Dear human being, beloved soul, I welcome you to my podcast series, Conversations with the Universe. After a near-death experience, my perception of our human existence changed profoundly. I became more sensitive with all our known senses. I feel more intensely, see people with different eyes, and often take a different perspective on life and our challenges. In my books, I share these altered perspectives and all the knowledge that has flowed through me since my near-death, and thus record it for all those who are searching for something more, for the meaning of our existence here on Mother Earth. And it is now a great pleasure for me to share this knowledge with you in this way as a supplement to my books. This season I'm dedicating myself to my very first work: "The Basics of Being." I wish you many wonderful insights on your path. Thank you.
Love, Sylvia Leifheit. First, a quick note about my network: SPINE. This is short for the Spiritual Network. And is the first global social media network for holistic knowledge, awareness, spirituality, and above all, a bridge between providers and seekers. I invite you to join us and connect with me there. Feel free to look around, find lots of podcasts, events, healers, but above all, lots of inspiration to grow. It's free. But now let's start with today's episode. Life can be very long. You will spend many years in error, unaware of all the things written here, but you have recognized the possibilities and are therefore on a path that will lead you to wholeness. Everything that you truly are wants to break through the fog of your consciousness and the fog of your ego to make you the creator that you really are, and it is not an easy path. On this journey, you will shed many illusions, dissolve many projections, and disappoint many people. But in the same way, you will disappoint the illusions that have defeated you. The truth is not always a gentle, fluttering elf that quickly flies away when you scare it away. Your true, deep truth is the greatest challenge to you and your life, to your entire being. For only when you have truly become yourself are you whole, Letting go of the illusions of separation on this level is one thing, but growing into your true potential during this process is like the resurrection of Jesus from the physicality of his tortured body that held him on the cross. The cross here is a symbol of space and time, in the midst of which we are all held captive by the laws of gross matter. But with the help of the Spirit, we can overcome all of this When you recognize this gift, the spirit, the mobility of your consciousness within you, you begin to detach yourself from this nailing to the cross. But there is one thing you should be aware of in all of this. The headwinds, the brakes, the obstacles to your dreams and visions, the enemies of your wholeness are part of this plane, just as thunderstorms are part of changing weather. The more you become yourself, the more you will encounter rejection, But this is only the rejection of old patterns, forms, and people. The sister of this rejection is called loneliness, because rejecting the old systems inevitably means that new ones must be found, and that takes time. But remembering who you really are is richly rewarded with the memory of the true source of all longing within you, and it is this power that equips you with enough courage to go through the period of reorientation. I would therefore like to call on you not to stray from your path and to live your life as authentically as possible and become the creator that you really are. I would like to call on you to learn to move the divine spark within you and let it grow big and wide. Do not despair when resistance robs you of your strength, and remember what the Law of Resistance demands of you. So to summarize: never ask others but ask your heart. Therein lies the source of honesty within you. Drink only from it. Use the gate to reconnect with yourself and live all of this in every moment. Then you will have truly lived. And I would like to remind you to join our community Spine. We are a community that wants to help you live a healthier life, practice your spirituality, and expand your consciousness. We help you find and connect with healers around the world, and we help you give your life a new meaning in different ways. We are Spine. Connections that help.
