Transformation Starts With YOU (#FIREHOUR S3, E19)

In this Fire Hour Season 3 episode, host Speaker A and Crystal lead a group coaching conversation about how to intentionally prepare for 2024. They explore personal and business planning through writing, scheduling, and clearing mental space. Core values such as family, health, and self‑care are examined, with a focus on re‑programming subconscious beliefs, questioning inherited programming, and aligning actions with newly chosen values. The dialogue weaves in stories of adaptability (the Polish cleaner, AI trends), the concept of a “dummy tax” for avoidable mistakes, the power of community and mastermind support, and the importance of setting boundaries. They discuss awareness‑driven decision‑making, the “be‑do‑have” framework, mindset shifts, the creator economy, media consumption, to‑do‑list expectations, and the practice of giving oneself grace while staying accountable. Additional emphasis is placed on the impact of personal decisions on internal energy and external communication, the importance of authentic, calm presence—especially for male speakers addressing a predominantly female audience—and the iterative process of observing feedback, documenting, and adapting delivery style. Core values of timelessness, good energy, transcendence, and the “5 rules of life” guide their decision framework. Throughout, the tone is conversational, motivational, and reflective, with a sentiment of enthusiastic encouragement toward personal transformation and purposeful action for the coming year.
Chapters
So Crystal is, uh, she's gonna be on her way right now. We had a few topics that we wanted to cover today, uh, but we also had a question because December's coming up in 2 days, right? We have 2 days left. So one question for you is, you know, when it comes to your personal life and also your business life, you know, how are you preparing for next year, for 2024? What are you doing to get ahead of the year, or what have you been doing to get ahead of the year? Are you clearing your personal space? Are you decluttering? Are you scheduling things ahead of time? Are you, um— hi. Oh, yes please. Are you scheduling, uh, vacation time, right? Playtime. We talked about how you wanna schedule everything in, right? If it doesn't get scheduled, then it doesn't get done. So what are you scheduling in ahead of time in your calendar? What?
Did you take a photo of it prior?
No.
Do you remember what you put on it? No.
That's why I write it down. I don't— yeah, this is actually a good topic too.
I give you half.
So for me, I like whenever I have an idea or I have a few things I got to do, I don't like to keep— I don't like to keep things in my memory because it's using brain power. Like, I don't want to use more energy than I need to. And so I write things down on the whiteboard to remind myself, and I typically take a picture of it. And I have no idea what I wrote, which is fine. Like if I don't remember it, then it really didn't, you know, probably didn't matter. Yeah, it wasn't that important. Yeah. Sorry, let me get you a chair. I asked them a question, right? Ask a question, like to ask yourself, how are you preparing for 2024? You know, are you scheduling like the important things ahead of time? And the important things, you know, it's subjective to what you value, but family, you know, family. Ever since I started dating Krystal and we started to have family and, you know, our connection, uh, got stronger and our relationship got more serious, all these things. For me, you know, going into this relationship, I started to prioritize family. And prior to this relationship, I really didn't, I didn't prioritize family that much. And so, uh, family is one of those core values that that really changed for me after being in a relationship with Crystal and having kids and having children and, you know, just going, diving deeper into myself and to be more self-aware, to learn about what I truly value, you know, not only that, but health, right? I, I always, as an entrepreneur, I really didn't care about my health. And although I ate healthy, I ate Love. We're in alignment. Yes. Yeah, literally, like, I, prior to, to being with Krystal, I was just, you know, going, going, going. I really didn't care about, I didn't really, I wasn't aware of my health in general, and I wasn't aware of what I truly matter, uh, what I truly valued. And, you know, health is something that I truly value now. Because without me like being healthy, how can I take care of my children? How can I show up and be there for Crystal? How can I show up when it really matters the most? So health is something that I truly value. Not only that, and that's why I love Thrive as well, because Thrive is, it's self-care, it's self-love. We're able to take care of ourselves first, and by taking care of ourselves and pouring into ourselves, we're able to pour into everyone else. We're able to pour into those that we love. We're able to pour into those that we truly want to take care of, right? Health is like the foundation. Like last week we talked about Maslow's hierarchy of needs where we need to meet the basic necessities so that way we can strive for excellence through all, all of our efforts and really accomplish what we want to accomplish in our life. So health for me is a core value that I really, you know, I just, I started to value a lot more. When it comes to business, like, you know, something that I'm, I'm actually implementing right now is, and this is what Crystal and I have decided to do, we're not going to be working on Sundays, you know, only for emergencies. And the reason for that is because, you know, we have to prioritize health, we have to prioritize rest, we want to work smarter, we want to spend time with our family, we want to get ahead and actually like be more intentional with our time, right? So there's many different experiments that we are, are currently running, but the whole point of that is, you know, when it comes to like your core values, it, what do you truly value, right? Ask yourself these questions. Like don't, don't just be running on a subconscious program that has been implemented in your childhood, right? Like take a look at yourself, like really like take a step back and figure out what do you truly value? Like what actually really matters to you? And if there's beliefs that, if there's like old beliefs that you have that have been running in the background, you know, that they've just been running, uh, in your life, then, you know, maybe now it's the time to reevaluate that, right? Ask yourself these questions of like, why do I even believe this? You know, do I, do I even believe this? Is this true for me? You know, ask yourself these questions and it's totally fine to, because again, Uh, it's like what Crystal said before, when our parents are, were growing up, they had certain values that they valued. They had certain beliefs that they believed in. And when it comes to you, you were instilled with those beliefs and those values simply because of environmental exposure, simply because you were around those people, right? Even though they love and care about you, or maybe they didn't, who knows? But guess what? Like you're around them. And so there's certain little things that you picked up from them. Whether you liked it or not, whether you know it or not. And right now, because you're working on yourself, right? You're working on this best project, like the best version of yourself. Guess what? You have the option to work however you want to. You know, you have the power and you have the control to say, do I want this for myself? Do I want this for my children? Right? Is this even good for me? Is this even in alignment with me? Right? Ask yourself all these questions because once you decide that, you know, this is for me, once you decide that this is the way that I want to go, this is the path for me, this is what I truly believe in, then you make, it's like what Crystal says, then you make the decision. And then from there, there's so many different quotes, but like, you remember a lot of the things that I say. Yeah, cuz it's really good. Once you make the decision though, then from there, like, that sets your destiny, right? That sets your path, and that changes everything. It goes back to the be, do, have, right? When you start to make a decision for yourself of what you want to have, then your, your being, your being starts to change, and that's how you start to act as if you are that, right?
So I'm gonna read what Jackie said, and then I'm gonna fill in the gap real quick. Like, when you guys make a decision, it never has to be final. You know, your decision never has to be final. You can always change. Um, if one day you want to do this or you want to experiment this for a week, experiment with it, you know, and gather data from it and see how you can pivot, right? Um, life is all about exploring and having fun and having choices and having the freedom to make those choices. And so if there's been something you've been wanting to implement, Um, take the time to slow down and think about what you want to implement and even write it out. Like, how do you want to implement this new thing? How do you want to create this change? Who is that higher self that you strive to be, right? Because you always want to compare yourself to who you were yesterday. It's about you and your life. It's not about you being like someone else. It's you being the highest version of yourself. Because if you can imagine it and you can see someone a certain way and that's what you strive to be like, then it's— you're only a decision away and it never has to be final. And you can just take it and test it. And if you take it and test it for a while and it doesn't work out, then switch it up again, right? But if you're always, you know, just waking up in the morning on like a subconscious programming and kind of being the same person and doing the same thing, although in your mind you're like, wait, I didn't want to do that, I didn't want to say that, I didn't want to be like that anymore, it's just a decision away, but you have to take the time to just slow down and clear your thoughts. And what helps is just writing it out, like, tomorrow I'm going to— and you just write it out and you kind of just look at it and visualize how it would be to do that. And then maybe have it somewhere close to you as a reminder and try it out for a while. If it doesn't work or it doesn't work all the way, just keep pivoting and adjusting, right? Like the The goal in life, I think, is to always be adaptable. You know how sometimes older people, they're not adaptable, like they just can't switch. But we can, like everyone truly can. Like everyone has the ability to be adaptable and to change in any given, like, notice, like any moments, right? Like you cannot just— you could just be like, well, tomorrow I want to be like this and then just be like that and experiment it and see how it goes because it's you. Your life and you're living for yourself. So why not have the best life you can imagine? Like, why not you?
Yes. Yeah. Like, that's, and you know what, like, there's, this is what I've noticed is that, you know, regardless of age, like, people are adaptable because of the mindset, right? Like, uh, we have a cleaner and he, like, it's, uh, I know that, like, we, we've, uh, discussed him before. Like he's a very tall, uh, Polish man, um, and has a heavy, heavy accent, but like his energy is really like pure, like really good. His intentions are good. He's hardworking, uh, but he's an older gentleman and he is adaptable. He is, he has a mindset. He's like, you know what? Like my children, my grandchildren, they don't believe that they can be millionaires, but I know it's possible. This is what he's telling me. I know it's possible and I'm going to prove it to them. I'm going to be a millionaire and I'm going to show them. And, you know, when he was living in Poland, like he had his own businesses that were big. And so he, like, he, you know, from a young age already understood that, you know, whatever dreams and goals that he has, it is possible, but it's about the mindset. It's about being adaptable and about like putting your head down, going to work. And so he's, you know, he's, he has his own business on the side of his cleaning business and he's just doing his best to just keep on grinding. Keep on adapting to the changes. And literally 3 weeks ago or 4 weeks ago, I asked him, hey, because he has an expertise in cleaning, I asked him a question about vacuums and he recommended me a vacuum to purchase. And when he showed me it, then I asked him like, hey, do you know anything about Amazon? Amazon Associates. Like who's familiar with Amazon Affiliates or Amazon Associates? You can basically make a commission off of anything that you purchase from Amazon. So I showed him that and then I set it up for him and then he, and then I sent him a tutorial on it and he's watching the tutorial. He's trying to figure it out. He wants to learn, like he's open to learning. So that's the whole point of this story is that no matter what, like no matter what age you are, you can always be adaptable to what's happening in the world. And I think that's really important, especially as entrepreneurs, as leaders. Because if you're not adaptable to what's happening in the world, then how can you pivot faster, right? Like, what are you doing to move the needle forward if things are changing, such as AI is being more implemented, right? When it comes to business, I truly believe in one aspect that business is war. And the reason for that is because business is one of the biggest sports in the entire world, right? It's fueled by competition. What makes innovation exceed its competition, right? It's people saying, you know what, this, this competitor has a product or service that is better than mine. I can make mine better than— how do I adapt and how do I innovate so that way my product or service exceeds what they're doing? And that's how innovation happens, right? And then maybe there's an idea that the idea plus the timing is relevant. It's right. For the entire market to actually consume or to use. Then from there, it's like, all right, that was kind of like the right timing for that idea to, to come into reality. So then from there, that's why you see like some, some companies like come out of nowhere and they're super successful, right? Maybe they're venture-backed, maybe they had like, you know, it was really just really the right timing. Like, who knows? There was a TED Talk that I saw and they said that there was a high percentage of the reason why businesses succeed and fail, and it was one thing. It was timing, right? An idea that's too early, you know, it, it doesn't reach the surface unless you play a long-term game, right? An idea that is right on time, right? The precision, the right on time, that's why it's successful. So when it comes to like, for example, Thrive, right? Thrive, it's been here for what, 12 years, 13 years? 11, 12. Okay. And you know, like, yeah, cause it was like 2013 when I started network marketing. So gosh, that really worked.
Too bad you didn't have Thrive. It's just too bad.
Yeah, I would have definitely, would have been great. It would have been great to have Thrive. So when it comes to Thrive, right? 11 years. Okay. Thank you. Yeah, that's, that's crazy. Wow. Yeah. When it comes to Thrive, um, 2020, right? 2020 was like, how many people like learned about, about Thrive in 2020? Right.
So many, everybody was like locked at home looking for the light.
Exactly. Yeah. Looking for the light, right? Looking for that gift. How can they, and, and not only that, like the timing of Thrive, right? The timing of how everyone was going into themselves, like within, like everyone's like, you know, all the noise is shut out, right? In 2020, all the noise. So all the things that are within are coming to the light. Everything's getting exposed. Like the, like the, I don't know if you guys are familiar with the Dark Night of the Soul, but I'm still learning about it. But I've definitely had those like several Dark Nights of Souls, right? But having like all these these things within come to the surface and then now you have to face it, right? It's like the hero's journey, right? Going within, fighting those battles. We had too many too. Yes. The pandemic was a game changer, 100%, right? That's perspective, right? There's some people in the world that said that the pandemic was, was the worst thing that happened to them, right? And then there's some people that said it was the best thing that happened to them, right? For me, like, it's about perspective, right? There's no right or wrong perspective. It's just about what's like, what's it for you? Like, what do you believe? Right? So when it comes to the timing, again, the adaptability factor, right? How do you adapt and pivot so that way you can always be on top of new emerging trends? Or how can you like reshape your beliefs, your belief system? One thing that you, you were talking about, uh, is if the faster you can adapt, right? The faster that you can adapt to change, then the faster you can, you can basically go. And one of the quotes that come to mind is act as if, right? We talked about this before, but if you act as if you are that, then you will be that. And that's just the truth because it, it's just gonna take like consistency obviously, but it's gonna take belief. It's gonna take belief in the fact that you actually truly truly resonate, believe in it, and then from there it's going to come through. The energy will come through. If you guys notice like a pattern, right, over these past like 3 months of Fire Hour, it's, it's about the first Fire Hour episode. It's be, do, have, right? It literally— most of the patterns that we're talking about, the topics, it's, it's for a reason, right? This is Fire Hour Season 3 basically, and it's transformation. It's, but it's, it's about changing who you are within. It's about being the person that you want to be in order to have the things that you want to have. And once you just, once you act as if you are that, then you automatically have it because you automatically do those things. It's just that simple. And this is something I learned like a few years ago is it goes back to the belief systems. It's like you're in your alignment. If you are, if you believe one thing, but you act a different thing, then you're out of alignment. Does that make sense? You're not in alignment with yourself. And so when it comes to you, like when it comes to you being very intentional with what you believe in, okay, with what you want to believe in, what you actually believe in, and then that belief is in alignment with what you do, right? It's what you do right here. Then from there you have full power and control and full energy to proceed forward, right? To proceed down the path, down your path. This is literally everything, because if you, if you're believing one thing and acting in another way, you're literally out of alignment. And there's like, how can you use this energy? Like, your energy is in two different places now. So you need to have that belief, belief in who you are, who you want to be. And then from there, automatically, once you believe in your path and who you want to be, and who you, you, you are. From there, this intention right here, this belief that you have, it's going to align what you do. Okay. It's, it starts with the belief. It starts with the mental, the mind, the mindset.
Envisioning it.
Envisioning it. Like everything, right? All there's, all is mental, all is mind. It's the belief right here. It's your intention. It's who you believe to be, right? It's who, who you believe you are to be. Then from there, your actions and consistency will come from this belief and it'll align everything. And then when you proceed forward, it's literally like a laser. It's literally like your energy is penetrating what you want in reality. So that's what's going to happen. Okay. If there's, if you, uh, I know this was pretty like on the, it's like the subconscious mind. Yeah. That's like what I'm talking about.
Basically it's like reprogramming.
Yeah. You want to reprogram all that.
It's reprogramming your subconscious mind because maybe you're like, I want to be like this and I am like this, but deep down inside, you know, you're not and you haven't been or you haven't been making certain changes that you said you would, but you keep saying it like being one way and saying another. It's like it's two different things, right? And no matter what, it takes energy and it takes the same amount of energy to say you want to be this way than it is to actually be that way. Right. And when you aren't in alignment with yourself, you will know because you feel like something's off and it attacks your subconscious in a way where your confidence isn't there, right? Because you know the truth, right? You can tell anyone anything, but deep down inside, you know what the truth is. So being at your truth, at your core, is just better because then you can be like, okay, well, you know, I want to be like this, but I'm not there yet. So what's stopping me? What's slowing me down? Like, why am I like this, right? Like, looking within yourself to find the answers, to find maybe how did you grow up, right? You guys hear a lot about like the generational traumas or the generational— what is it— lineage. Like, you know, there's certain programmings that have been placed on you from generations ago. So maybe 6, 7 generations ago, there was a certain something instilled, and you're living it. And you may not know who was 6, 7 generations prior to you, but best believe you may have something within you programmed that you don't even know because it passed on from your parents and your parents, right? So to be that person that breaks the generational cycle, that generational curse, that generational trauma, that generational wealth, whatever generational— add whatever you like. It's not a simple process to do, right? But when you're focusing on yourself and your personal development, looking inside, asking the questions to you, right? And kind of taking accountability for that. That's when you'll start to break out of that. And sometimes your family or your friends around you are like, hey, you've changed, you've changed, or like this and that. Like, it doesn't matter. Like, yeah, I've changed. Like, I haven't worked this hard to still stay the same person. Like, you can't just keep on putting work and not seeing any type of results, right? And if you do keep putting work in and you don't see the results that you desire, then it's time to go back to the drawing board. Like, what's happening? What made a difference? What was making a difference? Like, why is it not working, right? So a lot of time to think.
Oh yeah. And then not only that though, it's just to add on to that, right? Like, how do you like not only hold yourself accountable and how do you check yourself, but also it's about like the community that you surround yourself with. It's about the people that you surround yourself with, right? Because these are your accountability partners. It's your mastermind, right? Fire— everyone who shows up on Fire Hour, right? There is a mastermind here. There is a community here that everyone is working on themselves. They're committed. You are committed because you're showing up. Right? You're showing up and you're showing out because literally it, that's exactly what's happening. Like this right here, everything that we discuss on Fire Hour in some way, shape, or form, there is, there is a messaging, there's messaging happening, right? There is programming happening. And you know, whether you want to receive the programming or not is up to you. But obviously like the whole entire, uh, consistency of the messaging is be, do, have. It's transform yourself, work on yourself. Work on the best version of yourself. How can you be that best version of yourself? What needs to change? Like, there's some tactics that we talk about. There's strategies, there's mindset, there's references, there's, there's resources, there's all these things. But, you know, it's what you want, right, from your life. Angela says, when you are, when you are the work, the only time you should look back in the past to see how far you've come.
Yes, it's very important to be around people that talk about the present and future. Where are you going forward? That is so good. Being present. I feel like often when people talk about the past, sometimes it's not like necessarily past accomplishments, but it's kind of like, oh, well, I am the way I am because X, Y, Z, fill in the blank. And then they kind of just stay there, right? Like I was talking to Sean literally just yesterday. Wasn't it yesterday? I was just talking to you yesterday or a few days ago about like, you know, how sometimes our parents or my parents or like, you know, the older folks in my family, it's like they talk about things that happened like 30, 50, or 60 years ago. And they just kind of keep reliving that trauma or that bad situation or the past. And you're like, okay, but it's back there. Like, leave it back there. Like, let's talk about now. Like, what are you grateful for now? What are you working on now? Like, where do you see yourself in a year or two? What improvements do you want to make? Right? Like, kind of the people just start going back into like a negative space or like, you know, things that they don't want to relive again, but yet they keep reliving. So I think that's a great point. I think Jackie also brought up really good points about like core values and how you want to live. Um, she brought up like being— what is it like working on your, your core, core values every day, just a little bit every single day.
Oh yeah, yeah, right here. Focusing a little bit each day on your core values help you prevent burnout and stay in your purpose.
Yeah.
Yeah. You run your life, don't let life run you. It's very, very true. And then Tara says right here, and this is really fire. You want to read it?
Part of the mindset shift for me has been accepting I deserve better too, that I don't have to stay the same, that I deserve to have the best for myself and my family. Absolutely. And you do. And you know what, like, it's always going to take that one person, right? Like, it's gonna take that one person to be that different person than everyone else in their family or in their surroundings, because people are watching. Your family is watching. And maybe they might be like, oh, you've changed, you're different. Like, what are you doing? Like, that's not what we do. But as, as you continue to really evolve and be true to yourself, they're going to start to get inspired just by the way you're acting and be like, hey, you were one way and now you're another. Like, if you can do it, like, I can too. And you'll start to see like the changes that they start to have just because you decided to make the choice to stay present, have gratitude, move forward, and just be someone that you want to be, right? Like the version of yourself.
That's right. Yeah. And like, it's— acceptance is huge. Yeah. Yeah. 100%. That takes some, you know, compassion, right? That takes compassion. And it takes a leader. It takes, it takes your leadership to, to really like see that, like to choose that actually, like to choose compassion. Like that is huge. Yeah. When you see old friends, they bring up the past. Like that is true. You know, like, But you know why? Like we talked about this a few weeks ago, it's because like they're thinking about the past, their past memories of you, right? The last time you saw a friend, um, and if they're not on social media, they're literally like thinking about all the stories in their head of what they saw before, of what they remembered before. And that, that memory of you from before, if you've been working on yourself, you decided to change who you are, obviously it's going to be completely different, right? If I were to see like some of my old acquaintances from 2019 and they were to see me today, they would literally say like, you're a different person. It's like that. Why? It's because before, like before 2020 and before me working on myself, you know, I just was out partying. Like I was always just go, go, go. I was really like not, like not conscious. Right. And so I was just running like a, just running and that's it.
Unconscious programming.
Yeah. And so all these people from before, if they haven't seen me or talked to me or et cetera, from then till now, it's literally completely different people. It's like that. And that's a good thing. That's good feedback for me because why, right? One of the brands I'm working with, they knew me from 2019, right? And literally like everything, every time like we talk about personal stuff, she always tells me, she always tells me, You're like a different person. And then she always says, I can't believe you changed this much. Like, I would never think that. She would always tell me this. And I'm just like, thank you. You know, because that's, that's good accountability and feedback for myself. It's showing me that I have been working on myself. I am changing. And that's the thing, like whenever you encounter like old friends, old acquaintances, people that knew you from before and they haven't seen your transformation. They haven't seen who you— the new you is, right? They haven't seen the highest version of yourself yet. That's what they remember. So then every single time you see a new person, that's another chance for you to create a new memory, right? A new core— a core memory. That— that's— what movie is that? There's like a Disney— or there's a Disney movie on, on this, on the core memories. That movie, if you— if you—
oh, it's the emotions, like the little, the little colored The little colored thing.
Yeah, those core values. They talk about core memories that like in that Inside Out. Thank you. Thank you, Stephanie. Inside out.
I always know something, especially with people like kids.
So Inside Out, you know what's really cool about movies? This is why Crystal and I love watching movies. It's, and you know what, before, like I had a program like from my former mentors, they were telling me how like you should never watch TV. Like don't watch the news. I still agree with the news. Don't watch the news. But, um, 'Cause that's a program, right? Like, I'm gonna ask you guys a question. Like, what's on TV? Programs. What do programs do? They program you, right? So literally whatever you're watching, you're observing, you're, you're absorbing. That's what's programming you if you let it. You get, again, when you're very intentional, you're conscious, you're aware, you get to decide what will program you, what you want to receive and what you don't want to receive. If you're getting exposed too much to whatever that is, then it's programming you, okay? It's subconsciously programming like everything within. And so you have to really work on yourself and really be aware. Like, awareness is key, but be very aware with what you're thinking, what's in your mind, what you actually believe, okay? But that, that movie Inside Out, every— here's what I want to encourage you, uh, to do moving forward if you haven't done so already. Every single movie, TV show, video, Instagram reel, whatever you're seeing, you're observing, okay? Have different frames of reference. Have different like ideas or perspectives when you're watching it. So for example, for me, if I put my business strategy hat on and I'm watching a movie, I'm looking at like, oh, like why do they do this? How come this worked out? Like why do they do that? And this is like, we're watching like a, a, a children's movie. And I'm like, what are they thinking? Like, what are they getting at? What program? Like, what, where are they? Like, what's their messaging? What's their narrative? What is the, what are they showing us? Like, what is happening? And I'm like, all right, this is like really good. I'm like getting fired up. Like I'm watching a children's movie. I'm getting fired up. Right. And I'm just like thinking about how can I put this into a training? You know, how can I put this into my notes? Like, how can I use this right away? Be adaptable and change right away. Innovate on this. That's what I'm doing, right? If I want to relax and rest, right? And I want to like go within and like really raise my love, my compassion, like my kindness, like those, those intangibles, then I'm like, I'm watching with a different perspective, right? So there's just different ways to watch it. And how you, how you like bring and receive that energy in is what is going— you're going to absorb and it's going to program you. Right? And then from there, it's going to— again, it's a belief, and then your actions, what you do, right? So everything that you want to be very intentional with what you're watching and how you watch it. That's the whole point. Angela says, it's like, why, why are we talking about that? You don't live there anymore. Stay away from still people, super important. Be aware with your surroundings too. If it doesn't align, it doesn't feel right, set boundaries. Wow, yes, 100%. This is so true. Like 100%. So true. Always choose growth. Yes. You know what? Like, you know, setting boundaries.
It—
this is something that Crystal and I discovered in 2020, actually. Right. Do you remember that?
Yeah.
Like you never set boundaries before.
Yeah. I feel like there's different levels to boundaries. And when I learned of that word, I feel like you always have to go through something traumatic to you, right? Or something very life-changing or altering to be like, what just happened. And it's really sad because if it's preventable, why not prevent it? You know, if you were taught better, then, you know, then you would know. But yeah, there was a lack of boundaries. But the thing is, like, that's what I learned from my parents, you know what I mean? Like, I saw what they did and I kind of repeated it because you just— you're associated with people that you look up to.
Yeah. But so there's two quotes that come to mind, right? The first one is If you know better, then you must be better, right? But the second thing is, it's what you said, right? This is what I think, uh, I forget who said it actually, but they said that like, you don't need to learn from the mistakes of yourself. You can always learn from the mistakes of others, right? If you are aware, because this is the key awareness, this is what you talked about. It's like, how can you prevent it? Well, it's by knowing. How do you know? It's by being aware. Okay, that's the root. Awareness is step 1. Okay, there's a, there's something called the 67 Steps program by my former mentor. And if you have not gone through the 67 Steps program, I highly, highly recommend it, right? It's by Tai Lopez and, uh, it's called the 67 Steps. It's 67 different, like, lessons, different videos for 67 days consistently. And the very first video lesson is on awareness. And when I was working with him in his company, he literally was telling me like, most people can't even go beyond step 1. That's what he told me. And I always remember that cuz I was like, damn, like I gotta get aware. Like, cuz when I was working with him the first, literally like the first 3 months, like I was, my brain felt like it was fried. But the reason for that's because I was learning so much that it was rewiring. It was rewiring how I thought, it was rewiring my mindset. It was rewiring everything. That I believed in because of exposure, because of environmental exposure, because every single day I was working with someone that was operating at a completely different level. So everything that he did and how he did it, I was absorbing, right? Because I was learning. I'm a student, I'm coachable, I'm adaptable, I'm learning as much as I can. And so when it comes to like reprogramming and being aware of how to prevent it, it's awareness. Awareness is everything. You don't— this is something that, like, uh, I want to, to address. Like, you don't have to learn through trauma. You can learn through awareness. Does that make sense? Yeah, just in— yeah, that's something that, like, we want to— I want you guys to rewire. I really want to encourage you to rewire, is you don't have to learn from your own mistakes. You can learn from the mistakes of other people by being aware and then observing like observing what mistakes are those, what mistakes have they made so that way you can avoid them in your life.
The—
here's the beauty of a mastermind, of a community, of communication. It's— there are lessons. It's what you said. It's, um, the dummy tax.
I literally was thinking that in my head for like the last 20, 30 seconds. I wanted to bring it up and I was waiting until you brought it up or until there was a second until you came up for air.
Yes, shout out to Kerry Hokama for dummy tax, the word dummy tax. Okay, because dummy tax is basically— it's literally like a tax that you pay when you're a dummy, right? Why, why would you want to pay more taxes? Who wants to pay more taxes? I'm okay with paying taxes because that means money's coming in, right? But literally, like, you can avoid the dummy tax, you can avoid the pitfalls, the mistakes Through communication, through awareness, through a community, through a mastermind. Imagine if maybe next Fire Hour we do like list out, like literally homework, list out all like the top 3, like top 3 or top 5 biggest mistakes that you've made in business. List that out. We have like how many people here, right? Times like 3 to 5. How many lessons and mistakes can we collectively avoid together? If we just shared that together, right? Like we, we should probably do that. If you guys want to do that, if that, if you found that valuable, right? If you find that valuable, then let's do that. Let's like create a list and then like put it on the website that way. Like whenever, like you, you come across something, boom, you can avoid it, right? And then there's, you know, this brings up like right or wrong things to do. Like how do you, how you do one thing is how you do everything. But not only that, like there are many ways. To achieve one goal, right? There's many right ways to achieve it. There's no just like one way to do things. There's many different ways. And that's the beauty of communication. That's the beauty of us saying, this is how I did it. Um, maybe it's going to help you, right? Gosh, Angela, like this, the boundaries is a, is a huge topic and it just spiraled into so many different things. Always choose growth. Yeah. Boundaries, like, it's, you know, set your, set your boundaries though. Okay. Just to close that topic off and then we'll do more things, but set your boundaries. If you know better, then be better. Okay. If you know better, then be better. And if you know what's right, right? If you know what's right, then do that. If you know it's wrong, then, then don't do that. Right? It's really like, that's integrity and that's character for yourself. Okay. That, that's everything. You know what, something that, uh, in terms of core values, something that I really didn't value the most until recently is just be a good human. Like really, like I, I valued it my entire life because my parents taught me the 5 rules of life, which this, these are the programs that came to me. Okay. When I was a child, right from age 3, I believe I was like repeating these lessons, these, these 5 phrases. It was be good, be healthy, work hard. Get along, and do something good with your life. Those are the 5 life, like, rules, like rules of life for me that my parents instilled to me. So ever since I was growing up, that was part of my programming, right? It still is. I truly believe that, you know, we should be healthy. I truly believe that we should be good. I truly believe that we should work hard. I truly believe that we should get along with others. I truly believe that we should do something good with our life. These 5, like, rules of life is something that is part of my programming. It's something that I align, I really align with. And so when it comes to those rules, right, you know, again, like the boundaries that, that those rules set for me is, well, if I be, if I need to be healthy, like, is me drinking a bunch of alcohol healthy?
No.
Right? And that was what I was doing, right? I was doing that before. So when I started to remember my boundaries, those rules, Then I was like, like being healthy. Well, I'm not gonna drink alcohol anymore. That's why I said I quit. That's why I'm gonna be 3 years sober, uh, in next year, right? 3 years alcohol-free. Because I remember, I just remembered, I was aware again, aware to understand my rules.
Hi baby. Hi.
You wanna say hi? Say hi. So, you know, um, be, yeah, be healthy is one, be good is another, right? Like do good things. So all these, the point of what I'm trying to make is that like my rules, my programming, it sets boundaries for me. Okay? What rules do you have that'll help you set boundaries for you? Hi, baby. Um, Angela says, I just did a post on programming yourself. Program your personal philosophy. Or the world would do it for you. Wow. Yes, 100%. So yes, yes, I gotta check that out. I haven't, I haven't been on social media, uh, in a while on my personal one. Jackie says, so funny, someone told me this too and it stuck with me. I don't watch TV. I only watch when friends force me, and I do, I do it to be present. Jackie, remember the last movie at my house? You don't need to learn from trauma. You can learn from awareness. Absolutely. Yes. 100%. Not Devin. Sorry. Yeah. Like literally, like that's something that is true. It's just awareness. Raise your awareness and you'll start to pick up things that you didn't pick up before. It's just that simple. Let's keep it simple. Keep it simple. Keep it to the truth, right? Or to, to the truth that at least I believe in, to the truth that you believe in. Angela says, this is how I got this far with Thrive. Learn from your mentors here. They walk that path to fail successfully. Wow, that's, that's powerful, right? That was very powerful. I don't think it was failure. It was given to someone else to walk a different path. So failures are a gift. Thank you to our leaders for sharing and paving the way. Success leaves clues. 100%. Ryan says, through awareness, you can also learn from others' silence. Silence, non-actions.
It's not time yet.
Very, very true. Oh yeah, it's not time to leave yet. Okay, we have, we have 18 minutes left. Okay, 18 minutes. Okay, so yeah, this right here, you know, everything that, that we're discussing, uh, especially on today's call, it's really about like being aware, like being like raising your awareness so that way you can understand like what beliefs you truly believe in, right? Because once you do that Once you have a certain— you decide, okay, it's decision first. You have to decide on what you believe in. Once you decide, that sets the foundation, that sets the infrastructure for you. Because then now it's like, boom, you're here, you're focused, you're— where your attention goes, your intention flows, right? Where your focus goes, energy flows, right? It's the same exact thing. It's literally like wherever you believe, what you decide on is what you believe in. And then from there, because it's your being, that, that aligns your actions, your consistency, your actions, your intentions into what you do in, in how you think, say things, and do things. Then from there, this right here is, is your driving force. This is where your energy comes from. This is, this is why you're on your phone. This is why you're talking to people. You're connecting with others. You're building relationships. You're, you're pushing like your product or service, all these things. Okay, this, you're raising your children. Everything comes from the stem of the belief, your decision. Whatever you decide on from there is what's going to program everything else for you in your life today. Okay, today is 11/29, right? November 29th. Decide today on what you want to believe in. Decide, like, forget about everything from before if you want to, right? If you have— if you know for yourself and you're committed to working on yourself committed to being the future version of yourself, committed to being the best version that you can visualize and imagine. From there, if you want to decide on what beliefs you want to believe in, you— it's just you have the control, you have the, the power to decide for yourself. You have the power to say, I want this in my life now. And once you do that, you start to align the being, you start to align who you want to be, right? Then from there, everything else, all the actions come together. And then when you actually take action, all the energy is laser-like focused on where you want to go. It's like that simple. Okay? It's that simple. And then, you know, obviously like your past, you know, your past patterns, the past subconscious programming, it'll come into play. But this right here, again, it's just about consistency and believing with the decision. Like, you set the decision, you go after the decision. Carla says, mindset is difficult to master, but not impossible. It's hard for some people to progress and move forward and grow because they are stuck in the past. They're stuck in the reckless party era of their lives because it was the good old days. All their peers have grown and started their own lives and families while they're stuck. They're still stuck in the past. They believe nothing will be better than that, that time. That right there is because, you know why? It's because they continue to replay those memories. And when you continue to replay those memories, you're actually, you're bringing it to the present. You're bringing those, those, the energy and memories from that, that, that story. Basically, you're bringing that story to the present moment. That's why it's very challenging for people to, who do that, to actually progress, to actually move forward, to actually be present, right? It's about being present. So that, that's the one thing, right? If For those people, if you have a challenge with being present and actually being aware with what's happening now and creating your future, that means that you're thinking a lot about the past. That means that you're reliving old memories and you're bringing those memories to the present. For me, I had a challenge with quitting smoking. I used to smoke cigarettes and then I switched to the Juul. And like, it's a very bad habit obviously, and it's also not healthy, right? And so for me, when I decided to quit like smoking, right? And it took me a long time, like, and I actually have, I was like documenting this on my social media from 2018 to 2019. But I had accountability. I had a friend who was, you know, he was really encouraging me to quit. He said like, yo, like if you want to quit and you told me you're going to quit, then you gotta, you gotta quit. You gotta throw everything out. You gotta throw all that stuff away. Stop spending money on it. Right? And he really was serious. And for me, and, and it, it was because of him that actually like helped me make the decision to quit smoking. And so, and I, I wanna thank him and he already knows I thanked him before, but it's because literally like it just, it, it, for me in that, that pattern, like I needed accountability and I needed someone to like shake me up. I needed someone to wake me up to tell me like, yo, if I want to do this, then I gotta believe in my decision to do it. And then from there I stepped into that, that consistency and that intention. And then I just did it. I just said, I made a decision, threw everything away and I never bought it again. Right? And that's how I quit smoking. I literally made a decision though. I believed in that decision. And so when it comes to like me smoking though, prior, right before I could make that decision, I was living in an old story. I was like living in the, the stress. I was bringing the stress back from like, oh, I gotta pay bills, or I'm like, I can't handle this pressure. And then I would bring the story of, oh, smoking helped me through this. Smoking helped me through this. Right? And so this right here, like, this is me battling the, the stories. Like, I'm cutting away all the old stories and looking towards the future of how can I improve my life? How can I improve myself? How can I, changed my belief, my, my actions. And it's because of that. It's because I, I stopped the stories. I stopped all the negative. I mean, not the negative, but the old stories, right? The old stories from coming to the present. And then I just decided in the present moment that my future is gonna be different. And that's what I attached my memories to. And so that's the whole point, right? It's like Carla, you said like mindset is difficult to master, but not impossible, right? It is true. Like mindset is everything. That's, that's why, like we started in the very beginning, like all is mental, all is mind. It's in the mindset, it's in your beliefs, it's in your decision to say, this is what I want to do because of this is who I am. Right? So that right there, again, it's just about cutting all the old stories, like remove all those old stories, believe in, in who you are today and who you wanna be and in the future and connect to that person. Connect to that best version of yourself. And then from there, keep on playing those stories. Keep on playing the future version of yourself. Keep on playing, attach yourself and connect yourself to the future version of yourself, to the best version of yourself, to the person that you actually want to be. And forget about the old stories. The old stories are, they served its purpose. Okay? The old past, it served its purpose. Let's be in the present moment and let's like future pace ourselves so that way we can really be the people that we want to be. Really be the people that we need to be, really be the people that we desire to be. You can do that today. Okay. Create. Wow. Yes. That's Angela. Yes. 100%. Like right now there's a, there's a word called creators, right? The creator economy. The creator economy is essentially saying that, you know, everyone and anyone can be a creator. They can create their own life. They can create the best version that they want to be. They can create the life that they want to have. They can create the path that they want to walk on. The creator economy. Social media gives us access to creating what we want to do when it comes to making income or to creating the lifestyle that we want, right? If you're on social media, I truly believe that you're on social media because you want, you have an idea that you want to share, you have a message you want to share, or you, and those, those come to, you know, business, it comes to philanthropy, it comes to just giving love out. It, it comes to you impacting the world. It comes to impacting other human beings. It comes to impacting humanity because your message, when you communicate it, you're connecting with other people. You're sharing your programming with others, right? So it's the same exact thing. Create, like create the version of who you want to be because you can, you should.. And, and if you want to, then do it, right? Just do what you wanna do. Carla says, yes, it all falls on mindset and alignment and the will to want, the will to want to be your higher self. Yeah, 100%. This is, it's really good.
I was watching something the other day. Um, it was about like to-do lists, but I feel like this could apply also not just to to-do lists, but You know, the things that you want to do, the person that you want to become. You know, sometimes we have this list for ourselves or these very high expectations of ourselves of where we want to go, and we don't give ourselves enough grace, right? So a to-do list or a set of expectations for yourself, like that's for something you— for you to strive to, right? Like you're not going to be perfect every day. No one is. Like I stumbled on stage while speaking. I stumbled right now, like earlier. But it's like, it doesn't matter, you know, it's, it's progress, it's moving forward. And you can't beat yourself up for not completing your to-do list. You can't beat yourself up for having these 5 expectations of yourself today for you to be the highest version of yourself. And you missed 1 or 2, or maybe you missed all 5 of them, right? But Having that awareness that you missed things or you weren't able to complete things, give yourself grace. You know, first of all, just be like, hey, I was actually aware that I didn't do that or that, you know, I missed this and I missed it because, you know, maybe I was doing XYZ, right? So first comes the awareness and then comes the accountability and then give yourself grace. And just know that you can start over. Like in the next second, you can start over. Tomorrow you can start over again. Like life is always changing, you know, and it's okay to miss things sometimes, you know, give yourself grace. Don't beat yourself up because when you start to do that, you start to go down like a negative spiral. And then instead of actually putting the energy towards doing that thing, you're putting energy in a different way that's going to bring you down or slow you down, right? So having these expectations of yourself, wanting to be the best version, wanting to be your higher self, and wanting to mark off all your to-dos, like, that is something that's guiding you. It's not something that you should put negatively on yourself if you miss it, right? The end.
Yes, it's very good. This is really great points, you know. So, um, you know, when it comes to today, like, how do we lock this in, right? What, what is one thing, like, one thing that you want to do differently today? What is one belief that you had that you don't believe in anymore, right? Like, this, you know, this is like the long-term game, okay? We're playing the long-term game. We're not playing short-term games here when it comes to your life. Like, life is long, okay? Life is long and life is short. It just depends on your perspective. But I, I hope that, you know, everyone here, like, that you decide to change, like, your perspective. You decide to change your mindset. You decide to change how you look at things, right? There's a very powerful quote: when you, when you change the way you look at things, The things you look at change, okay? When you change the way that you look at things, the way the things that you look at change. This right here is about like how you absorb, how you observe everything, okay? How you observe everything in life. You can look at it one way and have a positive outlook on it, and you can look at one, one thing again, the same exact thing, but look at it from a different perspective and it may be negative. Like, who knows, okay? But you have the power to say, this is what I want to see. Because when you start to see that, when you start to control what you want to see, then from there you actually start to look at it differently. It's like that. It's that simple. Okay? We can be looking at the same thing and then we can see so many different things, right? Because our perspectives are all different. Guess what? That's the beauty of humanity. That's the beauty of us being able to be here, right? And to share like what we have. Angela says mindset and soul set. Oh, soul set, that's tight.
I haven't heard that before.
Yeah, being in spirit and following through is powerful. That's when belief is instilled within you. Do one more. Ed Mylett, The Power of One More. Uh, when we are unaligned, we stopped taking the actions to position our own alignment. Yeah, that's true. It's distraction. Whatever you do, you gotta move. You will naturally find more clarity. The most important is your mission. Lead. Yes. Yep. 100%. That is, couldn't say, couldn't have said it any better. That is so powerful. That is so, so powerful. When we are unaligned, we stop taking the action to position our own alignment. That's very, very powerful. It's distraction. You're right. It's the noise. It's literally like, Oh, here is a shiny object. Let me like bring you off course, bring you off your path like this. Don't fall for shiny objects.
Yeah.
What, what do most shiny objects do for you? They literally exactly what you said. They take you off your path. They take you off course and it's always short-term. Distract. It's always short-term. It distracts you from your mission. It distracts you from your purpose. It distracts you from the decision you made before. It literally is. It's This is, uh, another quote. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail. But not only that, it gets worse than that. When you fail to plan, you fall into other people's plans. Who here wants to fall into other people's plans? I don't, and I'm not going to because I have my purpose, I have my path, I have my mission, I have my decision. That right there is everything. Don't fall for shiny objects. You know what you were talking about before too? It's like most entrepreneurs who are starters, they're, they're beginning entrepreneurs. They fall to shiny object syndrome because they're like, oh, this is the money. This is the quick money here. Oh, this is the fast money here. Oh, I can gain the status here. Or I, this is a great opportunity here, but they're always like wishy-washy, right? They're like, oh, I'm going to teeter to this way. I'm going to teach you that way. Like make a decision, like have your mission, have your purpose, believe in yourself and believe in what you said you're going to do. Right? Be a, a man of your word. Be a woman of your word. Have integrity and character with yourself. And then from there, believe in what you decided in your purpose and your mission. Then from there, everything else aligns. And when you actually take action, you speak your words, the energy is laser-like focused. It sets the intention there. And again, where your attention goes, your intention flows. Where your energy goes, where your focus goes, your energy flows. Everything that you say, think, and do is aligned with your purpose, your mission, your vision, what you want to do, what you said you're going to do, what you decided on, right? What you're accountable to. Then from there, it's— it just happens. That's the— you're penetrating reality now with your vision, with your purpose, with your mission, with your decision, with everything that you said that you're gonna do with your words. Because words are magic, words are spells from The Four Agreements. So literally, it's like Everything is there. Don't fall for distraction. Don't fall for shiny object syndrome. This is such a great message from there, and this is, this is applicable to everyone. Whatever you decide to do today, whatever you're looking on social media, okay? Look at this. You're watching social media. Social media is programming you, okay? What are you gonna allow to program? What are you gonna receive today? How are you going to share your message? Your mission, your purpose on social media? How are you going to instill your beliefs, instill your intentions? How are you gonna help the world? How are you gonna change humanity? How are you going to impact, uh, someone that you love? What is it that you need to do, right? Or that you want to do, that you desire to do to make a difference in today's world, right? You have the power today. You know, I think today was very powerful. Thank you so much for contributing and for sharing. Uh, this— I learned a lot today, actually. I learned so much.
When you learned a new word, soul set.
Yeah, I love it. Thank you all for sharing. Um, you know, when you're teaching, this is— we'll end it with this. There's always the student. You can be in two positions, right? The student or the teacher. Both positions learn, okay? If you're sharing and you're teaching, you're also learning. And when you're the student and you're sharing and you're teaching, you're also learning. Both of us, like both positions can learn, right? For me, as I read the comments, as I read everyone, like what everyone's sharing, like I'm the student and I'm like learning. I'm learning from you. I'm learning from everyone here. Whenever I'm sharing, it's the same exact thing. We're just, we're both in that position. So this was really fire like this. I'm going to implement some stuff. So thank you. Thank you for showing up for us. Yes. No, you're welcome. No, we love showing up. So, but thank you for showing up for us. All right. Uh, I hope you guys, you know, learned something, took away something, took a 1% away, added value to your life, whatever you decide to do. Okay. Remember, it's a be, do, have. Decide and believe in what you want to do. And then from there, all actions will come from that consistency, from that decision. And then when you actually take action, you speak your words. You speak it into existence, you take action, you actually do the work, then guess what? You'll see it. You'll see the results. Okay, so we love you and appreciate you guys. Present leaders. That's another good word. Present leaders. Thank you, Angela. Thank you, Carla. Thank you, everyone. Okay, thank you all. We appreciate it. We love you all. Take care. Crush it. Recording.
Yeah, you were in flow. It was very natural for you today. You were just like, I'm just gonna do what I'm gonna do and I'm gonna be okay with anything and everything that I do. You're in alignment with yourself. Yeah, you were in alignment with yourself, so everything flowed naturally and I felt like you were very calm. Yeah, because sometimes you're a little like, you know, jumpy or anxious, and when you have that energy, like, I can, I can feel it and it's not comfortable. Yeah, so today it was just very comfortable.
Like, you know why?
Huh?
It's because I decided.
So what did you decide?
I decided to be a— this was from like last fire hour, our last two fire hours. It was— I was making a decision over the past like few months, like, yeah, I was teetering between different decisions of like— because fire hour before was like very high ego, very high energy, right? Ego energy, right? Yeah, like, oh, like motivation, inspiration, like all these things. And then, but that was like what was necessary at the time, but that's because of my development before. In 2020, it was like boom boom fire fire fire fire, you know, I can never, I can never be calm and still, but as I started to learn and develop and I started to make a decision of how I want to share my message and how I want to just present yourself, yeah, present myself, but like also the energy, I don't want to, I don't want to waste my energy at I don't want to waste energy unnecessarily.
Yeah.
I don't want to use energy unnecessarily. So then I decided over the past 2 episodes, past 2 fire hours, that, you know, I asked, I was gauging, you know, to see if like they resonated with it. Because if they didn't, then I would have to do a different approach because I want them to receive the value. But, you know, I decided over these past 2 fire hours after observing the data as well and seeing how they react to it, that I can deliver the message like this. And that's what I want to do. Yeah, because that's who I am.
So I think it's really good because, you know, there's a lot of women on Fire Hour. I would say predominantly like 95%. Yeah, so like, I, as a woman myself, it's easier for me to receive a message from a man when he's very calm strong.
That's true.
Firm, decided, rooted, and grounded in what he has to say. Because when a man is that way, it's like the message comes out the same as how the man is internally.
Oh yeah.
So it's like with what you said in the episode, when, you know, you're saying one thing but you're being another, there's a misalignment. And when there's a misalignment, the message still came out the way you wanted it to come out, but because you're not aligned with it, it comes out differently. Like, there's a different energy within it, no matter how much you try to, like, you know, exactly move it.
Yeah, that's why, like, that's why I was— that's like, it's literally in real time. Like, I'm fighting. Like, in the past 5 hours, the past 2 episodes. Yeah, like, I'm— you can basically see me internally If you really observe it, like how—
I can feel it.
Yeah.
Like today was very different.
Yeah, that's the whole point, is the energy, right? The energy is completely different because those two Fire Hour episodes— that's why I love documentation. It's because I can observe and like, oh, how can I get better? How can I improve so I can get better, get closer to the best version of who I want to be? And so the past two episodes, I'm saying— I'm like, I'm having that internal battle. And the energy that you're feeling is because of that. It's because I hadn't decided on how I want to deliver the message. But now, but today I decided like, oh, the past two were great, they were receptive, everyone is getting value, that's perfect. Then that means that, you know, I can deliver and still add the value that I want without expending the energy that I don't want to. And so now I said I'm deciding. That's literally what I did today. So whole entire call was Essentially, like, part of me was saying, this is who I am now, and this is how I'm going to deliver. That's why I believed in that. And so then my messaging, all the consistency and action aligned with what I wanted to do. And that's why my intention and energy was exactly how I wanted it to be.
Yeah. And then that's what you talked about on the episode too, is making a decision and then putting— and then, you know, allowing that energy to like align with that decision, because internally you've made it. It's not like a, I may have, I may have not, but I'm going to still say this, but I'm still, you know, undecided.
Yeah, it was literally like the— I was wishy-washy because I was like, I didn't make a decision yet. Yeah, but now that I made the decision, you felt the energy.
Yeah, yeah, it's that making a decision and running with it. That's good.
Hi! Okay, okay, we're going to end it, we're going to end it.
But See, that's why I also said, like, if you make a decision and you don't like it, it's not good, it didn't turn out the way you thought it was, and you tested it for a while and you still don't feel right with it, you can always change it. Yeah, you could always adapt, you could always change, you could always pivot. Like, it's never a final decision. Sure, some decisions that you make can be final, but it's like, as long as you stay adaptable, like, you just move.
Yeah, well, also, like, I believe that it— there's many— it's the core values. Like, I believe in timelessness, I believe in energy, like good energy, and I believe in transcendence and evolving. And I— the way that I make my decisions is with those 3 values right there. It's like— and then the 5 rules of life, right? Like, that's from my parents. So I have many different values, but overall that makes up— like that helps me decide on who I want to be, and that's why I did that. It's because it just aligns with the long-term vision that I have.
Oh yeah, yeah, it was good. It was really good. Powerful. Your energy felt very comfortable today.
Oh yeah.
And I think it was good for like— because there are men that also are on there too, it's good for them to see. Because if you're speaking and you're teaching and you're leading It's like they can see like, hey, I could be like that too, you know, or I can— that's okay. Yeah, you know.
Yeah, it's true. And that right there is, you know, it's part of what I'm gonna— this is just the beginning. I'm only gonna get better. Hi. I'm only gonna get better.
