I've basically started with co hosting. Before I even knew what co hosting was, I had been hearing about Airbnb. So I was like, mom, dad, like, could I list this place on Airbnb and get a percentage for hosting it? They were like very skeptical to let me take their precious home and turn it into a short term rental. But once I got them on board, we made I've seen a lot of people who just have a checklist and they're like, okay, hot tub, check. Sauna, check. Cold plunge, check. But if you're going to go that route, the best advice I've heard from designers is I think like, the middle class class of short term rentals is going to get pushed out. All of them are doing between 150 to 200,000 in revenue.
