Hi, Brett Kelly here of the Sitkins Group. One of my favorite things to do is to share success stories from our agency partners, Real agencies getting real results. And this story is all about a corkboard. Yeah, you heard me correctly, a corkboard. Now, the story comes from one of our agencies on the east Coast. And one of the many things they wanted to work on improvement in our partnership together was to really identify their future ideal clients and then have a targeted strategy plan around them. You know, most agencies, and they were one of them, use terms like suspects and prospects. Suspects are just those people that are businesses that exist, they breathe air, and prospects are those that maybe we have in a database, but there's no real plan. And so we began to work with this agency around a targeted account strategy plan based solely on their future ideal clients. And as you can see here on this site, we had a cork board. In fact, they put together the cork board that targeted their top 100 future ideal clients. So each of their producers sat down and began to realize, okay, who do I work best with? What are my competitive advantages? What is the strategy around it? They used our risk concierge program, our unique selling system around this, and began to walk them through a process. And out of this 100 list on this cork board, they were able to generate 750,000 plus of new business revenue in just one year. Now, let me say that again. 750,000 plus of new business revenue in just a year. Well, how did they do that? Well, they were intentional. They were focused. They stopped thinking suspect and prospect. They began to tell a unique and compelling story, and they made it very visual with this cork board. Now, we've had agencies that use digital. We've had agencies that use something maybe more sophisticated. But the bottom line is when you make things intentional and visual, they become powerful and real. And by having all these clients lined up that said, future ideal clients of our agency, and they began to actually use a star system, meaning, do we have a first appointment? Do we have a second appointment? Have we closed the deal? To keep track and to be accountable to these future ideal clients. Real success, real results. So if you're interested in learning more how you can take your agency to the next level, you want to be more specific, more intentional, more proactive, and get the results that you truly deserve. We'd love to have a conversation with you today.
