Best Version Possible Documentary Experience

All right. It looks like, it looks like we're live here on multiple platforms. Just want to check in here. And I know I have not personally on many of our pages gone live for a long period of time. It's been a long time since I've gone live. So I don't expect there's going to be a bunch of people hopping on live, but we'll see. But I wanted just to take a few minutes today going live and again, whether you're watching this as I'm speaking or on a future recording, just to announce a couple things that are going on within the Sitkins Group and of course, what we're doing out there for independent insurance agencies. And because I give more time if people can come in here, I just want to reemphasize the mission of what we do. And you can see behind me, I'll mention this in a minute. One of our big projects that we completed the end of 2021, that's going to be launching out here at the beginning of 2022, which is our book. But it all comes back to what our mission is. And it's to be the catalyst for independent insurance agencies to gain clarity, to build consistency. Right. And to make a commitment to become what their best version possible. And you know, that really is everything that, that we've been talking about the last several years at Sitkin's Group is what is your BVP or your best version possible. So all that being said as a couple announcements that I want to share here is again, you can see behind me but I've got the real copy here that's going to be it's been being shipped out now. So you can go to the Agent Leader podcast and learn more about that and listen to that conversation. There's some really good nuggets there. But as I told Roger and we discussed, this is 40 years of of information with independent insurance agencies that we put together in a way that we can get this into more agencies hands to be that catalyst that I talked about. Live tomorrow is the release of our documentary which is entitled the Best Version Possible. And this is another way that we can share our story, but not so much just our story at Sitkins. It's not about us, it's about you the independent insurance agent. Allow our agencies to share some of their stories and talk about some of the the key behaviors and processes and the mindset that goes into Best Version possible. And we actually flew out to LA Los Angeles to, to film this and had some people that really helped us make our story come to life. Put a lot of sweat and tears and money and time into this. And again we doing this to help you the independent insurance agency. In fact, I was talking to some people earlier and I said no, it's January 19th as I'm recording this. And I said how long do you wish people a Happy New Year before it's too late? But I think we're still in the zone. So Happy New Year to all of you. And you know, I know that for independent insurance agencies, like any industry, but certainly independent insurance agencies, it's been a really challenging last couple years. And you know, one of the things that we continue to talk about as a team and with our clients is how do we allow some of the adversities, adversities that we have, some of the pain, some of the challenges to be huge learning and growth opportunities. It certainly has been true with us, we see with agencies as well. So allow this to be an opportunity. We want this, the book, the movie to be an opportunity for you as independent insurance agency to really strive to that best version possible. We know great things are on the way and we're excited, hopefully to be part of that, be part of your journey. So with that, thank you so much for allowing me to come on here.
