One of those reservations that just had me saying, yes, awesome. Little turnover, full occupancy, and a nice nightly rate. But when they checked out, my housekeeper was not very happy. They had pets in the property and things got out of hand. But today I still allow pets, but I don't just allow them without putting a lot of thought into it and careful procedures in place.
