Tim Hubbard’s YouTube tutorial "How to Use Booking.com" gives practical advice for hosts expanding from Airbnb to Booking.com. In this excerpt he recommends using property-management/channel-management software (examples: Hostfully, Hostaway, Porter, Smartbnb) to integrate calendars across platforms; he notes calendar sync is straightforward but warns that Booking.com uses different cancellation policies than other platforms, which requires attention.

If you're thinking about going on booking.com or branching out, maybe you're just on Airbnb right now. There's lots of software to help us integrate the calendars. You can use Hostfully or Hostaway, or your Porter or Smart bnb. These are all management software programs that'll help you integrate those. But the calendar integration is not really the most difficult part. That's actually pretty easy. What becomes a little more difficult is that you're going to have a whole different set of cancellation policies. They're not going to be exactly like Airbnbs, they're not going to be exactly like homeaways. So keep that in mind.
