Yes, you two—
Chen's gonna be talking about how to identify your core values. So take it away.
Awesome. It's good to be here, everyone. Thanks for hosting, Michael. Um, is it okay that I share a little bit about the courses before I take people through to how to identify your values first?
Whatever works for you.
Okay, sounds good. All right, so I am gonna do a little short presentation that, uh, includes all the courses that I have currently included on the Great Discovery. So first of all, I'm gonna do a quick intro about myself. Let me share my screen. Can I share screen? Yes, perfect.
Okay.
Can everybody see my screen?
See it.
Perfect. So I'm gonna just do a quick self-intro because, you know, I feel like we're— that's what we're doing here. So I'm a coach, I'm a career and relationship coach, I'm the founder for SC Coaching Group. I'm a certified life coach focusing on guiding people leaving unsatisfied jobs to find new fulfilling careers. So after I took about 60 people through the process since I started my business, I realized after they discovered their career, they still need some ongoing support for accountability. So I wanted to design something that not leave them alone after they get coached by finding their direction, but to have ongoing support. I started a group coaching program called the Great Grease and Go, which I will get into very soon. But before I do that, I would like to share a little bit of what's currently offer on The Great Discovery. So the courses I have on The Great Discovery, which is helping people initially get in touch of whether or not they're on the right career path. This is a free course. Basically, there are 10 questions to basically help them find out, am I aligned with who I am with what I do? It's free on The Great Discovery. And then there's also questions that people ask, Like, is my current career serving my life purpose? And if not, I, you know, what do I do next? So I gathered 50 questions throughout the years that I have asked my client and from my own personal experience and extensive research. So I put it all together. There are 50 questions to ask, and this will get people clarity on whether or not, you know, they have found their life purpose. And a big secret for everyone, our life purpose is to be ourselves 100%, be ourselves fully. It's not a big shiny thing we're gonna find, it's just who we are, and these questions gonna get you there. And then this course, What Are My Values? How to define your core values. I'm gonna guide you guys through this. So I offer this on the Great Discovery for $595, but I appreciate everybody showing up here, and you guys all going to experience this for free today. Okay, so the course I want to spotlight today is called Great Griefs and Goals. So this is the course that I've— the process that I designed that is to help people recognize how to achieve their goals. So any goal they desire, if they follow this process diligently, they will see significant growth because I have included goal-setting tools, productivity and time management tips, and mindset tools. Just basically all the things that is needed for people to achieve goals. And I actually handwritten the courses first before I turn them into the slideshows. And I ask a bunch of people to go through the process with me. I have run it as a group coaching program. for a couple of times, and then I realized it may be also as effective if I turn into a course so people can do it at their own pace. So if maybe you guys may ask, who is this course for? This course is for you if you start a new business or working on a long-term creative project, if you are ambitious and desire success in life. If you have an inner knowing that you deserve better than you have achieved so far, or you have tried to achieve goals in the past but failed, and you dare to try again, and this process will work for you. Or you have an open mind and willing to just accept new approaches. And you are ready and ready to persevere. You see failure as a stepstone for success. and are not afraid to fail. So this course is not for people who want overnight success. Of course, I don't teach that. I don't know how to get there myself either. So it's a step-by-step process for you to achieve the goals and overcome all the things that may encounter while you're achieving goals, such like, oh, I'm bad at time management, what do I do? Oh, I'm bad at— I have bad habit, what do I do? So it answers the question that comes up while people achieving goals. And it will help— it's supposed to help— it's designed to help ambitious, creative individuals, especially ambitious and creative individuals, to achieve goals with ease and grace without the stress and overwhelm. And I want to kind of touch base quickly on, you know, why do I name it this, Great Grace and Goal? Because we need that. We need the grit. We need to not give up no matter what. That determination of, if this is my goal, I'm going to go after it no matter what. But then we don't have to do it with so much stress and so much pressure. We can do it with that attitude of elegance. That's why it's grit, grace, and of course, without action, there's no goal going to be achieved. So grit, grace, and go. So that's why I named it that way. So So if you guys want to promote this course, you can use that and tell people where this come from. And this is the table of contents of the course included. And I'm going to go one at a time with you guys really quickly. So Module 1, we're going to set the goal. We'll look at the life through all different aspects, such as career, finance, physical health, emotional health, work-life balance, et cetera. We're going to have a life wheel that you're going to allow yourself to give a rating your satisfaction level, so you have a clear picture where needs work. So that's step number 1. And then I'm gonna— I designed some goal planners, like daily goal planners, weekly goal planners, and monthly goal planners with affirmations that you can put with your action steps, and you can even manage your motivation level. So it's a very fun goal planner that I included for people to achieve goals and keep track of their goal. And this is what I'm going to take you guys through really quickly in a minute, but it is to understand why you create your goal. So your goal always needs to support your core values, because our core value is the compass to guide us in making decisions in life. So this module number 2 is an exercise for you to identify the core values. And module number 3 We're going to create a compelling vision before we even achieve your goal. We're going to feel what that looks like already. I'm going to include a visualization exercise I recorded myself, give you a guidance— guided meditation for you to meet your future self, the confident and happy version of you, so you can experience, oh my God, what my life looks like once I achieve my goal. Plus, in this module, I'm going to teach you how to design a vision board, and I'm going to give you this question you need to do. I'm going to give you the resource you need and the steps you need. And this is an example that I created for myself. I'm telling you, vision board works. I created this vision board for 2023 and 2024, similar ones with some twists, and I said, I'm going to go visit my family, and I said, I'm going to get back together with my ex-boyfriend. Like all of these people in my life is who I want to see. And guess what? I'm going to China in 2 weeks and I finally gonna see my family in 6, that I haven't seen in 6 years. And me and my partner, we're much more harmonious as well. And my dancing, I picked it up. I started piano. So all of this vision that you put on the board will, you know, be on your subconscious and it will be a reminder for you and it will come true. If it doesn't come true the same year, it will come true the next or the next. And for module number 4, we're gonna talk about time management and time management mistakes and give you a technique to help you effectively manage your task. And for module number 5, we're gonna talk about productivity and productivity tips, how to keep you productive and what to avoid. And of course, we're gonna touch base on habits. If you get a bad habit to trap you for holding you back, we're gonna Figure out together how to release it. There is a step-by-step process how we can identify the habit and how we can let it go. And 7 and 8 are both mindset modules, 7 focusing on limiting beliefs and 8 focusing overcoming fear. And last but not least, most important is no matter what, you achieve your goals or not, We need to practice the self-compassion to build resilience so you can try it again. So this is what's included in the Great Griefs and Goals, and I hope you guys enjoyed it. And plus, I have bonus modules for people who have overthinking and people who have noise in their head, so there's additional modules to help you overcome that as well, plus some recommended apps to help you increase work productivity, stay organized, and stay focused. So that's the course that I want to feature, and now let's do the exercise on how to identify your core values.
