How do you, do you guys, do any of you guys create a system for your friends' birthdays? Like, or do you just memorize them? So what I do for me is I actually have a project management board. Um, and there's a card for birthdays, right? So every single month I have my friends' birthdays and then I set reminders on my phone, um, just to like message them happy birthday, right? And I always feel like it's so special when people remember your birthday and just reach out and you're like, oh wow, I didn't even think that, you know, they remembered or whatever, or they would even care. So for me, I feel like it's always been a big thing with me is just like, okay, like whose birthday is it? Like whose birthday do I have? And every, you know, every day or every month I'm just like, there's someone that I can wish happy birthday to. And it's just as simple as, hey, happy birthday. Like, I hope you've been doing well or like, you know, wishing them something and I always feel like it's a great time to be able to just catch up with someone real quick and just make it about them, right? Like, as much as people sometimes don't want to celebrate their birthdays or don't want to like acknowledge their birthdays, it is nice just to, you know, have a friend just reach out, even if it's once or twice or 3 times a year, just to be like, hey, you know, I still think about you and you're still important to me. So Alexa says, I use my calendar or Facebook reminds me. Yeah, and Facebook is such a good reminder. For me, I just stopped using Facebook. So now everything is, yeah, in my calendar, right? In my project management board. So I was looking at the date today and one of my girlfriends I've been friends with 20 years, 20 years, it's her birthday. So I'm going to message her right now, actually, before I, before I forget. But my alarm's in about 2 hours. So yeah, reaching out to people when it's their birthdays is always really nice just to say hi. The end.
Okay. Welcome back to Fire Hour. Yeah, birthdays. You make a good point though. Like everyone is special, right? Every single one of you is special and birthdays are They're special. It's life. You're celebrating life. And so if you ever have a friend who's, or family member whose birthday it is, you know, wishing them a happy birthday is a great way to, uh, just at least, you know, acknowledge them. Today on, yeah, today's episode, we're gonna go over the 90-day run and the 90-day run, there's 10 steps to it, but I wanna add a few more things to it. There's— so I'm gonna use the frame from Eric Worre because that's just the proven method. Uh, there's 10 steps. I'm going to read them out right now and then maybe someone could put in the chat. But ideally, well, here's a, here's a question first. Who has not done a 90-day run? Okay, you have to ask yourself that. Have you ever done something for 90 days consistently where you decided to do something. You decided to go after a goal that you truly wanted to bring into your reality. You wanted to experience, and you just decided on it. You committed. And then from there, you went all out, okay? You did whatever it took to get to that goal, to accomplish it. And after that, you know, you reflected and you're like, wow, like, what did it take? Like, what did it take to get here? What did it take to achieve this? What did it take to experience this? What did it take and how did I feel, right? How did I feel? What changed, right? Ask yourself these questions. What changed in your life? If you've never done a 90-day run, it's especially—
life changing.
Yes, life-changing. That's what Crystal said.
Life-changing. And, and like what you said, um, a 90-day run can be in anything, right? It could be starting a new exercise regimen, it could be switching up your diet, it could be, um, anything, right? Like if you have a goal, any type of goal, it can just take 90 days of pure intentional Action to be able to get somewhere that you've never been before, like doing a 90-day run, like a 90-day sprint can actually do a lot more than like a half-assed year. It really, really can. Right. And so you would be surprised at how far you can get and like who you become in the process of such a short period. Right. But it takes a lot of intention and like a lot of focus. Like every day when you, you know, get up, it's like you're on. Like that is your focus. Like you still have all the other things you still normally have to do throughout your life, but there is a slice of time that you full-heartedly commit yourself to in order to get to whatever goal that you put out there, right? And you would be very surprised at how much you change after those short 90 days. And then after 90 days, you've gotten to a really good habit that it's like like, why not just continue, right? Sometimes we put these goals out there and they're really huge, and it's just like we don't even know where to start or know what to do. Or we think like, you know what, I'm going to give myself a year. You give yourself a year, it might take you a year or it might take you longer, right? But if you give yourself 90 days to achieve something that you're not even sure you can achieve, but you're intentionally putting that out there, You'd be very, very surprised at how far you can get.
100%. And this, you know, just to add on to that, these, these 90 days, right, that you commit to, these 90 days are a different version of you. It's a, it requires a different level of you. It requires whatever you are right now, wherever your current version of you is right now, you gotta take it up to the next level. This is like, it, it, it's like, um, in if you've ever seen Dragon Ball, right? Dragon Ball Z. Or I don't know if you guys watch that or not, but there's basically, there's different versions of— there's many different characters in this anime, if you don't know. Okay. And everyone is just at a normal level. They call them Super Saiyans or Super Saiyajin. Okay. But basically they're all normal. And when they go into battle or they're training, and they're trying to like surpass their limitations, like they power up. And that power up is like a level up. And they have an entire different version of themselves. Their skillset is different. Their wisdom is different. Their abilities are different. Everything is different about them. And so they, that's kind of like, that's kind of like an example. Okay. If you look up, if you've never seen it before, one, I encourage you to watch it, especially if you have kids. Two, um, You can, if you just type it up or Google it, like you'll just see a bunch of, uh, different, you know, anime characters. And, uh, it's, it's something that is, it's just, there's energy. Okay. There's energy to it. And so ideally when you do a 90-day run, you are leveling up, you're powering up, and you are going into this, this state where you can't sustain it forever. Right. It's very challenging. I mean, maybe you can, it's very challenging to sustain it. But for the 90 days, you, you power up into that version, that next level version of you that is just sold out on your vision. You are completely committed to what you want to achieve. And so here are the 10 steps. Okay, I'm gonna just share with you the 10 steps, but the first one is to decide to give a 90-day run your 100% effort. Okay, that's step 1. Step 2 is to actually commit. To doing a 90-day run, right? So first and foremost, you gotta commit and like 100% decide that if you decide to do this, you're doing it and you're, you're going all the way, all the way through from day 1 to day 90. Okay? No matter what, even if you crash and burn through the entire process, it doesn't matter. You at least decided to do one. That's step 1. Most people don't decide to do a 90-day run. And that's why nothing really changes. Nothing dramatic or drastic or impactful changes until they decide to go all out into something. And that's the purpose. Okay? That's the purpose is to decide to change, right? It's not to change your life, it's to change you. Because if you change yourself, things will change in your life. All right? So you gotta decide to commit and to give it your all. That's step 1. Step 2 is to commit to doing it. Commit to doing the 90-day run. Step 3 is to— if you have family, right? If you are— if you have friends, if you have family members, if you have some people that if you decide to do this 90-day run, they're going to get affected by you taking more time away, right? You pouring more into yourself, you pouring more into your business, you going all out. And, and seriously, like setting up even stronger boundaries than you already have. And this is like boundaries that they may or may not, you know, step over the lines that you don't want to cross. But— and I'm talking with integrity, right? With authenticity, with your truth, with who you truly want to be, right? In order to have what you truly want to have, it's about setting the boundaries and doing it so that way you can have a just different level of life. Okay, it just— that's whatever that is, whatever that looks like for you. It's all, it's all up to you. And I'm going to share with you something, all right? Before, you know, in the old days with the 90-day run, right, negotiating with your family— that's step 3, right, right here— sharing with your family, your friends, the people who are closest to you, the people who will be affected by you deciding to do this, negotiating with them, right, talking to them. Sharing with them your vision of why you are doing this. Why? Not what you're doing, but why you are doing it. There's a huge difference between sharing the why versus the what. Okay? So it's, it's about the why. That's it. And so back in the old days, it's like you gotta sacrifice, you know, you gotta sacrifice time with your family. You gotta sacrifice whatever it is you want. But I'm gonna share with you something like, you don't have to sacrifice anything. Okay? The old mindset that I had when I, when I was learning the 90-day run and doing the 90-day runs was I gotta sacrifice all the things I want. I gotta sacrifice the time with the ones who I love the most. No. Okay, let's level up. This is gonna demand a different version of you. You can do a 90-day run while spending time with your family. You can do a 90-day run while being with your loved ones. You can do a 90-day run with the people who important to you. Okay. But all the other things like maybe partying and drinking, right? Or, you know, not working on your business, like doing leisure stuff that don't add to your business. And in, in, in some aspects on the psychology side, it adds to your business when you take some time, when you pause, when you, you know, when you do something else that's not focused on your business, but you have to have the foundational tools set up, which is part of the 90-Day Run checklist. Okay. But with that being said, I just wanted to make that point is that like for us with the 90-Day Run, we're not going to be sacrificing our time with our family like we are doing and working so hard to be with our family. You guys understand that? So for you, it's the same, you know, whatever that is for you, whatever you value, like go by, go by those. Okay, go by those values. So number 3 though is just, it's negotiating with your family, it's sharing with your family. It's figuring out like, because you're going to be doing this, like what can they expect and how can you manage their expectations? So one thing that Crystal and I are going to be doing with our children is we're going to be sharing with them. And they've, they've gone through these 90-day runs with us before. They've like, we've like literally used the whiteboard and share with them like, all right, here's what you want. Like, what do you want? To see happen after this? And what do we want to expect? What do we want to bring into our reality? All these things, okay? We list it out. So, um, number 4, step 4 is schedule, right? Choose a minimum amount of hours per day that you're going to do the 90-day run, that you're going to be working your business, okay? The 90-day run is just about working on your business intentionally focused again at the next level of you, the next version of you, the powered up version of you, right? But how many hours per day or how many minutes per day are going to be doing minimum? All right, what's number 3? Is share with your family, negotiate with your family. So yeah, number 4 is schedule, is what is your daily method of operation? What is your minimum hours or minutes per day that no matter what you are going to do, you're going to commit and take action on, right? So it could be if you have 10 minutes per day, 10 minutes, you have 20 minutes per day, 20 minutes, 30 minutes per day, 30 minutes. Okay.
Can I add to this?
Yeah.
So when it comes to scheduling, you have to be a master of your time. Like if you are not a master of your time, your time will be like a master of you, right? And you'll find yourself wondering where all the time went because you stay so busy, busy, busy, busy, but then at the end of the day you're like, what results did I drive? Like, what actually happened, right? Because everything is quantifiable. So numbers, right? Time is numbers, money is numbers, and certain goals, there's numbers, right? Like maybe you're trying to work out every single day for X amount of time in order to, you know, lose weight or in order to gain weight, right? Everything is quantifiable. So within your schedule, if you haven't already, it would be a good idea to sit down and actually write or type what you do in a day, right? So for me, I find it better when I have a consistent schedule. Like, if I do not have a consistent schedule, I would not be able to get everything done that I wanted to within a certain time frame. So I'm very strict on my time because if I am not strict on my time and I just dilly Dali, like I can be busy all day. I can really be busy. There's so many things that there is to do with kids, running a household, a business, work, whatever. Right. And the day can get past you very quickly. But when you're going after a certain goal, you have to be very intentional with the amount of time that you spend on, for example, income-producing activities. Right. It has to be very, very specific. And so if you take the time to write down or look at your schedule, like what time do you get up and how long does it take you to get ready and what time do you go to work? How long is the commute? You know, and we all have like nooks and crannies in our day, right? Like if you work off your phone, right, which most of us do, right, then you— everyone takes their phones to the bathroom. Okay. Like maybe it's TMI, but how many times a day do you use the restroom? Have you tried to time yourself from the time you go in till the time you step out? You're literally attached to your phone. Like, tell me that you can't send an email, send a text message, make a social media post, reach out to someone, follow up with someone, or look at something. You can. You're probably in the bathroom for more than an hour a day, right? So when you start to get more intentional with your time and like timing yourself— what time is it now? What time do I have time again?— you will find that maybe you might not have an hour straight. But maybe you have 10 minutes here, 15 minutes there, 20 minutes there, and 30 minutes there. Are there things that you do that don't add value to your life that aren't going to get you closer, right, to your goals? What is it? How long does that take? Now, what you— what can you replace that time with? So when it comes to scheduling, take a look at your daily activities. What is your daily method of operation? What are things that are non-negotiables that you have to do, right? Like, You have to cook dinner, you have to feed your kids, you have to take them to school, bring them back, you have to go to work. There's a lot of things that you actually have to do, but what are the things that you don't have to do and what are the things that you're doing that just make you busy but drive no results at all, right? So start to actually be conscious of your schedule and the things that you do within your time. So I'm a stickler for schedules.
Yeah. And you know what? No, that makes a— you make a great point because also you brought up— you reminded me of this. So I created this is I'm going to, I'm going to post this on the website today so you guys can all download it. But it's the, it's a one-pager productivity workbook. It's, it's basically a workbook that I put together in 2021 that reflects the 90-day run. And it even talks about like your goals, like your schedule, your cross-off list. The cross-off list is something that if you haven't done yet, it's exactly what Crystal was talking about. Like you literally list out everything that you do in a day. And then everything that doesn't feed your business, doesn't feed your goals and dreams, you cross it off, you take it off your schedule, and then you replace it with income-producing activities, or you replace it with working on your business, you replace it with whatever that is that you want to fill in. Okay, so I'm going to put that— I literally just downloaded the file. I'm going to put it on our website and literally— what day is today? Wednesday. I'll have it up by 11 AM. Okay. And then you can just download it and it's boom, you got it, and then use it, okay? Because again, when it comes to like timing, time-wise, like it's about everything that she said. It's literally the truth. It's just about filling in and deciding on what intentional actions are gonna be taking in these slots, and that's it, okay? So everyone will have that. So next, next is clear the decks, okay? Step 5 is clear the decks. What does that mean? It means that your space that you operate in, if you work from home or if you're wherever you are at most of the time, okay, and when you're— whenever you're going to work on your business, your space, your environment, the energy, everything needs to be clear, needs to be clean, needs to not have psychic weight. Okay, psychic— again, psychic weight is just the mental baggage, the mental weight that is slowing you down from going faster. And psychic weight leads to waiting, right? So the more psychic weight you have, the more mental baggage you have, the more mental, like, you know, not clarity, but the opposite of that, that you have, that's slowing you down. Okay, the whole goal is the 3-step process, right? Clarity. Clarity first, direction second, then speed. You unlock speed. So let's get rid of everything else that is slowing you down, right? Clear the decks, clean your space, clear your environment, start fresh. Give yourself a fresh start. Number 6. Oh, good.
Um, before you do that, right, like, this also falls into, like, creating a project management system for yourself, right? Like whether it's a notebook and you brain dump everything that you need to do and deadlines for it, or a calendar on your phone, or, um, my favorite tool, uh, Trello. When you brain dump everything, it's easier to clear the decks. Sometimes you have miscellaneous mail here, mail there, you know, kids' homework. Here, or, you know, work stuff there, or projects you're going to get to one day. What I find very helpful is literally creating one space for it. And this space is a commitment that you take to look through every day, because sometimes, again, you can get very busy and go nowhere, right? And you're just like, I worked my butt off, but nothing happened. Well, it's because probably you don't have a system for yourself, right? And that system relies on time management as well. And so when you're clearing the decks, it doesn't mean take everything off your table, take everything that you've been wanting to do and just throw it onto the side. Create a system for yourself to organize these things and to reasonably ask yourself, does this need to get done today, in the next week, in the next month, within the quarter, When does it need to get done? Right. And start putting them in a list of importance. And then on top of that, put deadlines on them. Right. Some things you have to get done like there's— you have no choice, but you have to get it done. So write a list out of things that maybe you've been wanting to get to that's scattered all over your fridge, your dining table, your desk, your work desk, wherever, your car, anywhere, and just start brain dumping it all onto a journal. Or all into your calendar, like make a pile, sort it through the list of importance, and then start writing things down that you need to do or that you want to do, and then deadlines. And then from there, in a way, you've cleared the decks within your mental space as well as around your home, knowing that you have looked through it, you have put deadlines on it, it's not going to be forgotten, and you don't need to think about it until that date comes to work on it. So I just wanted to add that in because there's, you know, how-tos, right? There's like the tactical things of what to do to help free up that space mentally in your mind.
Yeah, 100%. Like, do— and again, right, clean as if you've never cleaned before. Like, clear the space as if you never cleared before. Okay. Like, operate from that powered-up version of yourself. Whatever you envision as your powered-up version, your future version, the best version, whatever that is, like step into that. Okay, step into that. Okay, so next, so get the tools ready. Okay, step 6, get the tools ready. So whatever tools it is, and like what you said, right, it's a project management system, whatever is going to help you work smarter work harder, do things faster, have more clarity where you don't have to think about the actions because it's instinctual, because it's built in, because it's ingrained. That's the foundation, right? The infrastructure, the, the tools that you use, whatever that is for you, right? So is it Instagram, right? Mark, let's talk about, just let's break it down real quick. So marketing, marketing, sales, operations. Okay, marketing. And this is in order: marketing, sales, operations. Marketing, sales, operations. Marketing, sales, operations. Marketing, 90 days, okay, of going all out in marketing. Is it marketing? Are you marketing online? What platform are you using? Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, blah blah blah blah, whatever it is. Next thing, there's a second level to marketing. Which is parallel to it. It's networking, okay? Because networking, one-to-one or one-to-many, right? Networking is in person. It's, it's— what do you call it? Body to body? Or how do you—
I don't know, belly to belly.
Belly to belly, yeah.
Sorry, I mean, you are body to body.
Yeah, belly to belly.
Belly to belly, right?
Okay, so in person, face to face, right? So that's so funny. So yeah, networking is another thing. Are you— and if you're like, you guys are going to do the hot yoga today, right?
Yeah. So Tina and I are doing hot yoga. Laura Lee was going to join us, but the class got so full so fast. But tomorrow it's going to be Tina, Laura Lee, Nicole, and Michelle. 5 of us.
That's fire.
Doing a class together. It's also community, right? Like when you're around your community, you just feel so uplifted and so inspired, right? You remember like Why did I start thriving? Why do I want to thrive? Like, what has this brought more? Like, what joy has this brought into my life? Right? So surrounding yourself around the community to relight your fire in a way like that is a tool. The community is a tool. It's a support system, right? But also like what you said, networking. And the thing is like we're always trying to meet new people, right? Like you need new people, you want to meet new people, you want to learn about people, you want to find your people, right? Because sometimes that's what helps people stick and stay, right? You might have brought in a friend, and that friend may not just be really like your type of person, but there is someone within the community that is their type of person, right? And so this happens time and time again. And so networking is really important to be able to learn about new people, meet new people, see new things, do new things and just to like find your person, right? And bring them into the community and the community will sell itself, right? So getting yourself exposed to different things like what are your hobbies and what are your interests, right? Because when you're doing this business, when you're doing Thrive, you don't have to set anything aside. You don't have to always just only be with Thrivers, but we are a tool for support, right? To relight your fire, for you to remember why you started, why you're doing this, why you're going to continue, and who else is around you supporting you, doing it with you as well. But networking and bringing in new people, or also just knowing new people, is so important. So what do you like to do? Get yourself out to events, or have you ever thought of volunteering your time and energy in something that you want to give back to, something that— where you want to meet people, right? So for example, a long time ago, Sean had brought me into this massive community, right? Like it was a massive community of like entrepreneurs, right? Like Asian entrepreneurs or whatever. And I'm like, well, cool. Like I love business. I like to network. And so what I did was they were having their first event, right? And so I'm like, you know, for me, sometimes I'm shy to talk to people. I'm not, you know, extroverted. I don't like, you know, talk to people or sometimes I can't even manage to keep a conversation, right? But I was like, what can I do? Where I'm going to be seen a lot. And so I actually worked the front table of their first event. So guess what? I had 200 people, close to 200 people see my face, right? And I'm, you know, asking for their names, checking them off, getting their business cards, putting in a pile. So that's one easy way of getting yourself out there in networking. Um, with less time, right? So like, and then it's belly to belly, it's in person, and everyone may remember you because you were sitting there at the front desk, right? At the front table. But volunteering your time in a huge networking event to be able to see people and be seen is, is one way to be able to leverage your time, right?
Yeah. And that, that right there is called, from a strategy perspective, that is called positioning. Okay. And that, that could be another discussion, but position is everything. Like it doesn't, uh, that's, that's a whole nother topic right there. That's fire. But yes, you're correct. Okay.
So, um, tools, phones, pens, journals.
Yeah. Phones, pens, journals, whatever it is for you, but okay. Marketing first. Okay. Marketing and networking, right? Whatever you do every single day. Like just be more intentional with it. And then when it comes to marketing, like decide on what you're going to use, right? If you're using Instagram, if you use whatever platform you're using, like amplify that. Now that's marketing, right? Now sales is next. Okay, sales. How are you guys, you know, converting people? How are you guys helping people get started, right? It's just by sending a link. Is it through DM? Is it phone call? Is it Zoom call? Is it a webinar? Is it How are you doing it? Is it a sales funnel? What is it? Okay. What are you doing to convert people and help people get started? Right. That's next is, is double down on the sales process for you that works best for you. Okay. So for us, we're going to be using two different things, right? Well, I mean, there's, there's three things that we're going to be using. It's phone, it's social media, and then it's our website. And so we're going to be driving traffic to all three of these things. Ideally, we don't use phone because it's just, we're too busy. So we need to adapt to whatever is going to help us best. For you, it's the same thing. Find a way to help you streamline your sales. Okay. That's it. That's all I'm saying. And whatever that is, double down on that. If it's DMs, closing the DMs, that's how we got started. If it's sales funnels, if it's your website, then double down on that. If it's, you know, phone calls, if it's in-person meetings to close the deal, to get people started, if it's text, whatever it is for you, right? Double down on that. So you, you're going to 10x everything you do. Marketing, go harder in marketing. And in sales, naturally when you go harder in marketing, the sales will come. Okay? The sales will come because of increased volume. So number 3, operations. If you do this correctly and, you know, luck is on your side and everything is going with you, okay? And you truly are just doing the work, right? Because this is, this is part of the work that you're going to be doing as a leader. It, you're going to be growing through this process. When you actually do this 100%, you're going to grow through this process to the point where it will change you, which then changes your life. And this Again, this is so special because when someone does a 90-day run, and you can tell who does a 90-day run, when someone does a 90-day run, they are different. They are completely different because they stepped into the best version of themselves because they created change for who they wanted to be, who they wanted, what they wanted to experience, who they wanted to impact. A list of prod— of Benefits. You know, we can go over an entire list of benefits for this, but that's up to you to experience. All right? I don't need to talk about it. Just experience it for yourself. Right? So you can tell though who's done the work because they're not the same level and same version of themselves. They, they come out of this 90-day run completely different with a completely different perspective and mindset and outlook on life of what is possible. Because life change is possible. The goals and dreams that you have in your mind and your visions and inside of you, it's possible, but it's up to you to earn it and to deserve it. Nothing in this world is free. Everything that you have right now, it's because you earned that. It's because you deserve that. And life is fair. Don't let people say life is not fair. Life is fair. It's perspective. It's growth mindset. It's completely different perception for your reality. Everything that you have right now, all the experiences that you're experiencing right now, it's because you decided on something that caused this effect. And if that's the truth, then that means that your future that you want, you are the change. You are the one that causes that effect. And that's why when you do a 90-day run, everything in your life changes because you change, because your perspective change, your beliefs change, everything inside of you, who you are changes, and it's for the better. Okay? As long as you're doing mindset, your personal development, you're surrounding yourself with positive people, you are working on your purpose, in your purpose, on your mission, you are doing you authentically, everything just gets amplified. Right? Just to relate this back, right? And yeah, Goody, it is true, it's balance, right? It's a balance, the duality of life. So guess what, you know, for, for you, whenever someone has nothing and then they, they become someone and has everything, the only thing that changed is just the outside. What, what has really changed inside? Have they been doing the work? You can see that. Have they been growing and working on themselves? You can see that it reflects, because whatever you reflect out there, you attract back, right? And then you— whatever grows, whatever grows with you, it stays with you, right? And so for you, if you go from zero to a million, if you worked on yourself, everyone around you will see that because there's just going to be more amplified energy towards you, okay? So That's why, again, leadership development, becoming the best version of you and working on the best project, which is you, is so important. And so we're gonna, we'll wrap this up and then we'll go more into, into detail, but I just wanna make the point, right? It, it's so important to just commit every single day to getting better no matter what. So with this 90-day run, if you don't come out a completely different version of you, then just ask yourself, Like, did you really do the work, right? What changed? And 90 days are going to go by no matter what, so it's up to you. It's your life. You're the one that's going to benefit, right? You got to decide. Number— okay, so marketing, sales, operations. Operations. When you do this, right, when you do marketing and you go hard, you're going to have an influx of sales. You're going to have an influx of conversations. Of discussions, right? That's what's going to happen naturally. And then, and it's also going to be amplified attention on you. And then operations. When you have, when you scale marketing, your operations will break. That's when you know that you did it right. Okay? When your operations break, when the day-to-day breaks for you, when you're like, oh my gosh, like I'm burning out now, or I'm doing literally too much. I have so much to do. Like you're saying, this is the language that you're telling yourself. Right? I need more time. All these things. Then from there, that's when you know that your operations broke. Okay? And that's when you have to optimize operations. That's when you have to really get more intentional with what you spend your time on because you are the one that is going to decide on that. So what are you going to spend your time on? What's worthy of your energy? What's worthy of your time? And then you reassess very quickly, right? Literally like within an hour. And then from there, boom, go run again. Okay, slow down to speed up because you can't sustain— again, you're not going to be able to sustain operating like this. That's why in 90 days it's okay. Okay, number 7, start date. Pick a day, right? It's, it's March 20th today. You know, any, any day is really good. I'll tell you that, right? But don't, like, don't take more than 2 weeks to do this. Don't take more than a week to do this. Like, you're gonna, like, ideally before the end of this month, that's a call to action. Before the end of this month, pick a date that you're gonna start because this gives you time to clear the decks, right? So pick a date to start. Yeah.
And to add onto that, I feel like when you pick a start date, because I'm looking at my notes right now, right? And so when you pick a start date, which is item 7, go all the way back to 1. Did you decide? Because you might have picked a date that you wanted to start a 90-day run. You might have picked a date where you wanted to do this sprint, but did you really decide to it yet, right? Sometimes we can be indecisive. Like, we know we want it, we know we should be doing, you know, XYZ, but we don't. And why is that? Because we haven't made the decision, right? And whatever decision you want to make, it's up to you. It's your life, it's your goals, it's your dreams, it's on you. So if you're not ready to make a decision, whether it's a yes or a no, then there's not going to be any way you can commit. And if you can't commit to a decision that you full out have decided on, then what is the point to kind of go through everything else, right? So when you pick a start date, go back to number 1. You might have picked a start date, but did you really decide? Did you really make a decision to commit? And if you've committed, that's when you start to negotiate, right? With your family, with your friends, with anyone that you are committed to, anyone you have a responsibility or hold some type of accountable— accountability with, right? Because you will get a little bit busier. Your focus may be here, right? So you need— sometimes you might need that time. Like, for example, hey, you know, I cook every single day while doing this. You know, maybe I don't want to cook every single day. Maybe we can switch off or maybe we can exchange, you know, like getting to go just, you know, one, one day or two days out of the week, right? There's always some type of negotiation that needs to happen with the people in your family, but don't negotiate and take time and energy from them if you haven't made the decision and you're not going to commit. Because how often are they going to be willing to give you your time, their time and their energy when what you say you decide to, you don't commit to, and they're just constantly like, are you going to do this or not? Because you're not going to keep taking time and energy away from me in order to stay the same, right? So again, the work will show. The work will show in your results, and your results are always quantifiable. What are you bringing in, right? What did you say you're going to do? What was your business plan? And did you check off those boxes on the deadlines that you say you would check them off? And what was the result you were supposed to be, to be getting, right? And of course, You can do all the things that you thought you were supposed to do and you didn't hit your goal or you didn't get your result, right? That's okay. Then reevaluate quickly, even before it even passes 90 days, what you really have to do, what you were doing and what you have to do. And when you have a goal that's monetary or quantifiable with numbers, then you really have to break down that plan and go backwards, right? So again, if you pick a start date, Go back to when did you actually decide, not just decide on a date you're going to start, but actually decide that you're going to be committed to what you said you're going to do, right? And then you commit yourself. Well, I made the decision. I said I was going to do this. Now I'm going to commit. I better commit, right? Be a person of your word. And then you can go and negotiate with whoever you need time from and energy from in order for you to hit your goal that you said you were going to hit. And at the end of the day, you have to create a schedule. Besides negotiating, create the schedule and then clear the deck. So you clear your mental space, your physical space, so you know that everything you were supposed to do that's always been weighing on your mind, you've set aside, you've set deadlines. And so you know that you've created a system and your system is working for you and it doesn't need to be here anymore. Because when you do a 90-day sprint, your mentality, your mental has to be clear as your physical, right? But you want to be able to clear your deck, right? And how you clear your deck properly is you create a system that works around you, right? And then tools. What are your tools? What do you need? What do you need to, you know, help yourself, right? Whether it's a diet, whether it's exercising, whether it's, you know, committing yourself to make XYZ or to hit this rank or to get to here. Or to save more money, whatever. Make more money, save more money, whatever. Right. There's something you're committing yourself to. And you know what? Why not change your health at the same time you're committed to change your income? Right. Why not? Why not do both? Does it take that much time? It doesn't, but it takes intentional commitment. Right. And then we're back at 7, which is the start date.
Yeah. Okay, perfect. Let's get it. Okay, so start date, pick one, right? Angela says, in order to do this, your desires need to be compelling to pull you forward and push you. Yes. Yep.
Plan, be intentional, check off tasks in your 24 hours.
100%.
Can you read the next one? Yeah. So Madeline shared a blog for decluttering. Becoming Minimalist. I like that. So she sent a link in the chat if you guys want to check it out for decluttering.
Nice.
Next.
Okay, so next. Sorry, um, number 8. Number 8, this is super important, all right? Because if, like, the more the merrier, right? The more the merrier. So if you have a team already, if you have people who are going towards a vision that's aligned with you, You gotta get them on the same page. And what I mean by that is talk to them, get them in one Zoom call, get them in, in person, like discuss with them that, hey, this is what I want to do. Who's with me? Because again, there's power in numbers. There is power in numbers. The more the merrier. So for you, if you have a team, right? If you have a team, everyone here has a team, okay? Everyone in this Zoom call is a team. Does that make sense? So no matter what, if you're, if you're just brand new to Thrive or you're just brand new in your businesses, whatever the case may be, get with your community and discuss with them that here's the 90-day run. Send them this recording after to let, to help them catch up on this. Okay. Literally, it's about them understanding the frame of a 90-day run and the benefits of why they should do it, and it's only going to benefit them. Okay, so discuss with your team, discuss with your peers, get them all involved. And the ones who are willing, those are your accountability partners, and those are the ones that are going to go hard 90 days with you. Okay, and if no one wants to go hard with you, that's totally fine, right? But you yourself already decided and committed, so it doesn't matter if no one goes with you. Does that make sense? That's such an important point because when I did a 90-day run before, I had to do it by myself. I did it by myself because I was sold out on my vision. It's the same thing for you. If you have, if you feel like you have nobody, well, guess what? You have you. That's all you need. Okay? You have you and the powered up version of you. All right? So, but again, if you have a team, Get with your team, stack them all into one spot, into one like Telegram chat. That's what we did before in the 2020 run, right? 2021, whatever. I forget when we did it, but I think it was 2020. But we all, I look, we had a 90-day run chat and we stacked everyone in and boom, like momentum was popping off. Okay. So that, that's, but it's because of the work that everyone did, right? So, okay. That's number 8. That's— and number 8, again, power in unity, in community, in doing things together, right? In collaboration with everyone. That's where the magic happens. So—
and it helps too. Can I add to that? It helps too, because when you have a team going in the same direction that you want to go in, you got to stay close to the fire, right? Because sometimes maybe you forget Right? Like, okay, what was I going to do today? Or maybe you did something and then you needed feedback, right? And you need feedback right away from people that are already doing it, that have done it, or that are like new and doing it with you. So literally being close to the fire where all the momentum and the energy is when you're committing yourself to do a 90-day run, it starts with your team, right? Like, hey, Who wants to commit the next 90 days with me to be able to do this? Okay. Yes, yes, yes. Okay, great. Okay. This is what we're going to do, right? Like, you will have a game of full-out action, like a game plan, right? Every day we're going to do this. IPAs, income-producing activities, and strictly income-producing activities. Because what income-producing activities are, are the things that are actually going to get you to your goal, right? Because you can be very busy putting on, you know, whatever you put on. But at the end of the day, if you're not strictly doing income-producing activities, if you have a financial goal, then you're just being busy setting things up that aren't going to make you any income, right? So what is your goal and what do you need to do to get to that goal? Right. And if you're starting a new exercise regimen, okay, what do you need to do? If you're starting a new diet, what do you need to do? Who's on your team with you? Right. Like we have a 10-day detox chat, right? So everyone's starting a 10-day detox for 10 days. They're committed. To themselves in that chat to just be like, hey, this is what I'm eating today. Sometimes you want to hold yourself accountable and it's easy when you're doing it with the team. Hey guys, I talked to someone, they said this to me. What should I say? You have people there, you have a lot of resources, so use it. It's at your disposal, right? And everyone's doing the same thing as you are. Then everyone has the mindset, the intention, and the understanding of what you guys are doing. And that's how you guys grow together as a team. Um, Angela said, I never stopped.
That is huge right there. Literally, like, when you do a 90-day run, when you do a 90-day run, you create so much momentum that why would you stop, right? What's that, that song? I don't know, there's a song that just came into my mind, but you don't stop. That's, that's the magic right there, right, is when you have it, when you have it going you do not stop.
Yeah, I never stopped. People would give up, but don't ever give up on yourself and why you got started. What Sean is saying, I work with the willing. That's all I've been doing for the last 5 years. Stay lit and just keep going. They will all come along. Remember, the mission has always been the same. Married to Thrive to you. You got to keep doing what you used to do when you first started dating someone. People just stop doing the basics. That's true transparency. Have fun with the basics. And yes, right? So sometimes it's really easy to just give up on your goals and your dreams because who's going to fire you, right? Like if you go to work, you have a job, you're dedicated to your job because if you don't work, you get fired. And if you get fired, you make no money. And if you make no money, you're not going to have a house to live in pretty soon, right? But sometimes with your goals outside of your basic necessities, it's so easy to give up on and it's so easy to quit because who's keeping you accountable and what consequences are you suffering, right? You're probably suffering future consequences because you said you want your future to be a certain way, yet you keep quitting every time you start or every time you hit some type of roadblock, right? So sometimes that is the hardest part about having a goal is that goal may not necessarily be tied into something based on your survival. So it takes an extraordinary person to be able to have the consistency and the discipline to be like, you know what, this is like life or death, right? Like if I don't do this, I'm never going to hit my goal and someone's going to suffer, right? Who's suffering with you? Right. What is your commitment to yourself and to those that you love? So having that commitment at the forefront of your mind, it's not just about you. It's the people around you that you committed to, that you said you wanted better for, right?
Yes.
So Nico's saying Don't Stop Me Now by Queen.
I don't know. I don't think it's that.
It's, um, and have fun with the basics.
It's a rap song.
Income-producing activities. They're the basics that we all started with and that we just 10x, right? Um, don't stop, won't stop, nobody can hold me down.
I'm trying to find it.
Is that a song? Oh no, you got to keep moving. Okay. I feel like that's a song and I'm totally butchering it.
I got to find it, but I'll find it later.
Yes. And Angela says, I am an employee to myself. I payroll myself. So therefore I work for myself. That way I'm accountable. Yes. It takes a different kind of person to actually be an entrepreneur, right? Like you have to commit. No one works for me, but me. I work for my team. Expect less from people and more from yourself. 100%. You always have to expect more from yourself than the people around you because at the end of the day, people may quit on themselves. And they're not necessarily quitting on you, they're quitting on themselves. And if you keep depending on other people to get you to where you want to be, then you're going to end up somewhere where you're like, oh my goodness, it was always up to me and I have to do it, right? Like I can't let go. For me personally, anytime I have ever let go of something thinking someone was going to take it somewhere, it was not good. I was like, man, it is hard to have to start that momentum again, right? So like what Angela said, she never stopped. Like, when are you going to stop living, right? You're not going to stop living. You're not going to stop having goals, right? Everyone needs something in this life, whether it's more comfort, more time, more freedom. There's always something more that you want. Not that what you have isn't good enough and not that what you have you're not grateful for, but like, if you're complacent and you're comfortable, great, cool. This is not the call for you, right?
Yeah.
And there's nothing wrong with that. Sometimes people hit a goal and they're like, I'm good. Like, I am Gucci. Okay, great. But if you are constantly going for another goal and another goal and another goal just because you love who you start to become in every process that you take to achieve a certain goal, this is a call for you, right? Because we hold ourselves accountable. We hold you guys accountable. You guys hold us accountable for showing up, right? Because we have to constantly improve ourselves, learn, relearn and regurgitate things that we've relearned or learned and experienced, right? So never stop, because when you stop, it makes it so much harder to restart again because you got comfortable and you got complacent, right? Like you put your future in someone else's hands, right? Why would you put your future in somebody else's hands? It's up to you. Like it's— what is that saying? What is that quote? If it's meant to be, If it's to be, it's up to me, right? Like, we're all our own individuals, but we have a support system, and that support system is each other, right? And if you have a partner, you have a support system. What are you guys committed to? What have you guys negotiated? What have you guys communicated? Are you guys holding each other accountable? Or, you know, is someone getting upset at you when you try to say something about like, hey, you said this and you didn't do this, right? Then, you know, that's the level of work that they've done on themselves. Well, you better take it in your own hands and stop relying on someone to get you where you want to be. It's up to you. That's your goal. That's your commitment. No one's going to take you there but you, right?
Yes. Yeah. Don't— yeah. Rely on yourself. That's what you can count on, right? You can count on yourself. Okay.
I'm just reading. Okay. So those lyrics were P. Diddy. No one works for me. Got that one. Fabulous. Don't stop there. Everyone's very curious about the song in your head. Sorry, I got to write the lyrics down. Google it. You'll find the song. I always do that. Sometimes I have songs stuck in my head and I don't know what it is, so I type out the lyrics in Google and then I find the song that way. Big Sean. Why would I stop there?
Yeah, I think that's it.
Is that what it is?
I think that's the one. Yeah. Lena, good job.
One point to you.
Yes, that is the one.
So Angela says, you have complete control of your own. My checks are consistent because no matter what, if no one comes along, I have control of how much I get paid. This is the bigger picture. We show people the blueprint, but we can't work for your whole business for you. Yes. And Twin says, nothing changes if nothing changes. Um, and then Lena She gives the lyrics in the chat, which I will not sing.
But that's the song.
Yeah, but yeah, he said that's the song.
Perfect.
Okay, you got to do that tough love. Yes, because the thing is, like, it is the worst thing having to drag someone that says that they're going to do the thing and then they don't do it and you're like, come on. I thought we were going to do this together. I thought you said you wanted this. Like, didn't you want it? Like, let's go. And dragging them and following up and being like, where are you at today? It is so exhausting. Find someone else that wants to run with you because not everyone that says things that come out of their mouth are going to display it within their actions and it will show, right? And so although you want it for yourself and you, you know that they said they wanted it, What are they showing you? Because actions will always speak louder than words. Words is what someone wants you to hear, what someone wants you to think, what someone thinks that you want them to say. But action is what they actually do, right? So when someone shows you something, it's okay. They're not ready yet. They are where they are, and they don't even know that yet because out their mouth is one thing and out of their body is another, right? So you have to move on and work with people that are willing, that are committed just as much as you are. And they show you through their daily actions and through having communication and discussions and actually quantifiable results that they are committed, right? And if they're not, it's okay. Keep looking for other people that are committed with you and that you can run with, because sometimes you will be alone even though you're amongst people, but you will be with yourself and you can always rely on yourself, but you can always also rely on people that show you through their actions that what they say they're willing to commit to doing, right?
Mm-hmm. Yes. Okay.
Execution makes a true entrepreneur. Yes. Um, yes. On repeat. I'm aggressive patient. I'm just aggressive, aggressive. Like when I ask for things, Sean, when do I want things? When I ask for things.
Yesterday.
Yesterday or like now. Like even my kids know. I'm like, hey, you know, can you guys do this? And they're like, I'm like, now. Like now, right? Like the power of now. You have no idea how powerful it is to say you're going to do something and then get it done right away, right? Like I don't take my time. Like if I say I'm going to do something, I'm going to do it. It's going to be done because I want to get it done because the more things that you say and the more things that you don't do is the more psychic weight that piles up on you. And then you are paralyzed by that psychic weight of talking and not doing, talking and not doing, talking and not doing. And for me, I'm just aggressive, aggressive. So I say this with love. If it's trigger— triggering you, I'm sorry. I don't mean to do that. I see the best in people. I see the best and the greatest things in people. And when they don't commit to themselves and they don't commit to their words, it frustrates me because I care. If I didn't care, I'd be like, cool, I don't care, your life has nothing to do with mine, I don't care, you know, I don't see greatness in you anyways, I don't care. But when I see that greatness within each individual that's here on this call, I'm like, I am going to choke you if you do not commit to what you said because I'm getting annoyed.
Right?
So I'm aggressive, aggressive, but it's with love. It's with love because I care. And when you are not 100% of who I see you are, I'm like, I don't feel good with that because you should be living the life you deserve. There's so many other people out there, deserving or non-deserving, living the life that you want because they decided, because they committed, because they said, if it's meant to be, it's up to me. So why not you? Why not you? Why can't you? Right? Why can't you? Why? Like, I am no smarter than anyone. You know what I mean? Like, I have my fallbacks. I have my blonde moments, right? Like, but I commit. I commit and I'm disciplined, right? And if I put myself in a position where if I don't do this, everyone suffers, right? Around me, my peers, my family. I put that level of responsibility and weight on my shoulders. And so because I do that, I make a commitment to my family and it shows through my actions, right? So why not you? Why not you? Right? Like, are you guys ready for life change? Are you ready for your lives to actually change?
Right?
Like, or are you just going to be here meandering for another year? I don't know, it's 2024, it adds up to 8, it's the Year of the Dragon. What better time than now?
If you're ready, say, "I am ready." Let's go. Okay, so we have—
sorry guys.
No, that was great. Okay, there's 2 more steps and then we're done. But again, the One Pager Productivity Workbook has all this. It's going to map out your current situation, your vision, every single thing. Look at that. I am ready. I am ready. Yes. Yes, you are ready. This is gonna be freaking fire.
I love you guys. I promise. I love you guys. I'm not calling no one out.
Yeah. Yeah. When you share this, this episode with someone, just let them know, like, if you're ready for the real, right? If you're ready for raw truth that you need to hear, if you're ready to level up your life, this call is for you. This episode's for you. Okay? Because the ones who are willing and the ones who are serious and the ones who are going to dominate their path, This call is for them. This episode is for them. All right, call me out. I don't care.
Boom.
Yes.
You know what? And you know what we've heard before is where you remember, remember back in 2020, Sean was crazy and he would, he used to yell, but, and there was 200 plus of us, but everyone would love it. They're like, yell at me more. Yeah. Like, I need this, right? I need this. Yell at me. Tell me I need to do something with my life.
I know. Yeah. And Yeah, there's— don't worry, there'll be a time for that. All right, there'll be a time for that.
Okay, number 9.
The time is now, so let's go. Okay, so yeah, this is just fire. Number 9, I love it, I love it. Let's get it. Number 9, envision the run done. I want to go off of that.
It's done, it's done. You done already did it, girl, or guys. You done already did it. How would it feel? How would it feel? How would you feel? Feel it. Like, actually feel it. Because you deserve to feel that feeling of when you set something out there, you committed to it, and you fucking did it.
Yeah.
How does it feel? How does it feel? Right? Like, you have to feel that feeling. You have to feel that feeling to feel like you are possible and you are capable. You have to have that feeling because that feeling is your belief in yourself and your commitment to yourself. So envision the run done. Number 9, envision the run done. How can you understand what that would feel like, right?
Yeah, feel it. Like, what's the feeling? Imagine, just imagine, like close your eyes and imagine you just did a 90-day run, right? How do you feel? How does it feel to do it? How did it feel to accomplish pushing yourself to the limits, surpassing those limits, operating in the best version of you? How did it feel to create impact in other people's lives and yourself? How did it feel to accomplish something that you've never done before? How did it feel to build a team? How did it feel to be the best version of you?
Right?
This is what— like, you gotta imagine the feeling. Here's another song, okay? Another song, Pure Imagination. That's one— that's one of my favorite songs right now.
Oh, the— it's— it's— they played it on the Willy Wonka. It's a newer one.
Yeah, the newest version.
It's a good song. We play it pretty often.
I play it every day.
Yeah, because the words in your mind, in your head, the belief and the feeling, right? It's It's a childlike state of feeling to be within that high frequency of love, of happiness, of joy, of feeling the best, right? Why should you not feel your best every single day, right? You made it. You made it here, right? Envision the run done. How are you going to feel? And I guarantee after 90 days, if you don't feel proud of yourself, You maybe you didn't do enough. I don't know. Maybe you did, but you're too hard on yourself. I don't know. That's up to you.
Yeah. Give yourself grace, though.
That's up to you to decide. But for sure, give yourself grace. But be extremely honest, right?
Yes.
There's a difference between grace and enabling yourself, right? Grace and enabling. It's two different things, right? So envision the run done.
Angela says, what I learned, don't sit on that too long. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. You got to get up and be active. 100%. Again, don't— after the 90-day run, right? Like, that's the time to— because you can't sustain it forever, right? You can't sustain it forever operating at that level. I mean, maybe you can, okay? But again, because I don't want to put any, like, limiting beliefs. Like, if you can go 120 days, go 120 days. But ideally, 90 days, all-out massive action, not just by yourself, with, with people. Because in this, in this process, you're going to be recruiting people. So share this episode with them. Like, they're getting started because they're fired up, they're inspired, they're motivated. Something is pulling them and or pushing them to do something different, to take action, to get started with you on this journey, right, to the best version of you and to the best life that you can ever have. So guess what? This is the time to get them fired up. This is the time to get them started on a different journey, a different place, different path, right? And right here, if this episode can serve them, then share it, right? Share it with them. Okay? So again, when someone gets started with you, it's because— and someone talks to you, they're open. There is a reason why they are talking to you. There's a reason why they reached out to you. There's a reason Why? There's a reason why. Find that reason. Find that why. Find the why from them. Ask them questions. Really get to know their heart. Really get to know who they are. Really get to know their desires, their goals, their dreams, their vision, the things that they want to do, that they aspire to do, that they aspire to become. When you find that why, why would they not go with you, right?
That's funny, Lena P. I was going to share, I was going to throw MF ready, but I wanted to— yeah, we're not professional here. We can just be, we can have fun and we can say the things and do the things and have fun because it is within the fun where the growth also happens. Like, who wants to do something that they don't want to do, right? Like, some of us are already doing things that we don't want to do. It's not fun, right? But here, your community, thriving, being, you know, chasing after your goals and dreams. It's supposed to be fun, right? Like, who said when you grow up you have to stop having fun? And who said it's not okay to have fun doing what you do and making a living from it, right? Like, have fun, enjoy yourself, live life. Like, we— that's what we're all about, right? It's having fun. Like, if it's not fun, I don't want to do it. Like, I really don't. I'm sorry. I've had the male-dominated industries in finance, the boring jobs. I loved it, but at the same time, I didn't always have fun, right? Here I have so much fun. And when you have so much more fun doing what you do, you're going to want to do it and you're going to want to do it again. So it's going to make that commitment much easier.
Yeah, 100%. Good.
Angela said this time is a shift in the industry. The innovators will pivot. That's us. We will be a part of a new hypergrowth. There's a lot of people that need what we have now. Leverage. Recession is the bigger picture. You guys need to compound now. Yes. So compound, the compounding effect. If you guys haven't read it or heard it, it's huge, right? Every little decision that you make can change the trajectory of your life in a much huge way, like a snowball, right? A snowball going down the hill. It starts small and then it grows and grows and grows. That's you. You're small snowball up on the hill, going down the hill, creating that momentum and doing those little massive actions every single day, or full-out actions if you're doing a 90-day run. And you will be surprised at how the effort that you make now and every single day that you commit, how big it will grow. There is a shift in the industry. There's a lot of, there's a lot of companies that have shut down and there's a lot of people out there looking, or there's things, there's always going to be things happening in the economy. Good or bad, right? Like a lot of tech people got laid off. And if you guys are realtors out there, you know what just happened with the National Association of Realtors, right? They got sued for a, what, almost $500 million settlement. And, you know, some people are going to be losing money on the buying end, right? So in every industry, there's shifts, right? There's good things happening. There's bad things happening. How quick are you to be able to pivot and adapt to changes as opposed to keep looking backwards at what happened, what you did, what didn't work for you, right? Every day is a new day.
Number 10. Number 10, have fun.
Is that what it said?
It is. Number 10 is have fun, take action now, and believe faster, sooner, right? Because you got what it takes. You just got to give it all that you've got. But have fun. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy the process.
And someone asked, where can they get the replay of this if they wanted to replay it and just fire themselves up?
Based on how fast it uploads, it'll be on our YouTube today, but it's going to be today. And also the funnel is done, so you can download the One Pager Productivity Workbook right after this call. We'll literally post the link and then boom. Uh, if you want it, you know, if you want it, then download it. It's going to be free.
Sit in here.
Yeah, it'll be free. Yeah, but use this, okay? Use this. Everything is a tool, so use it, okay? Use it to your advantage. Use all the tools that will help you, will aid you in your success, okay? And also, like, again, call— yeah, I'm using it. Okay, yes, it's free, it's free, okay? But, um, this is Yeah, this, this entire workbook, like I've— people use it. I use it every day. I have it, I have it over here.
Sean is a master. He is a master. Anytime I need anything, I'm like, hey, I need this like now. And he always finds the best things because he looks for the top of the top, the cream of the crop. So he looks for the top of the top people in any industry. So anytime I need something, I'm like, hey, I want to get better with my time. I already think I'm good, but I know there's better. So I will ask him for help and he will always research for me the things that I need to do or the things that I want to do. Boom. He sends me the information, the resources, or he recreates it in a way that I can understand it because he's really, really great at teaching and breaking things down to make it simple. And then boom, I absorb the information and then boom, I put it into action, right? So you guys have this person who is an amazing researcher because he worked with the top of the top people in every single industry and profession. So he knows where to find them and he knows how to find them because him and his boss used to book them and pay what, millions of dollars, right, for these professionals to come in. So then he takes it, breaks it down, and then I'm like, great, and I know I'm getting the best information, right? It doesn't take me 10, 20 resources. I'm like, I need this, and he's like, boom, here you go. And I'm like, I still don't understand it. Break it down for me. Make it simple. And he'll break it down and make it simple. So understand that when you guys are getting a resource from him, it is the best of the best.
Yeah, I literally just take all my knowledge and decades of experience and pull it— just the simple, raw things that just will work.
Okay. It makes it simple so it's easier to take action on it.
100%.
What was 10 again? Have fun. Take action.
Have fun, take action now, and believe faster, sooner.
Thank you.
Okay, um, YouTube, resurrectionmedia.com/youtube.
That's it.
It's super simple, but we'll— okay, we'll post everything wherever. I don't know where in the chat, but the call is done. Okay, all is done. If you have questions, do not ask us. Talk to your team. Talk to your support team. Talk to the leadership. Talk to one. Speak like you're talking to an 8th grader, 5th grader, 4th, 3, 4, or 5. 3, 4, or 5. Okay.
And that's what he does. I don't. I feed steaks to babies.
So let's go. Let's go. All right, let's get it.
All right, go.
