Initiation to Life and Death - Transition part 2
19 Feb 2022 · 38 min
Sylvia Leifheit channels Anubis to explain what happens when the soul detaches from the body at death. The heart is the portal linking cosmic energy to physical life; fear during dying can hinder the process. Anubis stabilizes souls in an intermediary space but doesn't judge them, and a person's emotional energy during life shapes the quality of their transition.

Dear human, dear soul, I welcome you to my podcast series Conversations with the Universe. Since a near-death experience, I have the gift to communicate with subtle levels of the cosmos. The knowledge from these for us invisible forms of energy I capture in my books, and it is now a great pleasure for me to share this knowledge, these conversations, with you as a supplement to the books. Please excuse me if the terms and articulations are not perfect. Our mother tongue is German, but we try to translate it to the best of our abilities. Thank you. Dear Anubis, we have learned now that you are our companion during the transition into life, but we have also learned that you are the entity that protects transition from life back into the spiritual world. I therefore now ask you to start wherever and however you wish I myself have no knowledge of this subject, and therefore I just ask you to tell me all that you wish to impart to the people. So please, just start.
I will be happy to. The life that you are living as you are reading and listening to these words must not remain the only perception of your existence. You will experience far more than life in a body on your journey through the galaxies and the times of the cosmos. If you have begun to realize that life as you know it is just one possibility in the spectrum of the entire existence, you will also have begun to understand what I mean when I now describe transition as an other step on the path of existence. Life leaves the body in different ways, mostly through the aging process of the human organs. Little by little, the bodily functions fail. Then begins the process of transition that I wish to describe to you now. I am there to protect the souls at every step of this process. This means that generally you do not need to worry about the way this cosmic transmutation process unfolds. This is all guided and protected by the loving all-pervading energy of the Source. But now to my description: when the bodily functions begin to fail, to cease, the soul begins to take on its former form. If you have read the book about Friend of the Indians, you will know what the birth process entails. There, the Soul's energy moves into the body, a process which is reversed during transition. This means, in fact, that the energy which has only perceived itself through the earthly body now slowly and step for step begins to perceive the spiritual planes again. With every day that the body weakens, this Soul energy becomes less and less attached to it. The expansiveness that the Soul during its journey in the body has either begun to nurture or to diminish now slowly begins to take on its true function once more. You begin to perceive the spiritual world.
And does this process of detachment start at the first sign of weakening of the organs, or do you have to reach a critical energy level? How does it work? I mean, what does a body reach— when does the body reach the point where it is no longer able to support the soul? In the body?
This differs and depends primarily on the power of the heart. If the heart is strong, you will be anchored in the body for a longer time, but if your heart energy is weak, you will transition faster.
Okay, so the strength of the heart is the decisive factor because the heart is the portal of the soul. At what point has the soul become completely detached from the body then?
It only becomes detached when all the bodily functions have ceased.
Oh, you mean when none of the organs work anymore?
Then begins the next step in the process of detachment.
I would like to interject briefly. How about people who are in a coma? And on life support? I mean, when the heart is on life support, isn't the heart energy weak enough at that point that the soul would have to— would have had to leave a while ago?
Yes, that is correct. And it is not a joyful experience for the soul because through these conditions it is tethered to something that no longer offers it the proper conditions to remain. The band between body and soul is kept as in a prison, as you would say, although the cosmos, or rather the soul itself, has long made a different decision.
But there are also cases in which the person is brain dead, but the heart is still beating. What then?
Then the soul knows that it has to go, but it is still holding on to life. The difference here is free will, the free decision of the soul. Do you understand?
Yes. So this means that when the heart functions remain intact when the person is brain dead, that is, the person is not clinically dead and the soul can exercise its free will and hold on to life. But when the heart has stopped, this key element is missing and the soul that would have had to leave long ago is being tethered to the body through artificial respiration against its will and against cosmic laws, right?
Right.
Why the heart of all things? I mean, why is the heart always the key in everything to do with the soul energy?
The heart, dear Sylvia Leifheit, connects the soul energy with the physical energy. It is like a motor that transmutes the cosmic energy into life force.
That's interesting. So you could say that the cosmic energy is the fuel and the body, or more specifically the heart, is the motor that drives the automobile. Yes. But that would mean that a body without a soul cannot live and a body without a heart cannot live. For this is where the cosmic energy becomes physical energy, right? Right. Okay, this touches upon a few other subjects, of course. We have had some information on that from Friend of the Indians. He explained in detail that you need a certain physical mass in order to support a soul.
You can repeat everything that the Friend of the Indians has said on this subject here.
Okay, I will maybe do this and incorporate his answers that he gave for another book into this book here as well.
You may do this with pleasure, for the more answers you receive, the easier it will be for the people to understand. And the more they understand, the better they will grasp all the processes that happen around them every day.
Okay then, let's get back to the subject of detachment. How exactly does this go on? So the organs of the body have all ceased to function.— or at least most of them have. And the soul says, "Okay, I will now detach." Then it starts to expand, or rather to go back to its original states of expansion. What happens next?
The next thing that happens is that this new perception, which in reality is an old perception, causes the physical sensation to gradually become fainter and fainter. You have to imagine this as your arms and legs going numb. That is what you call it, right?
Yes.
The physical sensation is leaving the body by increments, and then when the proper death has come, the soul almost exclusively experiences the emotions it had in the very moment of death. Unfortunately, many people experience fear during this process. I would like to impart this to all people, please: the process of physical death is a very natural process. It activates different cosmic processes that all together ensure that this soul that experiences transition does not have to wander the cosmic the cosmos in solitude, but is instead met by and gathered into the energy of the cosmos. This also means that the fear that you will be thrown into a dark hell, or whatever other funny images you have gathered from your books, is unfounded. All these dark fantasies of the human world are false. It is exclusively the state of the soul in the very moment of transition that determines the soul's perception during this moment and beyond it. I would like to emphasize this small sentence many times over, because just like all the steps that you have taken during your life have created a story. They have also created a specific energy inside you, and this energy continues to exist in the soul that you are, and hence also in the moment of transition. Therefore, let me emphasize that fear is not a very helpful energy. And since we cosmic energies have to deal with this problem, with the soul's fear, on a daily basis, I would like to perpetuate and reinforce the fact that it is the sum of your actions that determines the way you experience this moment. If you have been a joyful being you will transition joyfully. But if you have been sad, the transition will leach all sadness from you and revive the memory of happier things. If you have beer grief, this grief will determine your path, but the energy of the soul will be led and guided by joy. So, when your life has been full of negativity, you will experience your transition in a fearful and fearsome fashion, because you cannot perceive the helpful, light, and joyful impulses of the cosmic energies, because your negative perception will effectively block them. So, please, Take this moment in your life in which you realize the importance of your action during this life as the moment in which you will begin to live consciously, lovingly, and full of the force of love, because this way you will become wider stronger, and more loving. And this love will receive you like a carpet of flowers bright with joy. The Decisive Paramitas will awaken in you and guide you onwards far beyond your physical life. This would be the most important things on this subject.
I understand. So it is very important in what state you experience transition. Some experience a lot of pain. So this pain will disappear during the process of detachment because the physical sensations disappear, and from them all, all that counts is the sum of your experiences, right?
Right.
Good. What happens then?
Then the souls enter a kind of intermediary world. A world where the soul will be filled by the energy of cleansing and renewal. I permit this world.
And how can I imagine that? The intermediary world as a state of being, an energetic state in which the souls have not quite decided where they want to go from there, but instead take a bit of rest from life? Right?
Yes, you could say it like that. They are still in reflection on their past experience, but not yet ready for new experience.
And what exactly are you doing in this, yeah, world?
The souls linger there, but this is not a place.
I guess so.
Please make sure to mention that again. The concept of place does not apply there. I'm merely describing the perception, a moment of perception, a state of being. The souls dwell in a kind of intermediary world, in a state which, as I have said before, does not involve any kind of readiness or determination for their further progress, but which in fact is a state of waiting. Here, during the souls' passive state of waiting, I revive their energy and balance the changing energies that take hold of some of them while they contemplate their experiences. This is perfectly normal. This is the kind of stability that I impart to the souls, and perhaps this is the reason why the human beings have recognized and named me as the guardian spirit that accompanies this transition.
But the people have also told a story according to which you measure the human heart. Is that so?
No, Sylvia Leifheitheit, of course not. Oh my goodness. It is the human soul itself that sits in judgment over their emotions during the process of death. But I do not measure anything. For, first of all, I do not have the authority to judge others, and secondly, I dwell in a world that does not contain the physical energy necessary to weigh anything. On the whole, I no longer deal in anything to do with physicality, but I balance. The soul energy. I do this at the moment of your birth, during your life, and yes, of course, also during your transition. I bring balance to the cosmos.
Well, people like fairy tales. Do you have any explanation for why they invented the image of yourself waiting their hearts? I mean, when you weigh something, of course there is a measuring parameter, the scales themselves. The whole story is fundamentally, fundamentally wrong, at least as far as you, Anubis, are concerned. So you really have to judge— you have no judging parameters?
No, I'm not capable of this. My function in the cosmos is stabilization and not judgment. The cosmos as such does not judge. Only the souls judge themselves when they enter awareness. They judge their experiences, what they did or did not do, but in the final analysis It always is they would judge themselves.
This brings me to the subject of the last judgment, if this is the correct term, for I have no time for the grand theater of the religion. But the people have a story in their Bible according to which there is something that judges them at the gate of heaven. Please tell me something about this if you can. Sylvia— Yes?
How can I say something about those things that are false? It is false that there is something that judges you! You yourselves sit in judgment over yourself! Yourselves. The most important thing is that you understand what happens during the process of transition. But I will gladly describe it again under this aspect. So, thank you for this question. During his lifetime, a human being does not act in a very conscious manner. And every action has repercussions in the cosmos. This means that he is a very creative being, but then— but that in most cases he will waste this creativity through lack of awareness. But even worse, even though he mostly throws away valuable potential, nevertheless he continually creates. There is no such thing as a state of non-doing in the cosmos. This means that each step, every impulse, every thought, every word, every deed creates new paths for yourselves, and it does not end with your death. After death, you begin to reflect on the things you did or did not do from the vantage point of a new energy. This means that your perception when you were in the body is only half of the truth, because as soon as you leave your body you begin to reflect on your experiences from the vantage point of your soul energy, which is also you. So you could say that this moment of contemplation, reflection, and judgment of your own actions is the moment before Heaven's Gate that you know from your stories. Because there you finally look at your deeds from the vantage point of your entire being, a wholeness that has been open to you at all times, but that you have not, or to a very small degree, made use of during your life, but that now, after death, you perceive again, and that now evaluates your actions. Few transition in the full knowledge of this complexity. Usually, souls disappear when they— sorry for that— usually, souls despair when they perceive their actions or, or missions in the full light of their changed Perception. And it is my task to help those souls during those moments and give them stability. You understand?
You explained this wonderfully, really. I thank you very much. My next question would be, do the souls have to call upon you directly, or is this just a cosmic given for all who transition?
Sylvia, I guess you can imagine the answer, can't you?
Yes, I think that you are a cosmic energy that exists for this exact moment when one does not call upon it, that holds and stabilizes the soul as it enters into this state of reflection, just kind of automatically, right?
Right.
Okay, and when there are souls who are very aware and who do not have to enter such a state of reflection because they have spent their life reflecting, how do you experience those? Do they even enter such an intermediary state?
I'm not really sure, because normally all souls need a certain time in order to realize the shift in perception and there are many very conscious souls in this process. It is not something that is really directly linked to the degree of awareness. I would name a kind of love of life as a parameter, because if you have really loved your life, you will need to balance less energy than someone Who did not?
But it could be exactly the other way around, couldn't it? When someone loved their life very much and then suddenly isn't alive anymore, wouldn't that extremely destabilize them?
I deeply understand your question, but I have to say no. If you lived your life gratefully, in love and joy, you will look upon it in love, gratitude, and joy. The sad person, however, could despair about the lost chances, lost moments, and wasted energy. That would then be my moment to help this soul.
I remember in Egypt they said that you are also the one who ferried the souls across the Nile. To the other shore.
I have heard your story from many souls already. Sometimes I really have to laugh about human beings. Can you understand me? No. However, but as I said before, human beings have a tendency to tell fairy tales, and this story is not true as told.
Well, but you could say that in the final analysis, your energy is similar to that of a ferryman who helps you to get to another shore, right?
You may describe it like that if you wish, because yes, The moment that a soul realizes that another phase of its existence has begun, it will develop a new readiness and energy to make new decisions of its own free will, and then it will no longer need me to stabilize them.
Okay. What happens to the souls who die suddenly, those who did not have time to go through this transition process but were yanked out of their bodies? Is— in what way are you assisting them?
Then I move effectively and forcefully to meet these souls who are usually in deep shock in order to balance out their deficit energetically. This will usually take a little longer at the beginning of the process But later it will merge into the normal process of transition.
I understand. I understand that you are a very balancing and supportive cosmic energy, which is always there when these kinds of energy deficits arise during transition. But I also heard from Friend of the Indians that there are souls who, because of their contaminated life, do not even get to such a wide and beautiful level, but are caught in a sort of intermediary world for a while. Where are you during this time?
The friend of the Indians has told you this correctly, but my kind of service happens before this process. Friend of the Indians described the sojourn of the souls after they have entered the new perception in a calm and peaceful manner, and there I can no longer influence them. The soul potential that creates their further impulses is created during the soul's lifetime. I cannot change that. But I can stabilize and balance the soul potential, however weak it may be.
That means that when a soul has enters a state where it says 'Oh, I'm no longer in my body now, I want to remain without a body for a while.' Then it can move in a sense, but only within the framework and into the states of being that are possible in this energetic state and based on its experiences, right?
Right, that is correct, because We cannot change these processes. This is something that only the soul itself can do, of its own volition. So, when a soul realizes that at this moment that it wants to ascend into a higher, lighter, and more flexible, more joyful, more loving state of being, then it has to walk this path of its own own free will.
Okay, when we come back to the area that Friend of the Indians has talked about, this could mean that we have to incarnate again and so on and so forth. This means that this is the end of your sphere of influence, right?
Right, this is true. I neither must nor can nor want to influence the soul potential. But I want and I can help them to preserve the potential that they have created for themselves in each moment of their lives and also their existence without a body.
I understand your loving energy of stability. So we can call upon you consciously in each moment of our lives and you are with us during transition because we cannot consciously call upon you then.
However you wish to put it, yes. I think I have managed to explain the principle.
Okay, yes, yes, I understand. Is there anything you wish to add on this subject of transition?
No.
I'm just thinking about a question on the subject of cremation, but a friend of the Injun has answered that already, I guess.
Yes, he did. Also, this would not be a subject that I would be happy to answer questions about, because here Friend of the Indians was truly the right one to explain the physical processes involved. I am mostly and exclusively responsible for the spiritual impulses of your soul Cremation or putrification of the body is a process that happens physically, but that has percussions— repercussions on the soul level that I cannot balance. We have learned that Friend of the Indians is trying to bring awareness to the importance of the process of detachment during the 7 days following physical death. But my field of influence does not encompass the free will of the souls with regard to what they want to do when, where, and how during this process. I just balance it wherever I can.
Okay, I understand this. What is the next subject that you want to talk about?
Those were the most important points.
Hmm, I maybe have one more question. I think it would make sense if we gave the people a few bits of advice on the subject of transition, on how you could help the soul to stabilize itself. Are you the right one to answer that?
No.
Should I maybe ask Friend of the Indians?
Yes, that would be good, for this would accelerate consciousness to the point that you do not need to have fear or hesitation during this process. If people who assisted during this process could help to raise the energy, would make a lot of sense, because that would contribute to my work.
Well, look at that, isn't that super? Then we will do that. One other question, do you have a comment on these books of dead, of the dead? No. Well, nothing at all?
Nothing at all.
Please say something, just something.
No answers because no comment is needed. If you believe in these fairy tales, you may live them. I have nothing to do with them, and it has no impact on my field of service. Please to ask friend of the Indians about this. If you wish.
Okay, well then I will do that. Do you really not wish to say anything more?
No.
Then please, can you give me a few final remarks for the people? Something that we can tell them about your field of service as a last impulse.
Gladly. Life will fill the time that you have chosen. You will have many experiences during that time, but also get many chances. Life, dear people, will through your consciousness become the key to the true being of All That Is. Then life will become a gift of the cosmos to celebrate the ever-present possibilities of being like a feast and to live a life of love on Earth. Please understand, all of you, the preciousness of every moment, every thought, every impulse, every moment of your life, and all the actions resulting from this moment. Then life will be a masterclass of being, not the sensation of eternity. Begin to be wise in all of your spheres of action. And you will not only render your own life worth living, but also that of the others, the great community of man. All this has greater repercussions than you think. Therefore, make my words your own. You are far more than what you believe you know. Your actions reverberate far into the cosmos and into eternity. Everything leaves a track. Therefore, strive to only leave tracks of light and love, and few tracks of fear and sadness. That's what I wanted to say in all my love. Thank you. Love.
Thank you very much. I'm very much looking forward for the next chapter. Thank you.
Love.
