Dear human being, beloved soul, I welcome you to my podcast series Conversations with the Universe. After a near-death experience, my perception of our human existence changed profoundly. I became more sensitive with all our known senses. I feel more intensely, see people with different eyes, and often take a different perspective on life and our challenges. Fear is a product of ego consciousness. It exists only in our earthly perception. The The ego-consciousness of our mind creates fear wherever we have lost the feeling and certainty of connection. People who have many fears are therefore like a yardstick by which we can measure the different forms of the power of connection. The more fearful a person is, the less aware they are of their connection and the power of the Source. Fear does not exist. It is created by us. It is a projection, a ghost that we carry within us. In any case, it is not something we can capture or obtain from somewhere else, from outside ourselves. We create fear exclusively within ourselves. You could also say that fear is your art of bundling negative thoughts. By this I mean that when you direct more and more energy into a feeling of caution, you use this energy to form a new feeling out of this caution. A potentiation of caution, namely fear. But how can this happen? No one would willingly want to form such destructive energy. The answer, like everything else, is complex and connected to everything else. Let's take a closer look at some examples of when people are afraid. People are afraid of breaking out of the society in which they grew up. They are afraid of standing up for themselves or others. They are afraid to move forward when others tell them to stay put. People are afraid of realizing their dreams, and they are afraid of letting go of things. Some are even afraid of simply giving impulses. People are afraid of leaving certain people, afraid of telling the truth, afraid of change. We could go on and on, but in the end, it all boils down to one thing: fear is an energetic state. Perhaps even an energetic illness. Are you afraid? Pay close attention to where you encounter this feeling. Ask yourself consciously: Why am I afraid right now? In most cases, you will find that fear is the channel for unconsciousness within you. Unconsciousness always has something to do with knowledge. If I know myself, after spending a lot of time and energy on self-reflection, then I know my talents, my abilities, my potential, my strengths, and my limits. Then I create a space that gives all these talents and abilities the right platform, and where I therefore don't have to be afraid. But if I don't know myself, then I move in places, spaces, with people, in situations that I haven't created myself and over which I have no control, And this powerlessness makes me afraid. Fear is an expression of an energy level at which a person is not only far removed from being aware of themselves and all their associated talents and abilities, potential, but also the complete absence of power. Fear is therefore an energetic state that we create exclusively ourselves through our creative power and that sustains itself when we are not fully aware of ourselves. But here too, you can see once again that even fear is only one link in the chain of decisions. It is part of the perception of your ego consciousness, where frequencies slow down consciousness to such an extent that so much power is lost through this low vibration that this form of insecurity can arise. Contamination, loss of power, and with it unconsciousness of the connection to the Source, are the seeds of all fear. Within us. At this point, I would like to describe the image of the two tracks. Visualization: Imagine that you consist of two railroad tracks. One is your ego, the negation of the animal in you. The other rail is your soul, your soul power, your inherent energy. In the best case, both run parallel to each other, forming a track on which the train of your life travels in the directions you set with your decisions. But at some point, your ego begins to make a decision without consulting your Soul, just a tiny deviation of a millimeter from the path that was otherwise taken through communication and connection between the two parts. Now you're probably thinking, "That's no big deal, because what difference can a tiny millimeter make? I'm sure I can correct that later." Well, unfortunately, it's not that easy. —because if you think that, you're forgetting the mysterious and merciless factor time. Our decisions only have an effect on matter over time. A small, unconscious decision will eventually manifest itself in your life in a way that you can only correct much later. And that will again consume precious time. Time that you can never get back. But back to our tracks. That one millimeter deviation you made unconsciously will— in many years make it impossible for the tracks to run parallel. And at some point, the distance between the two individual rails will be so great that one part of the track will lead to a completely different destination or location than the other. One millimeter has become several thousand kilometers in the course of your life, so that one might think the two never had anything in common. On a planet where many unconscious people live, fear is therefore a very big issue. Fear keeps the vibrations of consciousness low, and when consciousness is low, it is slow, rigid, and inflexible. Only in this lame consciousness are people lambs seeking guidance so as not to become aware of their own responsibility. Taking responsibility has consequences. In this low vibration, it seems easier, but above all, more pleasant, to avoid this unpleasant truth for as long as possible, and reflection on the transition process of soul parts back into other energy worlds is best kept secret. It could also scare people. How often do the media try to scare us with economic forecasts, doomsday theories, and so much more? This happens every day, every hour, and serves only to maintain a system of fearful people. Is it a habit or already an addiction to live in this fear? I am afraid, therefore I am. If I'm not afraid, it's boring. Fear is the secret engine of our consumer society. When fear goes away, a feeling of fulfillment arises, and that no longer requires consumption. So to sum up, find yourself, rediscover your full power. Then you will create space for the true power of this world: Love. And Love is a special form of consciousness. Fear is the absence of conscious being. Therefore, fear is always an indication of a lack of Love. To love means to live the connection. Without a lived connection, consciousness is clouded. Only clouded consciousness knows fear. And I would like to remind you to join our community Spine.
