In this informal, multi‑speaker YouTube recording, a group of friends enthusiastically discuss Enzymetica’s Digest Gold enzyme supplement, sharing personal anecdotes about using it after heavy, cooked meals to aid digestion. The conversation expands to broader health habits, including a sister who dabbles in raw‑food cooking, high‑intensity sprint workouts on “Beer Can Island,” and a 10‑minute daily workout book one participant is authoring. The participants also promote Enzymetica’s corporate growth, describing a new 40,000‑square‑foot headquarters being built with My Green Buildings as a carbon‑neutral, LEED Gold‑certified facility slated for completion in about three months. References to related companies (Cherokee Investments) and the brand’s sustainability practices (carbon credits) round out the dialogue, which is characterized by casual banter, repeated affirmations, and a clear fan‑driven endorsement of the product and the company’s mission.

Look, if you're a branding guy, you're a branding guy, you gotta just repeat the story you just told me. This is ridiculous.
Tell them about Enzymatica. You ready?
Yeah.
This morning we were dining on Braden and Beach and I was ordering scrambled eggs and fresh fish and you told me to get the eggs over easy. Why?
I said, well, what I said when we had this decadent breakfast was this is an Enzymatica, this is the Digest Gold meal.
No way. And you had it.
And I had some Digestive Gold in my little thing and I said, yeah, take this, Jack. This is the stuff. Then it kind of passed around and Scott turned me on to that too.
Because it was a heavy indulgent meal, you know, cooked foods and heavy grease and fat and cooked foods.
Yeah. So I'll introduce you to Scott. He's a good friend. And Tom, he's the guy that founded the company. Really?
Yeah, tell them about your—
some phenomenal guys you were trying to write and stuff for that.
Oh yeah, oh, I've got a book that I'm writing.
Oh, are you?
Your sister, tell me about your sister.
Yeah, my sister's a raw food chef, but really just does it as a hobby pretty much.
He's a raw food chef, so he took us out today and we did sprints on Beer Can Island. He says, uh, tell them about the sprints.
Yeah, we did sprints today, just high-intensity short duration.
Yeah, that's amazing. I run 50 yards like 4 4 or 5 times as far as I can. He says he's got it up to a minute, so you'll run like a minute, a minute, a minute, a minute, and you're done. 15 minutes, you're done with your workout in the morning, right?
That's it. That's great.
You let your heartbeat get almost back to normal, and then you stretch after a couple of them, and you're done. 80, 90, and then 100% until you're done. The beef's jogging for 30 minutes.
Tell them about your book you're writing.
10-minute workout book.
Yeah, yeah, 10-minute workout book.
He's got this 10-minute workout. That's what he does.
It's just 10 minutes every day.
You look like the guy on those posters, don't you? I mean, doesn't he? Like, he's got the— he's got the— now he works out, he eats healthy. Yeah, how could he? And he takes Digest Gold. So, so we're building it.
I like to eat, you know, I used to be raw, and then I don't go raw anymore. I eat a lot of cooked foods, but anytime I eat cooked foods, I eat Digest Gold.
That's, that's great. What a, what a serendipitous moment, huh?
That's awesome.
We're building this new facility for Enzymetica because they're like going gangbusters. Yeah, they're moving their headquarters into a 40,000-square-foot facility. And the reason they're building with My Green Buildings is that they are a carbon-neutral company. I mean, they literally, you know, they buy carbon credits to offset their airplane tickets and gas usage and so forth. So we're building a LEED Gold facility for them right now. Yeah, it'll be done in about 3 months.
Who's that company up in Raleigh across from my office on Hargett Street that's going LEED 3? Cherokee Investments. Yeah, multi-billion dollars, and they built the first LEED-certified building in Raleigh.
Right.
A lot of brownfield development.
Yeah. Well, I'll send this to Scott and to Tom. They're going to love it. Thanks, guys. That's awesome.
