Coaching really is a process that helps people tap into their internal resources and realize that they have the strengths, they have the, the perspective that can help them navigate through that uncertainty. So it's less about changing the circumstance, but more about changing your perspective and your approach to realize that you do have everything you need to navigate through it. Oftentimes new coaches are very focused on the, the how-to. How can I help the client figure out the solutions or the strategies to navigate through their situation? If the coach is focused primarily on the problem or the situation, change doesn't ultimately happen for the client. When they change their, their thinking, their beliefs, their way of being, then that's where real transformation and results actually happen.
