Quick story: I heard a job seeker once, once say, I tried networking last week, it's— it didn't work. Like, you tried it one time last week, it didn't work. Not the principle. However, from a brain perspective, um, one of the things that the brain has to have to create that new neuroplasticity so that this becomes familiar and it becomes comfortable is repetition. We need like novelty, emotional resonance, association, and repetition. And that repetition is the thing that's going to help the brain make this easeful, so you won't need as much energy to do it in the future once you become— once it becomes more automatic. So, so, yeah, great insight.
