You remember in the module, design thinking talks about 3 phases. So if you have funneling to 3 ideas, because exploring more than 3 is an awful lot for anybody. So if we think about 3 options from the design thinking phase, the first being the one that's kind of the one that you expect to happen, your first choice, the second one being the backup, or if that first choice can't happen, what's that next best, or what's the second lane I could explore, and then the wildcard option, meaning like my dream job, the crazy out of reach but really, really, really would love to do. So we're going to go into that with 3 options to think about: the first choice, the second choice, the third choice, and use the Tinker Toy and the strengths that are in the chat to start coaching.
Specifically, we're wanting to really look at, okay, how are— how is this person moving the client from the insight to action phase? That's pretty important to do today.
