In fact, I was thinking this morning of two questions that my wife has asked me, either directly or indirectly, that I think the best leaders, in fact, I know the best leaders and the best mentees, right? The best team members are able to ask and receive these questions. And here's the first question. Ready? Why are you lying to yourself? Now, maybe it's not a direct question. It could be, but why are you lying to yourself? Not why are you lying to me? Or why are you lying to someone else, but why are you lying to yourself? We've shared goals and dreams and visions and things that you want to accomplish. Why are you lying to yourself? And that's a pretty, pretty hefty challenge, but a powerful challenge indeed. And here's the second question. Why are you limiting yourself? Why are you limiting yourself? Why are you doubting? And why are you allowing fear to get in the way or anxiety of your greatness, of your brilliance? So why are you lying to yourself? Why are you limiting yourself? Two powerful questions in any great relationships, including organizational relationships, take care of.
