We always would like to get feedback from you and trying to best serve, you know, upcoming clients and also just to understand your experience with the program. So that being said, how did the Confident program help you?
Oh man, I feel like it legitimately reshaped my perspective on myself. Yeah, I know we've talked about this a lot, but like, it— from where I started, I think I always knew where my passions were. I knew what I wanted to do, but I had absolutely zero faith in my abilities to do so because I couldn't visualize myself actually pursuing it or succeeding in it or anything. And yeah, I think the biggest thing, the biggest help that, that I walked away from or walked away with is that I, I feel I now understand that just because I'm not there yet doesn't mean I can't keep pushing towards it. And I, I feel more in touch with like that actual passion, um, inside of me, um, which— I don't know, it's made me feel more driven than I have, I have ever ever truly felt towards my own personal projects, my own personal passions. So—
That is so good to hear.
Yeah, huge.
Gave you that motivation to want to grow more, right?
Yeah, well, I mean, it gave me the motivation to want to change my life. Like, I can't, I can't really put that— like, it sounds dramatic, but I mean, I, I would have, I would have continued on probably doing the exact same thing I always did before talking to you, which would have been, you know, working a job until I found the next one, which then led to the next one, which led to the next one. Not necessarily that they were aligned with my passion, but that they were just jobs that wanted me.
Right.
They were jobs that would have me and would pay me well. And so, okay, that, that'll do. Um, and now I, I feel I better understand who I am and how detrimental that really was to my mental health and my spiritual well-being. Um, it was, um, demoralizing. It was making me not push towards my passions. So now understanding my passions, like, I can still, you know, I can still work at the job that isn't necessarily aligned with my passions Because in my head, I know where my passions are. I know what I'm working towards. I know what ultimately I want my job to be. Yeah. So I think that's the biggest thing. That's really what it gave me.
Awesome. Thank you for sharing that. And hopefully you don't need to settle again, right? You don't have to wait to be chosen. You can choose now.
Right, exactly. Yeah. I don't, I don't feel the need to apply for things or, you know, I'm not just being driven by the idea of something new or more money. I, those were things I, I didn't ever care about money to begin with. So then why was I pursuing jobs for that logic? Right? Like, why was, why was that my focus when in reality that's never given me fulfillment? Do I want more money? Sure. But it doesn't, I'm not passionate about that. That's not, that's not my art.
