A short Walk-and-Talk video by Roger Sitkins (YouTube) emphasizing the thesis that "a problem left unattended will eventually become a crisis." Okay. Today's Walk and Talk topic comes from a very powerful and a very challenging phrase. Here's the phrase or a problem left unattended will eventually become a crisis. A problem left unattended will eventually become a crisis. And I'm guessing you could probably think of situations, I know I can, where there's been a problem or an issue and that we hope that it just kind of goes away or takes care of itself and we come to find out whether it's days or weeks or months or maybe even years later, that now we have a full blown crisis. So whether it's an internal conversation, maybe with someone on your team, and you know there's an issue that you've been avoiding, maybe it's a difficult conversation with the client. Certainly in today's world of market increases, rate increases that we're seeing, that if we could be more proactive, more intentional, more deliberate with some of these communications, it's going to make things long term much easier or certainly to avoid a potential crisis. So keep that in mind. A great day. Take care.
