Today's video is all about introducing AI into your business. You may have heard about AI and its benefits, but you may not know where to get started and where to find the right AI and tech tools for you. This is why we've created this beautiful done for you cheat sheet that I will share with you just in a few seconds. So let's dive in. Foreign. So so if you are wondering how to start to use AI in your business, this is gonna be your episode. Without any further ado, let's dive in and check out what we've prepared for you. Here we are with this beautiful cheat sheet that you can use for yourself. Like mentioned before, stay until the end where I will go through magical questions that will help you utilize this cheat sheet even more. So what is it about? As mentioned before, AI can help you with any kind of repetitive tasks that are draining your energy, any kind of problem solving and decision making. I think those are the top topics that I think are very useful and absolutely great. I share it also here within the 55/AI and tech tools that can help you start and grow your business in order to save up to eight hours per week, but even more importantly to live more, work less when you apply it in a very aligned and super useful way. This is basically what we are focusing on here. When you look at the list, depending on what resonates with you, you can basically all of them or some of them in your business depending on your infrastructure and workflows, sops, processes and so on. Depending on what you're using, this is something that you can introduce into your business. How exciting is that we are doing this on a weekly bas. First of all the name of the AI or the tech tool. Then you will find the website here for all of them so you don't have to search anywhere else. Next thing is the summary. You will have a short description about what is inside. Then the alternative to so for example like here if it's an alternative to Kajabi or Teachable or any other famous tools out there, the next thing is the costs so you can try it for free. This is a marketplace for entrepreneurs that is providing writing deals that you cannot find anywhere else. This is basically your cheat sheet so you can customize and personalize your own unique way. Here you can add on if you tried it or not. You can just mark it. Then you can give it your own rating or ask your VA to do so. Then you can put in here some notes of your own or basically add on a column that you might want to add on because you're missing something. This is just an idea for you, an overview of all those tools that you can try out by yourself. And like mentioned before, we are going through those by ourselves and sharing something that we are either using in our own business or could recommend to someone else to become a conscious CEO of life and business. Because when we utilize technology and AI for our own needs, this can help us immensely rather than being used by it. The next question is how to get started. Then you have to choose a place I just created this here to showcase what we are doing here. And then you just click on Use template. If you want you can also create a copy of this template. Not sure if this is necessary. Just to let you know. And then you just click on Use to template and then you have it in your own workspace within ClickUp. There you go. You have a great done for you Cheat sheet with all the AI and tech tools that can support you in your business. But you now might be wondering okay, I do understand what AI can do for me based on the list. But how to actually get started to introduce AI into your online business? I will share with you five questions that will guide you through this process. First of all, what do I have now? Make an inventory and you might be surprised what you have, how much more you might be even paying for than you actually use on a daily basis or on a regular basis. Inviting you to check in. Just write down all the tools that you have, check your bank account, what you're paying for for, and then see what is actually already in your toolbox and how you can utilize that. Because some of those tools might have introduced AI into their technology as well. After checking all what you have, making an inventory and having a whole overview about the tech that you already have and what kind of tools might already have introduced AI into their overall platforms, inviting you to check what you actually really need. Now this is a little bit of a juicy one because when you are like me, you like to try things out. This is how the whole cheat sheet just got created. But if you are really honest with yourself, just think about what is maybe overwhelming, what is draining, where you feel a little bit even anxious about when it comes to your tools and make it as lean, clean and simple as possible. In order to utilize and use AI for our own needs and not be used by it, we got the understanding what we have, what we really need. Now the next question is what I want. This is where the cheat sheet comes in place. Check out all the 55+ tools, see what resonates with you. Check your processes, workflows and decide on what you would like to implement. Always try it out and go for the free version because I'm sometimes surprised when I get in thinking about okay, the marketing on the outside was great, but what I find on the inside is literally not what I expected or what I want to use on a regular basis and pay for it. The next question is what you want to implement. Working with your existing tools, can you connect them with each other? Can you automate them? Is Sapir supporting you in this process to make everything work with each other? The best way is to automate as much as possible. So whatever you're finding, just check the integrations and if you can connect them with each other to make this a seamless and effortless process. The next question is if this overall frequency is really working with you and if you need this right now. Sometimes we have the idea that something is basically what we need and we end up using it once a year. I just signed up for something and then I decided that this is nothing that I use on a regular basis, not worth the money that I would be paying for it. Check out the frequency that you are basically applying this tool for. Maybe if you have other alternatives or maybe how you can set up your overall process in a different way that you will be able to eliminate this tool.
