Are you ready to optimize your online business with AI? In this episode, I will walk you through a five steps system to successfully implement your personalized and aligned AI strategy. Hi, I'm Sylvia Stenkova and this is your place to be to turn online business overwhelm into growth opportunities. We focus on utilizing technology and AI and using it for us rather than being used by it in order to work less and live more. Let's dive in. You probably wonder how to get started, where to begin with, how to ensure success, and many other questions. Those five essential steps will support you to go through those topics. The first one is to define your aligned AI goals. I will share a few examples with you to get your creative juices flowing. And when you want to dive deeper into those topics and tools, come on over to our Conscious CEO Club, a free educational space for entrepreneurs that is online where we dive deeper in those kind of things. So when you think about sales, marketing, productivity, hr, training, operations, basically I would invite you to look at all the departments in your business. What is it, what you want to achieve there and how can AI support you or technology generally speaking, in order to get there easier, faster and simpler. When you think about sales, you can for example automate your email, slack and customer communication as well as writing process and reduce up to two hours of work per day depending on how much it is for you and utilize this time for different tasks. Marketing Use AI solutions to read your content and send it out to prospects in order to attract more sales and get more customers. Maybe you want to use even repurposed IO in order to use one piece of content and create more of them just by few clicks. Think trainings. You can create your whole onboarding process with AI for your employees, contractors or or even clients and you can adjust them whenever needed easily with just a few clicks without having to record them fully. Once again, think operations. Create entire meeting or interview notes within Otter AI and then copy paste it into ChatGPT to get the most important takeaways out of it. You can also use the Otter AI app on your phone where you can take take your notes on the go and have your transcript directly ready to go and repurpose for any other purposes. I think one of the greatest tools that we have productivity something that we all want to enhance, but especially when you think about utilizing your teams and your own calendar, you might want to consider using resample AI or they really interlock and optimize everybody's calendar for the best use so there are no certain slots that are unused, unproductive. So it's everything basically set up in the best possible way. Of course, productivity. I also think about the project management processes, but I talk about that in another video so you can check this out there as well. Start outlining what you want and start from there, one aligned AI action at a time. The second setup is assess your AI readiness. I think this is maybe the one thing that we most likely miss. So take action of your current capabilities and resources and identify any skills or tools that you need to develop or acquire in order to meet your aligned AI goals. Maybe you want to consider to delegate this to someone because you can and want to do that in order to make it as simple and effortless for you as well. Make sure you have everything before moving on with your AI plan. This should include all the steps that you need to take in order to reach your aligned AI goal, including something like tasks, timelines and resources required for that. So you have everything in place in a beautiful overview. Consider it like a project plan that can be of course also automated in a beautiful project management process. Make sure your plan is comprehensive and covers all the necessary details. However, keep in mind to stay and keep it simple in order to move forward faster and easier. We are almost there. So you have your ready aligned AI plan in your laptop, maybe in your favorite project management tool. Now it's time to take action. Start implementing your AI strategy like mentioned, one aligned AI action at a time. Monitor your progress, make notes where you want to develop this and optimize and involve AI or any kind of technology even more. And what can help you to work less and live more. For example, maybe you want to track AI performance metrics or ask for customer feedback depending on your personal choice. Stay on top of your AI strategy to ensure sustainable success and yes, we are there. Finally, the last and fifth step is to celebrate your achievements no matter how big or small they are. Take time to reflect on your AI strategy, start to think or on further AI aligned actions in order to have this ongoing improvement and ongoing learning curve for yourself. Keep on exploring, keep on learning and most importantly, maybe join even a community where you are surrounded by others that think about how to optimize and utilize everything that we can get within our AI and technology environment. So we will be using it and it will not be using us. I know that this is disruptive right now in our overall environment. I think sometimes a little bit overhyped. But when we start now with what we have, we will learn and then we will see all this, those growth opportunities rather than this online business over. Well, maybe some of your team members were involved as well. Reward them for those kind of things. It's exciting when someone has the curiosity for exploring new things, implementing them, and then eventually optimizing them. Well, that's it.
