nah, this is a waste of time. No, this is like, like you don't have the energy for this. No, you're too stressed out. No, there's too much pressure. No, all these excuses. Okay? You gotta drown all that out. Is that helping you become your future version of yourself? The answer is no. Right? Instead, right? This is where the keywords, this is where the Four Agreements come into play. Right? Agreement number one, words, right? Words are spells. Words have weight. Words are everything. What are you telling yourself every single day? Think and Grow Rich, The Secret. What you think about is what you bring about. What are you telling yourself? What's the story you're telling yourself? What is the narrative that's going on in your mind? Who are you around that is contributing to you, to your future version, and who is around you that is contributing towards your past? What stories are you being told? What stories are you listening to? What are you looking on your social media that's confirming your future version versus your past version? Ideally, here's an action item for every single one of us here. If you are looking on social media at things that confirm your past Unfollow. Don't look at it anymore. Stop sharing it. If you are looking at things on your social media that's contributing towards your future self, the best version of you, the one that's going to help you achieve your goals, live your dream lifestyle, help more people, change the world— are you looking at that? Are you confirming with that, right? What are you looking at? Because what you are seeing, remember, this is what it says, right? Where attention goes, intention flows. Your intentions are going to flow into that. Your attention is everything. This is something that is gonna start to trend a lot more, okay? On social media, you'll start to see it within the next, like, year or two, okay? Everyone's gonna start talking about attention. Everyone's gonna start talking about time, which is your attention, and how that's the new currency. Every single one of us is going to, going to start to see that on social media. I guarantee it because more people are starting to understand the value of their attention, the value of their time, and on a deeper level, the value of how, where your attention goes, your intention flows. Okay, so what are you paying attention to? That's a question for yourself. Are you looking at things that are going to feed your future, or are you looking at things that are going to feed your past? Which one is it? And there's going to be people right here on this call, you're watching this video, there's going to be people who say— again, it's those small little things inside, the negative narratives, the old stories, the old associations. Everyone who doesn't see who you are in the future yet, because you have to be that. You have to show that. You have to take action on that. You have to lead with that. You are, and it's, it takes active work, okay? It takes active work every single day. It takes it. And not only that, to X-factor it, to help, to help you, okay? It takes accountability. It takes you having someone else checking you every single day. It's every day. Imagine if you had a coach that was with you every single day and they had their only job as a coach. This is what— as this is what I learned from a multimillionaire. They paid someone a million dollars. I think it was a million dollars or $100,000. I forgot. It's one of those two. Okay. It's something high though. They paid a coach specifically and only for accountability. So what they would do is every day and every week they would check in with a text and they would just say this. So this is what a wealthy person did, okay? They told me this. They said that they would pay someone, they paid a coach $1 million or $100,000 for accountability alone. And the accountability, the deliverables for the accountability was this. Every single day or every single week, you will text me if I did this. That's it. And the, the person, the, the client, the person that paid that, that coach, they would say yes or no. That's all. That's it. Would you pay $100,000 or $1 million to a coach that is their only job is to hold you accountable? Right? The answer is yes.
Why?
It's because with accountability, you are now activating just that, that rebound, that reinforcement of who you want to be in the future versus who you are in the past. Nico says, what helps me is knowing when I have that thought, the 1% doubt, and to stop the cycle and start stacking gratitude. Fire. Stop the negative domino effect and start a positive domino effect, bro. That's 1%er right there. That is a 1%er. There's so many pressures out there in the world that, that 1% doubt, maybe that tipping point, maybe that just one domino that, that, that just starts the negative spiral, right? Every single one of us here faces that, especially when you're burnt out, when you're exhausted, when you're tired, when you're sick, when you're frustrated, when you're pressured. One, it just takes one domino, 1%, that 1% doubt to knock everything over, to ruin everything for you, right? And then you have to restart. So with that right there, Nico, that's like, that's, that's gold, right? Start stacking gratitude. That's, that's huge. That right there is like, bro, you should do a social media reel like that. Like, start stacking gratitude and then share why, right? That right there is 100% will help anyone. That'll help those who can, can see it and understand it. They can see like how powerful that is. That is a 20%er that gets the 80 done, right? If you think about it, you work so hard, you work on yourself, you build up this future version of yourself and you are being that person, but you have all the pressures of lifestyle. You have timelines, deadlines, projects due. All these different things you have to do, and then the fire happens, an emergency happens, and you're still facing all that, right? How do you fight against that 1% negativity, that 1% doubt, that one domino that will ruin everything? How do you fight against that? One way is to stack gratitude. That's huge. Another way is to start the positive domino effect, right? This right here, let's lean into that. The be do have. Right, be. It's not about the do and the have, it's literally just about the be, okay? Just to make it clear for everyone, being who you need to be in the future, who you want to be in the future, being your future self, being that future version of you, you can do it today. You can bring that future version to you today by acting as if you are your future version, by acting as if you are the future you. Now, right now? It's 1-1-1 today. Why not try something different? Why not try an experiment? Why not just entertain that thought? Why not just literally just act as if you are that now? See what happens. This is what Joseph Dispenza was talking about, right? He was saying how it's just about that. It's about being who you want to be. Now. And then from there, influencing and overcoming your environment, changing who you are to affect your entire environment. Because he was saying how your environment will affect you and shape you, but the challenge is how do you influence and affect and overcome the environment that you're in, right? That right there is everything. Literally. So Jackie says, literally thrive every day, plus self-development. I sleep to binaural beats, meditation music, low in the background for my subconscious. Oh yeah, subconscious is another level, right? And listen to a book or podcast at least 30 minutes in the morning and night while I'm awake, conscious, present. And every day I do 3 things, always: stretch, meditate, be mindful. Meditate or mindful moment. Okay. As of recent, gym or physical activity. Clean, organize something in my home or personal life. Do something income-producing. Groom my business. Fire.
Good.
He says, don't just try, be about it. Be what you say you are or want to be. Yes, exactly. It's about the being. You got to just be, act as if you are that by being it. Nico says, I also sleep to binaural beats. I love doing 3. I love doing things in threes. Any more than that is too much and I'll chill. Yeah, the power of 3. There's power in threes. Today is 1-1-1. That's 3 digits right there. There is a lot of power in today. How are you going to use that power? Carla says, yes, take the steps you need to start being, channeling your future self. Gotta take small steps. Yes. And guess what, right? Like how big or small those steps may be, Just take the step, right? Just take the step. That's a good, that's a good add-on right there, you know, like take the steps towards being who you want to be. Here's, now let me just go into the, the just tangibles real quick, okay? Step by step, because we have 5 minutes left, okay? This, just to wrap everything up, this is who you are today or who you were yesterday. Who you are right now is dictated By all the past experiences, the past stories, the past negatives, the narratives, everything, all the stories that you tell yourself of who you were from childhood till now, in this very moment, till now, is who you are right now. There's distance, okay? This right here is your old self. This is your old self. Who is your future self? Who is the future version of you that you need to be? Be this right now. Be your future version of yourself right now. Exactly what, what Carla was saying, right? Channel that, your future self now, right? Channel it now. A small step may lead to big changes. 100%. Small hinges swing big doors, right? It only takes one little step for you to be this. It takes your, your attention, your attention to go towards your future self. Think about your future self. Imagine your future self. Visualize your future self. Who is that person? Where your attention goes, your intention will flow. Have the intentions to be this. Starting now. This is who you are now. Your future self is you now. What would your future self do today? What will your future self be today? What will your future self say today? What are you po— like, what are you posting today? What are you sharing today? Look at your past. Look at all the things you've posted in the past. That was your old self. How, how can you be better now? How can you be your future self now? How can you be your future self today? What would your future self do? What would your future self say? What is the message that your future self will give? What is the message that your future self will bring to this world? What is a message that the world needs today? 3 steps. Touch your dreams.
Minding your words. I feel that often when you're trying to stay accountable to yourself and other people, you need to be accountable for your words, right? So if you don't have $100,000 to hire a coach to keep you accountable, maybe start a journal. Start like something where you can put it on a board or put it somewhere visually where you can see it. And instead of saying you're going to do something and then repeating the not doing it, then just write it down. Like, what are some things that you want to change about yourself? What are some things that you've told other people that you're going to change? Right? Because if you don't hold yourself accountable, like, it's easy to turn around and blame someone else for your lack of, right? So minding your words, because your words and what comes out of your mouth is a reflection of what you're having people think that you're going to do and what you actually want to do, right? But what you actually do, the actions, is actually going to show what you are doing and what people are seeing, right? So sometimes I don't speak and I don't speak because I'm like, I'm not going to say I'm going to do something if I can't hold myself to it or if I'm not going to do it, right? Because if I say something too many times, people aren't going to believe me anymore. Right? So a part of the process of you becoming this version of yourself is not just saying it, but actually following through on the actions. Right? And sometimes I find it easier to want to be a certain version of myself. And instead of saying this version of myself or this version of my higher self wouldn't do this or would do this, I don't say it, I just act it. And then I act it, I embody it, I live it until I am it. And I never had to say it because I feel like the energy that it takes to say something is the same exact energy as it takes to take the action on it. And then no one's gonna look at you and be like, hey, you said you were gonna do this 50 times and you didn't do it, right? And then you're like, oh my goodness, like, you're right, right? So some people will get mad at you for calling them out, and other people would be like, you know what, you're right. Like, I got to just stop saying it, and I just got to embody it and do it until, like, it just becomes second nature, right? It becomes subconsciously ingrained in you to just do things. So I think taking accountability for yourself, writing things down, and maybe just not saying it, just like, you know, there's a list of things that you want to do and you don't want to do. Write it out. And read it to yourself every day and check in with yourself. Did I do what I said I wasn't going to do today? Did I say like what I was going to do and then actually fulfill that, right? Like kind of make an accountability checklist. Take some time, sit with yourself, write those things out. And then at the end of the day, look at it and just be like, okay, I said I wanted to do this. Did I do this? Yes. Check it off. And day by day with consistency and discipline as you continue to do that, you're going to embody it, right? So maybe that's some action steps that might help. Yep. You give that energy away by saying it, but it doesn't come back. Yeah. Like you might feel better from saying it, but if you don't actually take the action, then you're not going to change and you're not going to be it, right? You're just going to continuously feel better for saying but not doing. But yes, honest. You don't have to be 100%. Do it before you're ready and your experience will enhance your confidence and self-worth. 4th. Yeah, you never have to know anything and everything to start, right? Like, you don't need to strategize and research. Like, you just have to do it and have the confidence that if you mess up, it's okay, and you'll get up and try again, right? Like, I see a lot of business owners or entrepreneurs get stuck in the research and the overthinking part. Like, they never do the action part because they're so afraid to make mistakes. And then because they're so afraid to make mistakes, they never allow themselves to build their confidence through those risks. So yeah, if you don't have $100,000 to hire yourself an accountability coach, pen and paper and just reading through your checklist every day.
It's that simple. It's that simple.
It's much cheaper.
I mean, there's, you know, Well, you, you got it basically, but this right here, like, who do you wanna be today? Okay. Like there's, there's so many things right there we can talk about, but this right here, the acting, the acting as if is you're putting it into motion. Okay. That's it. That's exactly what everyone, that's what Crystal was talking about. That's what everyone's saying. It's just take the action by being, and then from there, Like, be— put your blinders on, okay? Put your blinders on. Don't worry about what anyone else says or thinks about. There's gonna be people who are gonna judge you through this process. It's cuz they don't understand patience. They don't understand how to wait with grace, right? They don't understand the process of waiting. It's like what I talked about before. You have to allow yourself the patience so that way how you wait is how you develop, right? That's for people who you are waiting on and for you waiting on yourself. But again, being is, is there. It's, it just happens instantly. Okay, so it's 7:03. I hope this was valuable. This right here, your future self, 1:1:1 is today. Okay, be intentional with your attention. Be intentional with what you're looking at, with what you are saying, with what you're posting, with what you are seeing. Ask yourself the question, is it feeding your old self? Or is it feeding your new self? Which one is it? How are you going to change? What's one thing that you are going to change today that will help you and assist you be your future self? The sky outside my window is a bright pink. That's love right there. This right here, your future self, who you need to be. And then guess what, right? There's 11:11, right? The day's 11:11. So that's in 10 days, right? From today until 11/11, right? How are you gonna actively be intentional with channeling your future self, right? That future version of yourself. How are you going to be the best version of you today? The best version of you now? What is that person? What does that person do? What does that person say? Does that old— does that person entertain the old narratives, the old stories, through their words, through their actions? Or are they here to empower others? Are they here to uplift others? Are they here to heal others? Are they here to present the best version of themselves? Entertain the future self. No longer are you going to entertain the past self. Only the future self. That's it. Okay, bring that energy in today. And we're going to end at 11 right now, so it's time to end. Have an amazing day. Every time you are tempted to react in the same old way, ask if you want to be a prisoner of the past or a pioneer of the future. Oh, that's fresh. That's the best way to end the call. Thank you. Have an amazing day. We love you all. Take care. Be your future version of yourself now.
Bye.
