In this short speech delivered at Enzymedica's groundbreaking ceremony, the speaker—dressed in Enzymedica branding—expresses enthusiasm for the partnership and outlines the design vision for the new space. He recounts meeting the founder and chairman, Tom, discovering a shared passion for aviation, and spending time with Scott, a sailor like himself, establishing an immediate kinship. This personal connection guided the design inspiration, centered on the concept of "lift" drawn from airplanes and sailboats, and was visually anchored by a prominent painting displayed on a sheet. The speaker highlights that Scott is the first client to involve a Six Sigma Black Belt to map team interactions, which the speaker sees as an ideal foundation for a design‑builder. He thanks Tom and Scott, offers a gift, and congratulates them on the groundbreaking, expressing confidence that the project will be enjoyable and successful.

Thank you for being here, and what can I say? I have my Enzo Medica blue on. I'm a big fan. You guys are a great horse to bet on, and I'm so happy that you guys have chosen us to help you facilitate your space and plan for this. It was really a lot of fun, actually. The process was great because when I got a chance to meet the founder and chairman of the company, Tom, and found out that, like my business partner, he was a pilot. And I got a chance to spend a lot of time with Scott learning more about the company and what their goals were. And I found out that he was a sailor, and I'm also a sailor. I just felt like there was a kinship right away. And it actually helped us identify, you know, when you're trying to plan a design for a company, it's sometimes tough to find the inspiration. Well, in this case, it was very easy. And later on I'm going to be talking to the whole team, the staff, your whole national sales team, and I'm going to tell them the story of how we pulled this together and created a vision that really was, I think, right in line with what you guys were looking for in terms of not only the space and the inspiration behind the space, but which it follows the concept of lift. You know, airplanes and sailboats both manipulate lift to move through the water or stay in the air. And so we brought a lot of those elements. You see the big painting up on the upper left-hand sheet here. That really was the inspiration for the design. And, you know, it's been a lot of fun. The company has been great to work for. Scott was— is the first client that we've worked with that brought in a black belt Six Sigma to help organize and, you know, identify and find out how his team interacts and communicates. And so designing with that intent in mind is just, you know, really a dream for a design-builder. So anyway, I appreciate it. And I have something for Tom and Scott. I, you know, I brought one. We'll have to share it, but I think I know who's— whose office this might end up in. But anyway, Scott, thanks so much. And congratulations on groundbreaking. Appreciate it. It's gonna be a lot of fun. Appreciate it. Thank you. So look forward to putting this in the ground for the first time. Good stuff. With that,
