These are programs that allow us to monitor our housekeeping, to create custom checklists, and to really interact with our housekeepers on a very transparent if you're having any trouble tracking your housekeeping or having housekeeping issues, or you've built a big portfolio and you've got a bunch of maintenance items that are kind of hard to track, well, this is a good piece of software you can use.
