Hi, Brett Kelly here, the Sitkins Group, with my profit tip, Professional Fitness, to help you gain clarity, consistency, and to make a commitment to become your best version possible. Well, there's no doubt about it that the information that we received today, the majority of it, isn't overwhelmingly positive. It's typically negative. Now, there is a reality that we're all facing today with COVID 19. But my caution to you, my challenge to you, is how are you guarding your mind, that precious resource that we all have that is so instrumental in our thoughts and our emotions, how we communicate our vision, our attitude? How are you guarding your mind? Now, we all need to be aware of the situation in the world that's around us today, of course, but we can't allow it to take over our lives. We have to guard our mind. And to do that, we need to put in new input. As Jim Rohn, the late, great Jim Rohn, said, what is your bread for the head? Just like our physical bodies, if we put in too much bad stuff in our bodies, will we see a negative outcome? Right? Same thing is true with our mind. And we often forget that. What is your bread for the head? Now, in this time, many of you have some time to go, what do I do with this extra 30 or 60 minutes that I'm no longer commuting or whatever the case may be? Well, maybe you find some books or a book that you've always wanted to read. Maybe you start to watch some videos, a positive video, a TED talk, whatever it may be, listen to podcasts. Who are you surrounding yourself with? Now? I know we're in isolation and quarantine, but are you seeking out others that will help lift your spirit, that will help you think bigger and deeper? Because it really does affect us of what is inputted in our minds. Garbage in, garbage out. So my challenge to you, how and will you guard your mind? I love to hear in the comments below, type in what are some things that you're doing to guard your mind, to free yourself, to protect yourself, to be your best version possible. I wish you all the best in your success.
