Let's get started and and check out what we have in here. When you click on the plus button you can see of course all the suggestions that you normally have. And here is ClickUp AI with all those great solutions for us. Some of them are of course in other tools. However when you use ClickUp the way how I do it as a second business brain, I share the link in the comments below and up there when I'm talking about why we need a second brain, the same from my point of view applies to AI tools. It's kind of like our, I would say extension of our brain if you will. Our second wife. I will show you in a few minutes why this is basically a great foundation for us to get started so right with AI like mentioned, nothing new. I think you can find it in other tools. However when you use ClickUp it's of course great to have everything within one place and this is what I emphasize upon every single time when I am looking at any kind of tools Can I have the least amount of tools with the most amount of features and of course usages in my business? Because we are all about a lean business. We don't have to pay for so many tools, we don't have to log in in so many tools and we don't have to remember where what is. I am a design lead. Brainstorm some activities for my team Offside. Okay, let's say I am a retreat host. Let's brainstorm some retreat ideas. Let's see what will come up. Brainstorming retreat ideas. Nature retreat, Wellness retreat, Creative retreat, Adventure retreat, Spiritual retreat. No matter what type of retreat you choose to host, make sure to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where guests can relax, learn and connect with each other. I think this is already a great beginning when we want to have some support in our business. You can edit inputs, try again, copy or insert it straight away. So let's go with that. Let's see what we will get. It's summarizing all the text what we have up there. This is where we will try out something else here because he just stopped writing in the middle of the sentence. This sometimes happens. This is where we have here another tool. So let's replace copy and insert it and then say here continue writing and insert again. I think this is a great opportunity to get started and I love the overall setup in here to be honest. It's really great and user friendly. Next one is fix spelling and grammar. We can do that. I'm not sure if there's anything out there that will have a lot of topics, but it's writing everything out for us. How amazing is that? You can try again. You can copy and insert it. So I think overall we can just take it and I don't want to replace the whole text but just replace it right now. You can check it out later. Let's keep going. Make it shorter. Yes, this is why we need a little bit more of a text out there. So let's get started with maybe the Project Management Create Scope, Document Create Project Timeline, Create Project Change Request, Racy Matrix, Risk Management Plan Kickoff Agenda. Yeah this is a survey question status status report, project brief, Racy dog Create the statement of work organize all a list of tasks. So it's basically your second hand or your right hand in your business or your wife in your business, whatever you wish for. I think this is mind blowing and make makes it actually really worth it. All the other parts, most of them you can get somewhere else even for free at the moment they're like I shared in the previous videos but this one is I think great. Again you can get some of them or probably most of them in other places as well. But keeping it simple and keep it everything in one place and utilizing all the tasks that you have already in here. This is a great beginning from my point of view. Let's see what the department success has for us. Email. Yeah, email and executive Right. CS drip campaign draft success plan. Let's check it out. So what is a draft success plan? Customer department marketing okay. Industry education Product description Let's go with streamline content operations product creation with the help of ChatGPT let's try that value proposition Increased productivity, efficiency and overall time management. Say like that to work less, live more while automating the rest by utilizing AI tone of voice. Let's keep it you have your different versions. I personally would go for friendly I guess so generate. Let's see what ClickUp AI will come up with. Measuring desired outcomes action plan with milestones, key stakeholders, communication plan risk to the plan, resources for the customer. I think overall a great start, a great foundation and template to get started with it. You can insert, edit inputs, try again or copy. Let's insert it and you can then of course go from there and create even more. Mind blowing. Last but not least, let's try out one more department and see what we have in here. ARHR especially for small business owners when you don't have a whole HR department you can create a job listing, design performance review draft intel announcement, create recognition document, create individual development plan outline onboarding guide. I love that one. Very useful when you have over and over new contractors write communication brief, create a new employee handbook section. Choose the create onboarding materials. Very useful with all those insights for departments. This is basically absolutely useful for all the departments that you can imagine in your business. Create content calendar we talked about that previously as well. You can do that somewhere else. But when you use ClickUp using AI here is of course very beneficial because you have everything in one place. Like mentioned before, you get the idea you have lots and lots of templates and it will create everything for you. If you ever said I wish I had a business wife or husband, I wish I had a right arm, I wish I had a manager, someone helping me with a ton of things in my business, this is definitely something that you should check out from my point of view.
