Hey, it's Susan. I know that many of us are kind of ready to say good riddance to 2020, and as we start to wind down the year, I know that at the same time it sort of is a year that just really warrants, invites us to consider what have we been through and how are we different as a result of that. I know that every one of us has a thousand data points that we could point to over the year that, you know, the lows, the highs, the fears, the insights the pauses, the pivots, and over the course of the year, the many, many changes that every one of us has made. And some of those changes are subtle and small. Some have been inconceivably big. I was talking with a friend who's a partner in a global consultancy firm this week, and he said, Susan, if you had told me at the beginning of 2020 that we would be doing work virtually, I would have just thought that is inconceivable. And, you know, for him, the norm was to hop on a plane every week and sometimes be on 2 or 3 continents in the same month, and that certainly is not the case anymore. So it's just surprising changes for us this year, many unwelcome, and then also, as we look back, many welcome in the sense that it has made us different human beings. So just wanted to invite you this year, as you start to kind of watch the calendar finish off for 2020, to pause and consider where some maybe poignant moment that comes to mind that just really strikes you as a place where you have shown up and your tenacity has come through, you're proud of that, your creativity has come through, You're proud of that. Your resiliency has come through. Your humanity has come through. Places where you can just appreciate what you've done and how it's made a difference in your life and the lives of the people that you live with, love, work, play with. So if 2020 brought us anything, it certainly reminded us that we are connected and how much stronger we can be both individually and collectively when we come together. So, sending you my light and love.
