Shows the download source (an OpenAI community page), the simple install step (drag ChatGPT into Applications/Launchpad), and a brief tour of desktop-only features (previous conversations, model selection and custom GPTs, GPT Store, and the ability to upload files/photos and take screenshots). How to get your ChatGPT desktop app for Mac. Now this is what we're gonna dive in in this video. Without any further ado, let's get started step by step. First we're gonna go to this OpenAI community page. I will share the link in the comments below. Here you can find the link to download it for new users. So once we click on the link it will be downloaded for us. Next we just going to click on it and then drag and drop ChatGPT to our application. That's it. Then we go into our Launchpad. Click on ChatGPT. Here we go. This is the desktop version. You might have to sign up. I'm using it, testing it already. Just to give you a little bit of an overview what's different. You can see of course here your previous conversations. You have access here to different models and the custom GPTs as well as the GPT store. And this is here also a little bit different. You can upload files, photos, take screenshots and take photos. This is amazing. Drag and drop whatever you have. I hope that it was helpful, easy and straightforward, but most importantly where to find it because it's not in the app store yet. Thank you so much for watching. I look forward to hearing from you what you create with it and if this was helpful. So please leave a like that would support this channel or comment below what you would like to hear more about. Thank you so much. I see and talk to you soon.
