And I'm super excited this week to have a good friend and an amazing member of our community in the talent acquisition world, Lars Schmidt joining us this week. We're going to be chatting with Lars over the next 40, 45 minutes. We're going to get through the news, we're going to get into some of the initiatives Lars has been working on and talk to him about some of the insights he's gained speaking to tons of people over the last eight weeks.
