Identify something within your industry that you disagree with and your lived experience has caused you to disagree and say it, because there's always going to be a wizard in your industry and there's always going to be an Elphaba, and you can be Elphaba, right? I often refer to this as a target problem where there is an issue that your industry has Most people are using generic language around that problem. If you come up with a specific name for that problem or phrase, that name and phrase is going to be associated with you pretty much across the board. So you're gonna be significantly more referable because people will be talking about that particular problem and referring it back to you.
And the leaders who thrive will be the ones who strengthen the uniquely human capabilities technology cannot replace.
