Susan here with a coaching tip on how to conclude a coaching conversation. If you remember these 3 words: new, do, conclude, that will help you guide the coaching conversation to a conclusion that really serves the client. So the new is what is new from this conversation? What have you learned about yourself? What have you learned about the situation? And allow the client to articulate really what that new learning or those new insights have been. Secondly, do. What are you going to do with that information? How are you going to experiment with it? What do you want to What would you like to try out as a result of this new thing that you've learned? And then conclude. Always give the client the opportunity to be able to say, this is how I'd like to close today. So how would you like to conclude our time? What would you like to say to close? What would feel like a good way to close? So new, do, conclude. Lovely way to really stay client-centered in closing the conversation.
