Initiation to the Secrets of Cosmos - Transition

Dear human, dear soul, I welcome you to my podcast series Conversations with the Universe. Since a near-death experience, I have the gift to communicate with the subtle energies of the cosmos. This happens in a form of deep meditation in which I ask certain entities of the world beyond to communicate with me. As one of the first contacts with the other world, my old friend and teacher, friend of the Indians, showed himself to me, and it is now a great pleasure for me to introduce you to these conversations as a supplement to the books. Please excuse me if the terms and our articulations are not perfect. Our mother tongue is German, but we try to translate it to the best of our ability. Thank you for understanding. Dear friend of the Indians, please tell us what you wish to teach us on the subject of transition. By this you mean physical death, don't you?

You are starting this topic slightly the wrong way. First, we should try to establish what exactly I am trying to explain.

Yes, I'm sorry. Please begin the way you want to do it, however you wish to call it.

The life energy of your bodies, dear humans, will diminish over time. This is a completely normal process. Which happens all over the cosmos. Some beings live longer than others. Your environment is a platform for your opportunities, and your soul energy is the only energy that can modify the impact of your environment to some extent in both directions. It can extend life or shorten it. The energy of your soul determines the strength that you have in life, and it ultimately determines how long you live. Therefore, it is very important to me that you understand that a soul wishes to obtain maturity, which does not have to mean that it wants to get old in the sense of physical aging. And when you seek connection to the cosmos and purity, then your soul energy will become very strong. And that in turn can help the body overcome the physical ailments brought on by aging and give you a lot of vitality while others have no more strength. The soul energy is very present during the first month of your life, and it can, if you wish and work towards this, extend the vitality of your body. That is important.

That means that this energy is coming exclusively from the cosmos, and just like you and I are now communicating, and through this I am directly connected to the cosmos. This energy will flow more strongly when we have this connection, and it can help ourselves regenerate so that we feel more Vitality, vitality, and live and life energy.

Correct. The life energy that the cosmos provides is the Qi that some of you will already have heard of. This means the power that emanates from the Source and that permeates everything, and you can tap into this power through your soul.

You said this Beautifully, thank you. So the body is embedded into its environment and the soul is embedded into the body, but it can tap into a different energy source than just the physical environment, right?

That is correct. It is part of this energy, but if you live in unconsciousness, you lose this energy source.

You mean we do not really lose this energy source, but we only make use of a minute part of it because of our unawareness.

Yes, that is what I mean.

Then please continue.

But there can be no doubt that the human body will cease to function one day. This is a normal cosmic process that all living beings have to go through. The soul will begin the long process of letting go of the body. This process begins long before you truly die.

So, when, roughly, does it begin?

The people who die naturally begin to let go of their body by increments.

And what does that look like?

The first step is the feeling of diminishing life energy, when the perception of life becomes slower, fuzzier, By that I mean to say that all people who live through a normal, healthy aging process experience a first step where they slow down and where the soul begins to leave its form slowly and gradually. The soul decides to end this form.

And how does it go on from there? What is the next step?

Then the people will become tired. They will sleep a lot, and that helps the diminishing life energy to exist, but it is just enough to maintain the important body functions. The life energy will become weaker and weaker. It is like a sun that slowly sets on the horizon of your life as it gets darker and darker.

That sounds very sad.

No! It is not sad at all, because as the life energy wanes, the people begin to suffer, and they do not wish to live like that. One thing leads to the other. If you do not have much life energy, your body becomes a burden, and everything becomes less joyful. This in turn further reinforces the process of detachment of the soul from the body. Because what small life energy there is allows all of your being to perceive this "leave-taking," and this is the same for all living beings, however unaware or contaminated they may be.

And then?

Then begins the phase of transition. This begins a few days before the body dies. During this phase, the soul moves further away from the body and further withdraws the remaining life energy. The energy that powered this body becomes weaker and weaker. By that I mean that the people will begin to talk in an incomprehensible or confused manner. They will form words unconsciously or only live in vague memories. They will enter a sort of intermediary world.

Oh, and this is so because the soul has already become so detached from the body that it is no longer the memories that speak but just the physical cellular memory. Could you say it like that?

That is correct. You've got it. The consciousness of the soul gives life to the body. But if the soul no longer dwells in the body, then the body consciousness gets weaker, and that means that the people enter into a different type of consciousness.

Is that like in a dream? Like a dream of this past life?

Yes, that is correct. Consciousness gradually disappears.

Ah, roughly how many days before death does this stage begin?

That is a matter of the purity and the energy of this soul, dearest. It's difficult to answer.

Okay, well, what is the next step?

The moment when the life energy has completely left the body, is the moment when the soul has completely left the body. So death does not begin then, but it finishes then.

Ah, and then?

Then the soul will remain near the body for quite a while because it still retains the body's frequency and needs to slowly get accustomed to a wider, more limitless form again. That takes time. This is the most critical phase in all of the cosmos, and I want to point out that you need to treat the death of a person more consciously. I would ask you to observe the following rules: People who wish to be cremated need to have their dead body at rest for at least 7 days, for this is the time that a soul needs to become completely detached from a body and to raise its frequency.

What can happen if a person is cremated just 3 days after death, for instance?

Then the soul experiences the destruction of its recent form without having had enough time to get used to its new state of being. This means that in most cases, and that is very sad, the souls will be lost between having lost one form, not knowing the next form, and not being able to find any energy in this state of being. These souls will then be trapped in a kind of limbo because they had no time to slowly get attuned to the higher frequency and amplitude.

So when the souls want to enter a body, they need to get accustomed to it slowly, and this is similar to when they want to leave the body again. This is not a sudden process, but it happens in increments. The soul has left the body, but it still vibrates in the frequency of the memory of this last lifetime. It needs to become slowly re- as reaccused— accustomed to the new, less constricted state of being, correct?

That is correct. And that is why this process is so important for the soul to regain its innate energy, the energy that radiates freely and widely. But if you are still looking for containment, then you are now wandering aimlessly bereft of form.

You once mentioned that these energies are bound to the place of their last physical perception during the process of transition.

You could say that, but it's not necessarily so. The place also serves a sort of memory of the energy that they felt when they were still in the body. Those souls that have not yet consciously perceived their new form and did not have the opportunity to slowly get used to their new state of being remain at this place because this is where they feel at home. Without a body, to be sure. But they are close to something that they know.

Are they afraid to move into a new state of being that they do not know?

That is correct. Because if you have spent a lifetime in a narrow corset. You need some time in order to feel your wings again before you can spread them. You will not be able to fly away immediately. You will have to learn it again.

I understand. This is a wonderful image, actually. Thank you for this. Okay, so you need to wait for 7 days. I got that. 7 full days, right?

Yes. That is the minimum. You can wait longer if you can, that would be better, but 7 days is the minimum.

Can you wait too long?

No.

And after that you can cremate them without any danger, right?

Right, exactly. Because they are no longer connected to this body and therefore a cremation will not cause any problems.

And what about those people whose body is interred in the common way?

There are no worrying processes involved in this, because these bodies remain in this form which will only be dissolved by nature itself, and the soul will have time enough to detach itself gradually from the body, even in the spiritual world, and there to recover its true form and slowly.

And what about sea burials? Burials?

That is similar. The soul has plenty of time.

So when a person has died a natural death, only cremation could cause a problem?

That is right. And that is why it is so important that you observe these rules.

What about people who die suddenly, for example in an accident or because of an illness?

These are two different things. If it is an illness, the body will have gone through a period of gradual detachment, maybe a little more rapidly, but the process remains the same.

And what about an accident?

That is a sensitive issue, because the soul has been catapulted from its body. A soul cannot remain in a body when the body is dead. It must depart. For if a soul stayed in the dead body, it would become contaminated without being able to do anything about it. Therefore, this is not possible. Self-responsibility, life energy, free will, and the law that dead forms cannot have a soul All of this together will force a soul to leave a body as soon as it dies.

But then it will stay around the dead body in order to get used to the new frequency, right?

That is correct. But then the souls will be in shock because through the speed of the accident the process has not taken its natural course. That creates stress and problems for the soul. The only way that these people can receive assistance in such a situation is by asking for help and guidance during their last conscious moments. This help will come immediately, and the helping entities will be there in an instant when they feel the anguish of a soul.

So, the people have the chance in such a moment of anguish to pray for help. What is the worst that can happen to such a soul when it does not manage to ask for help because it all happened too fast?

Then it will need a lot of time. Many remain in this state of shock for a long time. These souls are then as if traumatized, dark, and unfortunately not really joyful.

There are pastors who get to such places in order to help, to bless, and whatnot. Does this help?

No. You know my answer and my energetic intention. This type of person that you have made into priests is not connected, and they do not really help those souls. As the acting representatives of these religious groups, they are contaminated, and this contamination prevents them from being able to help in a powerful, healing, and effective way.

But if you know places where such things happened, can people who are more conscious, more— yeah, just really more conscious, more pure, and therefore more connected, be of assistance?

Yes, they can, of course, dearest. Yes, you can help at such places by praying that these souls may receive help, that they may purify and change their perception into a more joyful state of mind, and that they may transform, that they may accelerate. There are two ways to help here: one, the one— on the one hand, those souls have to ask for help themselves. But many remain in a state of shock for so long that they do not even realize that they are in this state. They are just traumatized and sad. These souls can still ask when they are able to feel the impulse, but on the other hand, other people can pray and ask for help on their behalf. This is permitted on a cosmic level.

That means that all people who want to help can go to such places of suffering and ask for help, right?

Yes, they can. Dear humans, please, whenever you know that you are in a place where many people have experienced disaster, you can pray there and ask that they now experience love and light. This energy will be heard, and it really helps. I hope you have realized this by now.

What else would you like to tell us about transition?

The energy of your soul at the moment of transition determines how you experience this transition. What I mean to say by this is that you should use the time of your life to purify, to give love, and to live light, to experience and to feed joy into yourselves. The joy that is meant to lift your soul so that your soul can experience this process in a state of joy. For this light and luminous energy will lift you up to higher levels than the sad energy that you carry. Therefore, people who feel and have experienced more joy have more potential to experience the higher frequencies than those who experience sadness.

So you mean that people who have experienced a lot of sadness during their lives should make use of what time they have left in order to experience joyful and loving things? Then they could change their energy, right?

Right.

And the people who were able to experience much joy in their lives, they should do everything in their power to hold on to that joy, right? Right. When would— when world religions teach that there is a purgatory, what exactly is that?

That is the limbo that I was talking about, when you cannot detach slowly from your body. But this is not a way of punishment, just a state of being that you have created yourselves. And that can be changed.

And then there also is the last judgment, they say.

If you have given love, you will experience higher levels. If you have withheld love and caused sadness, you will experience lower levels. The only and all-encompassing goal is joy. Joy through love, not joy through ego.

It is good that you point out the difference because I know so many people who derive a great deal of joy from causing other people sadness.

This joy is not the joy of the soul, dear humans. This joy is contamination and will require much compensation from you.

Then there are people who have kept themselves within monastery walls and churches who— and who have done their utmost throughout their lives in order to purify by forgoing all joy derived from physical gratification? What about these people? Is this the right path in order to rise your soul energy into the sphere of joy?

This message that has become so deeply embedded into your religious creeds is absolutely false. These people spend much of their time in constriction and narrow structures and the joylessness resulting from this. They experience deprivation, and this deprivation creates joylessness. Yet this unfortunately will not help them attain the higher levels.

But surely there must be many nurses and priests who had a joyful life?

No. You cannot experience the joy of life behind walls. The soul wants to live life to the fullest. The soul wants to immerse itself into life, life in all its colors and forms. It is absolutely possible to purify outside of such narrow structures. That should be clear. To all my readers by now and to all who listen. Joy is the key. Joy is your true strength. It does not lie in constriction and building barriers for yourself.

But if there really is someone who had a lot of joy within such structures and laughed a lot during this time, why is that not the right way?

Sorry, my dear, I think I had made a little mistake. Let me read and let me say this sentence again: It is absolutely not possible to purify outside of such narrow structures. Do you agree?

I do agree.

Let us continue.

So, but if there is really someone, I mean, who had a lot of joy within such structures and laughed a lot during his life, why is that not the right way?

Maybe it is the right way. For some for a while. But, dear one, it cannot be the right form when you forego so many pleasures of life. Physical pleasure is a huge part of life that you should try to experience in your human form. When you forego these pleasures, then you do not experience the full spectrum of joy. So please do not get me wrong. It may be right for a while to forego these energies, but you should not let this dominate your life.

Okay, I understand. And is it correct that a person can turn around at any time if they did create suffering? Can they begin immediately to try and change into a form that creates joy? And through that, the soul can balance out much or even all of what it experienced during the time of suffering or even change it into joy?

Yes, that's correct. Wow!

So the last judgment, it is really ourself judging ourself when we are in the other state of being without a body, right?

The so-called last judgment, as you call it in your institution of the church, means the immersion into the frequency and the harmony of the cosmos. Which causes you to pass judgment on yourselves for all the things that you did in a state of unawareness, in the absence of love, and in disharmony. That is all. No one judges you. It is you who judges yourself. This moment will be a difficult test for you, but you can avoid it by acting consciously and lovingly, striving to balance out past unbalanced deeds while you are still alive. That is all. It is never too late. All deeds can be balanced out. Please do not forget that. All deeds.

And you are saying that just one life is enough?

That depends on the degree of contamination, on the strength of your will, and on your determination to advance into the cosmic connection. For it is there that you will find the answers to your questions about how to balance.

Okay, I understand this. Let us get back to the subject of transition. Would you like to tell me more about this?

The souls of the deceased that you can no longer perceive are still around you. But they will only stay as long as you ask them to stay. For the liberation of these souls also depends on your permission. Therefore, let the dead go. Do not cling on to their memories, their actions, and their frequency. You will see again all that has left you. I say all because the physical form is nothing compared with what this soul has expressed and has become through its body.

So you are asking us to let go of the dead instead of holding on to our memories of them and wishing that they were back with us.

Yes, exactly. Letting go is an important process. Therefore, I would ask when you please, please really do let go, that you do this from the bottom of your heart in the deep conscious that this energy will continue to exist except that you cannot reach it now in the form that was known to you. But it is, and forever will be, part of the cosmos. It will just be a little bit harder to communicate with it. But death is not the end. It is a state of transition.

What happens in terms of transition when people commit suicide? Please tell me what you know about that, I think it's very important.

Thank you for asking, this is very important. Naturally, the people who act out of such desperation are not in a state of happiness. These people have made a decision from a state of joylessness that allows them to act without the connection to the cosmos. The problem with such an act is less the act itself and more the joylessness with which it was committed. One element of contamination is the joylessness with which this act was committed, and the other is the life-destroying act that overrides the permission to live that had been granted by the cosmos.

But what if the person asks for permission because they really, really do not want to experience this form anymore and wish to leave earlier than the body would allow it?

This is another matter, because then the people would act in accordance with the cosmos. But most do not do this in accordance with the cosmos. Then they catapult their soul from the body. They rip the life out of the body. These two facts are really not con— conducive to growth and to purification. Therefore, dear humans, please, if you are desperate enough to entertain such thoughts, then please, please, please take the time, find the moment, the place, and the help that will allow you to get back into harmony with the cosmos that wishes for you to live and that gave you Life. There lies the answer to your desperation. This is the solution, not this kind of severance.

What exactly happens when a person terminates his own life, from an energetic point of view, I mean?

The soul knows that the person, the person's ego, has made this decision. And when the soul has to leave the body, this does not usually happen in accordance with the cosmos. But it is exclusively a result of the ego's decision. So, the soul is powerless against this force. Therefore, it neither experienced a true progression of events, nor did it have time to get used to the process. It does not exactly enter a state of shock as after an accident, but a state of despair.

And what can it do?

Then the only thing it can do is to regain some energy in the cosmos, to generate its own energy impulses, and in most cases such souls incarnate quickly into another body. But this is usually, usually a smaller one, not a human body. The reason that they do not have a lot of energy at that point is generally that they did not have the opportunity to develop their own energy and love in their their souls during the time of their life before they left their body.

I was supposed to ask you again in this chapter what happens when a soul leaves a baby's body quickly after it was born, in other words initiates a crypt death.

Then the soul left on its own accord, and it will stay for just a few more hours near this frequency that it became accustomed to in the previous month. This means that the soul needs a little while to be able to unfold back into the cosmos. These energies usually find another incarnation because the impulse to incarnate decided against that form, but it will then seek another.

Is that then a different race or just a different location or something entirely different?

That I cannot say. It is the form and its potential that decides. There is no general rule for this.

And what about people who are on life support?

That is a very delicate issue. Thank you for this question. I personally find this custom of life support very debatable. Those people who do this need to know that they are interfering strongly with cosmic law. When a soul decides to leave the body, then please let this body go. When a person falls into a coma, this means that the soul is still around, but that it has initiated the process of death. You should respect that and accept it instead of interfering with this process. Everything that you do in order to animate the body for longer than the cosmos intended will cause stress and imbalance for this soul.

That means that the souls of the people who are on life support are in a kind of permanent stress, right?

Right. They cannot leave, yet they cannot return into this body. Nothing that causes such unnatural process is right, dear humans.

I understand. That means that you should leave such processes up to the cosmos and trust that all will happen as it is supposed to.

Trust is the key. The people do not trust that it is this soul's decision and that it is only up to this soul. Souls that fall into a coma have a plan. These souls have this plan. This plan cannot be fulfilled through the effort of other people who happen to know how to keep a body alive. But this plan is— the plan that the soul devised for itself. Therefore, please, please accept and trust that these processes are governed and directed by the Cosmos. The form will stay if it wants to stay. The form will perish when it wants to perish. This decision is up to the soul who inhabits this body and do not want else.

But people who woke up from a coma rarely talk about such stress. On the contrary, they usually talk about the light at the end of the tunnel and so on. Can you explain that?

With pleasure. The light that you perceive as being at the end of a tunnel exists in eternity. And if you form your perception by integrating joy deeply in your life and by living joyfully you raise your frequency, and this will change your perception. Then you will skip the darkness of your level, which ultimately is just a form of existence in a lower frequency, and immediately perceive the lighter level. But because I know why you are asking this, I would like to begin with a little background information. The perception of this tunnel is a perception through your other senses, when you are outside of the body. These senses perceive differently than your physical senses. This different spiritual non-physical perception is distorted by the memory of your physical senses. This means that you are not really walking through a tunnel which exists or is being created around you, but your perception is amplifies and moves from the constriction which you perceive as a tunnel into a wider sense of being. Some souls move faster, some more slowly, but ultimately all are permitted to experience a more luminous perception than they had previously. I do not wish to discuss the frequencies here. But please do tell the people that this perception is nothing but the perception of the true energy of the cosmos that you have outside of a body, but that became distorted by the memory of the human senses. The latter perceive a low frequency as darkness and a high frequency as bright light. Those who have no fear and move rapidly will experience the frequency of the lighter spheres as bright light. But not all will attain this state of perception.

But many would like to reach it, wouldn't they?

That may be, but they do not quite succeed because they do not vibrate fast enough, joyfully enough, and lovingly enough. Then they will have to choose a different path.

Most of them simply decide to turn back and reincarnate relatively quickly, right? Right. So how long do souls tend to remain in such a state?

That horizon is completely up to these beings. I am unable to give you an idea of time because I cannot really do so from a perspective in which your version of time does not exist anyway.

Yeah, okay. But some people report that during these states of existence they have met other entities, that they communicated with them and so on. What is happening in that case?

That and much, much more would fill another volume, but I do not wish to discuss the spiritual planes right now. This is not the subject of this book. We can do so another time if you wish. If you wish, you can experience all these levels even without having to initiate transition at this point. You can reach all these planes through training your energy and your consciousness. This is the only other thing I would like to add on this subject for now.

I have take note on that. I would be happy to I have one more question related to that. Many people who have been through this have had consciousness-expanding experiences and found that something suddenly makes sense that made no sense before. What is the reason for that?

That is simply connected to the altered perception. They have been able to feel the true power of their soul again— and their soul knows that everything lives and exists in eternity and limitlessness, far beyond the ego, and that there is so much more than what you can perceive through your physical senses. This expansion of consciousness causes their change in outlook.

You said that when people who are in a coma are being kept on life support, this creates stress for a soul, but often these people, when they come back, do not remember the stress but rather the consciousness-expanding experience, the light, the energy, the love. How can it be that the soul is under stress but then does not remember this stress?

These people remember the perception of amplitude. But in such a state, the perception of a soul is much more complex than you believe. Since the soul seeks joy before anything else, This type of memory tends to be stored much better than that of a state of desperation. Like a child who remembers the lights of the horizon rather than the surrounding darkness. You understand?

Yes, I understand. This seems to me to be a way for the soul to blank out the stress so that the more joyful memory remains more present in the mind, right?

Right.

Hmm. And what about those people who are so ill that they cannot really survive but are kept alive by all sorts of medication and machinery?

This is similar but not quite as disharmonious as when the body is kept alive wholly by machines. But it is the same question that you have to consider. For if it is the cosmos that directs and guides everything, If the soul is the only energy that truly decides when to live and when to die, then isn't every kind of interference with this process through other people or medication or machines in order to keep this body alive an interference with this decision?

Yes, of course.

So please tell the people to stop imposing their human laws on the cosmos, but to accept and respect that the cosmos and hence the decision of the soul are paramount. This is important, truly important.

Could you say that the soul of a coma patient is in a state of limbo?

Yes, you can. Most are then in a kind of limbo where they cannot live and they cannot die. They cannot die and they cannot move on as a soul. All in all, a terrible state of being. I cannot put into words the amount of stress this causes to the soul. Few remember this when they come back to life, but some do. Many try to hold on, on the joyful memories of the state of transition from dream-like experiences, but ultimately the experience of the soul in such a state of dominated by stress and helplessness.

So you would call it a state of helplessness, right?

Yes, exactly.

What would you like to talk about next?

Aha, okay. What exactly do you mean by that?

I mean the different and manifold kinds of soul energies within you. This is an important chapter. Learning how to handle them is an important aspect of the practical part.
