And so I want to break down five things that we can all be doing every time to make sure that we earn five star reviews, even if we don't have a perfect property. So the first step to make sure that we're always earning five star reviews, even if our property is not perfect, is to make sure we have an accurate and honest listing. We have to set the right expectations. We're not going to be able to earn a five star review if we leave out some issue or something that a guest is going to discover when they show up to the property that they didn't already know about.
