Granada Park is located in a small subdivision Division. It's gated west of Trail in Sarasota, and we're really, we're right downtown. Great location. We're minutes to the beach, minutes to any kind of venue that you want to do downtown, and of course we're close to Southside School, and so a very convenient place. We have these events every once in a while. Today we have 100 people that came to our Picnic in the Park. We have a live band, and we have souped-up autos and boats on display. We're hand-rolling rolling cigars on the deck and serving the Granada Martini, which is a pomegranate martini. Also downstairs, there's a whole bunch of jewelry and all kinds of stuff for the gals. So yeah, we're having a lot of fun. But it's a nice way to bring people into the community, show that it's a nice little enclave where neighbors can meet and mingle and have fun. It's all about the lifestyle being here, and we're so close to downtown that it's just a wonderful place to live.
