Our Level 1 Career Pathway is designed for coaches who are specifically working with people in career transition. Whether you're helping to create career paths within an organization or helping individuals transition between jobs or industries, this pathway is for you. In addition to helping support the clients you're working with, this pathway also meets all of the requirements for the International Coach Federation's ACC, or Associate Certified Coach credential. We start with our Certified Career Management course. This class is going to give you everything you need from a foundational coaching perspective to understand what coaching is, how it works, and how you can use it to help people in career transition. And then you'll get into the Academy Certified Strengths course, which is specifically going to train you on debriefing assessments that will help individuals tap into their strengths, be more confident in who they are, so they can get the job that they want. By completing these two classes, you not only earn two certificates with the academies, you also have everything that you need to complete the ICF's ACC, or Associate Certified Coach credential. We give you a certificate that says Level 1 certificate on there. You have all of the training and mentor hours required. From there, you go to the ICF, give them your certificate, verify that you've done your coaching hours. They will send you an exam, and then once you complete that, you have everything you need for your ACC credential.
