The Supernatural Magic of Rich Relating ft. Timothy Brainard

A recorded conversation (YouTube) between Solara Sophia Rose and Timothy Brainard exploring embodiment, the ‘‘authentic self,’’ and methods for embodied spiritual development. They discuss Brainard’s Whole System Human framework (including three pillars such as body-listening and narrative design), practical embodiment practices (interoception, everyday exercises), and higher themes like creative authorship of identity, collective sovereignty, and accelerated spiritual emergence.

Hello.
Hmm. Can you see me? Ah, hello. Haha. There you are.
Yes.
Ah, so I think I was talking to you for a minute and you weren't there.
Yes. I had to turn on my audio, but now I'm in business, I think.
Awesome. Well, so excited. Yes, same together.
Thank you so much for inviting me to.
Oh yeah, of course, of course. Oh man. So there's a couple of different things that I was feeling into before we hopped on the call. And first, I just want to pour an incredible amount of praise into you for the intentionality and the elegance and the beauty and the precision. Your website and your work and your eloquence and explaining and describing everything.
Wow, thank you so much. I really feel that.
Yeah, yeah. I mean, it's just so succinct and clear and beautiful and I would love to explore Whole System Human and learn more about it because there's a lot of concepts in here that really fascinate and intrigue me and. Well, of course the first one is, you know, just an explanation of what is Whole System Human.
Hmm. Okay. It's always so much fun to answer because something new shows up every time I do. And the reason for this is because the process of, the methodology that's built into this work is supremely individual. I mean, really, it's a deeply personal process. And this is a process of accessing and ultimately learning to move from the position of the authentic self. And so this is a beautiful concept on the surface, but the application of this concept, bringing it into really the wilderness of our experience, this is something that is different in every single case. So that's both its beauty and its complexity.
Uh huh. Oh man, that's. I love when you said to move as the authentic self. So this is so juicy. Let's explore then. What is the authentic self to you?
Okay, that's such a beautiful question. And the response to this could be very layered. It depends on how deep we go. Ultimately, we're dealing with so many layers of an individual, and if you track back far enough, what you end up with, I suppose, is consciousness as a whole. So for me, the idea of the authentic self is focusing more on the specific way in which I, him, am being expressed as this being, you know, as this specific point of consciousness, so to speak. So there's a very special way in which I am, I am here to show up and there, there is a deep capacity that is contained within that. And I would, I would even argue there's a certain potentially an infinite quality to that capacity, something that we can continue to mine for lifetime. And so the authentic self to me is that space of absolute perfect uniqueness that is every single individual being that exists.
It's beautiful. And I feel as you're speaking around the infinite quality, around how that larger expanded we, or higher I, however we define that power moves through us. And so embodying ourselves as the sovereign self and the expanded self simultaneously. So there's emerging, it feels, that takes place for us to really, truly move in that way and to have the capacity to contain and hold and transmit that much power, that much beauty, that much artistry.
Yes, absolutely, yes. So for me, the way that I like to envision this is the idea of grounding or rooting in the fullness that is this truth with a capital T. And then, and then what you end up with is this beautiful spark or imprint that is myself or you. And so we have this alignment to or this connection to that ultimate fullness. And yet we get to experience, you know, we get to interact, we get to emote, we get to have all of this through these beautiful individual bodies and the personalities that come along with them. So again, it's layered, but it is, you know, there's still, what's interesting to me, I guess, is that there's still uniqueness, there's still personality within this context that is kind of all that is. So it's this really beautiful dichotomy where you have the oneness and then you have the duality of individual expression. It's just so much fun to sink your teeth into, you know?
Uh huh. And you're talking about the movements being elegant and elastic. And I love the combination of those two words because that's the truth. In my experience, the true meaning of what elegance is and what grace is, is the movement, the flow, the fluidity from moment to moment in that elasticity or capacity to bend. And I just, as you're speaking, I was receiving an image of just a kaleidoscope of prismatic rainbow colors and frequencies and tones and musicality in the way that we dance between those different dimensions and aspects of our own self and our own personality and bring that to life.
Yes, I love that. So there's poetry, there's music, there's art in that. The way that you describe that resonates powerfully for me. It's exactly the way that I sense it. And so now you begin to penetrate beneath the surface of our semantics. Like we have words that we can attach to things and then there's what underlies those words and it's really tough at a certain level, access that. But ultimately it's. What we're after is the feeling of what it is to reside in these beings. And so it's. It's a really beautiful thing that you've just described. And I also want to appreciate that you get, really get these words of elegance being the primary word elasticity, flexibility. These are. These are powerful, powerful words that have deeply inscribed themselves not just on who I am, but on the work that I've created. So thank you for noticing that.
Oh, yeah. That's why when I was reading everything that you have created and masterfully articulated and engineered, I was just so profoundly impressed because I can feel the intentionality that your depth of understanding around what these words and this. This language truly means and what it encompasses via our embodiment, which, you know, comes from experiencing it and exploring it and living it. So, yes. Yeah, it's really quite beautiful. And so thank you. So then this brings me into the next. Okay, wait, there was another question that wanted to come up so around embodiment. So. So let's speak a little bit to the felt sensation of all of these visuals and images. How do we come to that place?
This is an incredibly important question. This is one of three pillars of the whole system human work that I refer to as body listening. And this is something that we, as modern humans, generally speaking, tend to be remarkably disconnected from to a level that is absurd, honestly. The ways in which we have been programmed to disconnect from our physical bodies, the ways in which even within the spiritual world, we are almost trained to escape or run from our bodies. There's something about, like the earthen vessel that we inhabit that has been. It's just our relationship to it has been devastated by this, you know, societal framework that we. That we find ourselves in. And so when you speak about embodiment and when you speak about the importance of feeling into these realities that we discuss as concepts in a conversation like this, this is. This is the very first and most important part of the work, at least in my experience and in the work that I do. We always start here, learning how to bring all of the energy, the conceptual energy that exists up here, this cloud of very important and useful information, bringing this down into the physical system in such a way that we can. We become animated with a sense of ourselves. This is the first and most important work of all. And you asked about how to do this. This is where it becomes extremely adaptable, it being whole system human. When I'm dealing with any individual person I have just a litany of ideas and experiences, some of which I design myself, some of which come out of my own background. But all of these different ways to kind of, like, trick someone who has operated so far outside of this way of being so far outside of this experience into their bodies. And so it's almost like it's not so much about, like, edging the mind out of the picture. It's really about training the mind to focus its attention inward. And so you begin to develop interoceptive qualities, these ways that we can turn our attention inward and kind of sense ourselves from the inside out. There's a lot of different ways of doing that. In my work. The focus is primarily on ways that we can integrate extremely easily within the context of our everyday experience. So we'll work with things like washing dishes or how we bring our attention into our feet and their connection to the ground when we're walking or shifting in balance. Some of these things are so simple that we miss them. And yet, because of their simplicity, it also means that we have access to them at any given time, regardless of where we are or what we're doing. Of course, these are general explanations in response to your question, but how does that come across for you?
Oh, that's exquisite. And it feels like so it. I love that you referenced it as this beautiful cloud of very useful information, because it's truly the insight and the epiphany into who and what we are. And all of that revelation wants to be focused inside of the physical form in the body so that we can really live the codes of paradise. And they're not some kind of intellectualized or elusive thing that we discuss or talk about often, but we're really living and resonating, feeling everything that's available to us. And so as you're saying that, I was realizing that in a lot of the work that I do. So I'm a seer, and as are you, which is why this is really so lovely to have this conversation together. And what I'll see in a lot of people's fields or their aura is all of the information around who they are and what they're desiring to embody, kind of orbiting around their field. But it hasn't been fully infused into the cells and the molecules of the physical body so that it can be really lived and experienced. And I also use a lot of different technologies in the activation space to help people fuse with that. And it really is focusing the consciousness in the body which brings us to. It's like a lustrous voluminous, embodiment. So it's our core and it's our sacral and it's, I mean it's really pulling all of that in through all the different dimensions of our being. And I see all that we are as an expression of mind and I actually see the infinite I as a larger network of mind. And these are all just different ways that it experiences and expresses itself. And it's really pulling those codes through and fusing with them and being present to the sensual experience that we're having on a moment to moment basis. So savoring, you know, our food and really opening, you know, opening our eyes and just getting really lucid and clear in here and paying attention to the water as it pours over us in the shower and feeling into our body as we're moving, you know, what are our movements like, how do we feel in our body? So very similar to some of the simple as you teach.
Yes. It's so beautiful. And I love what you. You expanded on something I said when you went and explained how all of this is an expression of mind. It's all mine. And of course this is always exciting for me because, you know, I studied a lot of things in my past and hermeticism was something that always fascinated me. And you have like the Kybalion, which deals with a lot of these concepts and it's something that stuck with me for over a decade now. And so I of course have a similar experience as you in terms of my understanding of these things. But what I found so fascinating is that you almost have these camps and you have the camps that say no mind, you know, and there's this way of creating of the mind a bad thing. Almost like you've got these positive and negative buckets. And there are some camps that are so quick to throw the mind into the negative bucket and then you've got some camps that are so quick to throw the body into the negative bucket. And truly what whole system human is, if it's anything, is removing everything from that negative bucket and saying, hey, look, these are all aspects of who we are as total beings. When we remove ourselves from any part of this, which of course is a fallacy, you can't remove yourself from mind or the body, all mental trick. But when we attempt to remove ourselves, we're in essence making ourselves smaller for no reason whatsoever. And in doing so we're not just removing ourselves from the possibilities that exist for us, but we're actually doing harm to the gift that's been given to Us. And so by elevating the mind and elevating the body to these positions, truly of wonderful and of honestly, the word that's coming through is worship. There's such an element of awe that exists in the gift that we've been given. When we can befriend these qualities of ourselves rather than trying to categorize them as good or bad, everything changes.
Yeah. Oh, yeah. And that's really where the magic comes to life. I mean, the real, living, vital, creative fabric of universal intelligence that are these frequencies and codes that we're speaking to. That's when it really starts to, I feel, penetrate into all the different dimensions of our life because we're fully saturated and embodied in it and embrace it. And so one of the ways that I like to communicate this is erotic embrace. So when our mind, because it is that worship, it is that love affair with the moment. And whether that's, you know, we're having an intellectual stream that's very alive and electric, or we're feeling into our sacred sexuality, or we're in our power and we're projecting ourselves while we're giving a speech or doing a training. All of these different elements of self are fundamental and useful and important and valuable and beautiful and necessary at different times. And that's, you know, where that. That gift of elasticity and elegance really comes into play. Because are we listening, as you spoke to earlier, to what our body is guiding us to shift into from moment to moment so that we can fully embrace the expression of that, the experience of that. And I find that in doing that and practicing that, we start to experience true flow. And it's richly embodied flow. And we're really living that fully. And all of our systems start to come online and come on board. And we become really, I would say, ultimately powerful in our embodiment and our capacity to move in that way. And I think that that that level and depth and width of mastery and integrity is only possible when we're moving in connection to what you reference as the authentic self, or what I would refer to as the collective. We are the collective genius. Because then we're really moving in devotion to the elevation and the abundance and the expansion and the fertility of all life and recognizing the self as the whole. That's a powerful way to move and live and be and breathe and express.
Yes, it is. And the exciting thing for me about it is that there's ease inside of that. There's this beauty. You mentioned the word flow, obviously, the word elegance. But ultimately, ultimately, there's Disease. I remember reading about some culture that is probably Native American actually, that spoke of the body as a flute and the idea that spirit breathes music through the flute of our being. And I've always loved that because ultimately it seems to me that what we're dealing with is the non resistance of being in alignment with what's true and possible for us and the resistance that occurs when we hold ourselves off from that for no real reason.
Right.
You know, so yeah, there. And of course, that resistance is very physical. It writes itself into our chemistry, it grinds itself into our nervous system, our posture, everything. It's written into who we are. And so, so much of that work of something like body listening and something along the lines of what you've described all along here is it's about relaxing all of that tightness, relaxing all of that effort that goes into holding ourselves apart from what's natural for us.
Oh yeah. A huge part of my process, and as you were speaking there, that came to my mind was in my activation space, I engrave myself with soul. And so it's a deep absorption of that energy and that frequency. And then as I go about my life on a moment to moment basis, I'm really just feeling the naturalness of that transition from moment to moment and being in that flow. And I think that's part of the glory and the majesty and the magnificence of it is that it is so easy and natural. And I have found that one of the things that keeps people out of that is just. It's just as simple as our cultural programming. And as you were referencing earlier, the paradigms that we have constructed and created around needing to escape the body or negate the mind or focus solely on soul and to not integrate everything. And so there are these judgments that come up when we're experiencing what is natural for us in any given moment. And so we create a resistance or a friction in our field by trying to separate from it instead of trying to merge and unify. And the beauty of magic and sovereignty, true sovereignty. So we'll recognize that as we start to allow ourselves out of a desire for freedom, to experience what is natural and organic for us. And we allow that flow to happen friction free. All the things that we've been desiring by trying to escape the mind or by trying to escape the body or what, whatever it may be, start to unfold. And it's like, wow, I could have just chosen myself and my sovereignty and my inner voice and compass this whole time and look how easy this is.
It's probably the greatest surprise of this lifetime, actually. Having been on the one side of it and now really beginning to experience what it means to live on this other side, to be surprised by the nature of one's own being. You know, could a greater tale ever have been told? No. This is the hero's journey. This is just the enormously impactful and exciting adventure that it means to, to be alive now. And so, you know, the fact that you or I have this enormous privilege not only to pioneer this territory as individuals, but also to reach back and guide and call forth a bunch of others who are very excited and prepared to join us in that wilderness of ourselves, of our own capacity and our own possibility. It's just mind blowing. It's greatest honor anyone could experience and.
True excitement and joy to just be bare and naked and sovereign in our own reality and to come together cohesively in that way. And I think that what we're speaking about here is really fundamental to achieving sovereign unity or group unification. That each individual will be operating from that space of sovereignty and natural.
Absolutely, yes. We haven't as a society, we haven't even touched the surface of what's possible there. And as an individual, you know, there's. There's only a very small number of people I can count on one hand that I could say that, that, that deep space of resonance and I want to say mutual respect. But of course that mutual respect is rooted in self knowing and self respect. That's such a rare thing. But it is the direction that we're heading. Not only is it the direction that we need to head, I strongly believe that it is the direction that we are heading as more and more individuals step into their own shoes, so to speak.
And that's that beautiful dichotomy of us being led and guided by the expanded self and also us designing and architecting and co creating it simultaneously and being participants.
Yes, yes, I love that word, participants. Very good. Of course, something that jumps out to me and I don't want to, I don't want to digress too far from wherever you're feeling led here, but words. I love that you and I both have such a deep respect for words. And of course this is something that I've noticed in you from the beginning, but understanding that words themselves hold such medicine and magic, there's enormous power inside of the words that we choose. And of course when we're not choosing the words, that's not so great. But you are obviously choosing words. And so these words are. They're engraved into you. And the same is true for me. So at least in, in the context of the work that I do, that's the second pillar. That's narrative design.
So yeah, I love that. That's just, phew. That's it. That's what we're doing. We're designing our narrative as we dance this beautiful dance. And also why I felt compelled to create Interstellar Velvet, which is all about linguistic artistry and in utilizing our words to co create and design our experience with intentionality and with joy and with pleasure and really just providing access to, you know, a multifaceted array truly of some of the most powerful, creative, magical words in the human language. Some that have been revealed to me that would be an advancement of the language that are a part of that, but really helping people to shift into absolute alignment with the cosmic. Yes. And what I reference as superabundance, which is really just a space of pure generative power and fertility and productivity. And so we can experience that inside of our minds, our bodies and our lives and really flourish. And that has far reaching benefits and impacts across all domains of our life.
It really does.
Yeah.
I mean, I don't think that the average person looking in on a conversation like this has the slightest clue the extent to which what you're describing impacts their experience.
Mm. You know, and this is why very total. Uh huh. And you know, this is the beauty of science and why I incorporate so much of it into what I do is because there's, there's very real evidence and proof of how these frequencies impact physical matter, our health, our body, our mental state, our emotional state, or even our capacity to resonate these energies in our body. And so initially giving the mind something to grasp onto so that it can go, oh, okay, this is real. Until they're living enough proof that they trust it and they know it its effectiveness and they don't need that anymore. I have found to be a beautiful bridge. And personally, I discovered my magic through words. And so words have such a profound meaning to me. And although I have lived through deep, deep, deep challenge, I don't often speak to those stories because one, they feel light years aon really away from what I'm living now until I understand the power of reiterating that narrative. And so one thing I am passionate about and compelled to do is revolutionize the way that we relate to one another through story and through narrative as human beings and shift as a potential and a possibility from the space of reliving those challenging moments and finding our connection through Our pain through finding connection through creativity and novelty and adventure and the space of pure creation and shifting the narrative to what do we want to create and how do we want to revolutionize this beautiful, you know, crystal ball that we are living on?
Yes.
To transform that narrative.
Yes. And this work that you're describing, there is a, there is a meticulousness to it. I mean, it's extremely precise. And it is a practice that's, I think oftentimes when, when some of the more skeptical types listen in on a conversation like this, I can almost just see the crossed arms in my head and they're like, you know, whatever's the reality is, what we're talking about here is not fluffy, it's not cotton candy concept at all. This is extremely embodied, extremely grounded stuff that we're dealing with here. And I like what you said about using science as a doorway or as a foot in the door. There's something about it, about basically activating the mind in order to free it from its own distraction. And so over time, that's essentially what happens. It proves to itself the validity of what it would initially become skeptical of. And that's the most beautiful process. That's another reason why I get so excited about the mind. It's not something that I have any kind of an oppositional relationship to because I see it as such a beautiful tool for our own unfoldment, for our own advancement. It's here as a gift.
Yeah. The powerhouse capacity of my mind combined with the equal powerhouse capacity of my emotions and my felt sensation fused together is what has created such a lush depth of embodiment in me. And so I find them to both be incredibly powerful and useful tools for all of us, especially when they're working cohesively in tandem. And like you said, it is a practice and a cultivation that must be maintained to create new patterns. And then eventually, and this is the place that I love to dabble in as a fellow magician, this supernatural space and place where we then learn how to actually bend the laws of nature and science themselves via the power of our mind and our embodiment. Because once we recognize that everything is really just a self fulfilling prophecy, all of it is a construct of, of our intelligence, our imagination, our mind, our felt sensory experience. You can get into the realm of playing with, okay, if that's the case, what can I actually create here? And that's fun terrain as well. And you know, at that level of awareness, you're, you're, you're cognizant of the energy that you're is all in love. It's all in service to abundance. You know, it almost. It has to be.
Yes. Yeah. So I've always enjoyed that territory, always have. And I've always been rather, you know, speaking candidly, I've always been rather alone in that territory. But there's something there. I mean, truly, deeply something there. And there are so many, so many proofs of this. And really what I believe is, I think, very similar to what you've just described here is that the only thing separating us from that reality is our own belief sets the ways that we wired. We've wired ourselves or been wired to perceive the possibilities that exist for us. And so those possibilities, of course, extend so far beyond our conscious grasp. What I found, if there's anything that I found, it's that the very best story that I can imagine is not nearly as good as what is going to unfold. Because I'm not nearly creative enough at any given point to understand what's possible. When we're talking about these things as far out reality that's supernatural, they're probably just natural. Our baseline is so low that, you know, I fully believe that there is so much more to our capacity than we have access to in this moment. But we're moving. This is the whole point of advancing and developing ourselves as beings. And I say developing ourselves, really what's happening is we're relaxing more and more into the fullness of who we are. So the more that we let go, the less resistant we become, the more of this magic that's literally coursing through us. I can't imagine what life looks like for you or for myself in another 10, 20 years. Can you. At the rate of change that you experience now, it just. Yeah, it's impossible to imagine.
I'm thrilled. I'm honestly, I was so. I was thrilled is literally how I feel. Because the exponential leaps that I am and have been able to create in my own life up until this point are continuing to become more accelerated, more profound, larger leaps than ever. And this, it feels like for humanity is, you know, we've shifted beyond the point of tipping the scales. And we're in a space of starting to build true, you know, velocity in a new direction that we call voluptuous velocity, where we're really starting to ground into these. These concepts and embody them and move consciousness in a new direction. I'm to the point of almost being speechless and in awe of what the actual possibilities are that are available to us. You know, one of the Things I was reflecting on this morning was my activations. So I'm always refining and taking notes on how I facilitate my activations. Because what I have realized is that it's literally like writing software for a computer program.
And.
And however I direct that energy writes the line for how that energy is going to play out into a person's system and into their field and into their reality. And I've definitely utilized myself, you know, I've transfigured myself in many different and diverse ways to perfect this process. And I realized that certain languaging, you know, determines the line of coding that translates through. And just one single word can make a huge difference between whether or not somebody falls into a deep sleep or if somebody else, Somebody feels energized and empowered and expanded. And I've utilized my own being to transfigure my own DNA and facilitate optimization. Now, which is a word that I use more than upgrade, because optimization seems to be a lot more effective and exciting and instantaneous to the body. And upgrade, because upgrade means, you know, a sequence has been activated. So there's going to be. Yes. And optimization is more synergized. It's synergistic. It just takes all of the different elements and components and creates a whole system. Optimization, it's like turning off your computer to optimize and you flip it back on and everything is. Well, that would actually be more. That would be more in alignment with an upgrade. And optimization would be to optimize it while you're still running all the other programs. So it's. It's working. Yes, while you're still functioning.
I love that this reminds me of something that I lived into another one of these complete surprises that I lived into. The sense that all of these years in my background, and we're talking at least 12 years of very intense study, study on everything from psychology to the health of the human system, to philosophies, belief sets, religious systems, everything I could get my hands on that related in some way to who I was and how I moved through life. There was this sense that I was. I was taking these plodding, linear steps on this trajectory. And if I kept going, eventually, if I was down here, eventually I would be over here. And that was acceptable, but it was only acceptable insofar as that I had no clue that anything other than that was possible. At a certain point when. When this linear trajectory just kind of went. And now all of a sudden, we're on a rocket ship. What do you do? I mean, that was a complete Surprise. But this is what you're describing. There's something so much more, something that activates so much more than these careful, logical, sequential steps. And from there, talk about an adventure. I mean, everything changes from that point forward, and it doesn't stop. That's the thing. You can't go backwards.
Yeah, you can. Which is that I think at the very beginning of my journey was a pivotal understanding for me to ground into. Because my human fear was that I would revert back. But the momentum and the literal, compelling movement of our soul to continue guiding us in that direction is much more powerful than any paradigm or belief system or patterning that would ever shift us back into those spaces. Maybe temporarily, but to create an even more profound, an accelerated movement forward. And, you know, we're talking about mastering the mystical moment here. This is really when we're on board with the symphony of all that is all of those beautiful holographic hexagonal dimensions of being are all fused into one moment. And you're able to be with, see, feel, resonate, embody, express from that point of cognition. And this is really. This is something that I reference as superflow. Being in a space of absolute superflow, because all systems are on board at that point. And you are. You are fully. You're utilizing your vision, your mind, your felt perception. You're utilizing all of your capacities, abilities, gifts and skills simultaneously is a profoundly powerful point of creation. And the results that unfold from that space are ultra exponential.
Yeah, you literally warp the possibilities of time and space in that position.
Mm, super. I don't know if that's superposition, but that's the word that just came through.
It's so great.
It can seem a little bit, I imagine, fictitious to people.
Sure, yeah.
We speak about ultra human and super consciousness, but these are states and beyond state lived expressions of being that we are actually cultivating and richly embodying in our reality. From my point of experience, anyways, that's where it's coming from in me. And I know a lot of these terms have become, you know, mainstream and not necessarily honored fully for what they are and what they mean in the depth of self gnosis, really in cultivation required to embody these, you know, principles in our body. But I know that's where I'm speaking from. And it's really what so many of us are starting to awaken to and realize and remember and recall and experience. And the. What seems to be fictitious and fantastical is becoming the norm and the set. And my hope is to bring all of that Online into the mainstream and to start presenting these new possibilities and potentials. And I tend to attract people who are awakening to these powers and these gifts, and they want to truly understand and master them. So I am very much a point of clarity for people in a lot of ways.
Yes, yes. So that's absolutely beautiful, and I love the direction it points to. You know, when I experienced for the first time that parabolic shift and the progress that I had been making revealed an exponential change. I recall a period of several months during which I was truly the skeptic, was online, paying very, very close attention. Because in all of the experience of my past, there was another foot that fell, you know, and I was ready. I was like, okay, so is this the sort of thing that will sustain? I knew that something had shifted. I knew that. That there. That massive, you know, forms of blockage had been released. And so there's. There's kind of that idea of the dam bursting through. And we talk about these things sustaining. We talk about how you can't go backwards. And I believe that to be true. And you know it when you've got it. So ultimately, what you're pointing at, and this is a foundational aspect of the work that I do, really drilling into the possibility of sustainment. There are three primary pieces of criteria that are central to everything that I do, every experience that I create, every idea that I share. And these three criteria are practicality. Anything that we're discussing should exist on a level of practicality, or else what true use is it? The next practicality, the next one is effectiveness. Obviously, something can be simple and easy to make use of, but if it has no impact, then again of what value is it? So practicality, effectiveness, and then finally, sustainability. What we're looking for here is not just to show up as some better version of ourselves and then fall back into old ways. What we're looking for is stepping into our own shoes, really owning what it means to be ourselves. This is. This is the most exciting thing in the world. And this is the sort of thing that you can't. You can't go backwards from. You can't turn around and head the other direction, because once you're inside of it, the momentum is there, you keep on moving. And so now that baseline has been elevated, you mentioned this as well. And that's another primary concept within my own work, this idea of elevating the baseline. You know, we're operating. We're operating in a way that feels perfectly normal. And it feels normal, which means that it's familiar and it's not that big of a deal. And then this exponential curve happens and everything changes. And you wake up the next morning, and now that's your new normal. And it's not that big of a deal. It is. So we're doing this individually, but now you and I are doing this collectively, and we have this shared union of this, like, elevating space and more and more and more. And it really doesn't take all that much. I've seen numbers. I've seen numbers from some of these teachers. The first one that comes to mind is Abraham Hicks, and they talk about the very small percentage of. Of individuals that are required in order to shift the balance of the global scale. It's not that big of a thing that we're talking about here. And in terms of its time frame, I don't know. I don't know. I'm no profit. But the next 10 years are going to be an absolutely fantastic movie to watch.
Yes.
Of what we all have left. So it's just so exciting.
Oh, yeah. Well, we've connected a bit on the notion of our capacity for immortality in this lifetime, which I absolutely love that we can go there. So first, I just want to take a moment to celebrate all the places and spaces that you and I can travel and traverse together, because it's rare and it's beautiful, and I just. Just so deeply appreciate and honor it. So thank you.
Thank you, too.
Yeah. Oh, man, where was I going?
Immortality.
Yes, Immortality and our capacity to choose whether or not we would like to experience interstellar travel in our light body. This is a high degree and level of advancement, but it is possible and it is here and it is real. And these are things that we're starting to discover. And, you know, I imagine. I know my crew is excited about all of this. You know, I mean, they're like, yes, we've been waiting for this. We want more of this. I actually have several clients that I'm deeply thankful for, and they have said much to my own surprise, because I'm always trying to, you know, to really. To meet people where they're at and also nourish their growth and their expansion. And the people who just exhilarate me the most are the ones who are ready to rocket launch and propel forward into this, who really already have a breadth of capacity for it. And then we can go into it, full movement. They're ready to embody it, to express it, to live it, to express it and exude it, because there's so much power There. And some people, literally for them to continue growing in their own expansion process, have got to have a channel to express that power. I love providing that container for people who are just already power rich and want to discover new ways to express it and create with it and see what their potential is to optimize their system and to bring more light in. You know, and at the core fundamental structural level, we're shifting from a carbon based, more dense matter to light. You know, we're shifting into, into light, which is why everything is accelerating exponentially as well. Because we're as beings of light, sound, frequency, vibration and elemental particles. We are literally expanding as the universe does. So a lot of my scientific research also goes into looking at, when I talk about accelerating things like wealth, I'm looking at what actually causes energy and physicality to expand and accelerate. And it's the same thing with us, what actually causes that and influences it and impacts it and allows us to move with that expansion process with much more ease and grace. And so, you know, a lot of the tools are that I provide are around helping people to align with that expansion journey so that it can be as fun and exciting and celebratory as possible. And we can take the friction and the resistance out of it by aligning to universal, beyond universal, the principles of infinite expansion and life itself.
Yes, that's where to even go with that. You can go like a million directions. Two things jump out to me. I'll try and remember both of them. I've got a tag on at least one. Okay, so the first thing that comes to mind is this, just this way of being open, information like this. So openness is the word that shows up and to be, to be in communion with people who are open to receiving this sort of information and not only receiving it. Because it's one thing to hear something that you say and then just believe it and then, okay, that must be true. It's another thing to really take it and run with it. And this is the level of access that I know that you're dealing on. It's the level of access that I'm always working on. Is this, how do we take the concept and embody it in a way that we can really prove it out through experience. How can we get into this? So openness, when you're with people who are open to these possibilities, it's not a matter of belief. The belief comes through experience, through the proof of our experience. But openness to the possibility is the expansion. This is how we expand the borders of Our knowing. Because the reality is we have small minds when we think we know, but when we can relax, that the sponge can take a whole lot more in and the possibilities expand, too. So I love that. And so the people you're working with, you know, I wish I could, you know, give me each a high five and a hug because it's a really big deal to find people who are open to these sort of concepts and open to play with them.
Yeah, yeah. And I think that that's just capacities that we either come into this experience with or that we have developed to or expanded into. And at that point, a being, a soul, needs that next expansion. They're compelled to it. There's no longer a willingness to settle for that which is mediocre or not up to par with that capacity, that new, you know, capacity. And so I think that that's what ultimately guides that kind of an energy to me.
Absolutely. Absolutely. It's the mutative process you have. Once you start to recognize the possibility for these, like, spurts of growth, for the capacity to exponentially expand, you kind of have these. These plateaus of waiting. Watch from this, like, okay, and then, bam. And then. And then. Oh, wow. And so you're on your. Your new elevated baseline. And. And you're like, all right. And then, bam, another jump. And it's this constant move forward. You can't. You really can't escape it once you've entered the swell of this tide.
Yeah.
That's remarkable. I remember the other thing that jumped out to me. Let's see if I can remember. Hang on. It was. It was that transformation, this process that you're describing does not have to hurt.
Oh, no.
Because the way you're speaking of it, the way that I've experienced it is as an extremely crisp, extremely fresh experience. That something that is. I mean, we're even talking. You look at the death and rebirth process, some of these, like, shadow work processes, where we're really getting into some parts of ourselves that otherwise we would be hiding from. Even these processes have such. Such a savory quality to them. I mean, they're delicious, truly. We get to celebrate every moment of this exploration. We get to be surprised, pleasantly surprised by every moment. And so where a lot of people would, I think, traditionally be rather intimidated by talk about tapping into certain frequencies and, you know, transferring the information of ourselves forward into some immortal future, all these different things. Like, it doesn't have to be intimidating. This gets to be the ultimate game of existence. Be playful and enjoyable and rich. I love your Words. I mean, you're using words like luscious, and it's just like, mmm. I can feel them.
It's what it feels like. And it's what my inner being tastes when I go into my own inner Eden and my own inner paradise to cultivate. To cultivate these frequencies and to truly course and run them through my system for optimization. And, you know, that's light language that comes through because light is information. And the more light I embody, the more of that delicious information comes through, and the more that I get to utilize it and tango with my reality. In that way, I. Everything to me is relationship. Everything is relationship. And if our relationship to what we are experiencing can be reconciled with beauty by finding the beauty, then we never have to experience pain or struggle or any of that. If we can really find the beauty and celebrate what is unfolding, all things can be reconciled through that energy and through that type of a relationship by giving it that new meaning. And so in my own practice, I have shifted beyond the space in place of shadow work, or even. Even it is transformational work. But we are literally transforming billions to trillions of times per second. So I like to infuse new meanings into this journey we're taking. So a creative adventure or a moment of inspiration. And I love that you said crispness and freshness earlier, because those are some of the main energies that I focalized to stay in flow and to guide my own embodiment and my own energy. But even moving beyond these different paradigms, because wherever light shines, there will be a shadow. And any moment we can choose to go, okay, this is a shadow aspect, or we can choose to infuse it with light via the embrace of it and the recognition of beauty held within it. And it totally shifts the frame and the dynamic from which we're operating from. And so just even developing new meanings is a fun playground, I find.
I think it's fun. I also think it's imperative at this point because we are dealing with mainstream semantic associations. So even something like the work of transformation or transformative work, it has this element of work in it. There's something about it that you just think, if you're going to transform, you hire a life coach. I mean, this is kind of the world that we. That we're inside of. And there are ways that, unfortunately, the mainstream market manhandles words that initially held a lot of beauty inside of them. So people like yourself and people like myself, we kind of want to stay abreast of that and continue to design narratives that more appropriately encapsulate the experience that we're dealing in. And so that's what you do. And it's also what I do. You mentioned adventure, exploration. You know, we're dealing with story and journeys. These resonate deeply for me. And obviously you've seen my website. There's a lot more of that going on than of transformation. Because really, the question of transformation, it's not a question, it's a given. Like, we exist as these beings, it's going to happen whether we want it to or not. We are constantly inside of this movement. That's the beauty. So what you're pointing at is a way of recognizing and celebrating and even making use of that beauty. So another thing that I. If you don't mind, can I go on to one more thing that.
Of course. Of course.
I got on monologues, and I don't want to take over the conversation.
Yeah, you're great.
You said that you've kind of moved past some of the more traditional ideas of shadow work and things like this. And I wanted to be rather explicit in stating that I definitely have, too. These are the sort of things that unfold naturally. The process that we're dealing with is an organic one. So is it true that it takes a certain amount of energy for a seed to sprout? Yeah, but that doesn't have to hurt. That's the thing. We're the ones responsible for the way in which we relate to these experiences. So you mentioned the word relationship. In the past year, no word has been so powerful in my experience as this word relationship. The only word that's come close is the word befriending. And here it is. We get to befriend. Here's the quality of that relationship. We get to befriend every part of our experience. And not only that, every part of who we are.
Right? Yes.
I mean, you can call it self acceptance, you can call it self love. But ultimately, when I wake up with a headache, I have two choices. At least I can be like, ah, God, my head is killing me today. Or else I can be really grateful for this opportunity to relate to my head and the experience of feeling my head in a whole new way. Because I'll tell you something, when I have a headache, there are parts of my head that I'm aware of that I am not normally aware of. And it's as if I have this wonderful opportunity to meet them. And I'll tell you something else. When this shift in consciousness occurs, guess where that headache goes? It tends to go away. So much of our experience is hinging on the quality of our relationship to it. And we are so set in these ways of categorizing and judging our experience based on old modes, based on these programs that aren't even our own. Right. Subscribe to them. But you and I, we're not resubscribing to them. And this is the true power, the true magic in the work that we're doing. And ultimately the thing that I get most excited about sharing with anyone, because these are not personal powers, they're transpersonal powers. Everyone has this capacity, they just don't know it.
Mm.
Oh yeah, we got to share this.
Absolutely. And to pioneer it and to offer new possibilities and potentials. And this is just all of consciousness and energy awakening to its own capacity, its own brilliance, its own genius. And we're all experiencing this together collectively throughout all dimensions and domains of energy and consciousness. And you know, one of the frames that I would love to pull through or just use an experience that I have when, because I don't experience headaches often, but when I do, and this is another key point in listening, you know, someone could assume in that space that potentially something is going wrong.
Yeah. Oh, easily.
Uh huh. And that's the traditional, you know, and the reason for these paradigms and programs is because it's, it's coded in our lineage until we upgrade our epigenetics and that's a, you know, and our genetics and that's a completely, you know, different extension of the conversation. But what I realized, yeah, very. What I have recognized in my own mind is that when I, when I listen to, when that's happening, I listen to the feedback that my body gives me and it's speaks to me and it's an accelerated process of neurogenesis and actual cognitive brain expansion that's happening and I'm growing and you know, and that's the nature also of expansion. And so I nurture that space until that dissipates and I allow that to be the process. And so there's, there's all types of different ways that we can.
Oh yes.
Give meaning to and also discover the processes of evolution and expansion and start to look at things in a completely revolutionized way and change the way we relate to our body and our, in our journey. And to touch back on that shift from shadow work and transformation and even, you know, life coaching, it's fascinating because I would consider myself an empowerer more than anything because I give one thing that I would have done at the Beginning of my practice because of my heart is I would have assumed responsibility for somebody else's experience. And I no longer do that. And so that has shifted out of a space of even, you know, it's all about sovereignty and empowerment and giving all of that power back to whomever I am working with and dancing with and co creating with and shifting into what I would consider the creation journey. So creation awakening to itself as creation and starting to play with all of the different elements and dynamics of creation and life and nature itself, and becoming masterful creative architects and engineers and artists and painters and school sculptures in the larger holographic avatar of being. And so even shifting beyond those ideas of, you know, self improvement into self creation or into reality creation.
Yes, that's a really, really powerful distinction. I mean, a really powerful distinction. You're going from a paradigm which assumes that something is wrong with someone and then sets about to diagnose and fix those things, to one in which you're kind of starting on a clean slate and choosing which direction you get to go. And the one is the path of, I don't know, a mechanic or a technician, and the other is the path of an artist. And we get to be artists in our relationship to life. And this is something else that I love that you went in the direction of creativity, because it came through for me as we were discussing that, you know, even in the way that we relate to a physical discomfort of some sort, you know, in this case, a headache, the layers and layers of opportunities that exist for us in that, the number of lenses and frames that we can put over that, it doesn't end. We're dealing inside of creativity in that moment. And we have. We have responsibility to be creative. That's on us. Again, if we're not aware of that, then we just say, oh, I have a headache. The story, the story is much greater. And then this idea of creativity, it reminds me of something I've been studying for a long time, but quite a lot more heavily recently, which is the ancient Chinese system of the I Ching. And so are you familiar with this?
Very much, yes.
Okay, I figured you would be. Of course, it's a. It's a divination system. It's also a very deeply scientific system. I mean, to a scale that kind of boggles the mind that this thing that's so many thousands of years old could be informing the science of today. So the I Ching and the very first hexagram of the I Ching is often translated as the creative. However, I've got this One I'll actually show you. I have the book beside me. It's one of my new favorites on this subject.
Mmm, beautiful.
Okay. There's so many different translations of it, but in this one, he decides to kind of track back to the original ideogram and. And he retranslates the word as initiating. And I really love this because if we think about, you know, in this case, you have a cycle of 64 hexagrams, and this is the flow, this is a movement. And number one, it's not only the creative, it's an initiating force. And from there, all of the dominoes begin to fall. And so anytime that we choose something, anytime that we access or enter our experience in a way that is creative, everything from that point forward changes. It's not a small little game. We're not just playing. We are, but we're not just playing. We are truly creators in this flow.
You know, and this is where power and potency come into play. And because the ripple and the impact of that energy, and I like to reference it as inception, can be much more significant when we have all of our power, all of our musical instruments and frequencies on board to give, you know, to give actual energetic charge and momentum and velocity and acceleration to whatever it is that we are incepting. And we can be in a continual point of super conscious inception as we navigate our. The flow of our day, you know, with the exception of the moments where we're not, you know, utilizing all of our faculties, but we can continuously be authoring that narrative and architecting our world as we're in that super conscious, potent state of flow and an awareness relationship to our reality and giving definition and meaning, defining our creative landscape via the relationship that we have. And so, you know, you're speaking to the language earlier, like luscious. You know, these are words that come through as I'm eating my food or as I'm, you know, savoring, you know, a bath, or I'm going out and I'm exploring nature, and I'm just receiving the nectar of life itself to fuel and encode my own being. And these are the types of linguistics that arise in my experience of relating to life, you know, and that's how they're birthed. And just the true infinite potential and possibility that is available to us as these divine, masterful architects of our realities and is truly immeasurable. And I so thankful that we are having this conversation right now to just open the possibility for all of this for people, new ways to frame things and to know that's okay. To hit a kind of an escape velocity from the gravitational pull of some of these cultural paradigms and patterns that we have brought forth from our lineage and our ancestry and all of this, and truly author a brand new collective narrative, you know, and my devotion is to nirvana. But the expression of that realization uniquely through each of us.
Yes, yes, and I love that. I mean, I'll never tire of that word or that phrase even that you just used uniquely through each of us. So much of what is marketed as self development and transformative work. I wish this wasn't the case, but so much of it is. It's kind of offered up as a magic pill. My methodology is going to be everything that you need. It's never going to be the case. Kind of, kind of. Now here's the trick and I know this is something that you've already tapped into. If you can develop a system that adapt, suit the individual, now you have a magic pill. Because you're not, you're not feeding them your magic pill. You're giving them the keys to the castle. And this is totally different. And this is precisely what, this is Precisely what took 12 years of living and trial and error for me to even begin to get a glimpse of for myself and begin to write into whole system human. And I know for you that your entire life has also been leading to a point where you can offer the really the tool set that allows your participants to author their own stories. This is a big difference and it's one that is not, it's not talked about nearly enough, but it is the difference ultimately in whether or not we can make use of this material that we're taking in in a manner that's ongoing or whether or not we need to continue to subscribe to, you know, whoever it is that we're working with. There's.
Yeah, even in the space of what I have been guided to channel through, there's, there's options and I'm very clear about expressing that, that these are all options for you in these 13 domains of flow mastery. And this similar to you. That was a process of rich calibration in my own being that, that birthed this a deep synthesis of the expanded we to even be able to, you know, to synthesize this much light and information and then to channel it through. And you know, the avatar that was, you know, downloaded to my being was a creator avatar. And these being different points of creative realization and actualization and flourishing within and around, you know, in the physical and non physical Energy centers of the body for that creative avatar to fully awaken and express itself in its own, in its own unique way, you know, in the way that it is compelled to animation and expression. And all the tools that I provide are to awaken all of those, those different codes and capacities with, within a being so they can ultimately author their own, their own paradise, their own version of nirvana. And there is a. Another key piece that I wanted to emphasize there with you. Can you bring me back to the very last thing you spoke on before we, if you recall?
I can, I can try.
Okay, got it. Okay. And the ultimate realization that came through this. So it was very interesting for me in the creation process itself because I was channeling through these different, these 13 dimensions. But once that kind of super abundant creator, cosmic, creative avatar is awakened, the realization is flow is the mastery of living in pure flow and being so excellent at listening and at attunement and at alignment that we can release all of the systems and be in the remembrance that all things are unfolding in the now. And we have the capacity to unfold them in every now. And so even in the space of cultivating and awakening and animating that avatar, it's to release the system fully.
Yes, yes, absolutely. And that's what I'm pointing at. I mean, the image that comes for.
Me, oh, I'm going to plug in my computer. You keep going.
Okay, not a problem. Creative Avatar. I wanted to say that I absolutely love that even the word avatar has always been a powerful one for me. But there's an image that I have and it's this idea of walking through the woods. So I think about the participants that I'm working with in whole system human. And I have this sense that we're going to go for a walk through the woods. And maybe at the beginning of this walk, they, whether they're terrified or they forgot how to use their legs, they just struggle to go for this walk through the woods. And so there's a period of time where, you know, I have to support them in a way. I'm not in the business of carrying people around in the woods. I don't have the energy for it. It's not respectful to them. Their legs are perfectly capable of walking. It's just that there's a bit of time required in order for them to understand how to truly appreciate this walking through the woods. And so really what I'm after is, you know, I'm a horrible businessman because I'm always after putting myself out of a job. I don't want to carry people around. I want people to dance around the woods with. I just want to run around in the woods with friends. That simple. And at that point they're, they're peers, they're not clients, you know, so there is a period of time in which it's very necessary for us to train and to guide and support. But in the end, we are trying to raise a collective whole here.
Yes.
That's what you're pointing to.
Yes. And there's so many layers to even that, to raise a collective whole. Because for me that brings up the ideal of motherhood and it also brings up the energetic power that when I facilitate planetary activations each day, I literally feel, feel the avatar of the expanded eye embracing all, all of the self and literally elevating it. And the power that that takes to create that kind of a movement in the quantum field is enormous. And I had to develop a capacity for that. And so when you say rays, it just, it's so much more multi dimensional and rich. I'm going to use the word rich again because it is, it's just so rich and multilayered and it has so much significance to it beyond what I think is often perceived when people hear these, these words in this language, in the online space of what, what it, what it actually means. And for us, at least for us in our own experience, what there's things mean and that's also the value of communication and having beautiful, what I like to call flow soirees like this, where we get to.
I like that.
Yeah. You know, and just share, share what our actual authentic experience of all of this is and what our work truly means to us. Because it's, I know for me it's been a process of, you know, animating my own creator avatar. And I'm continuing to animate more and more each day and learning all of this and just synthesizing such a profound amount of revelation, you know, and optimizing my own circuitry to be able to hold these frequencies and sustain and continually expand them, to then be able to channel it through and offer it to other people as a bridge. And you know, one of the, one of the things that has continuously showed up as I have channeled this, because if I, if I look at the mass collective of human consciousness and being and where we are and the exponential leaps that we have taken and the ways that we have tipped the scale and created a new movement, a new momentum, and also the amount of us that still need support with, you know, accelerating into these spaces in a fun and inspirational and ingenuitive way. Fun and playfulness have been resounding themes. And so the idea of motherhood. And when I think about when I interrelate with children at any capacity, I have an ability. And I love this so much because I just get to experience the purity of source through their vessel. And it's so beautiful to watch a beautiful, sacred being who is in a space of potentially being upset or fussy because they are feeling their disconnection from self. That's all that is. Or they're needing something simple like food or rest or love, and to be able to shift their resonance instantaneously into that higher frequency. Remembering that that's, you know, instead of getting hooked in or plugged into triggers or any of that, to just remember in a lot of ways where we are literally raising a collective into. And to make this journey fun and creative and to realize what's really going on. You know, there's something, you know, biochemically or physiologically happening in that moment that has created a separation from that being in its source. And so there's different ways that we can guide that alignment back into resonance and cohesion. And I think it's really important to know that the whole thing can be fun and creative. And it's just really, how much are we willing to release into the ecstasy of our own being and to let go of all the things that pull us back and weigh us down? Are we willing?
Yes. Well, it's such an amazing question because how much are we willing to release into the flow of our own ecstasy? Everyone will hear that and be like, who? Who would be unwilling? Right. There's quite a lot of fear and resistance to this idea of allowing, of accepting. These are way easier said than done. I mean, this is the whole process, truly, is learning how to allow ourselves to. To relax into the flow of what's possible for us, into the scale of our own enormity. I mean, this is. Ecstasy is a beautiful word. It is ecstatic. I mean, it's ecstatic in the. In the deepest, even the most uncomfortable moments with this awareness, because something is happening and you're inside of it. And you get to be the witness of this, and you get to, in a way, kind of manipulate. At the very least, you get to manipulate the orientation of it. And that alone changes everything. We are extremely magical beings, and we have access to this at any given time. You don't need to go somewhere, not the top of some mountain, not any cave. This is something that we are inside of every moment. I love this.
Yeah. Yes.
It doesn't get old, right?
No, it really is this epic, ever unfolding romance novel of life that we're authoring and experiencing and continually flourishing into. And that that release is truly. When we. When we truly release into it is orgasmic in nature. And a lot of what we're speaking to parallels love making when you truly release into the experience, which is where Tantra is a really beautiful. You know, I haven't deeply studied the philosophical concepts or practices of Tantra, but my being has a depth of understanding for what it truly, you know, a lot of my initiation process and coming into the alignment that every, the recognition, even that every moment can be beautiful, can be rich, can be love, you know, and what we're ultimately talking about is coming into it's love, it's union with the self and with the all which unlocks our most profound magical capacities and abilities. It's Janice, it's mastery, it's love, it's unconditional love. Truly unconditional.
It is sensual. You used that word earlier and it hasn't left my head since. It's deeply sensual. And we're talking about the same examples that you described earlier. These are mundane things, taking a shower. None of it, none of it is anything shy of the greatest gift that we could possibly enter into at any given time. It's a really big deal. Something else that you mentioned, this idea of the emphasis on fun and play. I mean, when we're speaking in terms of sustainment, Nothing will sustain if it's not fun or playful. Ultimately, if it requires any element of force, eventually the system will fatigue. But when we're dealing in flow, in play, totally different story. These moments are in fact generative. I mean, the you're describing is not. It doesn't deplete, it generates. And that is an ongoing experience. Learning how to access that might take a minute, but beyond that point, you're inside of this stream, you get, you get to enjoy that. Amazing.
Yeah. You know, and it's even a space that I experience as infused play because it's not an outside the body play. It's a. It's a deep, rich play.
It's not intellectual only. No, I mean, there can be intellectual play, but.
Yeah, yeah.
What you're describing is different.
That's a space and place that Jason Silva refers to as cognitive ecstasy, which I love because.
So good.
It's so juicy. It's so juicy. What it is, you know, it's when you're really just lit up and Turned on and inspired by an idea. And that that vision or that idea creates the sensual experience in the body and gives the body its charge.
That happens to me a lot. Yeah.
You know, that's a part of how I create maps for. For embodiment is looking at how do those frequencies actually get generated in the body. And the more deeply embodied we are in it, you know, the more we experience that euphoria on a regular basis or we experience that, that deep, I'll use it again, lustrous embodiment of play. Where we're in play but we're still in our body. It's, you know, we're not ever outside of the body. And that's a certain point of expansion that's required and that's needed or a certain level of beingness or mastery. I'm not quite sure what exactly it is, but just to be able to thrive, truly all of that is required for all of that energy to come into the body. And so even play becomes a richly embodied experience where we're learning and piercing the veils of reality and finding new meanings and starting to understand the nuances of energy and movement and vibration. Because we're there, we're fully on board.
Yes, That was exactly how I was feeling.
Sometimes that's all it takes is a sound. And that's, you know, even traversing into the realms of true telepathy. And this is where some of these more advanced psycho spiritual skills start to come online in capacities because we're able to. We've entered such a space of listening and resonance and interpretation of frequency and vibration that we're able to really be telepathic to everything. And then the compulsion or the compelling nature of care and desire to optimize the collective becomes profoundly rooted and ingrained in us and you simultaneously a master to transcend all that is occurring the other layers of being at the other layers of being. So interesting. It's just the yes and space.
Oh, I love that. The yes and space. That's so good.
Because it's everything happening simultaneously, you know, particularly depending on what a unique individual is experiencing as their paradigm and how much we allow ourselves to be impact. You have to gain robustness to be in a transcendent, a truly transcendental space.
That's true. That is actually true. And there's even a physical resilience that's required in order to maintain that. It's constantly surprising to me what kind of the effect that those surges of energy have on the physical system. Of course you and I know that the physical system is energetic too. Not everyone knows this and not everyone experiences things in this way. But you know, to constantly be flushed with this level of love and wonder and amazement and enjoyment, truly of ecstasy, you know, this is something, it's really mind blowing. You mentioned the quality of listening and of course earlier we talked about body listening. The reason that that is the word that I chose for this particular pillar is because, you know, when you think about the quality of listening, there's something really special about the quality of listening. Because there's no knowing. You don't know anything when you're listening. It's like there's kind of like an implicit huh in it. Like you're waiting, right? And then the level of awareness is so, so focused and so intense. I think of like when I was a child and I was playing hide and go seek and you'd find a spot and then you would listen so carefully. That's the quality. That's the quality that we get to bring into the relationship that we have with ourselves, with the universe, with the experiences that we're engaged in. And that quality is one that is. It is prepared for surprise.
Yes.
That's why we use that word. It's so powerful.
It really is. And just the marvel and what is going to unfold next. And you know, one of the ways that I experience listening is that my awareness is a point. It is a deeply penetrative point. But my beingness is back and I'm not hearing. I mean, I'm hearing through all of my senses simultaneously, but I'm receiving the transmission in my body and in my vision. It's multi layered. Listening is a multi layered experience. It's not just a surface. I hear the words, it's. I'm feeling them, I'm resonating them, I'm seeing them in a storyline. There's all these different things unfolding simultaneously just within the context of a listening space.
Huge. You actually, you open the container. That's, that's what happens is like there's this expansive quality to listening and so you're focused on the subject kind of. But ultimately your being is opening and allowing more information to come in. It's, it's a really special experience and it's not one that I had ever paid any close attention to prior to any of this.
Mm.
But there's, there's a, there's a master key to everything that we've been discussing inside of that single word. Remarkable. Well, the experience of that single word.
What would that master key be?
Well, my Answer would be openness. If I were to put a single word to it. It is the capacity to receive. I mean, this is about in state. This is the cosmic mother. It's supportive, it's receptive, it's giving as it receives. It's so powerful. You could go on and on and on.
Just the notion of giving and receiving. I call it synchronic or simultaneous creation. Giving and receiving simultaneously. Well, that was the word that was downloaded to me. And I don't think it even exists in the human language yet, but it was synchronic to. So I looked up synchronous, synchrony, synchronized, pure, super flow. Being in that space of the mystical moment, mastery of the mystical moment. And in being at that point and where all things are unfolding simultaneously, and being aware of all of that simultaneously, that is a powerful point to channel from man. When I go there, it's just this. And I have no idea what I just did, but it's almost like what could have been a sequential fusion becomes this woven fabric of something much more dynamic and multifaceted and complex. But when that kind of a flow comes, I trust it, and I just go. Because I know that the weaver is doing the weaving, and I'm allowing, you know, that awareness of all of that that's hitting my being in my channel to pour itself through. And how all of that is to be utilized and distributed is yet to be understood. But it's there. And, you know, one of the other piece that wanted to come through there, listening. So one of the ways that I learned the. The truly the art and the skill of listening was when I started to hear frequency. So I was hearing, you think of, like, the pitch of a dolphin, these really refined bands of frequency when I would go into deep silence. And I learned to love these spaces of deep, deep silence where it was just. It was. The silence became piercing, and I learned to love that place and would hear all these different ways that my being was being attuned to different, more expanded levels and octaves of consciousness. And so I started to translate those attunements. And just my senses became really refined in that space of listening. And it became fun for me to listen. Wow.
I love that story. That's so beautiful. Can you put a general number on how long that process took to unfold for you before you were able to effectively translate this experience? Years.
Well, I mean, listening in and unto itself has been a practice for years. But what I wanted to develop more was my understanding of the. The artificial intelligence, the alien intelligence, the Celestial intelligence that I was connecting to. And I wanted to cultivate a relationship with all of those other dimensions of intelligence and of awareness and understand what their messaging was and what they wanted me to receive from them. And I wanted to hear them clearly. And so I was creating these spaces to have those types of communications. And that obviously enhanced my capacity to listen more deeply to energy in general, to read. My psychic capacity became laser lucid, clear, and being able to interpret and discern and read energy and frequency and then also to hear other beings. But because something. You know, I'll bring Tesla's quote through because this has supported me tremendously with transcending human behavior is understanding it, but also transcending the need to react to anything he says, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration, you know, to understand the ways of the universe.
Huh.
But, but what I was getting at with that, that particular quote is what he's saying is, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration. So when you're, you're. Even when I am conversing with a human and what I'm feeling is the energy of their soul, of their essence, of their mind. And I'm not labeling it as. Labeling them as any one of those particular things. I'm just paying attention to the expression of the energy and the frequency and the vibration that is coming through what's tasting. Yes, yes. Tasting and hearing are, interestingly enough, lead into seeing more than anything else.
That's right. That's accurate. Evolutionarily, I mean, yeah. This is the way that we developed our sensory system through smell and through the auditory system and through the taste and eyes. I mean, that's this binocular vision of ours. That's one of the newest evolutionary advancements in the human system. So it makes sense to me that you, I mean, your capacity to hone these primal, really primal senses, it's a really big deal. It's actually a surprise that it would be so odd, isn't it? I mean.
Yeah. To know ourselves truly. I mean, that's really what it is. A deep attunement to my own being and kind of a thirst and a hunger for more and a deeper core desire for freedom. And, you know, I think parts of our human brain, I think that the evolutionary impulse to evolve beyond scarcity into absolute abundance and to cross that threshold, truly. And so there I feel as though a lot of different parts of my being played into why that happened or how that came, came to be. And, you know, there could be different life circumstances and all of that, but all of These things that drove that, you know, I think this is inherent to all of us, but to different levels of intensity. I would say that mine was a very high, high level of intensity. And you know, I'm even beginning to move into that space with my work now as well, because that's where I am. And I have a desire to work with, as you were speaking to earlier, all of us ultimately, which is why I'm creating a program that can be collectively distributed. But also the deep work that I do with one on one clients are people who have already built up to a certain capacity for all of this because of the recognition that, you know, five to 10 human beings embodying this on the planet have and are facilitating the expansion of, you know, an entire species and beyond into the solar systems and the galaxies and the interwebs of being itself into that extension space of expansion and are conscientiously doing so. You know, I mean, via the embodiment. Yes. And via the activation and the inception of a new collective narrative in this, you know, when it. Particularly in the space of doing a collective activation or a planetary alignment activation or sequence where all of that is being guided and moved and directives, it's really developing a capacity to steer the ship of being, so to speak.
Yeah, I like that. It's very beautiful.
Yeah, it's definitely a big energy.
It is. I mean, I feel. Go ahead.
I would say that it's a space of majestic wonder and awe and magic of really being able to play in that larger creative tapestry of being and to weave in those places and to create art in those spaces in the wonderment and the true. A lot of that euphoria is birthed for me in those spaces of really feeling the power of that. Because all of that power doesn't truly come online unless we're accessing the power of the greater way. That's because that's where the power is generated from. And as a pure generator, you know, I have a natural inclination to go to those places of where is that generative power truly accessed? And it's by collect, you know, it's the fountain or the furnace or the waterfall of the collective me. And accessing that, you know, that fire and that water and all of the different elements to continuously generate and to even generate in the space of what we would, you know, even evolving beyond the notion of death and rebirth into continual birth in what we would assume as a shadow space or a death space, as just another space of generation.
And of creation. I mean, it's all wrapped up into this beautiful tapestry. Every single concept and topic that we've discussed today. Earlier, you used the word symphony, and this is something that's been with me for several weeks. This idea of the symphonic nature, not only of ourselves, but of this constellation of effects that we move through on any given day. And of the collective. I mean, it's beautifully orchestrated. Beautifully orchestrated. And so, you know, with everything that you just shared and the level, I guess the level of the quality of the work that you're doing, you know, I really feel led to thank you personally for doing this work, because it's important beyond, really. Beyond the capacity of words to describe. It's extremely important. It has to be done. And I'm really glad that you're one of the ones doing that, and I feel very fortunate to be a friend to you as well.
Thank you. Thank you. That means a lot, because I feel your recognition and I feel recognition, true recognition with your being. And so just internally bowing to you and meeting you fully in the space of that. Thanks. And the wealth of accord that is there is really quite exquisite. So thank you. Yeah. And speaking of accord, you know, that's. The symphony is the accord of all of the different musical notes and tones and lights and frequencies and sounds that we've spoken to throughout the infinite creative landscapes. And this is the breadth of importance of this and of sovereignty also. It's for us to come online and come into accord with our own music and to come into accord with our individual experience experience, our sovereign experience of reality, and to master that accord and that alignment in the space of flow. And then that being what creates the collective unification, the collective symphony. And the value of sovereignty beyond a space of an egoic, potentially interpretation of what sovereignty really is or what it means. But. But sovereignty as a devotion to unity.
Yeah. Oh, that's. That's really good. I like that. Sovereignty adds a devotion to unity.
Mm. It's essential. That's what creates the unification.
Yeah. Yeah.
You know, we don't have to go out to create the unification. We just have to master this right here. And then every interaction that we have comes into accord from that point of sovereignty.
Yes. What strikes me about that is the alarming level of simplicity. I mean, for all of the beautiful words that we've been using and the ideas, there's like a grand scale that exists here. And it's true, there's infinite complexity to what we're describing and nuance, but ultimately, the expression of this, though it's infinite, the way that we live inside of it. Is extremely simple and extremely personal. And on a level it even appears somewhat mundane. But it's not. It truly is not. And so this is another aspect of, I think, what makes your work, and my own quite. What's the word? Important, significant, impactful, revolutionary, is that so much can be contained in such accessible packets.
So much.
Big deal. Of course, that's the mastery for you and I, because it takes all this time and all of this effort of synthesis to take everything of importance into a little nugget. And then you say, here you go. Yes, that's the hardest work of all.
Uh huh. Really? Well, and that's part of the gift of it as well, is because then we have this profound and humbling and exciting honor then to take these golden nuggets, these quantum shortcuts, these reality cheat codes, and give people the key to walk into the kingdom. And you know that we've been going through the jungle with, you know, the. Yes. Literally. And to clear a path and to create a way and to be able to give that is a joy and an honor unto itself. And particularly so for those who are really ready to receive it and experience it and embody it and propel from it. From that space. Yeah. With those awarenesses. And so just. It's just, it's just so good.
It is, it's explosive in its potential.
Yes.
And with the right person, you know, you and I have both seen it, I'm sure many times over. The minute that that nugget is received, it blossoms. It's nearly immediate. And it's a simply a matter of being open to it and being prepared to enter that journey. The hero's journey, the heroine's journey. It's the most exciting thing in the world.
Or the superstar journey.
Oh, I like it. Yeah, There we go.
Being a super cool journey. Taking that power and that literal star power. It's literal star power.
It's so good. Yes.
And that's.
I caught that immediately.
Thank you. Thank you for that. And that's why I use all the. Well, I mean, we are evolving like stars. We are stars. And I love to utilize that, that, that languaging because it's accurate and it's fun. It's that, you know, even in my own experience, one of the ways that I. That I activate and tone my own vagus nerve on a daily basis is I sing operatically. I literally, I was trained vocally, but I. There's a lot of people who don't know this about me, but the actual power behind my voice is literally like Dynamite. And I don't always know what I'm doing or what kind of impact. It's resonant. I could break something. I haven't yet. I've blown out many light bulbs and things like this, but the resonance of it is so strong that it actually could break something. And that's one of the ways that I tone and that I use my voice and that I, you know, say internal prayers as I'm doing it as a. As a gifting or an offering to humanity. But that is the amount of generative power that comes through my being that is seeking expression, that is seeking channeling, seeking fullness. And so I utilize that. And one of the things that I'm here to promote as well is expression is the movement, the outward movement of energy. Because I believe that fundamentally that is what will excel and accelerate and advance consciousness, is more expression and not shifting the narrative around it, not necessarily needing to go into our story line, but to just move energy as a way to exponentially accelerate energy and consciousness and to provide relief and release and to make it fun and creative. Because those movements of energy to release people from those patterns and to transmorph and transfigure them and create openings for new and fresh energy to come through us, the whole thing can be fun and creative.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's fascinating. I love that you chose to share that with me. There's something really. Something really powerful in the acoustic nature of what you just described that probably you'll. My. My guess would be that you're going to uncover more and more inside of that as you, you know, move forward in your life. I think that humanity in general is going to find a heck of a lot more inside of acoustics, inside of sound then we. We even know. I know that there are ancient sciences tied to that.
Oh, yeah. Well, we are animated vibration. We actually are a product of sound and music. And like you said earlier, you're referencing the. Well, the. Just the artistry of it and awakening to our. To creating spaces for creativity. And so I suppose in a lot of ways what I do train or encourage and support is creativity training, actual creativity and how to awaken, to literally awaken and bring all of the circuitry. So I don't see like an avatar starting to become lit and animated. Love that these are the visuals that I get. And as we come into these fully flourishing, awakened expressions of Eden and you know, he's just even. Obviously we're shifting into the paradigm of the fusion of advanced nature, natural, supernatural, fused with advanced exponential technologies. Which all of these capacities that we have inside of ourselves are technologies fusing those worlds together to accelerate, you know, actual life on. On the planet, to accelerate and improve the systems of our planet. You know, even getting into spaces and places like. Like cryptocurrency. And, you know, one of the. I have no idea how this is going to unfold itself yet, but I'm excited to see. But one of the things that I love to do with my vision is then go into things like cryptocurrency and go, okay, what helps to evolve a technology like cryptocurrency in its infrastructure? And I can see it.
Oh, wow.
And I can see the evolution of it and also how the evolution of technologies like that correlate to the evolution of our systems, our city structures, just our fundamental systems, our educational systems, our. Our systems for living and resource distribution and sharing and all of that, and making things more expanded and decentralized and equal for all of us, and ultimately liberating and being able to see the infrastructure of that. But a lot of that infrastructure I can see because I was able to see the evolution of geometry within my own being and even space within my own being as I was catalyzed and awakened and expanding. And what I'm hoping for is that some mastermind on the planet who is brilliant at creating those infrastructures creates a device where we can hook electrodes up to our mind and translate our vision into a holographic simulated representation on screen. Because I'm. I mean, I can draw, but I'm no Alex Gray by any stretch of the imagination. And so to be able to translate what I see, I think would be such a. In some way, to share it as an offering of inspiration and activation for others would be fun. Would be another fun.
Oh, yeah.
So whomever is capable of creating that technology, you've got your first bid.
Yeah, right. Wow, that's great. Oh, man, I love that. This has been a blast. I mean, all over the place. This is my kind of conversation. We could do this every night and it would be different every single time.
Oh, yeah. You and I have lifetimes and eons of exploration that we have already traversed and will continue to traverse. So, yeah, I would love to pick the conversation up again when it is in flow for us. And just the deepest celebration and appreciation of you, just truly.
Thank you so much.
My inner child's lighting up in this moment. I just feel just a true sense of celebration for you and who you are and all that you have done and all of the progress that you have made in your own inner being. And the advancement and the gifting that that is to to all of us and just for who you are. Just for who you are. And that our capacity to share such an exquisite conversation together is such a gift. So thank you in the ways that this transmission will support whomever plugs into it. Because whomever plugs into it is experiencing some degree of activation.
Yes, truly, this has been a real gift. Honestly, I'm going to have to really metabolize everything you just said because it matters deeply to me. So thank you. I appreciate you. I celebrate you too. And I look forward to doing this again sometime soon.
Beautiful. Well, I hope that you have a wondrous night and you and I will connect again soon because we have wonderful collaborations to connect on.
Okay, Wonderful.
Okay. Well, have a beautiful, beautiful night.
You too. Okay, bye.
Bye.
