My name is James Beeman, and I'm excited to be teaching the Certified Career Management Coach program. Well, my favorite thing about the CCMC program is actually the trainees. You know, they bring a lot of information to the sessions, and they bring— and connecting with them in the sessions is fantastic. But also, I really like the content. I appreciate how Susan has shifted the content over the years, evolved it to include really some brain-friendly information that have helped the job seeker make transitions much more easily and helped us as coaches be able to connect with them in more meaningful ways. So one of the ways that I think the CCMC program makes a positive impact is that it enables coaches, but but also their clients to be able to move towards the careers that they really want, to increase their belief, to increase their focus, to increase their clarity and their passion on what they really want to achieve in their life and career and make that positive and significant impact. So a lot of coaches when they first come in, a lot of trainees when they first come in, they're focused primarily on helping somebody shift sort of the external pieces, right? The industry, the job title, the, maybe the geography where somebody is wanting to move to. And what we see as trainees move through the program is their shift is away from not just the circumstances or the situation that the client presents, but really about who the client is becoming, who they're evolving to be. And so the conversation deepens to look at purpose, it looks at values, It looks at strengths, it looks at skills, and it looks at kind of these deep underlying themes that are in each of our lives, but as a coach we're able to listen for those themes, pull them out, and really champion those in the lives of our clients. So what I notice as the CCMC class goes along is there's a camaraderie that's built with different people helping professionals, HR professionals, trainers, coaches, even recruiters who come together and really are wanting to learn how to unlock and unleash their clients' potential. But as they're doing so, they're unlocking and unleashing their own potential and learning how to create safe environments for other people. So it's, it's just a joy to watch how we go from being a whole bunch of different people at the beginning of the class to being a real team that's focused on ways to grow other people as individuals. So what are you waiting for? Come on, join the fun!
