In this episode of the "Conversations with the Universe" series, host Sylvia Leifheit introduces herself as a near‑death experience survivor who claims to communicate with subtle cosmic energies. She invites a guest (Speaker B) to discuss the "art of waiting." The dialogue explores waiting as an energetic principle: impatient individuals expend high energy and must redirect it into other creative activities, while patient individuals can surrender to the flow and conserve energy. Animal metaphors (pandas versus monkeys) illustrate differing energy potentials among people, emphasizing non‑judgmental diversity. The conversation extends the metaphor to nations, noting that collective impulses take longer to manifest because of varied individual understandings and energy types. The core insight presented is that waiting is essentially a form of distraction—channeling restless energy into new pursuits, connections, and work—thereby turning impatience into productive activity. The episode concludes with an invitation for questions and a brief farewell.

Dear human, dear soul, I welcome you to my podcast series Conversations with the Universe. Since a near-death experience, I have the gift to communicate with subtle levels of the cosmos. The knowledge from these for us invisible forms of energy I capture in my books, and it is now a great pleasure for me to share this knowledge, these conversations, with you as a supplement to the books. Please excuse me if the terms and articulations are not perfect. Our mother tongue is German, but we try to translate it to the best of our abilities. Thank you. Beloved friend and teacher, you said that today you wanted to talk about the art of waiting. I ask you therefore to begin.
The human mode of action is very slow. On the one hand, people are able to implement impulses impulses very quickly and intensely, but when it comes to the implementation of a common idea or a common service, this will take a lot of time. When a person is very impatient, this time of waiting can cost him a lot of energy, but you can deflect that by redirecting this person's energy to the implementation of further goals. Just like gardeners put many different seeds into the soil, very impatient people should bear this in mind: Do not waste your energy by waiting, but stay in the activity of creating. Waiting will always be part of the history of of a nation or groups of people. But the impatient, energetic individual can also use this law in order to send further impulses out into matter. But if a person does not possess much, much impatience, the art of waiting will be an easier task for him. He does not have to deflect the his energy and can fully surrender to the flow of life, be trusting and patient, knowing that his impulse will be realized in matter eventually. The challenge for an impatient person is therefore primarily a redistribution of energy.
So do you mean to say that those who enter more patiently, more calmly into this energetic principle of waiting have less energy?
Yes, in a way. If you look into the jungle on Earth, you will find different kinds of animals, but they are all animals. A panda bear spends more time sitting than the monkey, right?
Yes.
This illustrates the distribution of energy within humankind very well. Without judgment. One person may have this energy potential, the other person another. And this is— and it is very important to me to point this out— said without judgment. Who says that the monkey is the better animal, or the Panda. This is not of importance here. It is important to find out what your energy potential is and how you should handle it.
Do you know why this is so? I mean, why can a nation not implement an impulse very quickly? Why do we need to wait always?
Because in the communication between nations it takes very long to reach everyone.
But you can say a word very quickly.
Yes, but the understanding of the individuals involved will raise further questions. And also you will have different energies in your nation: pandas, lions, sloths, snakes, etc. Who says that a nation consists of of like-minded people. Such a thing does not exist. Every person is as unique as the animals and plants on your Earth. Just because everyone follows the same goal, it doesn't mean that everyone has the same energy.
Hmm, okay. Let's sum up: The art of waiting consists primarily in distraction.
Yes, exactly. And through this distraction to enter new playing fields, to get to know new people, to communicate, to keep working.
Ah, I understood that. Do you have anything else to add to this?
No.
So what is the next subject you want to talk about?
I would like to give you the opportunity to ask questions.
