A bone marrow buddy is a coach or close friend who gives you vital support during career shifts. Keep reaching out to new opportunities while staying connected to people who remind you what you need to perform at your best.
Find your bone marrow buddies. So a bone marrow buddy is somebody that's, you know, really going to inject the most life-giving force into you possible. That could be a coach. It could be a deep friend who believes in you and champions you. And you still have to go out and let's say that, you know, your business has changed and now you have to figure out kind of a different way to make a living. You still have to go out and knock on doors, but do it in a way that also has enough contact back with those people and those resources that are going to feed you and nourish you and remind you of what you need yourself to be your best.
