Why You’re Tired, Anxious, and Your Hormones Aren’t Working
14 Oct 2026 · 30 min
Dr. Leland Stillman walks through patient cases showing how mineral depletion—low zinc, magnesium, copper—and heavy metal exposure cause persistent fatigue and hormonal problems even after conventional treatment. He outlines a hierarchy of fixes: remove mercury sources, supplement strategically, use sauna detoxification, and for women, consider bioidentical progesterone as a bridge therapy for sleep and menopause.

There's a laundry list of symptoms that patients will come in with from, for example, low thyroid hormone that can land them on basically a different drug class for every different symptom. They're taking something for their fatigue and something for their brain fog and something for their weight gain and something for their hair loss and something for their constipation and something for their puffiness, and yet they're not even feeling better. Good morning, everyone. Dr. Stillman here, back for another fun and exciting Live. We are changing the format slightly today. Today's episode is why you're tired, anxious, and your hormones aren't working. Here's the format change, and I do want your feedback on this. Please send us your comments or your, your questions. If you're listening to this on say Substack and you got an email, just hit reply. We'll read it. Here is what we've changed. I was answering only your questions before, and I felt that the best information that I had to share with you about how to be healthy wasn't coming through in my answers to the questions. So what I've decided to do is give you little case studies from the practice. I've obviously changed enough about these that they're totally anonymous. You couldn't possibly put together who these people are, but I also wanted to show you what the journey through the practice looks like from the initial consult through subsequent follow-ups and what people actually see and share with you in their own words, what they actually experience as members of the practice. As I do that, I'm going to literally tell you exactly what we did in each case. Without obviously getting into the, into the very nitty-gritty details of we gave them this much molybdenum or that much manganese or whatever, because that frankly won't be helpful to you. That's all based on their labs. I think this is going to be the best way for me to teach you all how to be as healthy as possible. So without further ado, let's jump in. Case 1, why you're still exhausted after recovering from a serious illness. This was a 36-year-old mom, multiple kids, works in a church, an enthusiastic musician, and also an exercise instructor. She developed a very severe neurological issue about a year ago now called Guillain-Barré. And she had come out of the ICU where she'd, I think, almost been intubated and she'd spent months recovering her health because Guillain-Barré, you lose your ability to move your muscles. And in a very extreme scenario, you lose the ability to breathe because you need muscles to breathe. She never needed to be intubated, but she was in the ICU, which meant she was on the verge of intubation. She said that if she was at a 0 in the ICU in terms of her health and 10 is where she'd want to be, she was at a 4 out of 10 when she started working with us. What happened? I'm going to share with you what we did in a minute, but basically what we did was personalized supplements, our standard protocols, diet, lifestyle, exercise, et cetera. After a few months with us, she said that if 0 is where she started with us and 10 is where she wanted to be, she was at 7 out of 10 for her energy, 8 out of 10 for her mental clarity, and her clothes were fitting differently. Her sleep was better and her allergies were improving. That's the kind of thing that can happen in just a few months with the right approach. Okay. So why is she still this exhausted and foggy months after leaving the ICU? So in acute illness or any severe illness or stress, you'll see what happens is that people get depleted of minerals. And when they go back to the average standard diet, there isn't enough mineral density there in order to remineralize the body. And minerals are the spark plugs of life. So whenever I see someone dealing with exhaustion, fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, lack of mental clarity, it has many different names, but I always go back to the minerals. Yeah. Because those are the things that are really fundamentally at the most basic level of physiology running this system and that need to be corrected first. Now, that's not to say that we also don't look at vitamins, proteins, vital fats like omega-3s. Those are also really important for us to take into account, which is why we do a complete dietary history in our practice with the patients who join us, right? Some people ask me, well, what about the food supply? Can't we just get our minerals and vitamins from food? Yes and no. If you really learn a lot about nutrition, which we teach our patients in the practice, you can get as close as possible to optimizing your nutrition with just food alone. And I do think that still should be your foundation, but I have to tell you from having worked with, I don't know how many thousands of people now that when you introduce the right doses of supplemental nutrients for people who've been depleted for months or years, you can see transformational results emerge in a matter of sometimes minutes, hours, let alone days or weeks. And over time, Over time, that stacks. And that's how you take someone who's only 4 out of 10 in terms of their health and get them 70 or 80% better in terms of multiple different complaints over a period of months. You won't see that happen without addressing the fundamental inputs, starting with nutrition. I cover way more about this in my book in chapters 3, 4, and 5, and arguably 6, all of which touch on minerals and testing and so on and so forth. All right. Next question. Why didn't her brain fog and fatigue resolve with nutrient patches, hyperbaric oxygen, and vitamin C? So the vast majority The majority of patients come to us having already tried a bunch of different things. On average, we're the 4th or 5th practice that they've been seen at for the variety of problems that they present with. And so they've not only seen other practitioners, but they've also tried other things. She had tried nutritional patches, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen. Hyperbaric oxygen made her feel better with one treatment and then worse with another. And whenever I hear that, I always think, okay, something about the therapy they couldn't respond to. I want you to imagine or understand that when we apply a therapy to someone, a lot of the time the therapy involves some stress. Hyperbaric oxygen is one of these. Now stress, as you may realize, right? When you go to the gym, you're stressing your muscles. If you do that in the right amount at the right cadence for a long enough period of time, and you nourish your body well enough at the same time, what happens? Your muscles grow and you get stronger. When you apply more stress than the body can handle, you get side effects from therapeutics. I feel worse. I'm not talking about drugs. I'm talking about natural things. So hyperbaric oxygen and Things that really support the body's healing by applying a very clear dose of stress. We see a lot of people coming to us who have failed nutrient patches, nutrient supplement protocols, herbs, hyperbaric oxygen, vitamin C, and it always comes back to this. Something more fundamental than those things was missed. So remember, in order to respond to hyperbaric oxygen, to respond to herbs, to respond to red light therapy, you actually need minerals and vitamins in your body in order to take those signals or that stress and transform it into an improvement physiologically. And that's why we always focus on the minerals and the vitamins first. And we also focus on the things that are most foundational for, for example, light and the electromagnetic environment, things like 3 10-minute walks, right? So it's not that we don't stack these other things on. We do use high-dose vitamin C. We do use nutrients at high doses. We do all kinds of different things in the practice, but we always start with that foundation first because you're building on the foundation. I cover way more about that in chapters 2, 3, and 4 of my book, which if I haven't mentioned it already, it's The End of Autoimmunity. If you're watching this, you see the big poster in the back. The book is right here. I'm holding it up on camera now. The End of Autoimmunity, available on Amazon. Next question. How do fatigue and brain fog show up in mineral testing? So we see this all the time. Patients show up with a variety of different patterns on mineral testing when they have fatigue and brain fog. Overwhelmingly, what you'll see is that minerals have been depleted in the blood. So you'll see almost always a low zinc level. You'll see copper high or low. Some of these people have too much copper. Some of them need additional copper, copper supplementation. It all depends on the case, the levels, and the other presenting factors. You'll often see magnesium low in the blood, whether you're doing a serum level or you're doing a red blood cell magnesium, depends on, you know, either can be low. Both can be low. Then in the hair, which we test a lot of, or we test very frequently, we test as our primary test for determining what the patient's mineral status is. You'll see minerals high in the hair and you'll see them low in the hair in brain fog and fatigue. Why? When it's high, think that the body has lost control and the minerals are being lost into the hair. The way I explain this is basically think about how if you have a big credit card bill, doesn't mean you have a lot of money. It means you owe a lot of money right now. You'll also see mineral levels in the hair that are low. This either means there's no supply, the body is truly depleted, Or the body doesn't have the energy to get the mineral into the hair. You'll see both. What you really want to see is healthy, optimal levels of minerals in the hair, because that means that the cell and the body are in an optimal state. Patients have an optimal physiologic milieu of hormones, neurotransmitters, mitochondrial function, et cetera. What else do we often see? We'll see elevated aluminum. We'll see elevated mercury. Will see elevated other heavy metals. In this case, we saw aluminum and mercury, and I knew that those were the 2 biggest toxic burdens that she had in terms of these heavy metals. And how do the heavy metals cause brain fog? Well, heavy metals cause brain fog by interfering with the function of the minerals that are responsible for cognition. So you need magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, many, many, many more minerals than just those for your brain to work at all. And fatigue, I also view, by the way, as a a really a nervous system process because fatigue is not in some organ system. It's really in the nervous system. People mean my brain is tired. My body is tired. And by body, they mean the nerves that innervate my body. And that means that everything you do for fatigue is really, I think, targeting the central nervous system to improve its overall physiologic function. Now I must mention there that you might ask, well, what about drugs? Right? Well, drugs are a bit like stepping on the gas pedal. You need gas in the tank for them to work. And that's where we see a lot of people coming to us. They've been on ADHD or antidepressant medications for years, and those medications are not working for them anymore. They've gone to higher and higher and higher doses and they feel totally depleted. They often will endorse feeling like too little butter stretched over too much bread. They feel thin. We figure out what they're really missing, replete that, then we start to see improvement. So what's happening is she's losing minerals in her hair because she had high levels of minerals on her hair test. And that means she needs more input, not Now, on top of that, she's got these toxic metals that are interfering with normal, healthy physiologic function. And this is why she's feeling fatigued and having brain fog. I write a lot more about this and the nuances of these tests in chapter 5 of my book, The End of Autoimmunity. Okay. Next question. Can fatigue and brain fog be due to mercury? Absolutely. 100%. No question about it. One of the top things I look for in a patient's history is significant exposure to mercury. Now, if you look at the conventional mainstream view of mercury, it is a rare poisoning that doesn't need to be worried about. And the only people who need to pay attention to mercury are pregnant women so that their children don't accumulate large amounts of mercury in their bodies. This is totally incorrect. The simple reality is that as mercury has accumulated in our environment due to industrial activity, as well as mercury amalgam fillings in teeth, it's gotten to be endemic or epidemic mercury levels. We'll see them in people who have no known exposures. Why is this important? The more mercury your body accumulates, the more that mercury is going to poison your cells. And we'll routinely see patients who have these very significant levels of mercury. And I am not saying necessarily elevated in my opinion. I mean, if you actually do a blood mercury test on these people, the levels will be elevated according to the lab reference range. People just are not testing for this enough. And there's way more that I would love to share with you about that. It's in chapter 4 and chapter 5 of my book. And one of the things we do with patients is the first thing we do is we focus on source control, which means the source of the mercury in their life. So if somebody has got a lot of medical issues, which is our norm in the practice, the first thing we have to do is there can be no tuna, swordfish, shark, mahi, grouper, orange roughy, any of the carnivorous high trophic level fish that eat a lot of the smaller fish and then bioaccumulate the mercury. Right? They have to only eat low mercury fish, in my opinion. Then we look for dental amalgams, dental amalgams, and this is still very controversial, but I'm telling you, I've just seen it over and over again. Patients get their amalgams out and over the next several months they start to make steadier and steadier gains towards good health. And there's a lot of vested interests that don't want mercury to be a serious problem in dental fillings. And frankly, their house is crumbling around them because people are waking up to this and You know, once you've seen the transformation that can happen in someone with having their mercury fillings removed, you just can't unsee it. And you also can't unsee the levels once you've seen them in someone's blood or their hair or their urine, if you're testing urine mineral or metal levels. So those are the first 2 things we do. Fish, fillings, get rid of those. We'll also do a variety of other things. Reverse osmosis filtered water, which is then of course remineralized. We'll focus on eating foods that are going to help them compensate for the mercury. We have a lot of different things. I write more about that in my book. So buy a copy. Okay. Next question. What hormone do women need to stay calm and go to sleep? The answer is progesterone. So progesterone is necessary for women to feel calm, cool, collected, and to go to sleep. In our modern world with artificial light and all kinds of different types of pollution, women are not producing progesterone the way that I believe they did historically. And you're seeing more and more and more hormonal abnormalities in women as time goes on. This is because of our changing environment, as well as the lack of proper nutrition in our diets. And I could add dysfunctional lifestyles, lack of exercise, things you've heard of. One of the consequences of this I'm convinced is a lack of progesterone production and progesterone function. And so what you'll see in a lot of women in this age group, the mid-30s, is they're starting to have more and more symptoms of low progesterone function, poor sleep, more neurological problems. Guillain-Barré would be one of those. I could go on. Progesterone naturally tends to drop out in women in the mid-30s. It's one of the reasons why in that period of life, pregnancies go into a higher risk category, right? Because progesterone is what maintains the placenta, the fetus, et cetera. What do we do for these women? Well, first of all, we focus on all of the things they can naturally do to support their own body's progesterone production. But women will often be so distressed and symptomatic from their lack of progesterone that giving them bioidentical progesterone can be really transformational for their health. Because here's what tends to happen. They get wrapped up in their head, racing thoughts, anxiety. They're not able to focus. They don't get things done like they normally would. Then they don't sleep well. And so they're waking up feeling exhausted and foggy and distracted, and then they don't sleep well again. And then they don't get anything done for their wellness routine. And if you just give them progesterone out of the gate, You can reset their sleep. You can get their wellness routine on track. And then if they want to wean off the progesterone later, there's no problem. I've had, I don't know how many women come on progesterone and then off of it. And it can really be what I call a bridge to a better place. And that concept is when I teach patients where you are here and you want to be here, what is the fastest way to get you there? A bridge is sometimes a medication or therapeutic that we use that we're not going to use forever, but we're going to use it for a week, 12 weeks, a quarter, 6 months, a year, whatever. And then when you get to where you want to be, we can taper it. Sometimes we can just stop it. Now, the caveat to that is that a lot of patients feel better on bioidentical hormones when they start them, and they say, I don't want to go back to feeling the way that I felt before. These are really, really helping me function and feel better. And that's something that patients need to know before they start it, right? I talk more about hormones in chapter 6 of my book. All right, next question. If your nervous system is recovering from a major illness or injury, what nutrients matter most? This is such a big topic, but if I had to pick, My favorites, they would be vitamin C, MSM, that's methylsulfonylmethane, minerals and B vitamins. We use a whole suite of these in the practice from the most obscure to the most common that you've heard of, vitamin D and bioidentical hormones. All of these are very powerfully protective and healing of the nervous system. Now I must also mention omega-3s, but one of the things I've found in practice is that you can optimize your omega-3s with diet alone. And I do that. I just shared that at drstillmanuncensored.com. If you go there and you search my publication for omega-3s, you'll find my guide to omega-3s and you'll see my actual lab values that I recently did. And you'll be able to read exactly what I did to fix that and optimize that with food, which is stuff we share with patients. For those of you who don't want to eat fish, totally get it. There's other options for you. I cover more on this in chapters 3, 5, and 6 of my book. All right. Okay. Last question for this case. So What moved the needle for this young mom in her own words? So I always ask patients, what gets the credit for your improvement? I do that because I want them to tell me what's working, because what we don't hear patients crediting for their improvement, we let go. We don't just keep things in our program because we like them or have heard they're good. We keep them in the program because patients tell us they work. And Some people will be skeptical of that, but the reality is I really believe people have this innate sense if they tap into it of what's healing their body, what's helping them, and then what's not. They can be deceived. They can be wrong, of course, but I've really gotten a lot out of listening to patients and hearing in their words what healed them. So this is what she gave the credit for her significant improvements in just a few months. So sauna, she credited with 30% of her improvement. Why might that be? Well, sauna is one of the best ways that we have for excreting the kinds of toxins that we see causing people to develop neurological illnesses as well as fatigue and brain fog, right? So it makes sense that when you sauna and you excrete those toxins, you'll feel better. We've seen that over and over again in the literature, let alone clinically. She gave 20% of the credit to the minerals and vitamin supplements that we gave her. Now, that doesn't surprise me. We tailor these to each patient so that we give them very precise doses of trace elements, magnesium, sodium, potassium, all the critical elements, as well as B vitamins and more for them to heal from whatever they're dealing with. She also gave about 5 to 10% of the credit to our detox smoothie. Also, you can find that at Dr. Stillman Uncensored. I believe it's also in my book in chapter 3, walking and grounding, the bioidentical progesterone, the iodine protocol that we use, and vitamin D. She saw a huge improvement with the vitamin D specifically in her allergies. So I write more about all this in the book. I hope you guys enjoyed that little case study. All right. I'm going to answer now a question from a listener. So This listener asked this question. I feel stuck in menopause. What do I do? This comes from Beth in Dodge City, Kansas. She's a postmenopausal grandmother dealing with sleepless nights, brain fog, joint pain, fibromyalgia, gut issues, weight gain. She's tried supplements, nutritional coaching, testing. They helped some, given her some peace of mind, but she still feels stuck. She worries that without good sleep, all bets are off and she won't be able to keep up with her 4-year-old granddaughter. She's longing for restful sleep and knowing exactly what's wrong with her. What's the best path forward for Beth? Obviously not practicing medicine over the internet. This is just for education, right? So first of all, the shortest answer to this question is read the book, my book, that is, because I pack a ton of information in there that I've used to help women perimenopausal, postmenopausal feel better with and without bioidentical hormones. So first question worth asking when someone approaches me with a case like this, why do so many women feel like they fall apart during menopause? So hormones are what keep us healthy and young. They prevent us from turning into little old people. Now, what that means is that when we, or women, hit menopause, those hormone levels drop dramatically. Men go through andropause, which is more gradual, but they also lose these hormones that keep them young. And in both sexes, there's something called thyropause, which is where thyroid hormone levels inexorably decline with age. And as these hormone levels decline, aging accelerates. I'm going to say that again. Aging accelerates overwhelmingly. If you look at the bioidentical hormone literature, what happens when you dose hormones or bioidentical hormones appropriately is that you see patients feeling and functioning better for longer. Aging process seemingly slows down, which is why I'm such a believer in bioidentical hormones. And all of it could go away if you get them on the proper dose of thyroid hormone. I'll be candid that as I get older with patients, more and more the conversation, if they're not on hormones, that I have with them is, yes, we're trying to control all of this with diet and lifestyle and foundational habit and behavior change and light therapy and all the rest of it, right? But at the end of the day, The hormones really punch above their weight and they really help. So I'm always a great advocate for starting them when women and men are ready for them. Okay. Now, the other thing that women face in menopause is that hormones become imbalanced. These imbalances create much of the symptom burden that women experience in menopause. Now, a lot of the things that we do in the practice that we share with women that I write about in my book help balance the hormones so that women don't need to take medications to block or transform or change or manipulate their hormones, which I see a lot of people doing and can be appropriate in certain contexts. And we start there because it only makes sense to do those good, healthy foundational things, right? Then you can supplement the hormones in order to fix these imbalances. And so when I hear of a woman who can't sleep during menopause, there's a few things that I immediately Immediately zero in on. So number one, often these women will see their sleep radically improve if they will add a fist or 2 fist-sized portions of a root vegetable at dinner. Think potato, sweet potato, beet, turnip, rutabaga, carrot, parsnip. I love root vegetables. If you didn't know that about me, it's one of the reasons why they're in our 14-day reset diet, which you can find at drstillmanuncensored.com. If you want to know the top 10 habits we share with patients when we start them in the practice, and they're also the first 10 habits of our 30-day immune Wellness Roadmap, which we share with patients and members of our community. More on that later. Okay. So that's what we do when women have these hormonal imbalances and when they're dealing with sleep in particular. I start with the root vegetable at dinner, and then I'll usually make the strong recommendation that they try bioidentical progesterone, and we'll start them anywhere from 25 to 100 milligrams. Usually 100 milligrams does the job, and then we'll taper up from there to 200, 300, 400 milligrams. And if that doesn't work, we have to go back and troubleshoot more about their sleep. I could talk much longer about this, but in the interest of time, we're just going to drop it there. Okay. Question number 2, why does poor sleep accompany so much disease? So sleep is when we repair our bodies. And so when we don't sleep deeply, we do not repair. And many patients have poor sleep and don't realize it. They find out when they put a fitness tracker on, we deduce it from asking them the right questions in our history-taking progress. process. The first thing we push— the first thing that we focus on with patients is breathing mechanics. Now, this is actually regardless of what's going on with their sleep, and it might surprise you to hear this, but it turns out that if you don't fix breathing mechanics, sleep will really never be optimal. And there's more on that in my book, chapter 3. I cover breathing mechanics in some detail. And so that's the first thing we focus on. And actually a lot of sleep problems will solve themselves if you just fix breathing mechanics. The second thing we focus on for sleep quality is really foundational fundamental habits that people have to engage in every single day and every single night. And really, this may surprise you to hear, but it turns out that your sleeping process starts in the morning. The amount of light you get, particularly early in the morning, will really have a dramatic impact on your sleep. We've seen that in many different studies, types of studies, and different designs. And so that's one of the things we focus on with patients is creating the optimal day to make sure that sleep happens at night. The results often life-changing from just these small things. I cover that more in my book in chapters 3 and 4. Okay. Why do supplements sometimes help, but not get people across the finish line. Overwhelmingly, I would say that this is poor supplement quality. When I've tested our vitamin C against competing vitamin Cs, good product, reasonable price point, reputable company recommended to me by another doctor. In fact, I found that we needed twice as much of the competing brand product as ours. And I've had so many people come to me over the years. Oh my gosh, your vitamin C is not like anything else I've ever tried. What makes it different? It's an extremely high quality product, extremely high quality. And I could go much deeper into that, but truly, if I'm not using my own vitamin C, I'm really just not using it at all. And this is just vitamin C. The B vitamins have this problem. The minerals have this problem. I could go on and on and on. There is so much just awful nutritional supplement product out there. It's staggering. And that's one of the reasons I'm convinced that when people come to work with us, even though they've tried other people's supplements, they've been to other fancy wellness doctors, whatever, they get totally different results. Why? We're actually using really high-quality stuff and we know it's high quality because our patients come back to us and tell us, I saw a huge difference with that. Next common mistake, the wrong dose. Some of the supplements and nutrients we use have these giant dose ranges. Like if you look at B6, your, you know, recommended daily intake is like 1 milligram or something. We'll use 200 milligrams in some people. And that might sound crazy, but when we actually look at their labs, We need that much in order to correct the biochemical abnormalities we're seeing in their results. So the dose has to be based on a combination of a history, the response to therapy, and the actual lab result that you're tracking in order to judge the success of your therapy. So that is something people frequently get wrong. Okay. Missing vitamins or minerals. There's so many different elements in the periodic table that are essential nutrients. There's so many different vitamins, and then there's things that are sort of close to vitamins like inositol and choline that have gone in and out of vogue as vitamins. And people will just not get the thing that they need most. And at the end of the day, it's a bit like, well, if your car has a problem with its spark plugs and you replace the engine and the engine filter and the transmission and the fuel line and the fenders and the windshield, it doesn't run any differently because you missed the thing it needs to run. Right. So we'll frequently see that we'll find the right supplement for someone and they'll just come alive because that was the thing limiting their body's ability to heal. The next problem that I see commonly is inconsistent dosing. So what we find very consistently in practice is that the patients who get to that 80, 90% of the result they're looking for, and we ask it exactly this way, if 0 is where you started with us and 10 is where you'd like to be, where are you now? The people who get to 8, 9, 10 out of 10, those people are consistently dosing the supplements we give them. And that looks like 80% or more of doses. And as soon as compliance drops into the 60, 50, 40% range, It can be the analogy I would give you is it's like trying to get a car out of a ditch. If you've only got 40% of the manpower necessary to push the car up the hill, you're going to feel like you're going nowhere because you are, or you'll be going backwards. And this leads many patients to the unfortunate conclusion, oh, well, that therapy didn't work for me. You didn't work hard enough at the therapy, not trying to belittle or denigrate their effort, but you have to realize sometimes your consistency is the problem. And that's why I actually prefer to do less with patients and have them do it more consistently, which is also why we don't just give everyone 100 things to do at the initial appointment because they get totally overwhelmed. And my coaches on our team will come back to me routinely and say, yeah, they were totally overwhelmed in your initial consult, even with just the 10, 15 things you gave them to do. And they had 1,000 questions for me and I had to answer all of them. And guess what? That's why coaching is so valuable. You're gonna have questions. You're gonna not be sure what to do. You're gonna want more support. So we build that into our program so that you can see me. I can give you a clear understanding of where I think you are, what I think is going on. The coach can then clarify everything, give you your clear next steps, and really help you move forward and be consistent because that's the key. And then the last thing I see, last mistake I see people making with supplements and other protocols is they don't give them enough time to work. So the really tough thing to know or One of the really tough things to come to terms with is that sometimes you're going to feel poorly or even worse for weeks or months at a time when the therapy you're using is actually working. This always makes me think of Kenna's story. So if you don't know who Kenna is, she's one of our coaches. I recorded a podcast with her that gives you a really good story of how we deal with a case like hers, which she presented to us as a patient initially for mold toxicity. And she felt poorly for 5 months and it turns out it was the vitamin C. Now, when she stopped the vitamin C, she felt worlds better and all of her problems that she came to us with were gone. That doesn't mean the vitamin C was bad for her. It means that it was mobilizing her body's ability to repair and heal. And it was taking it that led her to the outcome that she ultimately achieved with us. Right. And that, that inspired her to join our team as our VA and now as our coach. So I talk more about this in chapters 5 and 6 of my book. So that's all the time we have for today. As always, ask me your questions. The link is below wherever you're watching this. If you'd like to book a call evaluation with a member of my team, we would love to help you check out the link below. It's stillmanmd.link/live. If you're a coach or practitioner, join our training program. Link is also below this video on Facebook, YouTube, wherever else there is a description. All right, everyone. Take care. Thanks for joining me. Have a great day.
