Hi, I'm Glenn Cathy. Join me on the social Talent platform to learn everything you need to know about AI and recruiting. While agentic AI will be able to increasingly handle more sourcing and recruiting tasks, it still needs human oversight and strategic direction. Your role isn't disappearing, it's evolving into something potentially more impactful and fulfilling. Upload recent articles about tech hiring Trends. Then ask NotebookLM questions like what are the emerging tech skills for most companies and what are they looking for? Start with a high level analysis. Ask the AI to evaluate your content's tone, messaging, consistency, and overall impact. Have you ever watched someone effortlessly play a game, breezing through the levels while you fumble with the basics? Now you're stepping into the role of that skilled gamer. I'll share with you cheat codes of prompt engineering techniques that transform everyday AI interactions into a superpower.
