Paste the video link into ChatGPT and ask: "Summarize this video into bullet points with an 'explain it like I'm five' explanation for each key topic, followed by a list of every website link, ChatGPT prompt in the description and any resources/books mentioned. Then create an SOP describing step-by-step how to do everything in the video (so an assistant can do it), and include a catchy subject line requesting my assistant learns this process and starts doing it for me."

And Tony Robbins says Mike is an extraordinary man. He brought insights on how to reach people on the Internet that are so valuable. This is a man you should deal with. He's a serial entrepreneur. 5 successful exits, 17 times best selling author. And he helps entrepreneurs create their next act. He's the secret weapon of founders who want to find better customers who pay more and are looking to create and launch a new business after an exit and build magnetic personal brand that multiplies the value of everything they do. His expertise and success has led them to work with major brands and high profile clients such as Sony, BMW, 20th Century Fox, Best Buy and 3M. And as a pioneer in teaching AI, Mike has taken the stage at Tony Robbins events, Peter Diamantes, mit eo, ypo, Strategic Coach, Genius Network and many more. So thank you for joining us today, Mike, on how AI can help amplify your message.
All right. Hi. It's nice to be here.
You're like, like the six million dollar Man. I don't know. More than that. Trillion dollar man. I guess we should say you've done a lot of things and you're incredibly powerful in the work that you do or you, of course you wouldn't be on such stages. Tell us a little bit about why this iteration of your business has really focused on AI and how you help entrepreneurs and executives in that realm.
Well, what I think every time there's a new technology that shows up, I always think like, how can I take advantage of this and use it? And I'll give you a little history and then I'll answer your question. Because sometimes the history lesson is more important than the answer to the question. So I started coding when the Apple II was brand new. So I was 14 years old and I taught myself how to program and I was never good at school. For me, I'll tell you how sports minded I am. I was the kid in left field catching moths with my my glove while the ball rolled by me. And I Didn't even notice it until someone was screaming at me, okay, I, so I've got ADHD like you wouldn't believe. And. But when I taught myself how to code, I wound up writing video games. And then I started one of the first digital marketing agencies in 1989. So we were one of the first to ever incorporate what at the time was called interactive multimedia. This is pre web. This is back when we made sales presentations on floppy disks, then later on CD roms and we did some of the first early websites. And then if you fast forward a little bit, when the Internet came along, I figured out how to rapidly get traffic online and mechanized SEO. I created a product called Traffic Geyser, which was one of the first subscription products that would put video all over the Internet all at once and you could rank top 10 on just about every search engine in 20 minutes. And then I did one of the first platforms that did mobile text marketing. So I had some patents in that area and we did the first two way interactive mobile text marketing platforms. And then when Amazon came along and allowed us to self publish, I created a product that helped author, well pack help business owners write books and become bestsellers. And then we did all sorts of things to amplify their message with media. And going back to my earliest days, I was interested in AI back in the late 70s, so that ages me now. But the point was back then there was no way to do anything with it without writing really hard code and learning languages that were indecipherable and nothing was optimized. So as of now, when we're recording this, literally if I, if I were to reveal the date, we're recording this. So I'm going to just say it's November 21st, exactly a year ago tomorrow, OpenAI released ChatGPT to the public. And I had been dabbling in some early versions, but when that happened, the lights went on and I was like, this is as important to humankind as fire in the Internet. And so I think the answer to your question ultimately comes down to if you think about what is happening to every business, whether you like it or not, whether you know it or not, is it's possible for all of us to invent something and make it real in real time. In other words, I can talk to an AI and have it turn an idea into an image or an idea into a software product. You can train an AI to think like you and talk like you and respond like you. So we're building, for example, tools that allow us to listen to A conversation, and then write a proposal based upon a conversation in near real time that would take the work and do the work of like one person in 40 minutes to four hours and sometimes four days. And faster than you could ever communicate and delegate it to a human. It can be done. And I'm of the opinion that AI can make us more human, more collaborative, more connected, by getting rid of the annoying, repetitive robotic work that humans hate to do. Anyway, I think the human brain is really designed to innovate and create and collaborate. And this is a collaboration partner. It multiplies our human nest. And so that's my shorter answer to your question. But I don't think it would be as meaningful without the journey. Maybe it would, but I'll stick to my version of history in the future.
Yeah, you're coming, coming around full circle on what matters now. So, look, I think like many entrepreneurs and some executives, I'm using AI and I'm scratching the surface, right? I'm starting to use it to help create the first draft for blog posts and using it in our social media. So we can take what we have written after I rewrite what I see and take that and put that out into various channels and little snippets of it, certainly this pod. So basically this whole podcast is using AI, but that's about the extent of I'm using it. And there's so much more that I feel like I. I don't know and I don't know how to do it. So tell me what, what would you recommend people start to look at or start to do to get themselves more immersed in such a technology?
I'm going to give you a direct example and answer your question. And then I'm going to tell you how I help people arrive at the right way to go about immersing themselves into AI and how I would put it, how to think in AI, how to use the tools, but also how to keep up with. Most people say, I'm completely overwhelmed. I don't know where to start. Like, there's so many tools out there. In fact, there's about a thousand apps are launched a week.
Yes, it's insane.
So I'll give you a practical, tactical example. There's a product that you can use with your podcast right now called Cast Magic. So literally, as soon as we're done recording this, you could upload the audio and it will go through and write an intro, it'll write the social blog posts, it'll time code the entire interview you, and then it will also make A list of all the questions that got asked. And it'll create timestamps for everything, which normally would take a team, I don't know, four to eight hours to do all that stuff. And it'll do it in about 15 minutes. So I would say now to some people producing a podcast, they like, oh my God, where's my job going? And I'd be like, how about focus on the hard stuff that makes the biggest difference, which is building and getting more followers, getting more subscribers to the podcast. That's the true value. The, you know, again, this is terrifying to some creatives. It's like, well, that's what I get paid for, is all the production stuff. And it's like, well, I get it. And the, you know, one thing that AI is doing is it's doing a better job of repetitive tasks so that you can create higher value, you know, so I'm always say, have humans do the highest value stuff, which is, again, the greatest currency is that of trust. That is where we should be investing our time. And so when I talk to people about what to learn and how to learn, the first thing I would say is there's a. And I didn't make this up, but I use it a lot is F A F O, which is F around and find out. So what we want to do is first of all get a ChatGPT plus subscription so you can play around. And then what I do every single day. And I'm going to give you a really good hack right now. It's how I consume about 30 hours of content in less than 30 minutes a day. So I use AI to learn faster, comprehend faster, and delegate faster. So that's going to produce more value. So how is that done? There is a couple of channels on YouTube that I trust, so I don't do any social media at all just because I find it to be a giant time suck, a waste of time, and there's just too much evil afoot that is untrustworthy. Nothing about it is trustworthy. So I do go on YouTube because it's easier to find trustworthy content there. And for the most part it's hard to rig. So there's a couple of people I follow. One of them is a guy, his name's Matt Wolf. W O L F E. He goes by the name Mr. E Flo, which is actually Wolf spelled backwards. I just learned that this last week. So he is constantly testing out and trying out lots and lots of AI tools. There's another guy named Matthew Berman and they're Just nerds who are playing with the latest and greatest. Well, if I watched all these videos every day, it could easily consume 30 hours of my day. So the first thing I do when I wake up is I go on YouTube and I search for an idea, a topic that I need help with that I want to learn, or if I have a problem I want to solve, I search for it and I find something recent from someone who has the most subscribers and the most views. That's where I begin. And I'll get the link to that video. And I created a prompt that I'm going to give to everyone who's listening to this right now that I paste that link into ChatGPT with this prompt. And what it does is it goes out and effectively does the equivalent of watching the video. It actually goes and gets the transcript. And the prompt that I paste in is this. It says, I want you to summarize this video into bullet points with an explain it like I'm five explanation of each key topic, followed by a list of every website link, chat, GPT prompt in the description of the links and any resources or books mentioned in the video. And then follow up with an SOP Standard Operating Procedure process that describes how to do everything in this video step by step, in a fashion I can share with my executive assistant to do it for me. Then include a catchy subject line requesting that my assistant learns this process and starts doing it for me. Now, that was what's known as a compound prompt. But here's what happens. Inside of about a minute, this thing can go watch, summarize, create an entire process of just about any video. And I can glance at it, look at it, and then decide if I want to learn it or do it, which I've got everything I need now to do it, or I can delegate that to someone on my team so they can learn how to do it and do it for me. So the point of this is, how do you get started, use it to create, leverage and learn from trusted sources of information as quickly as possible. I can guarantee if you're futzing around on TikTok and Instagram and Facebook, you're going to get 99% garbage. And those platforms are completely untrustworthy. They lie and they steal money. Okay. And they only propagate people who are attention seekers, in my opinion, untrustworthy characters, okay? And it it the algorithms are designed to feed you more garbage that is outrage focused. Again, completely untrustworthy. There's nothing about these platforms that you can trust any longer. And Like I say, people who waste their time on these platforms are time wasting fools. So what I do is I go somewhere that I can reasonably trust. Got it? Yeah, it's, it's worse than television with.
AI and with the, with, with the ability create fake images, take videos like you don't know what you're looking at out there.
No, on, on YouTube. Now one of the things they've recently instated is when you create stuff with AI you have to specify that it is or they are going to dock you or banish you from the platform. Which I think is smart. I think we have to, we have to operate again. Their only currency that matters on this planet is that of trust. So on a negative side of AI, I'm going to go off on a tangent here, but it's important because people will be like, well, well, well, well, well, well there's. So we are probably going to see the last true human election because it is really, really easy to deepfake anyone's video or voice. Okay, I can do it in about 15 minutes. And what you could have right now are an army of chatbots that you could target certain people. I'd target old people at first and then who have family members who are online. So I could train a bot to learn everything about how you communicate, what you sound, what you look like, and then pose as your relative starting a conversation with you on social media, which again, idiots are on social media, time wasting idiots. But you're going to be a target faster than anything else and then they're going to find ways to steal money from you through your banking account. And if that's done in mass, like a hundred thousand people at a time, that's a problem. And right now I can buy on the dark web any information about anyone for nothing. And that includes any kind of information about you, your mother's last name, your Social Security number, etc. Etc. So it's relatively easy to create evil chatbots that do evil things. Now there's lots and lots of smart people trying to figure out how to do this. Just remember that the defense costs seven times more than the offense. That is Sun Zoo, Art of War kind of stuff. So that's the scary part of AI is it could be trained to do very bad things, and that's very real. I happen to decide to only allow happy things into my head. And I choose to live in a world of abundance. And I believe that most people are good people who want to do good things and not be terrorized by bullies and bureaucracies and politicians and bad governments. So if I hope that didn't take a turn to the evil here, I just, you know, someone eventually brings it up.
It is pretty mind blowing. I mean we, yeah, if I think about this podcast we, we do put out like letting people know on Facebook and Instagram and about it and I wonder, could it be used for a nefarious purpose?
Yeah. So despite my hyperbolic, I use it too. I just don't look at it. So I don't, I don't have TikTok or Instagram installed on my phone and I never go on Facebook. I have a team that does it for me and what I can tell you is because I use it, a lot of people walk up to me and say, I can't believe how much blah blah, blah you do. And I'm like, yes. What I found is it gives me zero leverage for me to be on it personally. But it is a necessary evil. So despite the fact that I'm crap talking it, I do use it. And it is a necessary part of having a platform as it would be for anyone who's in the public face. It's just a matter of where do you invest your time. So you know, again, that I totally agree with.
Yes.
Yeah. And AI can be useful. It's just I know a lot of people who spend three hours a day on it and I'm like, why aren't you focused on the only thing that matters, which is building trust, creating amazing content and creating a multiplier of value for your audience or your fans. And I've always treated it like a one way street. Quite frankly, I have other people checking it and getting back to me with stuff that is useful and filtered only because, you know, again, I just don't let evil things inside my brain.
Yeah. Well, I like now if you don't.
Want to get sick, don't lick toilets. Yeah.
So tell us when, when I hear about AI, I hear about all these amazing things you can do. But I don't know, like Sue, I appreciate your practical tip of like what I, I need to know how to do it right. So giving us that prompt was, was super helpful. Are there other things that we need to know? Ideas for how we can use it and how exactly to do that?
Yeah. So I'm going to give you a mindset, a couple mindsets that are most important because again, I think it's the answer to your question. It has to do with first principles, thinking so that you can properly select the right tactics to do what you Want to do?
Yeah.
So typically, what I do when I'm on stage, for example, and I actually have a little bottle that does this. So I'll tell you what the bot is, and then, you know, folks who want to try this out can actually see it for themselves. And I'll guide you through how I get people to think in AI, which is. Is part of this, because first of all, it's just knowing what's possible for you. And then once you understand that, it's knowing how to think in AI, how to do. How to do the prompting, how to do compound prompting. So it's like learning a little language. Yes. And then once you do that and you're thinking in it the right way, then it's a lot easier. So I begin and I'll give you a little a place to go. So if you're. If you're listening to this or watching this on your phone right now, you can go to my website, which is Mike Koenigs dot com. Chat now, just one word, chat now. And a little bot will come up and ask you a few questions. And the important questions are, what's your biggest opportunity that's in your way right now? So if I said, Susan, what. What do you believe is the biggest opportunity you have facing you in front of you right now that you're super excited about that either you wish you could take advantage of, but you maybe can't because of time, money, resources, people, capabilities, tools, or know how, what might that be?
Well, we have two products that we just came together that allow a much more scalable use of all the content that we've developed. And one of that is the Leadership Edge, which is how to take the Enneagram and really implement it in teams to accelerate team performance. And the other one is how an individual can use the Enneagram to understand their Enneagram style and create a development goal for themselves and learn where they can grow.
Fantastic. So your goal, I would assume then is you got to get the message out and get more people using it, who then engage with you and invest in more of your products and services that give them a better business life and a personal life.
Right.
So one of the things that we'll do together as we're workshopping this is I will show you how I would go about getting the word out. Okay. And I'm going to give you some practical tools that will do that for you and accelerate it. Okay. So that's number one. The second question that the bot asks is right now, what is the biggest Bother. You have like the biggest annoyance. It drives you nuts and it's sucking up your life force, your energy, your team. And it is the opposite of living inside what Dan Sullivan calls your unique ability or what I say inside your superpower or your zone of genius.
Related to this product or related to something else, just period.
Yep, it could be, but, but it like what annoys you more than anything, it's like every day it's like getting.
Through email replying, you know, all of, all of those pieces.
Great. So it's, it, it sounds to me like it's going to be anything that re that's related to someone trying to impose their agenda on you that becomes your to do list, which includes email. So it's like what's important and what's not. It's filtering through the garbage and probably the follow up, follow through process.
Yeah. And same for my outbound. You know, I have a great business development meeting, but now I've got to craft a response back with the corresponding material. Right. Or someone offers, let's, you know, those, those are the, those are the best examples.
Great. That's awesome. So then the third is what is your biggest dream that you have right now that you wish you could get around to that you know, would amplify and accelerate your visibility, your value and give you the most peace of mind, the most freedom that you seek?
Well, where I really want to go is spending more time on stage getting out the message about enlightened leadership through various techniques, using the Enneagram, using the leaders playlist, which is music that's one piece. And then having people have the resources to be able to leverage those messages in a way that makes real change in their life. And these two products are just the start of it. But Mike, I can tell you after doing this work for over 20 years, I have so much content like I am. There's no shortage of content. It's how do I amplify it and get it out to people in a way that they can use without me having to be present or a member of my team. Present 101, how do we digitize it and make it useful? And it feels as though translating that is more challenging than in, in the field of leadership development than you might otherwise realize.
Yes. So, so I'm going to go through each of these with you while I'm answering the big questions. So what I will lead you through right now is something I call the trillion dollar mindset. Because again, these are first principles thinking. And then I'm going to actually Go through each one of your three things and I'm going to AI ify it with you and for you. But also you'll find where your greatest opportunities are. And I'll do this in a way that's relatable to our listening and our viewing audience. Okay, so I can do this. Would you like me to show this visually also? So I'm going to share my screen and, and for anyone watching this video, you'll be able to see it. But the basic premise behind this is when we go back in history, the industrial revolution created millionaires. And I again, this is my cynical, hyperbolic self saying not that long ago, the only way to really become a millionaire is if you inherited it, stole it, or nationalized something. You know, government steal, bureaucracies steal, politicians steal, and so do kings. Okay, it's monarchs. But it wasn't really possible for an individual to have enough accumulated wealth to make a huge dent somewhere unless they got it through nefarious means. And I know there's probably exceptions to that, but if you go through history, that's usually the case. You had to kill someone or steal it. And then the Internet revolution created billionaires. And we've got a bunch of them around us right now, whether it's the Elon Musk's or the Steve Jobs or the Bill Gates, there's many, many, many, many, many thousands of billionaires worldwide. A rich because of technology or because of something the Internet made possible. It's my opinion that the AI revolution will create trillionaires. So I'm going to break this down into the section so the millionaire mindset to me right now. So if you're not a millionaire, you want to become a millionaire or make your business more valuable, you can use off the shelf tools like Chat, GPT or there's another tool called Claude AI that is HIPAA compliant, for example, or any number of apps I told you about, Cast Magic, for example. So if your team or you learn how to use these tools, you can be more effective. And it also means that the value of your business can increase. So right now if you sold your business, you'd get a multiple based on your EBITDA. So if you had a $10 million business that had about 2 million in EBITDA, you might get 2x to maybe 5x. That meaning it'd be a 4 to $10 million acquisition if someone bought it, if it were viable. But even if you increase your revenue, it's still linear. So for example, one of the things that we do is every time I speak. Remember I asked you those three questions? I had a bot that asks those and, and I accumulate them. Now I've got hundreds of responses. So we build playbooks that solve people's problems. They're like copy, paste prompt guides. So if you want to clone yourself, we have a prompt guide. If you want to write all your social media or build a brand, it's like an instruction manual where you copy a prompt, you paste it in, you get a response. And we've been building IP around this. So the lesson here is capture your IP and make it accessible to other people. Yeah, so like you talked about, I want to get my message out. Well, what if you could create a custom signature talk, the equivalent of your TED Talk for an audience, and get it done in minutes instead of days or weeks, so you could do more speaking or get more messages out to get more bookings. All right, we built one called Clone Yourself that listens to conversations you have with your clients, writes follow up messages, and then even writes proposals. It's like a collection of prompts. Yes, so, so that's step one is you've gotta train yourself and train other people to use these tools and you can become two to five times more effective and profitable without needing more people. So the billionaire mindset is to appify that. So for example, for you, well, I'll give you a couple real life examples. Then I'm gonna use an example of a Susan Drum, how you could put more of you out there without you having to be there. So we built a bot, for example, that it's on screen right now, but it asks you some questions. So it asks you about where you are in your business, where you want it to go, and then it builds a sales organization plan or strategy for you that looks like a magazine article. So it will be a blueprint. It'll create your job postings, it'll give you your sales strategy, your KPIs for your business. Like how to compensate someone. And it writes this whole thing in less than 10 minutes. It's about two days to two weeks worth of work. If someone did it manually for you. And they'd have to be an expert at this. Now you can have an AI do it.
Well, what I love about what you're doing here is you're giving people the actual prompts that work, that give you back stuff you can use. Because I've certainly played around and use these prompts. And yeah, it gets sort of.
But they're still like, yeah, it's work.
It got me 30% of the way there, which is better than nothing.
Yep. Yep. So here's another one we did for Kurt and Kristen Ludart. They, their backstory is they help helped the president, 14 governors, 15 senators, and 88 members of Congress get elected. And what we did is built a bottle that writes a highly customized report based on your information. So it's sort of like imagine if you had a bot that wrote your entire sales story, Susan, but it was customized based upon the needs of the audience. And it looks like McKinsey report. Right. It's beautiful. And we're growing that all the time. I've got one we're building right now that'll follow up with a customized deep fake version of me speaking. It'll say, hey, this is deep fake Mike talking to you, Susan, and you told me these three things. Here's how I can help you do that. And it'll do a ringless voicemail. It'll write a custom report. So. So I'm going to go back to imagine if you had a bot that was virtual, Susan, that would actually encode or decode someone's enneagram gram for them, and then just say, now, here's how we can use it. Book a call. Because you might find that doing the enneagram itself doesn't give you the in the competitive advantage, but it's your interpretation that does.
That's it.
Right.
It's our application. That's what we call it. Enneagram applied. Because that's just an assessment tool. But taking that and actually accelerating team performance or individual performance is really where we've done the work. Right, Right.
Yep.
These are really fascinating. So you and. And these are available on your website or how does somebody.
Yeah, I'll give you the links and you can try them. But now I'm going to give you the big one. This is. This is where the money's at and where the big money is for Susan. And like building a Susan bot that knows what you know right now is you can build a basic one for free using ChatGPT. They call them GPTs. They're like apps, and they're building an app store. So you could have a Susan bot that you train by literally uploading your book, creating a prompt that someone could feed in their enneagram results and answer a few questions, and boom, it would tell them something. Now it wouldn't write the custom reports. I mean, I've got programmers doing that. But the technology is moving so quickly that ordinary people can make these by learning some of the prompts. You know, and, and I, I say one of the most valuable things you can do is at least get your head around what' possible. And finding people to do this with you or for you is getting easier and less expensive all the time. But here's the big one, and this is the trillionaire mindset. So the basic idea is this. And I'm going to use an example of one of our clients. This is a guy named Ed. He's one of 16 franchise automotive dealers. What makes him unique is he sold over $2 billion worth of cars. Half a million transactions. So his mindset, what we developed is how can we use AI automation to have more time to create deep connections, trust and engagement. Meaning how can we be more human with the help of AI? So we broke down and looked at his entire business and determined there were seven things that his dealership's done differently over the past 30 years than anyone else to make that difference. And we came up with one of our bots, something that helps you book a test drive. So the before buying, the during buying, after buying process. So for Susan Drum, you spend a lot of time, first of all, educating people on why the Enneagram is important. Then you've got to educate people on how you can apply it to make a difference. And then you've got to sell someone into one of your products. It's a time consuming sales process. It's annoying and drives you nuts. Why can't you just present speak? Someone recognizes your genius and says, yes, I want that sooner. Fair enough. Am I speaking to the choir? We all have that problem.
Sure.
So what we've done with Eric is we developed a tool that not only he can use to make more money in his dealership, but now he can commercialize it. So if he had 100 out of the 16,000 auto dealers paying $10,000 a month, that's $1 million in monthly recurring revenue. That's a lot of money for something that's basically automated. Well, the valuation of a business that is rapidly growing high, MRR, completely automated, is worth 10 to multiples of revenue. Not EBITDA, that's a hundred to $200 million company with a hundred customers. So for you, imagine if you had a virtual Susan Drum tool that did a lot of the monkey work on a subscription basis, but then you could sell it to other business coaches. Let's say $2,500 a month. A hundred customers at 2,500 bucks a month, and it'd be a tool they could use to get and close more customers. That's 250 grand a month in monthly recurring revenue. The valuation of that would be $25 million. That is a saleable business.
Yeah.
That's incredible. With a hundred customers, that is a massive multiplier. So back to solving your core problem. Right now, I'm going to give you a resource. First of all, I'm going to stop and get your feedback on this, and then I'm going to solve your problem for you using AI.
Okay, Got it.
They.
Well, it all sounds like. That's. It sounds like almost like hocus pocus stuff, you know, like, wow, that's amazing. Somebody do that for me. I can't figure out how to do that. Yeah, it almost feels like overwhelming, but I want to look at that and play with it and see. But the implementation of it, it sounds good, but how would. How would it actually be implemented?
Yeah. Well, so right now I would say I'm going to give you the baby step. So the millionaire mindset is the first step, which is. So the, the prescription I have for you right now is, you know, the, the harder way is figure it out yourself and do it and, and educate yourself. Right. Or what most people do is they work with an AI, what we call a prompt engineer. It's someone who can listen to what you need and then turn it into prompts. The equivalent of what we call a playbook.
Yeah.
All right, so I can give you some examples of a playbook and demonstrate one for you. But the idea of what I would do is sit down and I'd say, hey, Susan, show me how you do what you do, and let's build a little bot that would engage someone and, you know, maybe build the enneagram and then interpret the results through your unique process and then give someone a pathway on what to do next. Because where you genuinely would make your money is in the next step. But the next layer would be to turn that into. And productize you so you can generate recurring revenue. So you're not always a dancing bear. That's the problem. We have a dancing bear business, and I have a. I have a dancing bear business, too. I've been a dancing bear hardcore for a year on the road. You know, I charge a lot of money for what I do because it's rare and hard to find, and we're really good at what we do, but I'm still a dancing bear. However, we built a recurring revenue business. Now, where we've got training, which I know that's one of the directions you want to go as well.
And You've got these Playbooks that you can sell by doing the work that you're doing, because you're getting that. And they're transferable to a lot of other businesses.
Yeah. And every time we get a new client, they're always like, God, I wish AI could do this. So we build a new Playbook which they can use, but now we're botifying it, we're appifying our Playbooks. So we are turning every one of our Playbooks into bots that now we can effectively have a subscription service. So the pathway forward for you, for example, is there's a website that my friend Matt Wolf has, it's called Future Tools IE and it's a place where you could type in basically any problem you have and there's a bot or an AI service that will do it with you or for you. Okay, okay. And there you can kind of cobble together some of the tools to do it, or you use my strategy I described you, which I'll give you the link right now and I'll put it in in chat for you. It's Mike Koenigs.com 3030 like 3030. It just goes straight to a YouTube video. And what that is, is my step by step video that demonstrates and gives you the script for how to do that time saver I told you about, where you learn 30 hours of content in 30 minutes. So again, I'll put it on screen just so you can see it here briefly. But here I've got this goofy smile and it's me just teaching you step by step how to do that thing inside of seven. Well, less than eight minutes. Okay. And it builds all this for you. So that's how I learn how to do this myself. Like, I've gone through the hard training.
Now when we do this is so powerful. I know we're, we're out of time, so I could spend all day doing this, but it's amazing, amazing. Thank you. What I love about what you did is you shared real specific. I'm going to go to these tools, I'm going to look at these prompts and I'm definitely going to look at some of these playbooks. So really, really mind blowing stuff. Any last information that you want to share with listeners before we let you go?
Well, what I can do for you is I have a link where you can get a playbook, a guide with some of my best prompts in it and tools, and then some of my most recent speaking gigs where I'm on stage teaching this stuff Step by step and go into a little more detail. And, you know, today my goal is how do I serve Susan and how do I serve her audience? So I'm thinking on the fly about where the big opportunities are. But if you go to mike koenigs.com freestuff, you'll get a whole bunch of really good tools. You can download my books for free, and it's my version of an effective fire hose. To get your head around this and start thinking in AI, dreaming in AI, learning the prompts, learning the tools, and then ways to immerse yourself further and fuller as well.
Awesome. Well, I really appreciate this and I appreciate you using me as a test case as well. So that was helpful, too.
Yeah, it's my pleasure. And it's. When I teach this stuff, I always try to get the audience engaged, ask them some questions, find something relevant, and literally in 10 minutes, we call them hot seats. I'll go and, like, build a marketing campaign on the fly. So we literally could take just what you said and build the email marketing campaign, the text marketing campaign, even your web copy in 10 to 15 minutes that you can use right now. And it's. And. And it isn't rocket science. It just requires first principles, thinking, organized thinking, and knowing. This is a Tony Robbins saying. But the quality of your life is directly proportional to the quality of the questions you ask. And AI teaches you very quickly the reason why most humans don't have what they want. It's because they ask terrible questions. And the reason why the relationships are terrible is because they say things that can be easily confused and misinterpreted, that do not have the intent behind them. And when you're communicating with AI, it makes you a better human. It makes you a better communicator, it makes you a more clear thinker. And that, to me, is one of the greatest benefits of becoming more human because of AI. Not for what it's going to take away from us, but what it's going to give to us.
Yeah. Thank you so much. And powerful questions are all what coaching is about. So I love that ending. All right, thanks so much, and let's all lead the way.
