In this presentation, the speaker outlines the Level 1 Leadership Pathway offered by The Academies, which consists of two sequential courses that together provide two academy certifications and fulfill the training and mentor‑hour requirements for the International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. The first course, Certified Executive in Leadership Development Coach, equips coaches to work one‑on‑one with leaders on personal growth topics such as micromanagement reduction and work‑life balance. The second course, Certified Leadership Engagement and Impact, advances coaches to team‑level leadership work, covering psychological safety, diversity, equity and inclusion, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and strengths‑based coaching. Completion of both courses yields a Level 1 certificate, the necessary mentor hours, and a pathway to submit documentation to ICF for the ACC exam and credential.
