How a Producer grew his book of business 43%+ in two years

Hi, Brent Kelly here of the Sitkins Group. As always, I love to share success stories from those that are part of our Sitkins network. And in this case, I want to share just a quick story and a success story of someone as a producer, an individual producer, part of our program. This particular producer attended our program a few years ago and he came to our program as almost a million dollar producer, so doing pretty well right on his own. But also was trapped, was stuck. You know, I share a number like 43% growth and you think, well, you know, for a producer, it's a newer producer, younger producer, not a big book of business. Pretty easy to get 43% when it's a small amount. But again, this is a million dollar, almost a million dollar producer who in two years grew 43%. You can do the math. You know, what does 43% of a million dollars look like? Pretty darn successful. The reason why I want to share this story is that so often the stories that we hear are are producers who simply get stuck. Now you can get stuck at any level. You could get stuck at 200,000 or 500,000 or 700,000 or in this case, just shy of a million dollars. But you've got to find ways and strategies and processes and people to help you continue to grow.
