Hi, John Vlastilika here with Recruiting Toolbox. I'm really excited we're releasing new content on social talent that is really focused on how we can bring a diversity focus to our role as recruiters. And I'm going to build on a lot of the great talent advisor content we've already put out there that a lot of you like a lot. So in this content we're going to spend time talking about how do we engage hiring managers, how do we engage the business around diversity. So they don't see diversity as something that's just an HR initiative, but it's actually something that's really important for their success as a hiring manager. Important for them to get the best talent on the market and then talk about specific tactical how to things you can do to show up differently in conversations, to lead strategy and process differently not just around sourcing but also around the middle of the funnel interviewing and selection.
