Katie Dill on why nervousness is a signal to say yes. She learned that fear often marks something that matters, and she's grateful for the risks she took despite being scared.
And then there was this, like, voice inside me. It's just like, you don't want to do this. You're nervous to do this. That's why you got to do it. You know, like, maybe the reason why you're nervous is because this matters. And that's, that's a great thing. And so I, you know, talked myself into it, said yes. And I look back at that so often, just like, thank gosh I did. And, you know, what other examples of, you know, things I'm afraid of today that I should be saying yes to? Mm-hmm.
